Bobby was the best waiter we have had on our 7 day journey. Very friendly, energetic, attentive--just an all around great waiter!! Actually all if the employees we encountered were very nice. If you've ever been to a Cracker Barrel, you know about the food. It's the same at every location. Exactly what we ordered and got it in a reasonable amount of time since they were packed. The one difference in the gift shop is that the collegiate gear they sell depends on the state in which your dining. Overall good experience!

Not as good as others, but it filled the need. Service could be improved with some training; bathroom needs some basic maintenance and repairs. Time for an overall restaurant makeover.

Worst food of any Cracker Barrel I've visited. Server wasn't helpful. I asked if I could substitute grits, he said "sure, with more grits (cheese grits) or extra gravy. Wow, that's helpful. The corn bread wasn't edible. The chicken in the chicken and dumplings wasn't done. Very bad experience. Not to mention our very close neighbors screamed the whole time. Glad I won't be back.

Stopped here to grab breakfast on the way south. It was early morning so no crowd. Service was prompt, James was our server. Food was bland. It's been a couple years since last I ate here and remember food being more flavorful. Was disappointed this time.

Came here for lunch with my family, we were seated promptly but then ignored for 15 mins. It wasn't even that busy. No one ever got us any drinks or greeted us. The manager went by checking on tables and completely just walked by, ignoring us again! Finally everyone in our party was so thirsty and annoyed we left. Once again no one even noticed, TERRIBLE SERVICE!

Restrooms were not clean. Cashier paid more attention to a coworker than the 5 customers waiting to pay. Waitress took our order, 10 minutes later, brought our drinks, then told us she would turned the order in, 15 minutes later, another waitress brought out the main dish (the special), and brought out the wrong sides. Special was just ok. Would have been better off going anywhere else.

This is a good Cracker Barrel. I got an awesome cup of loaded baked potato soup and a grilled chicken salad for $6.00! I Felt that the portions were hearty and good quality. Our waitress was a "rising star" but she did a fantastic job taking care of us. I would have given it 5 stars but as I was leaving I noticed the bathroom didn't smell as clean as I would expect. Other than that, my experience was great. If you are traveling through Valdosta and want to eat a good size portion at a great restaurant, stop here.

Lots and lots of good Southern food with a fun gift store to shop in. Rocking chairs if you have to wait. Chicken and dumplings are a fave. Biscuits and gravy are my breakfast choice. Just off I-75 and can get crowded if a few buses pull in, seems to be a good stop for groups on the Highway. Clean, well managed, good comfort food. I love playing the golf tee game :)

I have 2 words... FOOD POISONING Luckily it was only me and no one in my family. I was the only one who had vegetables. It was the only food I had that day and it was only in my stomach for a couple hours. We were driving home from Florida and that experience made the next 16 hours of driving interesting to say the least. The corporate office offered a gift card for my trouble. $50

The service was great and the waitress was attentive. I came in with my family a party of 6. We had 2 orders of roast beef, 1 order of the ribeye steak, 1 chicken fried chicken, and a breakfast plate. The portions were significantly smaller compared to all of the other cracker barrels I've visited. And the quality was also lacking. :( I want to give it another shot since I really enjoy eating at this chain but I don't know if its really worth it. Two stars though for the friendly service.

i know cracker barrel's (cb, if you're cool like that) just aren't in the south, but thats really the only time i've gone to them. cb's have a reputation for offering generally unhealthy food, but i was surprised by the low cal, low carb selections on the menu. now i'm not sure how many people make it to that portion of the menu, but whatever. i went with the classic chicken'n'dumplings and they were pretty good. our waitress was good, and its kind of bad-ass how the longer you've been in the company, the more stars you have on your apron. it's like cb is building a secret (slow moving) army or something. 1 star for the dumplings 1 star for the service 1 star for grandma picking up the check

Had breakfast here on Sunday morning with family. The breakfast is okay but the coffee was better. It was so cold we had to eat fast. I don't like room temperature food. Our waiter was fast and friendly and got our order right. Maybe it'll be a little warmer if we go in the afternoon for lunch.
