Seriously though? It's not weird that my family still dines here, even though the youngest person in our family just turned 20, right? I don't know what it is, but I just LOVE Chuck E. Cheese's pizza. I'm a huge fan of thin crust pizza, so their garlic powder dusted thin crust is a winner! I always order the BBQ chicken pizza (topped with fried onions!), their chicken wings and/or sampler platter, and dessert. I suggest getting the traditional buffalo or BBQ chicken wings. Don't get the boneless wings, as they're sometimes cold/not fried enough. It's really a hit or miss, depending on the cook. For dessert, try their churros or cinnamon bread sticks, or even a slice of their chocolate birthday cake. They're all surprisingly yummy. For families with actual children (har har), I suggest looking into their family combo meals. They come with pizza, drinks, maybe even an appetizer, but tokens, especially. The larger your combo meal, the more tokens you get.

I had a walk-in party for my cousin and it was her first time at CEC. We enjoyed it, but there were a few things going on that I didn't quite agree on. As soon as we walk in, the greeter tells us we can't bring in any balloons. Fine, no problem. So we leave the balloon in the car. Everything from there is fine; we go to the register and tell them we're doing a walk in party, and we order some food. Chuck E. comes by as scheduled, sings my cousin a happy birthday, and she gets handed a free slice of chocolate cake. So while we're eating our pizza, I made the mistake of taking out a few party hats for us to wear. A worker quickly comes by and tells us that we aren't allowed to wear them. Alright, so no balloons and no party supplies are allowed at CEC, unless they're CEC merchandise. I get that it's a business, but it just seems so stingy to me. Since my cousin is in love with this place, we go all the time now. Cheap games, but you have a hard time winning tickets unless you pick them off the ground. Prizes are lousy and the food is expensive. They only accept printed coupons; they won't honor a coupon that's on your phone

Recently went to friends sons a birthday party here. Took a few pictures and posted them as well. At the end of the night I was going to write a review, but I realized that I was full of cake, caffeine and pizza so I decided to hold off a day or two provide a better uninfluenced and unbiased point of view. Like many other reviews, have stated previously, the location kind of gives you that South Central LA vibe as you are driving in. On the night in question, I noticed about six rather large (250lbs to 350lbs each), tattooed thuggish looking males to the far left of the entrance. Being the hard core thug that I am not, I dub-stepped my way up to the entrance in a giddy gangster fashion as fast as possible. Notable point, a family in front of me had children, all of which had to receive a stamp and were told that the children are not allowed to leave with anyone else but the parent or adult who has the same stamp as them. Makes sense. I then met up with the party I was there to meet, exchanged greetings and submitted my birthday offerings. My friend explained that they didn't have a reservation so there would be a special announcement about his son's birthday. This seemed really cool of Chucky Cheese, as evidently it cost like $10 per head, minimum of 10 heads to make a birthday reservation. I said cool, and made my way to get me some tokens. Second notable point, while in line a lady was nice enough to inform me about a deal I could on occasion get if I have the MidWeek newspaper. The one she showed me was 100 Tokens and 1 pizza for $30. This seems like a good pretty good tip to me. In any event, I played games with my friend's son and we all had a great time. He brought his own cake and there were other dishes that tasted pretty good as well. Salad, chicken wings, and cheese sticks. All of which I managed to get a little taste of before heading back over to set some high scores on the games. This is when I noticed that the group of large tattooed males I had seen on my way in to Chucky Cheese's were now walking around inside. Not wanting to show fear, I just continued to drive race cars, drive speed boats and roll coins in to slots for gift tickets. My friend called me over and the staff made a huge announcement and we all sang happy birthday to his son. We ate cake and more pizza and it felt really nice and personable, in light of the fact that my friend didn't have a reservation beforehand. And then came the confrontation... I came around behind a double gunned space alien shooting game just a little before (in my opinion) one of the large tattooed males. Stuck in a sort of standoff with this guy who outweighed me by an easy two hundred pounds, I did the only thing any self-respecting smaller guy would do. I was said, "What ....like play?" To my surprise he said "Shootz!" next thing I know we were like two of the biggest kids in the place running from game to game trying to beat the high scores and each other throughout the evening. It was almost like one of those scenes you see in a commercial we were having so much fun. And then, of course, reality kicked in when my friend tapped me on the shoulder to thank me for coming and let me know their party was over and they were heading home. I kind of feel bad that I beat his son in Fruit Ninja, but the way I see it, life isn't supposed to be easy, especially if you are four years old. All in all-Great place for Food Fun and Games Better to go with a kid if you have one or can barrow one. If not you might turn into one, or get a few awkward "what is this adult doing here" stares from kids waiting for a turn to play the game you are on.

Don't really make it out to this location much. For the kids, though it was worth the drive. Its always a plus that each game is only a token which helps everyone especially families of 7 like us. The games are spread through the facility so the kids aren't crowded or banging into each other. As for the food, we ended up spending about $160 for two large pizzas, 8 drinks and 2 salad bars. It was a but pricey but worth it because we all left satisfied and full. The salad bar was full of options, with vegetables, salad dressings and other things. The pizzas we ordered were half cheese and half supreme to avoid the up charge of a full surpreme. All I gotta say, is that crust is simply amazing. No place else like it. we will definitely be back.

Check Keiki Magazines for coupons on pizza and tokens! I'm not ashamed to say, I'm a Kid at Heart! I love this location! I drive all the way from Wai'anae passing the Chuck E. Cheese location in Pearl City just to come out to Kalihi's! The space of this location seems bigger and more room to move about. Even though it's a pain to find parking at certain hours, if you try to go after 6pm...parking is easy. The food is always great and hot! The servers try to quickly get your order to you. For me, I like sitting closest to where they come out of the kitchen so its piping hot! From pizzas to hot wings and my favorite cinnamon sugar desert pizza! The Salad Bar is always loaded with fresh veggies and if they run out, just let the team members know and they're quick in bringing out the cart full of vegetable goodness! If you're like me, I use the tray to pile on the veggies! You can only go through once, so try to make it count! One thing that has changed since the summer is that they don't have the token bonuses if you use $10 or $20 bills. The price of toke is close to $.33...but the good news is that its still 1 token per game! Always new games to play and not too many long lines on the good ones! This location is great for parties, especially if you're fundraising or having an event. The team members are friendly and always willing to help out and make your experience enjoyable! I love bringing my friends who haven't been to Chuck E. Cheese in a long long time for their birthdays. You can ask the cashier when you're ordering food for a 'birthday cake' and you can choose from vanilla or chocolate, they'll ask the name of the birthday person and give you a number. When you're ready, Chuck E. Cheese himself and a team member will come to you and sing! Best part Ever!! Every 30min of the hour, Chuck E. Cheese puts on a performance...and if you dance with him, he'll toss a bunch for free tickets in the air for the kids to grab. I love watching my nephews and my baby bro dance! All in all, always great for the family or even a few friends!

