NO. NO. NO. I love froyo. Even if it's not the perfect creamy, smooth tangy original flavor (which is what I always get) like the one from the self-serve Yoforia shops or my ultimate fave Red Mango (the one in NYC, of course) - I still LOVE froyo. Yogli Mogli is not my fave, but it can be convenient and I get my froyo fix. BUT NO. This is the WORST experience I've ever had with froyo. When I went in tonight, I was looking forward to some regular ol' original froyo with some fruits. I only saw kiwi, strawberries, and lychee (probably from a can). NO. After paying about $10+ because I paid for 3 cups, I took a bite of my original froyo and I had to spit it out. It tasted SOUR, not tangy. Like, it was BAD, spoiled bad. NO NO NO. I get it. Sometimes, there are bad batches. When I walked back and told the store employee, she just told me, "Sorry, but I will tell my boss about it." Obviously, the boss wasn't there. There was no offer for a refund or at least to let me have some other flavor. I just looked at her flabbergasted. Then I proceeded to throw away TWO FULL cups of original tart flavor froyo + toppings in the trash inside. Never again am I coming to THIS Yogli Mogli. NO.

Two things that are positive for this place; 1. price is the lowest I've seen (equal to Tutti Frutti @ 39 cents/oz) 2. It's closest to my home Tried it today finally and oh boy, the frozen yogurt is NOT as tart and flavorful as many others (Pinkberry, Froyolo, Tutti Frutti, Mango, et al). I fell in love with froyo b/c the tart/sweet punch would leave an unsatiable appetite to dig in for more. This low-fat version is not real froyo. I like the self-serve. But Froyolo and Tutti-Frutti are better options. Will have to drive 15-minutes further to get the real thing. Sorry, call me a froyo snob, but wont go back.

This place is ok. The yogurt here is definitely not tart, just as other reviewers have mentioned. I expected this before I tried it though. I tried the original, cake batter and coconut flavors. It was tasty, but I've had better. It definitely didn't satisfy my froyo craving.

This is definitely my go-to spot when meeting up with friends at the Suwanee Town Center. It's always the best treat after our workouts there. Consistency is key. This place always has fresh toppings and the staff will always do their best to keep the yogurt shop nice and tidy. My only frustration every time I visit this location is that the yogurt takes forever to dispense. It drives me nuts and I'm not sure why they haven't fixed the issue yet. It could be that the yogurt mix was made super thick but it makes it very difficult to get the fro-yo in your cup so you can add your toppings and enjoy it. I only have this place the 4th star because the customer service here is always fantastic and delightful. Management did a great job of hiring a very friendly staff that's always accomodating.

We love frozen yogurt but not from places that have extremely rude and disrespectful managers/owners. Visited there with my family earlier today and it will be the last time we ever go there. Other places we go usually give out samples and are happy to do so. Not at this establishment! Owner ripped into my kids when they asked about sampling the yogurt. I would not recommend going here!

Potential to be a great place but needs to have more variety of flavored / toppings. Also why are they so selfish with the sample cups? Is it that big of a deal when you need to decide between peach and pineapple??? The Woman working today was not friendly at all. I had my daughter with me who was on good behavior, thank goodness. The toppings need to be labeled because sometimes you don't know what they are , it would be awesome to add condensed milk to the sauces and also not be so stingy with the sample cups. Someone who smiles when you walk in and seems grateful for you coming into their yogurt shop would be nice.

Staff not at all friendly. They give you the samples, instead of the customers self sampling.....really cheap. There is no water either. Will go to some other franchise.too bad they are located on the suwanee town center!

Love this place love the sorbet they have and the fact that I can add anything I want to it from their buffet selections

Had to try this place after spending some time with my 5 year old running around Suwanee Town Center. It was, as my friend Joe says, "meh." I get that it is a novelty for some people to self serve their own dessert and cover it in toppings spread out like a salad bar. However, the dessert doesn't end up being what you want it to be for the price. I think you get more bang for your buck eating real ice cream at Brusters. I'm sure that after you pile the toppings on, that it ceases to be a "healthy" dessert. I also didn't like that they had a tip jar at the register. Why should they get a tip when you are doing everything yourself???Go get real ice cream then walk around the town center like 20 times.

