Visited here on Saturday, August 11. Not a good experience. We got our table. Ordered. The salsa and chips were good. Then came the skillet queso dip. Good too. Now came the problem. I ordered the Red River tacos(or something like that) and my friend got one of the burritos. 2 minutes later, the food shows up. Really. It wasn't our order. So they took it back and ....as it turns out, it belonged to the table next to ours. So, we re-ordered. And......waited. And waited. The order for the table next to ours came out. They ate. Talked. Finished. Got a to go box. Paid. Then got up and left. We still hadn't gotten our food! Finally it came out. My friends burrito was not hot in the middle. He sent it back. My tacos were pretty good, but not great. I'm not a fan of the food here. I must say that none of this was our servers fault. His name was Matt and he kicked ass. He tried hard and always kept apologizing. Not his fault, was it? Nope. Matt, that's why you got a 50% tip. You deserved it for your hard work. I figured a manager would come and at least speak to us, but we never saw one at all. Bartender was really pretty, though. And both hostesses were very nice. See? I'm trying to be positive. Thought about bringing the J/J Burger Tour here but not gonna do it.

We went for lunch on Friday and it was surprisingly empty for a sunny Friday in August. We were seated immediately in a booth.......not one with bars around it, but a regular booth. The chips and salsa came out quick as did our server to take our order. I ordered the OK Corral burrito and my wife got steak fajitas. The burrito came out on a tiny plate, which was different....not bad but different. Usually at a Mexican joint you get a huge plate that is too hot to touch.....not so here. The burrito was not hot but not cold. I really don't like super hot food so it was no big deal for me as I could eat it. My wife would have sent it back for being cold. As to the overall quality of the burrito, think Moe's but in a sit down restaurant with table service. I like Moe's so it isn't a bad thing. My wife's steak fajitas were good. The meat had good flavor and we both liked them. They gave plenty of green peppers and onions, which we both like. Overall the fajitas were good and she would order them again. Service was alright. Not super attentive but we weren't ignored either....a solid B grade on service. The salsa was fresh and the chips were very tasty. As I stated above, think Moe's but with table service and better ambiance. Neither of us had any alcohol so with tip we got out for $30 for Friday lunch. Will we go back?? Probably.

On a trip last weekend to Atlanta we went to dinner on Friday night at Twisted Taco. Before going, I checked the reviews and they were not good. Our family we were with said they go all the time and the service is usually good. So we decided to give it a try. Going in the door, the hostesses seem like typical non-caring high school students that don't want to be there. Not a good first impression but I am willing to give it the benefit of the doubt. So once seated it took at minimum 10 minutes for our server to come over. No chips & salsa, nothing. Then just before our waitress came over we notice a table that sat down well after we did get drinks and salsa deliver... We hadn't even seen our waitress yet! Once she did surface on her way to the table behind us, she did say "I'll be right with you". Hmm ok acknowledgment is good. She came over took our drink and apps order and left. Gone for awhile she came back with drinks. Then she was off again for awhile. Finally she comes back to take our order. I ordered 3 tacos. One Boom Boom Shrimp, one buffalo chicken and one Argentinian which I decided on after I asked her what was better that or the Carne Asada. She went MIA again for awhile and then when our order came out, I got my buffalo chicken, my boom boom shrimp, and the one I wasn't sure about. Turns out it was the Greek (lamb). She didnt make much of an attempt to fix it, but at this point I took it because I wasn't going to wait for another one. I like gyros so I figured it would be the fine. It was and all three taco were delicious! If it wasn't for the food this place would get a big fat 1 star and less than that if I could. They really need to work on their service for sure. I don't know if I would go back, just based on the poor service alone, however maybe I would try another location.

Margaritas are cheap during happy hour service is pretty good too!

I have to say that I was a little concerned after reading the reviews this place was getting so early on in it's existence. I almost diverted us back to the ol standby but I figured we ought to at least check it out. I was pleasantly surprised. The service was good, not outstanding but well within reason for a place like this. The Burrito I had was very good (funny side note, I'm so used to everything being so over-plated that when they brought out a burrito on a tiny plate with no sides, I was taken aback...I know that the whole idea of a burrito is that everything, even the sides, are wrapped up in the tortilla but it just seemed odd). We had a mixed group with 5 kids and they took good care of the kids but when the kids food came out it was extrememly hot. I would expect a place that has a kids menu would understand that they should probably fry the chicken fingers first and let them cool to below the temperature of molten iron before they set them in front of a 3 year old but heck, what are parents for. No harm, no foul. They have Fat Tire on draught so there's a nice plus. All in all, we had a good time, enjoyed the food and I'll be back. Cheers!