Chucke e Cheese was so much nicer when it was at Aina Hina. It was so much less crowded and the families that seemed to go there took better care of their children- so my opinion now for kalihi is that there is more running and less organization. Chucke e Cheese when we were there now has a cute fake line dance electric slide where Chucke e Cheese stands on the ski ball lanes with a few crew members and they sing and dance like 2 numbers and then throw a few tickets. Good to have a few activities where the keiki don't need to have a ton of tokens- that and there is the slide up tubes, and then the show for birthdays. It's not my way to just give more and more tokens until I'm broke- there are a few other things to do and otherwise I would never get them to sit and eat for a minute if I didn't do something. We've gone to at least 2 birthday parties- I know my one friend knows the owner and got an early booking and was allowed into the place 30 min before official opening. Having that time without outside families in was wonderful for our birthday group. I know at the bill at the end he dropped like $300. I wouldn't have thought it was that expensive but everything little thing adds up so much. Chucke e Cheese tries to make holidays more special. Halloween all the crew members are in costume- know that some of the workers are still in high school so some of the costume choices are more than questionable - don't know if that is on purpose or what but sometimes it could be cleaned up better. Christmas has at least a tree and little things that make it feel better. Chucke e Cheese is one of those pieces of Americana that is among the most controversial. What could be controversial you ask about pizza, video games and stuffed animal people??? - well to a 5 year old- nothing, but to adults there is a need to know factor. I don't go there often and there are reasons. First off- why does Chucky advertise on both PBS and Disney tv and cable? I believe that any show targeting children under 5 years old should only advertise is spinach or broccoli and at the very most Chiquita banana even though they support death squads in central America for their production interests- because keiki need their bananas though to eat. Next price- there are coupons which make the prices more reasonable but you need to print and have coupons ready before ordering. Food- if it can be called food, it really is the lowest quality food stuffs, with basic flour, oily cheese and subpar old materials used as filler. The sauce has sugars added to keep keiki addicted to the product even though it has no taste. Games- belief what you would like about video gaems- but keiki under a certain age should never have exposures to the lights and flashes of the games. It is too much stimulus for them and combine that with salt and sugar and you do have the means to make children more likely to be susceptible to add or adhd symptoms. Even now there are only some warnings about seizer possibilities. If you let your 13 yr old play games for days- that is your choice. If you plan to have a healthy childhood for your 3 year old- don't let them play high intensity flashing video games. Call me a nut if you like - but it does reduce the ability of some children to pay attention during their schooling years. I really don't like to have 1 yelp event review after another- so I do have to work even harder to write more quickly.

Celebrated my son's 6th birthday party here, we had the mega package cost 25.99 per kids. My son and his friends didnt experience to get the prices on the pinata because the host forgot to give it to us. The goodie bags was given to us after some of the guest left.. pinata and goodie bags was included in the party package but the host forgot to give it to us during the party.

We celebrated my 28th birthday here last night and we had great customer service. Yes, this is a place where even a 28 year old can act like a kid again. Lol. They offered me a free slice of cake and of course sang to me. They accidentally threw away our sodas and family picture, but made up for it by giving us free tokens and another drink. They made sure we were taken care of and all their employees were so friendly. Another great thing is that all the games are one token!

What kid doesn't love this place?! Seriously though I loved this place when I was a kid. I do wish they kept it in Aina Hina, it was perfect plus it was a lot closer to me. I've been here a lot of times and it's wonderful how tired the kids get from coming here. The pizza is same as always, the salad bar also reminds me of when I was a kid. We come here a lot for kids parties which is perfect! Its also funny cause once the kids outgrow this place its D&B next. ;)

Not bad as far as a Chuck E Cheese goes. Staff is always friendly. Even when you would think it would be busy it's not bad.

This was my fifth or sixth visit to Chuck E Cheese within the past six months .... my five star may be because we make it a point to never come on holidays or weekends :-) The staff at the door and throughout has been consistently pleasant and professional. This particular time we did a walk in birthday and they went out of their way to make it special :-) :-) :-) they encouraged us to use the long tables, insisted on us letting them come sing when we were ready, and even insisted on providing candles, cake plates, and a server to cut the cake. The staff is beyond AWESOME with their Aloha spirit and I am very appreciative :) even Chuck E went out of his way with the kiddies dancing on stage and being present throughout ! I love that it's clean and drinks refillable ... love they offer gluten free pizza, love that it's air conditioned, and very well staffed, love the online coupons and that every ride/ game is a quarter :-) :-) :-) I am a fan :-) Mahalo Chuck E Cheese for the ALOHA and the forever cherished memories !

Just had my sons 6th birthday party here, and it was a blast!! 20.95 per child, and each kid got 2 pieces of pizza, unlimited drinks, tokens, a balloon, a hat, a goodie bag, the piñata, my son got to go in the ticket blaster PLUS he got a bonus 1,000 tickets. The staff was awesome. Anika was our hostess and she was really cheerful and helpful. She cut and plated the birthday cake for us and was kind enough to box the other half. Very impressed with this place!

No tokens needed! Very friendly staff! I'm an adult who brings her adult friends for lunch here! Gotta love the delicious pizza, wings and salad bar!

They moved around some games and now the tube/playground is in the back which actually makes the place bigger which seems like there's more tables. Always a plus when all games are a token each. Food is the same and didn't notice they have a small sandwich menu. Might have to try it next time. Place is very clean and my grandson had a lot of fun.

It was our friend's birthday party that we came to this place. Simply put, for adults it's not that exciting but for kids it's an awesome place!! Parking: There's a lot of parking in the shopping center. I recommend to park as close to the place if you plan to stay late, because it gets really dark. Ambience: It's a pretty spacious place to eat pizza, play games or even have a party! The staff are really nice and friendly. The kids really enjoy playing at the kids section because they have like a huge slide area where they run around the tubes up and down. Also they have small kiddie rides that just goes up and down... I thought it looked boring. My husband played at the arcade area but he said all the games were outdated and some screens were discolored. My daughter wanted to ride the jeep car but it was broken! The prize area wasn't that great at all!! When we tried to redeem the tickets it took us a long time to decide because there was nothing that we really wanted. Felt like just giving it away as oppose to redeeming it! They should get better prizes and they were all expensive!! I could just go to longs and pay more but get better toys and accessories!! My daughter would come again just to play at the jungle tubes. For me I would rather stay home!

Ordered french fries, took a while to come out but when it did it was soggy and undercooked. It seemed like they just dunked it in the oil for a few seconds. So we send the fries back and as the workers take it to the back of the house, one of the workers eats a fry right in front of us. I understand that when customers send back food, that the workers sometimes eat it because it just goes to waste. But they need to wait until they are completely out of sight to start munching on it.

Good for children's birthday parties and the pizza is great. Unfortunately, the music and the entertainment was really loud. It's not only terrible for children's ears but adults as well. Conversation in a restaurant, office, background music, air conditioner at a hundred feet is 60dB but at Chuck E. Cheese is 80dB which is the equivalent to the sound of propeller plane flying over at 1000 ft or a diesel truck at 40 mph. The legal limit for a car is 96dB. It's really loud.

