I hate giving bad reviews, but the pulled pork here was not even edible. Unfortunately we got it to go or I would have returned it. It was soaked in sauce and the texture was like chewing rubber bands. Absolutely awful. The wings were not good, they were really soft, not crispy, fatty and flavorless. The pork ribs were alright. Again soaked in sauce, but the meat was some what tender. My favorite thing was the fries. They were crispy and pretty good. I didn't think I will go back. It looks like others have tried other items and had better luck. So I'd say try at your own risk. And if you're just visiting Maui, there are much better options than this place.

Went there for the first time and last time. Ordered Beef Ribs Special and it was old and burnt. Staff was friendly Also orded Chicken wings they were good or bad either so so. Try at your own risk

So I was working on Maui yesterday, and after running several service calls......suddenly I realized it was 2:00 PM and I haven't eaten anything the entire day! (I left the house at 6:00 AM) All I can say about that is..........I'm Haaaangry!!!! Real Real Haaaaangry!!!! After walking around the Piilani Shopping Center, I stumbled upon a place called - "Bruddah Willy's Sticky Ribs". With a name like that........bruddah Fran will definitely be in da house! So I walk into the little shop, and a girl greets me right away. I told her it was my 1st time here, so give a bruddah a minute to scan da menu. I asked her a few questions, and then settled upon a "Regular Sticky Meal with Ribs". Yes gangies........for $11.41 ($10.95 + $0.46 tax), you get 4 HUGE slabs of ribs, as well as two choices of sides. The sides selections are - corn, garlic bun, pasta salad, rice (white only), coleslaw, & potato salad. I ended up choosing - corn & a garlic bun. So what can I saw about the grindz? First off, I must say the sauce for the ribs was OUTSTANDING! Ummmmmm, best way to describe the sauce was that, it was sort of tangy, yet sweet. It was definitely a bit spicy, but not too hot.........and most of all, it was lip smackin' & a wee bit sticky too! Man! Das real gooooooood Ba, Ba, Barbecue Sauce!!!! As for the Ribs......well, the meat was firm, but did not fall off the bone. I wished the rib meat was softer, and falling off the bone because with the BBQ sauce they served.........it would have been a deadly combination! As for my side dishes.......the corn was buttered, but there was nothing really special about it. Of course you really can't mess up corn, right? As for my garlic bun........this was very enjoyable. The best way to describe this bun, was it was more like a bagel without the hole. They cut the bun in half, and put a fair bit of garlic butter inside. I like the denseness of the bun......a very unique taste to it, and the bun was toasted & hot when it was served. Bruddah Willy's has no seating in this BBQ shop. It basically a grab & go kind of place. If you really want to sit down and eat, there is quite a bit of outdoor tables, & seating outside of the shop. There is also free ample parking, as this shop is located at a small strip mall. Overall, a pretty good place for take out BBQ.........it was way better than I thought it would be for fast food ribs. I gotta say........ mighty tasty that BBQ sauce! I think I will come back here again in the near future, to try the other items on their menu, like chicken, pork, & beef brisket. Noms!

The beans kinda tasted like there was to much ketchup the potato salad were wedges the ribs were the best thing on my plate,wouldn't recommend it but everyone is different

Brisket was great! Pork ribs were great! I did NOT like the coleslaw, skip it. I wish I had gotten rice or something else. The Pasta salad was really good. The Corn was good. The portions were all a good size The sauce was a little on the sweet side, but a little sauce on everything was good. The meal that we got also came with a little brownie bite. I was hesitant to go here to begin with, but I'm glad we did. We got the rib combo and half a pound of brisket. I forgot the price of the brisket, but I remember it being very reasonably priced. Definitely make a stop in to try this place. ONO!

Pretty good ribs, the sauce had some great flavor and I'm glad they included an extra cup of it too. The girl behind the counter was really sweet - I felt bad for her because she was by herself and had to work on 3 order before mine, but the wait was only about 10 minutes. I got a 1/2 slab and two sides - potato salad and roll. The potato salad really wasn't that spectacular and when I bit into a potato I think there was a rib bone particle because it was crunchy and hurt my tooth for a while. Nothing cracked fortunately, but it was scary. The roll was amazing and I love the little bite of brownie that they include with the dinner. Overall, I would return because the ribs were really good - and messy, the way ribs should be!

Baby Backs are moist and ono! (delicious in Hawaiian) ordered 2 slabs for lunch, and we had enough for dinner for a party of 5! We also tried the buffalo wings and honey mustard wings which was really good too.

Best value meal at Makawao 3rd Friday, bbq was soft moist and full of flavor, banana Corn Bread is incredible!

This is my go to place for ribs when I come to Maui, its a must if you come down to Kihei, its close to the beach, so you can get some ribs and enjoy them on the sand if you like or at the eating areas outside in the food court. Ribs are always tender and tasty, always hit the spot, i could eat 4 racks of them and still want more.........they are worth the trip, I fly 2400 miles from LA just for these ribs.

Ribs where good, not great. The problem was the wings and tenders don't stack up to the old "Just Wing It" place. JWI was in the spot for a few years. They had huge tenders with great extras. They are trying to do both, and they missed the boat on the wings. However if you stick to the ribs you'll been fine.
