I give this place a 5 star because... 1. I got a large 1 topping pizza for only $6.99. How you may ask. This is a promo code for carry out only. Not bad right. 2. Since I order online I really didn't have to wait at the place. They emailed me ny confirmation code and the estimated time to pick up. So awsome. 3. When I walked into papa john I was immediately greeted by a welcome to papa john. I walked up to the cashier and said pick up for______. They looked up my name on the screen and repeated my order to make sure. 4. I was in and out in less than 2 min. Because I paid online all I had to do was just sign the paper get my pizza and I'm out. Overall- awsome fast service and love the promo code for a cheap pizza night.

I am a Dominos girl most often, it's pure convenience. But when I'm sitting in the Target parking lot and the hubs messages "Hey! Why don't we get pizza?" as I'm smelling what they've got cooking over there... "grumble grumble" replies my tummy. (That's hunger-code for "I'm down with that suggestion!") The girls and I walked in, I excitedly commented on the Frito-Chilli Pizza and got immediately shot down. *bummer* So they chose the Philly Cheesesteak and I got an everything. 15 minutes later my pies were hot and fresh and smelling delicious!! Could I last the 15 minute drive home before cracking open a box... I think I can, I think I can! Home! Table! Plate! Mmmmmm...... pizza. it was heavy with toppings, right amount of sauce to cheese ratio, i love the crust! That's what i was really craving... the doughy, chewy crust. Two thumbs UP!

I love my Papa! Papa John's Pizza that is... I enjoy their thin crust, pepperoni pizza. It is my favorite comfort food... pizza wise anyway. The only downfall of the thin crust pizzas is no garlic butter sauce. Their original pies aren't that bad... definitely better than Pizza Hut and they do come with garlic butter sauce. Since we moved to Central Oahu, this the most convenient Papa John's to us. It's never busy and you can always find a parking close to the store. The store is quite small and you probably will never dine in... but still, at least have it spacious enough that it doesn't seem miserable. Depending on which worker helps you will determine your experience here... obviously. The first few times we had a younger man and he was really knowledgeable about our order even though it was online. The last time we had an older lady and she was like I think you have to pay for this pizza... when we already did online. We informed her of such and she was like oh yeah... hello I am not paying twice and it says on the box amount owed $0.00. Ummm yes. Just be careful and double check with them on stuff... you can find good deals for their pizza and it is definitely delicious compared to Pizza Hut.

The Worst Customer Service experience ever! After screwing up my order I called and spoke to the Manager. She insisted that they did not screw up my order even though my online receipt shows 2 Pizzas with 3 Toppings. They gave me 1 Pizza with 3 Toppings and 1 Cheese Pizza. She told me to bring it back and they will exchange it got a 3 Topping Pizza. I got there about 30 minutes later and the Pizza was not ready. She made no apology and told me to wait another 10 minutes! I waited another 15 minutes , what a waste of time. Next time I'll go to Dominos Pizza!

If you go to this location and are helped by keith you will see that they hire people with good customer service ethics. Ordered some cinna pie and he told me when it would be ready and he was right it was ready at the time he said. I saw keith getting yelled at by a customer but he kept his cool and serviced him with a great attitude. Would definitely recommend.

I was excited to try papa johns for the first time.. i usually just order pizza hut. . but my husband said "papa johns is way better"... ok. I had a coupon from my entertainment book, which was a buy one get one free... Even better, right? More pizza! Well, I'm glad I didn't have to pay full price. We ordered "the meats" and "chicken and veggies".. . hardly any toppings on the meats and there was several slices of pizza that didn't have any toppings. $26.99 for one pizza. I definitely expected more for that price. would I order pizza from papa johns again? nope, absolutely not... also, my husband said he was greeted by a rude worker when he went to pick up the pizzas. would I recommend papa johns? nope.. so save your money and go else where and save yourself from disappointment.

Great pizza, always on time, always hot. Great service, decent prices and specials, and polite delivery drivers. We order from them every three weeks or so, and have never had a single problem.

I really don't understand all the negative reviews associated with this location. I have been on island for a little over 3 years and when I'm looking for a quick pizza to pick up or for delivery this is my go to place. I have never ran into rude customer service. Everyone that I have come into contact with has been polite and helpful. Even so much as to call when I ordered online and it accidentally placed a double order. And the pizza is always delicious, whether we order original crust or thin crust. They also aren't stingy on the toppings :)

Papa John's is the only pizza establishment my boyfriend and I will order from. When I used to phone my order in, I already know what I'm getting so it was quick and painless; staff was never rude. Save yourself the trouble and look at the menu which is located online. I don't call in anymore ever since I stumbled upon their online order service. This method is also quick and painless. You can customize your pizza, add sides, drinks, peppers, extra sauces, etc. The best part is you can SAVE your order for future use and you can add your tip directly to the bill. All drivers were nice and each one never forgot and/or messed up my order. I love the accessibility and easiness of their website. You can track your Papa Rewards Points as well. I love it!

Good pizza! It's easy to mess up an order especially over the phone, but every time I've order they've got it done perfect. Quick deliver and workers are pleasant.

I mean Papa John's pizza is pretty good. I love my crusts and I love how their crusts are always soft and not so oily as other chain pizza places. But the main reason why I love Papa John's is that they have the best deals! I mean 2 large 3 topping pizzas, 10 in cheese sticks and a liter soda for $20? Can't complain at all. Put in an order online, pick it up 20 min later, all good in my neighborhood.

Never had issues. Pizza always delivered in a timely manner. And when I order ahead it's never late. Great pizza too

Their customer service was phenomenal. Their CC machine was down but they took it in stride without getting pissy, which was cool. Also, they forgot one ingredient on the pizza and make a whole new order, and instead of throwing the other pizzas away like jerks, they gave them to me too!!! I was thoroughly shocked. I don't believe the review that Keith was terrible, he worked w me with an easy smile on his face! This papa johns will def get my business again. Thank you :)

Worst Papa John's by far. Seems like they are irritated that I'm putting in an order.

  • Stephanie B.

When I called my order the guy that took it was really polite and helpful. I decided to pick it up since I had to run to target anyways. When I walked in there were two girls standing up front chatting and listening to the radio which was quite loud. They looked right at me but never spoke, they just yelled for someone who was in the back. The girl runs up from the back and proceeds to ring up my food. She was very polite. To top it off, when I get home my order isn't completely right. My pizza was good, but my hot wings were actually honey chipotle (which turned out to be good).

do not buy from this location! they are so rude. who takes 15 minutes to take your order? they do! and my delivery guy came with no cheese or peppers and accepted a $10 tip on a 50 dollar order and never said thank you or offer to bring me condiments! they suck badd! first and last time we ever buy pizza from this location!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! oh, the pizza, the special, sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
