A great place to get your probiotics on. Love this place cause it attracts people of all ages! Awesome flavors to choose from and it changes from time to time. Lots of toppings to add to your yogurt! Get in there and cool off!

Spotlessly clean, attractive, good service, free sample cups on request to taste before you commit, TARO frozen yogurt, and my yogurt and toppings seemed a lot cheaper than the equivalent weight on Oahu... GO FIGURE ! There is a Yogurtland App to accumulate points. The only thing I didn't like was a strong smell of cleaning fluid (floor cleaner??) when we went in late one night... we sat outside as a result.

I love Yogurtland because of the fact that it's unique and there is nothing like it in Hilo. I have the freedom to choose my flavor(s) of frozen yogurt, how much of if I want, and the toppings to go along with it. I enjoy the seasonal flavors (especially around Christmastime) but my all-time favorite is the lychee flavor, which I sadly haven't seen in while. What I also like about Yogurtland is that you can get some sample cups from the cashier (you have to ask them for it) and taste-test flavors before you commit to filling your bowl with it. Each time I went, the toppings bar was always clean and filled. Toppings galore! From fresh fruit, cereal, gummy candies, mochi, and syrups (I am sad they did away with those jelly pops though). Complementary water infused with fresh fruit is also served. Everything is a la carte and you pay for your yogurt by the ounce, which can get pricey if you load your bowl with heavy stuff. There is a lot of seating inside, although I prefer to sit outside because the music is just a tad too loud to have conversations inside without yelling. Also. it would be nice if the yogurt machines were spread wider apart and not so scrunched in one, single-file line. Other than that, A+ in my book!

Yogurtland is my favorite because of their pretty consistent quality, good variety and very competitive price. It's a nice and clean shop with a good selection of flavors (sweet and tarty flavors) and toppings (gummy bears, cereal, nuts, mochi balls, fresh fruit, Ghirardelli syrups, candy, etc.). There are some consistency issues with the frozen yogurt texture. Some of the frozen yogurt came out easier than other ones, and sometimes slower then molasses, ha ha! The toppings are pretty fresh and good. I love to add extra Nuts and shredded Coconut. The mochi balls are yummy and chewy too. Service is alway's friendly and quick. It's a good option for an healthy, affordable, and satisfying dessert. They have a set list of flavors that they keep constant while bringing and switching up new flavors every once in a while. Also, don't forget to get some free sample cup's...a little free yogurt never hurt, and won't even show on your thighs, lol! I have several favorite flavor's (see my pic's), the Toasted Coconut, Fresh Strawberry, Pralines & Cream, and Dutch Chocolate, Yum!

Very good FroYo. Nice selection of flavors and toppings including lots of fresh fruit. No hot fudge and no public restroom.

Came here for dessert after having lunch at Kuhio Grille. I don't know why but I rather enjoyed the fro-yo here more than the one in Waikiki. Maybe because the atmosphere is more laid back and relaxing here? More tables and chairs to sit down and enjoy as well. That's a plus in my book. Also, lots of parking = less stress. Winners all the way! 31 Yelps Review Challenge (23/31).

After my disappointing experience from eating at the Northridge Yogurtland, the Hilo Yogurtland rekindled my love that I once experienced at the Long Beach Yogurtland. The Hilo Yogurtland greatly distinguishes itself from the other chains in California. The yogurt selections captures the taste that best reflects Hawaii, such as Kona coffee and macadamia. Finally, I found a Yogurtland that serves taro, which actually taste like what it is suppose to. Topping remained unchanged from other Yogurtland. This place is a clear example on how all Yogurtland should be.

Went there for the first time and like that they have two cup sizes and also that the weight of their cup is not so heavy yet sturdy. There are some places that have heavy cups that adds to the cost of how much you have to pay. I had gotten a few different flavors, but my favorite was the matcha-green tea. My daughter, and I enjoyed our froyo!

Sandwiched between Jamba Juice and Kuhio Grill, Yogurtland recently opened in Hilo. As its name suggests, it is a frozen yogurt haven. It is a complete self-serve parlor with a variety of frozen yogurt and toppings. It's $0.42 an once, so you decide your portions. Since this was my first visit here, I tried dutch chocolate, arctic vanilla, ny cheesecake, taro, peanut butter and kona coffee. For toppings, i chose fresh strawberries, whipped cream, shredded coconut and peanuts. I'd have to say that my favorite flavors so far are peanut butter, taro and kona coffee. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was nice. They have a couple of tables in the parlor. It would be nice for them to put some outdoors as well. The great thing about this place is that they are open until 10pm on m-th, 11pm on f-sa, and 8pm su.

I remember when Yogurtland moved to Hilo, it was alllll the rage. Having lived in Santa Barbara for a while, I was a Yogurtland regular since it was right next to my school. Then, I moved back to Hilo, and was really happy that they opened one up. My favorite flavors were red velvet, plain tart, and pistachio. Their li hing mui apples were also so very yummy.

I love Yogurtland. Especially this one because they have jellies! I love those little colorful jellies. Buuuut, they keep their yogurt way too warm. Its coming out melting and immediately turning into liquid in the bowl. This defeats the purpose of mixing and matching. Still I love it and will eat it a lot. Its surprisingly dead for a yogurtland also. I haven't seen one so empty in a while.

Hooray for Yogurtland!!! Love the new flavors (cinnamon roll and peanut butter cup) but the peppermint hot chocolate flavor was not fantastic. Clean location. Pleasant staff.

5 stars here! Get as much or as little yogurt as you want! $3 or under is enough for me... usually my favs are the coconut / chocolate combo. french vanilla is yum too.... The passion and tropicals seem super popular too. I'm not into the pink or limegreen spoons... or the Hello Kitty stuff, but dang the fresh yogurt is onolicious! Also, nice place to just chill on a hot humid day.. AC'd and free comp water.

Didn't even get to try the yogurt. More than half of the machines were not able to dispense because they were out of mix or something. Terrible first impression.

This place is awesome! What a cool concept. It was so fun to try the different flavors of frozen yogurt, and everything tasted refreshing. They have a huge variety of fresh fruit and nuts to add. Price is based on weight. I had the pistachio yogurt and the mango yogurt...so good!

Why did this Yogurtland seem to taste better then the ones in California? I have no idea. This is my favorite Yogurtland of all time.

Yogurtland is the happening place for families and students in Hilo. Good flavors and a good variety of toppings. Sometimes the yogurt can be a little watery, but the staff is quick to fix that. The Taro is my favorite and sometimes when they have blueberry that is very good as well. Top it with some nuts and you can have a nice dessert for under $3.

Way to go Hilo! Yogurtland is great. All natural flavors. Plain yogurt only 18 calories an ounce. Fun fruit, nut, candy toppings- even little mochi balls. Control the portions and toppings yourself for 42 cents an ounce. Delicious flavors like lemon-lilikoi and lichi. Or classics like Dutch chocolate and artic vanilla. I've been there twice now and the vib is exciting and friendly. Highly recommend.

for one, this place is great... two: it's a franchise so it's basically going to be the same as in california, louisiana, new york, texas, etc. however being that it's in hilo hawaii, there are a few differences in toppings... like here they have li hing mui apple, a local favorite flavoring over cut apples, macadamia nuts and mochi balls.. onto what it's like: friendly staff, good atmosphere, and a few tables inside and outside. located on puainako street across from walmart, and inbetween starbucks and kuhio grill. the yogurt is delicious and only 42 cents an ounce with only 18 calories per ounce for those of you on a diet... it's about time hilo got a new place to hasn't out with friends for teens, and places to take your grandchildren or just children after school for a treat...