Let me preface this by saying that my favorite fro-yo place in the Atlanta area is Yoforia. I've been going there for 3-4 years and absolutely adore it. I like that their yogurt is light and tart. However, I was in town and decided to check Yogli Mogli out! At Yogli Mogli however, the yogurt is creamy and more ice-cream like rather than the light frozen yogurt consistency that I was expecting. And there isn't the smallest trace of tartness. Is it frozen yogurt or is it ice-cream?? Pros: Cheap! Its self-serve and only 39 cents an ounce! Lots and lots of flavors (including fat-free and no sugar added). Lots of toppings too. And they are open late! Cons: It is more like ice-cream rather than frozen yogurt! It didn't hit the spot. It's not bad but it depends purely on your preference. If you like creamy fro-yo, then give this place a shot.

Overpriced, average fro yo and I agree with the comments about rude owners/management. Nothing friendly about the service, and spent so much time waiting in line, our dessert was practically melted by the time we paid for it.

  • Allison S.

The froyo is ALRIGHT - but the owners are awful people! Rude to customers, rude to employees. I worked there for less than a year during high school! They cut hours from my paychecks, lost paychecks and were simply disrespectful and degrading towards me and several other employees! I even had an instance when my sister was yelled at for taking one chocolate chip from her yogurt before paying for it! No customer service at all!! Boycott Yogli Mogli and go to Planet Smoothie or Ritas's.

After attending the Korean Festival and enjoying the entertaining Talent Show there, my siblings and I wanted some Ice-Custard from Rita's. Unfortunately, we found a sign on their door that said they're closed for the season. Boo. I had no idea that they only opened seasonally. So we agreed that we should try Yogli Mogli since we'd never had their froyo before. Around 6:30 pm, Yogli Mogli was kind of dead. There was one other customer grabbing some froyo and taking it to go when the four of us walked in. We asked an employee for some sample cups, and she gave us plenty. There are 16 different flavors of self-serve yogurt available at 42 cents per ounce. So the first one I tried was the Original Tart, which is normally my favorite froyo flavor at other froyo places. Oh. My. Goodness. It tasted horrible. I wish I could be more descriptive about why I thought it tasted bad, but the best I can do is say that it tasted nothing like the "original tart" at other places like Pinkberry or Tutti Frutti. Maybe it was an off day or something, but I was incredibly disappointed. Other flavors I sampled were Very Strawberry, New York Cheesecake, Pomegranate Raspberry Tart, and Fruit Punch Sorbet. The non-tart flavors were generally ice creamy. The Pomegranate Raspberry Tart, which sounds delicious, was incredibly strange-tasting. As expected, it was sour, but it didn't have the right balance of sweet. Additionally, it tasted carbonated, which I thought was really weird. The best flavor was the Fruit Punch Sorbet, but it definitely tasted like a "sugar free" flavor. Since my sister and I were planning to share a cup of froyo (didn't want too much), I let my sister choose which flavor to get. We normally like to get at least two different flavors, but the only flavor my sister and I agreed on was the Very Strawberry. There are plenty of toppings available, including your standard fruits, mochi (YAY!), as well as things like popping boba which look like large salmon roe. The fruit toppings were fresh and good. My sister went ahead and piled our cup of froyo with toppings like crumbled Oreos, chocolate chips, strawberries, and mochi. Overall, this Yogli Mogli gets 2 stars for their "meh" self-serve froyo. Employees were friendly and the store environment was fairly clean, but the restroom smelled really nasty. I thought it was neat that they had a bin set up to receive non-persishable food donations for the Atlanta Community Food Bank from customers and, in turn, offer 10% off their yogurt purchases. However, I probably won't return to Yogli Mogli because I was so disappointed in their froyo, especially the Original Tart. [Review 298 of 366]

My daughters and I absolutely love coming here when the craving for a sweet treat hits. Extremely clean. Friendly staff. Always greeted with a smile. It's a little further from our house than a couple other fro-yo options , but we really enjoy coming to this yogli mogli. The location is perfect too, being in the Suwanee Town Center absolutely has it's perks, especially if you have kids! Have been coming here for a couple years and will continue to come with my daughters.

Staff not friendly. I wanted to clean a table outside where someone put there foot on it and was offered only wet napkins to clean table. Fruit flies above toppings and poor selection of froyo. I like Swirls in Buford near Books for Less. I will not be back. No wonder it was not packed.