This is my family's go-to location... Although we live out in Wahiawa, this one has waaaaayyy better pizza and a wider selection of wings. I mean that is what everyone else comes here for right?! the food?! well, i know i do! We usually like to get here as soon as it opens (11:00am) to give my son some run around time before we start doing errands, if we let him kill some energy it'll be easier on us. And it helps that we can get lunch at the same time. The workers are super friendly, as they should be, and always helpful...even when I always ask for a side of ranch for my pizza and wings. One time i forgot to tell them that i wanted the boneless wings and they brought bone-in... and they had no problems switching it out for me. They didn't make me feel like i was asking for the world! lol! I guess, because of the time that we go we never have a problem with parking. Did i mention the salad bar is awesome also!??!? the veggies are always fresh and something about it is just delicious!

I recently attended a birthday party for my co-worker's daughter. Besides joining in the festivities to celebrate a young girl's 6th birthday, I couldn't help reminiscing of past birthday celebrations I experienced as a child at the former Chuck E. Cheese in Aiea. Ahhh memories...... However, THAT Chuck E. Cheese from my childhood is literally a thing of the past. It seems that their entertainment "stage" has been given an update as there are no mechanical figures turning at 180 degree angles and "singing" (opening and closing their mouths as music plays in the background) to their audience of kids/families. There are now multiple screens/monitors in the front of the party area which feature kids performing/singing/playing instruments to the kid-friendly songs/music. My, my times have changed. Nevertheless, the wide selection of games and play equipment seems to remain intact more or less. One difference I did notice was that there is a apparatus/play area that kids are able to enter and play within. Other notable mentions: Food; Satisfactory. pizza and chicken wings were served. not bad all. There was an abundant supply of plates, forks, and knives. Also, the staff was kind enough to cut the birthday cake and provide smaller plates for this purpose. Drinks. I appreciated that the pitchers dropped off at our table were appropriately labeled...i.e. water, sierra mist, pepsi, diet pepsi etc. Cups, lids, and straws were also readily provided. Service: Our main attendant/server was attentive, friendly, polite, and quite helpful. I certainly appreciated that she was very patient when answering any questions my co-worker had about the party, food, seating, etc. Lastly, I observed her always smiling and she checked up on us throughout our entire visit to make sure things were ok. PARKING: Available in the lot, but on the day I attended this party (Saturday) the lot was VERY crowded. Street parking is also available. Bottom Line: My co-worker's daughter had a wonderful, wonderful time!!

To my surprise, this place was actually pretty clean. Most arcades you'd think they don't really take care of the area but wow. The food area looked sanitary, there was a salad bar and they served more than just pizza, they had a lot of seating areas, the bathrooms were clean and overall it didn't feel dirty like other arcades. The games were a token each and I think it was like 24 cents = 1 token, which seems cheap but you could still end up spending a lot. Although the games were cheap, the tickets you can win are a little slim unless you hit the jackpot. I think my only complaint is the prize redemption area. The amount of tickets to "purchase" a prize is ridiculous. I mean 10 tickets for a pencil that probably cost about 99 cents in the store, ummmm no. Plus the prizes were horrible, the type that will just end up in the trash or lost. Kind of not worth it. At least at D&B you can get decent prizes. I was with my nephew and he really wanted to take a picture with Chucky but he would only pay attention to the kids who were celebrating their birthdays which I thought was not fair. I mean 30 seconds to take a pic wouldn't hurt anyone. My poor nephew was a little bummed out and I was not a happy aunty. I guess I expected more from the other rave reviews but it was just okay for me.

Games, pizza and giant rats! What else would you want in a restaurant? Chuck E. Cheese is great place for kids and adults. They have a really good selection of games (new and old). If you want your kids to be distracted, Chuck E. Cheese. Great for parties or just a fun dinner. They have really extensive menu. Their breadsticks are awesome! Definitely a place to go...just not if you're going by yourself...they'll watch you. B-)

I have to say this is the cleanest Chuck E Cheese's I've EVER been to. It was beautiful, and even the bathrooms were clean. I would have given this place a 5 star review, but the inflation on ticket prizes is CRAZY. (But I think that's everywhere) I haven't been to a Chuck E Cheese's since I was a little kid, but my nephew had his birthday party there. I love seeing that kid happy, his smile was from ear to ear. Pulling me around to play one game after another. Of course he lost all interest in me and everyone else once Chuck E himself came out and gave him his birthday crown. This is a GREAT family fun center, and the food is actually pretty good. Not at all healthy, but the pizza beats most Pizza Huts on the island. Bring the family I'm sure they'll have fun, the kids will definitely enjoy themselves. Just remember tickets get you a lot less than what they used to.

25 CENTS PER TOKEN. 1 TOKEN FOR EVERY GAME! You wouldn't see these kinds of prices today with this bad economy! If you go anywhere else: Fun Factory, Jungle Fun, D & B, then you'd be paying several dollars to play a game! These games aren't that great because you're not paying that much money for them and you're not going to get a lot of tickets unless you tweak on the game. But if you have kids that suck at games, then bring them here so you won't waste a lot of money ;D right? They even have a play structure inside in the back, but make sure your kid isn't scared cause adults can't fit up it.. I got stuck HA! It's very chaotic here, so don't plan on staying all day unless you like chaos and have some aspirin in your purse! I WOULD NOT HAVE A BIRTHDAY PARTY HERE BECAUSE IT'S NUTS (MY OPINION)

I'm here about once a year since my aunt will throw a birthday party for her 3 sons at once (saves a lot of money this way). It's usually not crowded here at all. We'll be able to play all the games we want and not have to feel like we're at a carnival or something. When I went last night, it was completely PACKED! This place is too small for this kind of crowd. At some points, people were just standing on top of me. Anyways, it's really expensive here for everything, but there aren't many choices around this small little island for little kids. So, considering what we have, this isn't half a bad place. I wish the staff here were a bit smarter though. The girl who was cutting our ice cream cake didn't realize it was ice cream will half way through when she almost broke the spatula (they can't use real knives since so many kids run around) The 3 stars is b/c everyone had a good time. They enjoyed the pizza (we don't come here with high expectations for food) and had fun playing games and loved the birthday package. However, the fries we got that night were a little crappy. small in size and was super super oily. The last time we had it, it wasn't half bad. Nice and crispy, even though it was so tiny, we still enjoyed it. This time, i just felt like it was an oil sponge. I really do like that the servers here are very helpful. I don't think they have enough workers, especially when you deal with little kids b/c they always seem so tired, but i do know they try their best. One thing, though, is that this is a kids play area. Yet, they don't really have much for the babies. You know, the ones that may have just started to walk or something? I was trying to walk around looking for some games or something that my 1 y/o niece could play, but the only thing for her were the car rides, and they get boring after 1 or 2 times. Oh, and the prizes here are kind of really lame. And very expensive. You can't get much with so little tickets. If you go to other places like fun factory or jungle fun, at least the prizes use a lot less tickets, and you get cooler ones.

