I was there last night for the two for Tuesday special we waited 30 minutes which is normal on a Tuesday the food is good but the The quality of service and servers has been on the decline for the past several months there used to be managers that would come by and check your table that has not happened for at least six months I come every Tuesday last night we waited 30 minutes for a refill on our drinks after she said she would be right back with refills she apologized but still unacceptable My family really enjoys this restaurant but the service needs to improve if they want to continue to earn our business

3 stars. I had to wait a long time for the server to show up. Wings are good, but the service is horrible. A different server came by, but no my server. This has been the worse service sumo far.

I don't care who you are! I love this place!!! Soooo many wing choices and delicious burgers!! I have never had a bad experience at ANY Wild Wing establishment and will continue to enjoy their great food!

Back in the early to mid 2000s I used to spend a good deal of time / money at the Wild Wing Cafe in Marietta / East Cobb (located in a strip plaza across from the Kroger on Roswell Rd in Marietta [near Sherlocks and Mazzy's]). The food at the Marietta location was good; nothing outstanding but decent pub grub in the corporate sanitized vein kind of way: Wings, burgers, chicken fingers, chicken sandwiches, chef's salads. Solid stuff. And great beer selection too. On par with Taco Mac if that is your wheelhouse for this type of fare. I was disappointed with what I had , food wise, from this Suwannee location. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing. Maybe I went on an off night. I went on a very busy / hectic Saturday night when they had a band playing. The crowd was weird - as in ugly American / OTP crowd. I am in in-town (ITP) dweller and I don't often venture this far out (OTP wise). This was entertaining to be sure (on a band night) but it was also somewhat depressing. Kind of reminded me of the Alpharetta Wild Wing location. The band was okay but trying too hard. The songs were loud and decidedly entrenched in the 70s / 80s / 90s genre covers. Beer selection here was good (consistent with the Marietta location). I was drinking SweetWater 420, IPA and Seasonal. My date and I were mildly entertained in a throwback / surreal time warp kind of way. Food-wise the experience was a downer. When you order boneless wings you can pick two flavors. My boneless wings were of decidedly substandard quality / on par with Mickey D's chicken nuggets. And the flavors were off. Hot flavor boneless wings were weak but marginally palatable. Garlic hot flavor boneless wings were gross (seemed to be dipped first in hot sauce then coated with some sort of garlic mayo sauce). The food might have been better if it were served piping hot (but no such luck). Service was addled and distracted; however, the place was crazy busy given it was a busy Saturday night. The reason , though perhaps valid , is not a good excuse for marginal service and tepid food. Hire more help on the weekends. Perhaps really deserves 2.5 stars but i will be diplomatic and give 3.
