This is the best Papa John's on the island. Friendly and fast service. At this location you can really tell when you ordered extra sauce and extra cheese.

Dang it! I didn't get a picture of our Bacon Cheeseburger pizza! Way yummy! This review is way overdue. I'd like the thank the entire staff for a job well done every time we order. I know the staff changes from day to day...and during the daytime to nighttime, but you guys never miss a beat and we (my family & I) appreciate that. Moreover, the delivery guys are always so friendly and courteous. You Rock!

It takes a long time to get your pizza, but what makes me happy was that despite a hard address, the driver was really respectful and patient. We waited almost an hour and a half for delivery though, and that to me is a long time. Otherwise though it was convenient.

Five stars. I love pizza. Irregardless of my past reviews of which is the best and so forth, who can deny pizza?! Papa John's is really unique, where you can get the pizza cut into square pieces (Chicago cut), rather than the common wedge cuts. I like that about Papa John's. The pizza is really good too. The delivery is always fast and friendly.

We moved from one place to another. That 5 mile move changed the location. The cooking and preping pizza is horrible @ this Papa "Jon's":(

Once upon a time, I would have given them zero stars. Their customer service was so awful that I haven't returned since...until yesterday. I picked up an online order for a friend. The order, unfortunately, was sent to another store. They quickly rectified the situation and gave us the same order with the same discount. I wish they would greet their customers as they enter the store. Their sauce was a little too spicy for my little kiddos. I might have to order more pizza from them because, well, P. Manning....

Yelp 365 Challenge #73/365 Once upon a time, a boss informed his executive assistant of his newest incentive to his departments. If the departments met a certain goal in their data reports...he would provide the pizza for their department pizza party to celebrate their efforts. AND it was not just any type of pizza such as Costco or Lil' Caesar's BUT pizza from Papa John's He promptly gave his executive assistant his credit card, which she created an online account with Papa John's because it was ingenious to create an online ordering system for their customers especially executive assistants who would have probably had to drive to the location and pick up 14-16 large pizzas and drinks then struggle with it back to the office. The executive assistant was pleased with the online system as well as noting that she was able to place the order a day ahead as well as a specified delivery time. This was so convenient that she faved the past orders and ordered four more times within a three month timeframe because word got around to the other departments that it wasn't just any ole' pizza but Papa John's. The executive assistant also gave a big plus for Papa John's because she noticed the staff and manager (Tyler) is very friendly and helpful with making any last minute changes to the order or delivery time. Speaking of delivery time? Amaaazing! They deliver promptly at the specified time or even before the time requested! Neverthless, despite the fact that the boss now realizes the incentive cost him a pretty penny...Papa John's should be happy to know that one more order has been placed. The End...or should it be "To Be Continued" when another department meets their goal?

I came down by this location randomly to carry out a Pizza order one time. I called beforehand to order a a few Pizzas and by the time I came they were pretty on it and ready with the order. It's always a good thing when you catch them at a non busy time. This is the case for any Papa John's location. As far as the Pizzas go, I like their Pizzas. Of course there are other Pizzas that I prefer but I feel that Papa Johns also have a unique taste especially the garlic sauce. I can soak any Pizza with that and it will make it the more better. The location also have some table and seating areas inside with a TV in front to watch. I thought that was pretty cool because I know that not all carry out locations have a that kind of convenience. It's conveniently located in the Mapunapuna area right near the 99 Ranch Market, Ben Franklins, and Servco Auto. If you live in the Salt/Lake or Moanalua area, this is your friendly neighborhood Papa Johns right here.

Ordered twice from here pizza was great both times. The second time the driver forgot an extra dipping sauce so I called the store. The manager came to the phone and was extremely friendly and had a dipping sauce out to my location within ten minutes. Good pizza and great service!

Papa John's Pizza doesn't make the best pizza on the Island. However, among the three nationally franchised pizza delivery outfits, they certainly make the best. In addition to their appetizing pizza, I really like their online ordering system. It remembers what you previously ordered and allows you to repeat that order the next time you log on with just a couple of clicks. You can even save several orders as favorites. The only flaw with their online ordering system is that I can never remember my password. Okay, technically, I guess, that's not their flaw... Tonight I picked it up on the way home from work and saved the delivery charge/driver tip. However, delivery is usually prompt and efficient. I've never had them deliver a cold pizza. Speaking of cold pizza, that's what I'll be having for breakfast tomorrow morning: cold Papa John's Pizza! Yumm! :-)

Since moving to a new location, I have ordered 2 pizzas on 2 different occasions. Both times I have been pleased by the delivery. Both times I was greeted with my fresh pizza by a super model. They both look as though they have swim suit photos in the Sport's Illustrated Swim Suit Edition. The only thing I have to gripe about is that the franchise raised the delivery charge another $0.50 making it $3. But I'm still ordering my $10 specialty pizza on my Papa John's account. Thank you for hiring super models to deliver the pizza in my area.

I would pick Papa John's pizza over any other "fast food" pizza joints in the neighborhood. I think it's because they always have good deals and good prices on pizzas. Plus they have sauces...I love-a-da-sauce!...

It's Papa John's Pizza, you know what you are going to get; not the best but certainly not the worst pizza. This location has saved me from hunger twice now. The employees where good both over the phone and when I came to pick it up. The internet web site has some good deals but it is kind of a pain to order over the internet because you have to sign up and give them a bunch of information for a pick-up order.

My teammates would always get Papa John's breadsticks and eat them in the parking lot before our games. They're pretty good, but I personally like their spicy Italian pizza. The peperoncini pepper is also really good with the pizza.