We come here all the time the kids love it and the games are only 1 token (quarter) each the pizza is a little pricey but evens out with the cheap games. Only complaint is it's super crowded and some of the kids aren't being supervised but hey that's not the establishments fault, if you wanna avoid it come on a weekday. We had our daughters bday party here yesterday and it was great. Our host was jazmine (I think that was it definitely started with a J and had a z in it) and she really went above and beyond to take care of us. Making sure the drinks were filled, food and tokens were there, accepted my coupon and even filmed my daughter opening her gifts. She was really outgoing and enthusiastic you could tell she loved her job! We had about 40 people ordered 7 pizzas 2 party platters drinks for everyone and the bill was just under 300, not bad for a birthday party where I don't need to set up or clean up and there's plenty to entertain the kids! Would recommend 10/10

So I decided to be fun Aunty and take the kids to Chuck E Cheese. I haven't been to a Chuck E Cheese since I was 16 (my friend had her Sweet 16 here, don't ask). This location open up right after that party and I have never been here. Man did it change or I just grew up. I'm not sure if it's just me but the place is bigger than I remembered. There's a playground?! Anyways, bought 89 coins with a bonus of 10 coins for 20 bucks. For 2 kids that's a winner. Here's a tip you don't give a bunch a coins to the kids because they will blow it within 5 minutes. Give the kid one coin at a time not only does it take a while to use up but the kid will get exhausted from running back and forth for coins! The pizza is da bomb but the slices are small. I ate a "small" by myself. But thank God the kids weren't hungry. Now the prizes.. Ripped off! 144 tickets for a butterfly bracelet.. Really.. 200 tickets for monster high stickers.. Really!! No thank you. That's where you lost a star from me.

went in on a sunday at 11am for a walk-in birthday for my daughter's 5th birthday. quick and painless process, all the staff are properly trained in customer service skills. always a smile, polite and courteous and attentive. kids had a blast. like others mentioned, we brought our own cake but they were accomodating and provided us with forks and cut our cake for us. chuck e. was very warm and friendly, and all the staff who danced were genuinely having fun. our server(?) checked with us to see if we had everything we needed multiple times. if there's anything to change, i wish the a/c was a tad warmer. it felt like 70 degrees in there. then again, i wasn't running around so that could've made me feel even colder. all the moms in our party were freezing, but next time we will bring a sweater. i had to step outside for a few minutes and upon reentry, the attendant at the check-in even recognized me. that's pretty darn good, considering there were at least 100 other guests there. we'll be back to spend the remainder of the tokens from today....dressed in warm clothing.

Hawaii actually has a chuck e. cheese?! Oh, it's my chance to see the famous mouse. But nah, there weren't any mouse at all, sadly. I just came here with my nephews. It wasn't a big place. But a lot of children running around. It's fun to watch kids play, my age is just too old to get in it. (Heh) Never tried the food there, so I don't know if it's good or not.

Oh Chuck E Cheese how you used to scare me as a child with your creepy dancing animals with their eyes going in the back of their head. You used to give me nightmares even though I loved playing your games. Fast forward to today, yes I still love playing your games but you still give me nightmares! Oh and the kids that run around there give me nightmares when they try to shove my son out of the way to get to the games. Came here for a five year old kid's birthday and unless you're willing to push kids back when they shove your kid, it's not worth the headache. I am a mama bear and I willingly admit it. I don't like when people push my 17 month old kid around because he is trying to get to the same game as you. The food here is expensive but there are coupons to make it only a little less expensive. Maybe if it was a little cheaper, my friend wouldn't have made all the adults pay for their food even though she invited us (the parents as well as the kids) and it was a birthday party. Yes that was very strange on her part and I've asked around if it was normal (everyone told me no)... but if you could lower your price Chuck E Cheese, maybe i wouldn't despise you so much. Yes everything is overpriced except for their quarter games... but when you get tickets, good luck getting anything of value. We got eight tickets (my son doesn't really know what he's doing but he has fun) and got a piece of paper... woo freaking hoo. Whatever. But honestly, I could see us getting a plastic ring or something but that's more like 20 tickets... seriously?! Anyway, main point is unless your kid is going to have his/her birthday here and you are willing to deal with the headaches and commotion that comes along with Chuck E Cheese, there are better places for birthday parties. I have had more fun at beach parties than here and my son has too. I am not looking forward to when my son is older and he begs for a party here...

We were invited to a friend's son's birthday at the new Chuck E Cheese in City Square Shopping Center this past weekend. I've heard a few folks speak highly of their pizza, and after trying it, I must say it's REALLY GOOD PIZZA. Who woulda' thought so at such a "commercial" place, right? Particularly (and most importantly) the crust. It's a little salty, but not too much. In a good way. Maybe it's MSG in there, I dunno. But it's good. Nice 'n toasty, and the sauce and toppings are fresh 'n tasty as well. I enjoyed both the Pepperoni and the Super Combo (see photos). That's all I personally ate food-wise (oh except for the cake), as the commotion of the keiki screaming and running around can make eating there actually more of an afterthought. You're really at Chuck E Cheese to watch (and supervise) your kids have fun (well in our case, watch our friend's kids have fun). And they have plenty of games in the arcade room to keep everyone busy, from the keiki to the adults. The party room and arcade area is very spacious and (I think) much bigger than the previous location in Aina Haina Shopping Center (from what I remember). The new City Square location doesn't have the entire animatronic "Chuck E Cheese band" like they had at the Aina Haina location, with now only one animatronic Chuck E Cheese doing its thing at the front "staging" area. Funny and true story about that: my niece went to a birthday party at a Chuck E Cheese in the mainland, and she said some crazy (or on something?) guy there got kicked out because he just stood there in front of the animatronic Chuck E Cheese and started repeatedly yelling "You ruined my life Chuck E Cheese! Ruined it!". LOL! Anyhow, then they have the "live" (suited-up) Chuck E Cheese who comes out and sings Happy Birthday to each party's honoree. The keiki all really get into it. Great family fun place with surprisingly good pizza! So good, they should offer pizza delivery service... Someone knocks on the door and you ask "Who is it?" and the person replies "It's Chuck E. Cheese". To which you open the door and there he is all dressed up as Chuck E Cheese delivering your pizza. LOL!

The pizza is good, games are cheap, and kids love it! On top of that they keep the place clean even with all the crazy kids running around with sticky fingers. I've come in w just my sons for bday and they sing and give them cake. I went for my nieces bday and when the pizza didn't come out right away they practically comped the whole thing! Great customer service.

I detest coming to chucky cheese, but alas the kiddos love it so away we go :( 40 bucks get you a medium pizza and 4 drink and token. They call their medium pizza a large, uh, no, its a medium. This place is pretty expensive to come very often. I do like that this place isn't dirty and dingy like the one in Pearl city since its pretty new compared to that one. The wait staff is young, but their nice enough. Bathrooms are clean, but they don't have seat covers... me no likes. We threw a party here last year for my daughter for about 30 persons. Pretty pricey. But the set up was really nice, the kids loved it. They game my daughter a crown and put her in a ticket booth that blew around tickets and what ever they were able to catch was theirs. Chucky Cheese is still scary as ever tho. He does walk around the place occasionally having the kids follow him around like the pipe piper giving away tickets. Pretty disturbing.