This was our first visit, after a recommendation from a friend. Went on a Thursday at 5:30PM, and business was slow. The hostess was polite and cheerful, and seated us in a jail booth, by request. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the jail cell booths have small flat screen tvs in them, with a remote at each table, and DirecTv service- a very unique amenity in my experience. Our waiter arrived promptly with chips and salsa, and took our drink orders. We also ordered their cheese dip which is perhaps the best I've ever tasted. Being such a large serving for two people, we pretty much ruined our appetite. Since it was $2 taco night, we decided to order them. I asked the waiter how big the tacos are because we didn't want too much in addition to the dip. He said they were big, so we ordered one apiece. The tacos were served promptly, and they were tasty, but they are standard size tacos, not "big". We could have eaten at least two. Our overall experience was good, and we will patronize them again. I am curious how prompt their service is though, when they are busy.

Twisted Taco Suwanee rocks! The waiters are Super nice and the food is twisted good! I love the gyro, down home shrimp, Cuban, and the Buffalo Bill tacos. The tacos are gloriously delicious and the drinks from the bar are perfection. I truly recommend going and sitting at the booths in the jail cell style area. Plus, get a table with a Tv and order some fire roasted salsa, guacamole and chips!

My family really enjoys coming to eat at Twisted Taco! I have a family member that is vegetarian and another that does not eat red meat - and there are so many choices for tacos that everyone is happy! We love to sit in the jail cell where we can watch tv and feel like we are at a private dining table. Service is great at typical lunch and dinner times - but is poor in two of my experiences around 2 or 3 o'clock. This is a great place to go to on date night and it is also a great place to go with the familY

Okay, truth. I did not really like this place BUT it is with a great caveat because I am from CALIFORNIA! Los Angeles specifically which probably has the best Mexican food available in the United States besides San Diego. If I had no idea what that tasted like then I would be just fine with this place. The margaritas were too sweet, I think they came from a mix. The tacos all were fine. Nothing special. Although the steak and blue cheese was different and not bad. The amazing thing here were the fried pickles and jalapenos. Never had them before and was surprised how good they were from a Mexican restaurant in Suwanee, GA!

I haven't had a bad taco yet. Service is on point. Great addition to Suwanee!

Visited here on Oct 13. Very disappointed. Seated quickly, then nothing. Manager came by asked if we had been help, No sir. Manager "let me go get someone"... Comes back, Jeff is your sever, he'll be here in a second. Jeff never shows. Why not just get our drink order Mr. Manager. We wait again. Another server stops by, "have you been help?" No ma'am. With more common sense than her manager, she takes our drink order. Drinks come out, wait a little longer and Jeff shows up. YEAH! We order, ordered skillet queso, no beef. Comes out with beef. I order a plate of three taco's , wife orders a veg plate can't remember what she had, but wasn't pleased. My taco's come out and I'm a little surprised, that all of my tacos are pink! Yes, pink tacos.. yes I get the joke. They looked awful. Notice a couple of other severs with cancer awareness shirts on and get what's going on. For $3-$4 a taco, same size as a taco bell soft taco, they were a huge disappointment.

So my friend dragged me here because she was really hungry and said the menu had some really good stuff. It was the first week of opening and boy it was empty in there! Im not very fond of mexican places like frontera, mexican border, and etc. I work at an authenic-no hard shell-real taco restaurant. But i was going to give it a try.The chips were ok the salsa not all that great it was not even spicy I got the chicken egg rolls and my friend got chicken spicy tenders. The chicken rolls were bland, the sauce did help somewhat but it was just black beans grilled chicken with cilantro. My friends chicken tenders were not breaded all the way , the breading fell off the chicken to easy and no taste what so ever.It was like something I can make at home. I loved the interior design tho , had a wide range of tequila to chose from. But also it's located next to a Taco Mac, sorry to say but one can not compete with taco Mac and any restaurant that has ever been next to Taco mac has not lasted sadly so this one will be no surprise if it does not last.

We typically go on Saturday afternoon and sit at the bar so we can watch sports. We've had good experiences. We like to try different style tacos and some we like better than others, but it's just a matter of taste. I like the Cuban tacos and the fish tacos. I also like the taco salad. The margaritas are tasty, too!

  • Frank M.

This brand new location was my very first experience at a Twisted Taco. I can't say I was impressed. The salsa tasted fresh but unfortunately it also tasted very bland. The queso skillet was average and the two apps combined prepared me for the painfully overcooked steak tacos I ordered. A star given for atmosphere and beer selection but for my american-mex money's worth I think I'll drive just a little further down the road to Cheeky's.