Just tried Yogli Mogli for the first time today. Thought it was great! Love the self-serve idea. I'd not seen that before in a yogurt place. You grab your cup, go up to the yogurt gadget of your choice and serve it up - as much or as little as you like. Mix and match for your own concoction and then sprinkle the goodies you like from a salad-bar type set up. I chose TART and it was awesome, I mixed in some coconut for some sweetness. New York Cheesecake was my son's choice and it was yum. Threw in some gummy worms for perfection and we didn't hear a word from him for 10 minutes. It's nice and clean, sharp lines and good color with seating outside, as well. It'll be a pleasant treat this summer when hanging out at Town Center.

Be careful when you mix flavors, employee Elizabeth wouldn't let my son exchange his cup for new even though we are regulars and have never done this before. In addition no one offered free tastes the hour we were there to avoid this problem. I watched as another mother paid for an extra dessert after her little girl didn't like the flavor she got.

I'm not a yogurt snob - trust me, but this place unfortunately was not good at all. It had a slight saltiness to it. I did go there at 10pm so maybe the yogurt wasn't replenished? Not sure what the deal was but four of us threw it out after a couple of bites. The place is clean, had a good selection of toppings, but bad froyo. Also, the worker decided to kick us out rudely when there were people getting yogurt. I understand people want to go home when it's closing time -- I've worked in the restaurant industry -- however, it was unnecessary to rudely ask us to leave when we were waiting for the people to finish ordering. There is a correct way to ask and there is a rude way to ask. We left feeling disgruntled, unsatisfied, and extremely shocked at the bad service and yogurt. Do not go!

I think this place is pretty all-right. I am QUITE the frozen yogurt person. I have tried many places, including Pinkberry and the Yogurt Tap (a small place in Decatur). I have to say if I had any of the other places closer to me, I would choose them before Yogli Mogli, but this place is not bad for the close distance it is to my house. Their yogurt definitely seems to be missing the healthy-feeling factor that other places boast. Most of the recipes are "low-fat", not "non-fat", and they are much softer and creamier, like an ice cream. This reminds me more of a TCBY type frozen yogurt. I enjoy more of the really hard-frozen tart yogurt, so this is not really my deal. The dutch chocolate and the vanilla were both pretty tasty. I thought the peach flavor tasted really fake and nasty. Definitely missing an element of "natural" flavorings. Topping bar is pretty nice. Prices compare to most at 0.39 cents per ounce. Not a bad place to try, but definitely not my favorite.

My new favorite place!!! I was so happy to finally see a self serve frozen yogurt place in the Atlanta area. I just moved here from SoCal, where these types of places are in every strip mall pretty much, but Yogli Mogli is awesome. Their dulce de leche is off the chain and for 35 cents and ounce, it's not bad at all. For 4 of us, it was $14 which is WAY cheaper than Coldstone's or Carvel. It's healthier than ice cream for sure and picking what YOU want, makes it even better. I'm in love with this place and have already been there multiple times!

Mmm... fro-yo. Mmm... In all honesty, I still heart The Yogurt Tap in Decatur above all other yogurt places, but Yogil Mogli's a solid competitor. They have a TON of different flavors to choose from, including seasonal flavors (cherry and Tahitian vanilla were in rotation the last time I was there) as well as more toppings (including mochi!) than you can shake a stick at. I agree that the yogurt is more custard-y than frozen yogurt-y, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. It's all natural, full of probiotics, and live bacteria (the good stuff) and still low fat or fat free depending on the flavor - they do a good job of promoting the health benefits of the yogurt while cleverly neglecting to mention when you add the animal crackers, crumbled candy bars, sprinkles, nuts, M&Ms, hot fudge, caramel syrup, whipped cream and maybe a few pieces of fruit to be "healthy" - you've just made a snack with more calories than a Whopped with extra bacon. But hey - it's still yogurt! It's healthy... maybe. Anyway, the store's brightly lit, clean and minimalist like most fro-yo places nowadays, they have little cups to try flavors before purchasing a big cup to fill to the brim, and I like the variety of flavors (too many to try all at once, but makes you want to come back to try more) and toppings. The location in Suwanee's also primo - as soon as you get your yogurt you can stroll out into the park and people watch or sit outside and eat it before continuing on your way. When you've got a fro yo hankering, this Yogli Mogli will fill the bill. The hardest part is deciding which flavors and toppings to combine.