I usually associate Chuck E. Cheese with dirty and unsanitary. Every time i go it smells like feet & i see children running around with runny noses touching everything. I told myself that i will never take my daughter there. I don't want her getting sick. Unfortunately, my daughter kept begging me to go. So, i took her. I went early on a thursday, so it was nice and quiet. Not a lot of kids. Perfect! Surprisingly, it was clean and orderly. The food was good too! I only remember eating breadsticks from here. We ordered a small bbq chicken pizza. It taste just like CPK! We also ordered cheese bread. Yum! I ate it all! The only thing i didn't like was that it was pretty expensive! For the portion they give you, you would think it would be cheaper. I would take mu daughter here again. Only early on the weekends though.

I came here on Saturday (10/13/12) for my niece's 4th birthday, and I must say, I was so impressed with this place! The last time I came here must have been a few years ago, when my niece was 2 or so. And this time around, the workers here have definitely upped their game! They were all constantly cleaning, sweeping, cleaning tables, taking out the trash, cleaning the bathroom, they did it all! I always saw a staff member grabbing a bottle full of something (disinfectant I hope?) and going off to clean something. Even the manager (I think he was the manager) was picking up rubbish from the ground and cleaning (I think his name is Mike...I'm not too sure, but I just heard one of the staff yell Mike, so I'm guessing that's his name). It's always awesome to see the manager of an establishment doing work and helping out as well instead of sitting in his/her office while he/she twiddles their thumbs and listens to KSSK on the radio. So you can definitely tell the staff learns from their manager on how to give amazing service and keep that place looking great. Another thing I want to mention is the mysterious starbucks dressed guy working at chuck e cheese. Since it's almost Halloween, the staff were dressed up in different costumes. Anywho, my sister went to take my niece to get some prizes with all of our hard earned tickets. I went off to play the basketball game with my cousin, and won 16 tickets. When I went to give them to my sister, they had already got some prizes, so I figured I'll just go take my niece with me to see what she wanted with my 16 measly tickets. Well the only thing I could afford would be a game worth 10 tickets...the next one was 20 and up. :( I could not afford 20 and up! So starbucks guy comes to help me, and I just tell him that I'll take the game...instead of giving me the game and shooing me away, he told me "I'll give you 40 tickets, so you can get more items, since you can't get much with 10" WHOAA! *applause* In hospitality classes at school, they always tell you you should always go above and beyond for the guest, and starbucks guy definitely went above and beyond! So my niece picked the top which was 20, and ironically, she wanted the 10 ticket game...so we were left with 10 tickets, which meant we could get another game since that's all they had left. But wait, it doesn't end there.....starbucks guy said "Here, you can have this prize instead" and he gave us one of those cute little fortune teller games we all used to play as kids, back in the good ol days! Amazing! My niece was happy, I was happy with the service of starbucks guy, and now I want to go back every weekend..... So mysterious starbucks guy, thank you very much for that outstanding service! My hat goes off to you! I could hug you if I could...in a non-creepy way...

Our children love Chuck E Cheese....we bring them almost twice a month because they feel very comfortable. Great staff that acknowledge us everytime we come in, we feel comfortable with our children playing trusting that the staff are around. Staffs check on us to make sure we are ok while we are there. Staffs are easy to talk to and they also play with our children. Especially at the Dillingham location. I've gone to the Pearl City location several times and the relationship with the staff doesnt compare to Dillingham! Keep up the good job dillingham staff!!!

Clean place. Not too many folks on a Thursday night. Very friendly staff. Coupons on line helped to make it a little less horribly expensive (aren't all chuck e cheeses!) Disappointed that Hawaiian locations don't allow beer and wine like the mainland ones did... :( could have used one. Fun night, once we found it (backwards from Hawaii Kai)

We just had our daughter's 3rd birthday there, and it was GREAT! We had reservations for the party package. Easiest thing to do. You get a great deal for the price. We paid for 20 people in our party and paid for only 13 with the party package and that came with 3 one topping pizzas, small cups for unlimited drinks, party hats, and tokens. We decided to use the coupon to get two more pizzas, we didn't even need the two extra pizzas. The host Jenn was terrific. Very accomodating, and customer service oriented. It's very hard to find young people that are customer service oriented, so I commend the Chuck E Cheese management staff for training their people right. Our reservation was supposed to end at 12 where they would've moved us to a booth but our host told us that the next party at our table wasn't till 4:30, so we could stay till then. AMAZING!!! I recommend having your party early. The earlier the better. it's less crowded, and less noisy. At the end of your party you get a survey to fill out and when that's done they give you a cupful of more tokens. If you want a semi stress-free party experience then I suggest going to Chuck E Cheese for your child's birthday. There is no set up or clean up, and you can even bring in your own cake. The only bad thing I can say about Chuck E Cheese is the salad bar. Don't get me wrong the salad bar was great and fresh, but the price was ridiculous. There are two prices, small for 4.79, and large for 6.79...both are only one trip. I think that's a little pricy for just a basic salad bar. Other than that everything was FANTASTIC.

This was our first time at the Kalihi location for a birthday party and I must say, it was ok. I do think this location has more games then the Pearl City location and it seems as little less crowded. However, Chuck E Cheese mascot doesn't look like the original, it's a little weird. Maybe it's his younger brother or something. The pizza wasn't bad, I think Pearl City location taste a little better. It sure was an adventure.

I had my daughter's birthday party here for the first time and I was impressed with the attentive service! If you are looking for a stress free place to have a party, this is it! They really take care of everything. All you have to worry about are goodie bags and cake. What more can a busy parent ask for? The money you pay for a party here is really worth it. The only downside is the food is not the greatest, but everything else is great! The games are all only one token each and kid friendly. The staff are helpful and friendly. At one point, my daughter misplaced her tokens and the staff gave her new ones! Also, there have been many times that my daughter did not have enough tickets to get the prize she wanted and the staff just allowed her to have it. The customer truly comes first here.

This place in Dillingham is bigger than the one in Pearl City. Love how the employees work together to make this place fun and safe for the kids and to make them feel special on their special day. The party packages are a bit steep at $15 per person..considering that every parent spends money on extra tokens for their kids and sometimes orders more food then what the package offers.

Get ready to read a novel because I have a heck of a lot to say about Mister Chuck E Cheese. I called to book a birthday party for my son's 6th birthday at Chuck E Cheese. I ended up having to physically drive to the store because I couldn't get enough information out of the child that they had answering the phones. It's not her fault, either she's in high school or she dropped out. Either way, I fear for the future of America. I tried to get party info from the Chuck E Cheese website but the pricing differs from store to store and I wasn't able to book online for stores in Hawaii. Lame with a capital L! So I took time out of my day to drive to Chuck E Cheese and I got to meet my nemesis, err I mean, hostess in person. She gave me a print out of what the birthday party entailed and I was really disappointed to see that you needed a minimum of 10 kids in order to have a birthday experience. The website said 4 kids but of course who cares about the website, its just the only information out there that your customer can decipher. I told her I only had 4 kids and she said that I could buy the party package for all the adults which would end up with 10 guests if I wanted. At $13 a pop without tax it was basically going to cost me almost $150 for my son to have: -A Chuck E Cheese foil balloon for my son -A Chuck E Cheese inflatable crown for my son -A Chuck E Cheese medallion for my son -A turn in the Ticket Blaster for my son -Chuck E Cheese paper hats for my guests -Chuck E Cheese paper plates and cups -2 slices of pizza and a small drink for each of my guests All I could say was - "You have got to be CHUCKING kidding me." I could totally see buying this package if I had 10 kids from my sons class but I really couldn't see wasting the money on my Grandma who certainly has no appreciation for mouse adorned party favors. I asked if there was a way that my son could go in the Ticket Blaster (A plastic capsule that your kid stands in and they blow inside the capsule and your child gets to keep all the tickets he/she is able to hold onto. It's pretty freaking cool if you're a kid.) even if we didn't do the party for 10 and they said no. Now this I find to be a huge fault in the Chuck E Cheese system because shouldn't making a child's birthday special be reason enough? Nope. Chuck needs you to pay a minimum of $150. Well Chuck, I'd tell you what I really think but as this is a review of a children's establishment I'll keep my dirty thoughts to myself. I decided to come back that evening as a walk-in with my 4 kids and 6 adults as my son was completely excited to be visiting Chuck E Cheese. It was either the Cheese or Dave & Buster's. It's like asking, do I eat garbage or poo? I choose garbage. I had poo last week. We walked in and the hostess stamped my hand, my BF's hand and my kiddies hands with a stamp. This is part of their Kid Safe program where you can only leave with a child that has a matching stamp to yours. The funny thing is that later on the evening I could have stolen a few kids and the guy at the front really could care less. He told my brother "Hey man, it's cool, no problem" when he tried to leave with my nephew. For a minute I contemplated having someone kidnap my son for a day from Chuck E Cheese so that I could own the store and stick my son in the Ticket Blaster for free. : P It really is cool. We ordered food from my nemesis at the counter. I had joined the website's e-club and had printed out two copies of a coupon that got us a large pizza (any toppings), 4 soft drinks & 40 tokens for $25.99. We used both coupons. It was a really good deal so be sure to get this coupon online. Knowing that I had saved almost $100 by using that coupon and not buying that party package made me feel so much better. That and how happy my son was with his birthday party. He played games, he opened his presents, he ate pizza and drank soda til he almost barfed. Really a dream day for a six year old! Even though you suck for adults Chuck E Cheese, you sure do know how to make little kids happy. This is really the only reason I left you with any stars. Children are so innocent and perfect that they don't know any better. I really wish that could last forever...and that you served beer and martinis. I remember when I was a little girl and my father used to take me to Chuck E Cheese. Had I known the torture he had gone through in order to spend hour upon hour at that God forsaken place, I think I would have been a better daughter to him. Sorry for all the lying and crying Dad, you really did take one for the team. Its payback time as I now am a parent and have to endure what seems like endless hours of Chuck E Cheese torture. I'm sure I'll be back at Chuck E Cheese again because this is a small island and everyone throws their birthday parties here. I've already been invited to two this summer. Shoot me. Chuck E Cheese's, where a kid can be a kid...for $150.

chuck e. cheese! We miss you in Aina Haina. And I was kinda apprehensive about going to the new location, because, for one.. the main reason is the location. We wanted to do something fun for my son's 3rd birthday. I hadn't gone to this place in quite a while cuz I hate germs! When calling to find out about birthday packages, I was happy to hear all the types of packages that you can choose from. Since it was only the 4 of us, it would be considered a "walk in". We could still eat, play and dine and Chuck E would still come to us and sing happy birthday and have a complimentary slice of cake. Very cool! I had then talked to a "real" person asking more in depth questions about foods since my boys have allergies. You're not allowed to bring outside food. But the little one is basically allergic to everything so we could bring is food. The older can't have cheese and peanuts, so we were happy to know it was nut free and we ordered him a pizza sans the cheese. He was so happy! I was extremely happy with the service that we received that night we went. It was at 5pm so it was the perfect amount of people. The guy who greeted at the door was very personable and polite. The cashier was extremely patient (with our food allergy double checking questions), she was very pleasant and friendly. Chuck E and staff came to sing and my son was super happy!!!! The play area was as "clean" as it was in Aina Haina, so I was extremely happy about that. All games were 1 token! Awesome.. cuz 100 tokens lasted the whole night! Good thing we had a coupon that you can always find in the Midweek, cuz even with the 4 of us, only 3 eating, it came out to be $50!!! WOW! For pizza, 2 salads and 2 drinks! WOAH! But it was well worth it, since our kids had a grand time! Thank you Chuck E for the super service and professionalism. Every single worker that we ran into seemed to genuinely enjoy their job and that's pretty impressive.... :) I'm all about customer service. We'd go again!!!!

Who's the person that wears the tie? The manager? I didn't get her name, but she was great. Had my daughters party here and it was packed! Very loud, chaotic, but all the kids had a blast We reserved for 10 seats for around $130. That includes decorations, 2 single topping medium pizzas, drinks, and 130 tokens. They also included 10 additional chairs for the adults. You basically have a whole table for your party. You get the table for 2hrs then your ushered to the booths. Pizzas no round tables but it's pretty good. Id actually order out from here if it was cheaper. But as a package its not a bad deal. Ordered the boneless buffalo wings which was just average, and the sandwich platter which was pretty good. Fresh lettuce tomato, turkey. For a party of 15-20 we spent around $300 not including tip. The extra food we ordered came with 120 additional token so we were rich! All the games are a token with a good selection of basketball, racing, bowling, and the moving car rides. They did away with the classic pool filled balls. Boooo that was my favorite as a kid. I'm sure it was for the best... Even though it was a monkey house in there the manager kept things organized. Zack our waiter was quick and very attentive. All n all a great experience and would highly recommend.

Great fun place in town; family friendly! Their pizza is pretty damn impressive too! It's as good as PapaJohn and better than Pizza Hut. We went on a Saturday afternoon (3 to 5) and it was not busy at all.

What can you say bad about Chuck E.? nada... kids lovem, they eat the pizza with out complaining, they climb around through the tubes etc and are wiped out by the time they get home! : ) Aina Haina used to have pitchers of beers. It is too bad that they did away that. I do not have as many people RSVP to the parties since the beers got 86'd.

Took my son here on Sunday to play some games. The games are all one token which is nice. Sometimes in the Sunday paper they have coupons or you can sign up on the website. I usually print out some coupon online so my son can get tickets by playing online games. A good selection of games for young children. Always busy when we have gone there but so many games so you don't have to wait in line. The prize selection that you trade your tickets in were very small selection this past Sunday we went. My son was excited to trade in for a prize but there was nothing that he wanted. They seem not to stock up the prizes very often. Not as many games as Pearl City location but this location is closer to where we live.

I was actually impressed with this new location. The dining and entertainment areas were larger than I expected and the food and service were very good. It was also clean and inviting, not dingy and dark like the one in P.C. I only glanced at the menu prices but according to the host of the party, she would've spent just as much at D&B or having a party at her house. That's a good deal, especially if you're like me and don't wanna deal with dishes/cleaning after a house party..plus the kiddies have a lot more fun and room to run around in this place. The pizza and finger sandwiches were fresh and tasty, and the salad bar was just average. The gal helping our party was friendly and helpful, and constantly checked on our table(s). Parking is plentiful, even on a Sunday evening with 4 other birthday parties going on. Overall I wouldn't hesitate to come here for another party (as I have in the past at other locations), and I would recommend it to other parents who may be looking for party options.

I love this place and so doesn't my son!!! It really is a place where a kid can be a kid!!! Sometimes ill get stuck on the plinko game and end up loosing my son in the jungle gym!!!! He got me running around looking like I lost my puppy!! Ha!! The prizes are a bit cheesy though! Not sure if its worth 20$ for a cheap toy

Lots of parking, yummy pizza, cheap games, a play structure and a big mouse!! It's a kid's heaven! This location is a lot cleaner (it's new) than the other CEC's and not as dark and dingy. I'm also glad that I don't have to drive to PC or Aina Hina any more! We got the #1 combo: Med 2 topping pizza with 2 drinks (2 medium and 2 kiddie cups - refillable) plus 25 tokens (games are one each) for $29.99. I thought it was reasonable, since movies and some other activities are waaay more expensive for a family of 3 and at least the kids get to be active here. I thought we might need more food (the salad bar looked really fresh) but I was actually really satisfied after a few slices of pizza. The pepperoni and mushroom was delish! Only minor downer, is that some of the games are broken and you lose a token, but it's not a regular thing and you can easily get someone to help you get it back if you're that desperate. Lots of easy and hard games and a bunch of "ridey" toys (merry go round, clifford, big safari truck, etc.). Sunday at 2pm was really busy, but we didn't wait in any lines to order or play games. The prizes are still pretty lame (plastic stuff that break when you get to the car), but I guess you can't complain since the games were cheap and they give you lots of tickets. You even get one for losing! It keeps the kids happy for a few hours and it's worth it to see my son smile!

Rating: 2/5 Dates visited: 12/22/2011, 10/30/2011 and a couple times before. Food: 2/5 Service: 4/5 Atmosphere: 4/5 Price: 2/5 Parking: 3/5 I they would have just a couple video games for the parents, this place wouldn't be so bad. Pac Man would be great. I remember in their former location in Aina Haina, they had many more games to keep the parent busy. If you decide to spend here...arrive full from eating at another cheaper and better quality establishment and spend on drinks and games for the children. Food: The menu is very pricey. A lot for a little amount. Pizza-it's not a pizza joint. Buffalo wings-it's not like "Hooters." Fries-can't even describe what the hell it's like...and it's not that great. Service: Great service. Staff was very helpful and ready to clean up the tables as soon as they saw we and others were finished. What was great about this establishment was that they also help with school fundraising. Atmosphere: A whole lot better than their previous location at Aina Haina. More space and a newer feel to the "Brand of Chuck E. Cheese's." Price: Too much for to little, for less than desirable food. Parking: Not a problem.

What can I say... it's Chuck E. Cheese. Frankly, I have no idea why kids find that gigantic RAT so exciting! I mean really. And yeah, the video games are cheap - it's just one quarter normally, but goodness, the game lasts all of a nano second, and you need to spend about a billion dollars to get enough tickets to win anything of substance. Otherwise, you're lucky if a game spits out even 2 tickets. In any event, as aunty of the year...I've been to many a parties at Chucks. Usually, we head to the one in Pearl City - that one is fairly big. This one... well....it was a bit more cramped. Nonetheless, still all of the obnoxiousness that comes with Chucks was present. I suppose it's a great place to entertain your kids. But I personally prefer Showbiz pizza.... ahhh the nostalgia. I thought that place was much more fun, and not quite as Ghetto. But we're stuck with the rat. No other options.

Came here for the 2nd time this year today, and I gotta say: it's pretty cool. Maybe cause it's still new, or maybe cause I never used the restrooms the two times I was there...but I'd go back (for a kid's birthday party of course!)!! The pizza is consistently good (some of my friends say it's the best pizza) and their other sides (chicken wings, fries, cheese stars, etc.) are pretty tasty! The employees could use a bit more help in the enthusiasm department when it came to the "entertainment", but I don't blame them. A lot. There's lots of parking and it's not as far as their Pearl City location (for me) and their old Aina Haina one too! The only "sad" thing is that they don't have the animatronic characters anymore :( Every thing's on the TV screens in the Showroom area - prerecorded music videos and whatnot. There's just one animatronic Chuck E Cheese, which I guess is cool...if you're like 5. LOL

It was very busy when we went so it was wait to do stuff. Toddler had fun on kiddie rides and daughter ran around, kids ate pizza it was ok bley cafeteria style, salad bar is ok could be better. Yes sign up for free tokens as kids go through them fast and you dont earn many tickets on games but you should as CEC advertises prizes!

Thank you for helping to make my daughter's birthday such a blast! First off, my daughter loves this place. So, she really wanted to come here for her birthday. Weekends are a madhouse, but the weekdays are AWESOME! It's pretty empty on the weekdays and there are more open tables and the games are more readily available. There isn't that frenzy that is present on the weekends. Keep it short and sweet. Start the party at 6 p.m. and end it at 8 p.m. in time for bed. Things can get pretty pricy. So, keep an eye out for the coupons that come out in the paper. There are coupons for 1 large pizza, 4 drinks, and 40 tokens for $28.99. That is a sweet deal. Then, if you sign up for their club online called Chuck E Club, you get a $25.99 coupon good for 1 large pizza, 4 drinks, and 40 tokens. I signed up for the online club, so did my husband, and a bunch of my other friends. And then, when it's your child's birthday, as part of being in the club, you get 20 more tokens for free. The coupons are good 1 per family, so if you collaborate with your friends to help get more coupons, the better. Give a coupon to each family you invited and give them cash to pay. For us, using the coupons came out waaaaaay cheaper than the birthday party package. For a party of 25 people, we paid less than $200 because of all the coupons we had. We even ordered 2 platters of the buffalo wings and a platter of veggies, and it still came out to under $200. However, every situation is different, so it helps to do your homework and math. Compare the prices with the coupons versus the birthday party package. For us, the coupons was the best deal. The Manager was awesome and we got awesome service by all the servers. They helped us to cut our birthday cake, pass out the cake, and box the leftover cake. Even better, the manager, servers, and Chuck E. Cheese sang Happy Birthday to my daughter. She was on cloud nine and was talking about it for days. We will for sure be back.

Great service, the same guys from when it was in Aina Haina are still running it. It only loses a star because I have to go in to a part of town I'd rather avoid to go there. Otherwise, it's clean and the service and food is great. My son always has a blast there!

Very clean, organized and super fun for a 5 and 6 year old. We really enjoyed ourselves and the staff was terrific.

Re: Birthday Parties. Birthday Party Package. "Ikaika" gave us 1st Timers an orientation& totally looked after us, coordinating the schedule of things (like timing of when to bring out drinks, tokens or pizza and which pizza's to order.) Dillingham has that Ticket Blaster or time machine looking ticket booth where the Birthday Boy/Girl gets to capture as many tickets (esp. Red or Gold )before the timer runs out. Everyone including adults enjoyed this. Plus: Parents relaxed&socialized while kids happily played. Cheaper, easier and less clean up than home party. Minus: Without coupons, can get really expensive. Mediocre salad bar. Advice: Join Chuck E Club to get an extra discount Pizza/Token/Drink coupon. Print this & any online coupons, use to purchase additional pizza's & get tokens outside of your "10 people" Party pkg. Remember to capture video of the Ticket Blaster experience so your child can see and laugh later.

I feel my age won't allow me to give any more or any less stars. The pizza is actually pretty good. The games are a quarter. And they have skeeball. Skeeball, people! Seriously. I love me some skeeball and winning tickets. I walked away with 5 blingbling(money aint a thang) rings...I consider my time at CEC a success!

We came to Chuck E Cheese last week Tuesday. I didnt expect a whole lot from this place....... I think I liked the unique stamping of your families hands so before you leave, they check to see the stamp matches your childs one. NICE SAFETY method =) The games were cheap (one coin per play) EVERY GAME. But the games didnt give much tickets as to "some other places". The prize selection is kind of poor. Probably not gonna go back for a while. We will just play at the "other" place. I think my boys had fun but not as much as they would elsewhere. Its an o.k. place.

Better than the Pearl City location. Service was good too. Was asked if we wanted a box for the leftover pizza instead of having to ask for one like the Pearl City location. Greatly appreciated!

Came here for my bestfriends babys first birthday party and must say this one is WAY BIGGER than the one in Pearl City. I havent been inside a Chuck E. Cheeses in ages so I was kind of excited to go. There was a few parties going on at the same time as well, but the place still didnt seem to be crowded. They did the, I guess, normal birthday celebration. To me as an adult, it was pretty cheesy, but the kids seemed to enjoy it. Also, the girl kept trying to get us in the spirit, but most of the table wasnt for it. It seemed like she was the only employee into that whole routine anyways. I didnt get to try any food or drinks, but I did play some games. The games are pretty dated and seemed old, but I liked it since it reminded me of my childhood. Also, the games are only 1 token, but you dont get much tickets out of it, but ehh its not all about that right? LOL. Anyways, this place was alright and it was nice to get out and be a kid for a couple of hours.

We've been here before, and $40 for a pizza and drinks seems a bit much, but the kids seemed to have fun, right? At a loss for where to have a party for our boys first birthday, we chose Chuck E Cheese even though we would have preferred a nice outdoor party (but the weather this time of year is no good) Does $12.95 per person seem like too much for a pizza party? You get 12 tokens, drinks, and 2 slices of pizza per person. Being on a budget, we thought this would be sufficient but it turns out 2 slices of pizza can be really, really small. For a party of 40, we got 8 medium pizzas. Each pizza was cut into 10 slivers, so contractually, they met their promise. In reality, we had to order 4 more pizza's so that everyone at least got something to eat. And dont get me started on the size of a medium. I know everything has been hit with the shrink ray, but back when I was younger, this was a small, not a medium! We got charged $19 per additional 'medium' one topping pizza. You can say we've been spoiled by cheap slices from Costco but the value just isnt there at $12.95 per person. They could have given us a heck of alot more pizza and we would have spent that money on more tokens The taste of the pizza is better then youd expect, since the main thing here is for kids to play video games and have fun. Our party leader was nice and helpful, so my main gripe here is the price and portions.

Chuck E. Cheese is one of our reward stops for the kid. The rule in our house states that if the kid does well in school, he gets a trip to Chuck E. Cheese once a month. So far we've had to keep to our promise. I'm glad that we finally have a CEC closer to our house. Though Pearl City's not too far away, we'd usually drive all the way to Aina Haina for obvious reasons. City Square's just a short drive down Nimitz Highway. Parking at City Square can be tough, especially on a week day when the DMV is open. The weekends are still busy but parking's usually found after circling the lot at least once. This CEC is clean and still brand new. I hope it stays that way for a while. The menu is still obscenely overpriced, so I make sure we eat before or after our CEC visit. For the prices they charge for a pizza, it had better be created and cooked by the guys at JJ Dolan's or V Lounge! Though we've attended parties here for our friends and family, it's very unlikely that we'll hold a party here for our son. Games are still 1 Token each, hardly a ripoff compared to Fun Factory and Dave and Buster's. Coupons can usually be found in Hawaii Parent Magazines -- and for $10, the kid can go to town on tokens and be entertained for hours. Overall, it's a cheap outing as long as you skip the food.

Been here numerous times for birthday parties and also just for some family times since my 2 year old son loves this place. It's best go when they open-- not overly crowded and my thinking is that there is less germs. On my recent visit I was quite impressed with how clean the facilities were--- when I went to the salad bar a worker was there making sure that the salad bar was clean, always stocked with fresh veggies and fruit, and even wiped down each serving spoon for the dressing. Also, each time I went to the bathroom, there was a worker there who was wiping down the sinks and checking the stalls. As a mother, this was great to see as I always appreciate a place that they do their best to keep things as clean as possible. It can get pricey--- but my hubby and I agreed that seeing the happiness in my son is definitely worth it!

one of the few and good places to take kids for special occasion events. There is only one extrance that is guarded by a worker who makes sure kids do not get in or out by themselves. Safe place, fun environment and good food.

This new location is still really nice and clean. Compared to other game places that use game cards with crazy denominations to play like 2.4 credits, chuck e cheeses is cheap. You can still play a game for 1 token! Love it here and I take my kids all the time. Pizza is yummy and the salad bar is pretty good. I've always had great customer service!

Chuck E Cheese pizza has really good pizza and a really good salad bar. I take my kids here maybe twice a year. The games here keep my kids entertained for a long time and they always have new games once in a while. The only thing I wish was a little different would be the amount of kids here. This place is a wild zoo full of kids running around and screaming! But what can I say, it is a kids place.

OK pizza and games but . . . they could fill a landfill with all the trash they generate in a day's worth of birthday parties! So much throwaway cheapo petroleum products, from the junky prizes to tablecloths, to those nasty plastic straws. Seriously it is horrifying! Not a good message to send to kids who have to inherit this mess we are making.

Recently we went to Chuck E Cheese for my husband's cousin's birthday. I hadn't been to one in years so I was actually kind of looking forward to playing that alligator game (you know, the one where you bop them on the head and they say "ow" and "now I'm angry!"). Unfortunately they don't have that particular game anymore, sad times. Anyways, I digress. Back to the present, Chuck E Cheese 2011...what's not to like about being stuck in a room with tons of screaming kids and super loud games? Seriously, these children will probably have hearing problems in the future due to the ridiculously loud music/noise emitting from all 50 games in the small room. In regards to the food, I was expecting blah, but actually the pizza was not half bad (or maybe I was super hungry because I ran 10 miles earlier that morning, shrug). It looks like parents will continue to have birthday parties there so I guess there's no avoiding it...next time I'll have to bring ear plugs!

I actually don't mind this new location. It's not as ghetto as the PC one. Seems bigger, cleaner and not as crowded. Great for hanging out with your little ones...tokens are cheap and all games are just 1 token. I guess they make their money off of birthday parties because they are a total rip off. But isn't your kid worth it? :)

I was shocked to see exposed electrical outlets all over the place. In California you would never see that at a CEC. We take our toddler to several of these and have to ask, is this a missing safety standard in HI ?

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