We tried Twisted Taco July 14th in Suwanee. The waitress was very unprofessional. Our friends order was completely wrong, come to find out it was someone else order. We had no flatware and finally caught the manager and he did get flatware for us. The food was not bad but it was no better than Taco Bell. The server ( a girl in her 20s) looked nasty with her tattoo up her arm and nose piercing. She should not be in a family restaurant, she would be good in a biker bar! I dont know anything about the other Twisted Tacos but we will NOT be going back to the Suwanee one. This is the first negative review I have done in 20 years.

We delayed trying this place because of the bad reviews, but we're glad we finally gave it a shot. We had a very good experience for a weekday lunch. It's an interesting atmosphere with individual TVs available at some booths and other booths made to look like jail cells. Our server was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. Our son ordered nachos which were only okay, but my husband and I each found the tacos to be a hit. These are not your average tacos. My favorite was the Pulled Pork. I thought the sauce and slaw were perfect complements for the pork. I also liked the Greek taco, which tasted like a gyro. This is the only place that I have come across that offers whole wheat tortillas as an option, which I really like. My husband's favorite was the Argentinian taco (grilled steak, chimichurri sauce) followed closely by the Cuban taco (pork, plantains and mojo). We plan to return on a Tuesday for the $1.99 taco specials.

Vile dig food. Please do not bother...unless you enjoy rancid beef ..bland mealy cheese...or tasteless mystery meat stuffed into soggy tortillas.

Was looking forward to this place opening, but disappointed with the service and quality of food. We waited a long time for mediocre food at best. I don't plan to come back!

Excellent service! Sat at the bar and couldn't complain! Service from the bartender was great and fast. Definitely will be back for more! Food was good. Service was excellent!!!

This seems to be a common chain in this area. The food is decent and moderately priced. I had the pulled pork tacos and the chicken tacos. I was not impressed with the sauce on the pulled pork. Overall the restaurant is nice. It's decorated in woods type of theme. The prices of the food and drinks are what you would find at any average restaurant. I will definitely try this place again but with different food. The pulled pork tacos just seemed a bit bland for it being pulled pork. Seems to be a normal trend across all Twisted Tacos.

ZERO STARS!!! And that's only because there aren't negative numbers!!! Worst dining experience ever!!! Hostest: Table for three? Me: No, eight and a baby. Hostest: (Rolls eyes while exhaling in a huff...walks away while mumbling under her breath) Off to a great start!! Order a Woodchuck Cider, which confuses the waitress...have to show it to her on the menu. End up having to read it to her. Order chips and queso. Queso was good, but its a little hard to dip crumbs -- especially when the crumbs are smaller than the jalapenos. More bad news...no Woodchuck Cider. Decide not to order...best decision of the night--daughter spits out black beans and says the taste tainted. Last trip to Twisted Taco EVER!!!

If you want to watch a specific football game don't bother coming here... We came here today to watch Panthers and Green Bay and were told the TVs were programmed and they can't change any channels even though there are only two other people at the bar... NASCAR isn't even on... Leaving and going elsewhere.

This is definitely my go to place when I want to drink some margaritas and eat tacos. Gabriel is AWESOME! I can honestly say that we have been coming back here mainly because of him. Taco tuesday is awesome as well. $2 dollar tacos and $2 bottled domestic beers. Happy hour is great for margaritas! The boom boom shrimp and the argentinian tacos are a must try. The burrito is awesome as well. I forgot the name but its filled with yummy steak and chicken! Also don't forget to get it twisted. I mean why would you want a burrito that wasn't covered in queso is beyond my understanding. The food and service here is amazing. I can't wait for them to open their rooftop patio!

    (4)
  • Jordan N.

Food is so much better than Taco Mac next door, but the Mac is known for its beer selection, not quality food. If you're looking for a meal, stop in here. We go almost every Tuesday for their $2 taco and domestic beer special. Tacos are similar to Cheeky, but even more variety. Excited for the rooftop patio to open! The $3 happy hr margaritas are pretty good.

This place appears to be run by kids/students who don't give a darn about customer service. the hostess looked like she was 12 yrs old. The chips are awful, really thin and greasy, the chips break in what they describe as salsa but my group thought was some bottled mush from one of those little corner stores that sells things for $1 The food is average at best and 2 of our meals were served cold but should have been hot. They made several mistakes on our order and the waiter blamed the kitchen.

a re-visit with the brother in suwanee and we tried this place again. i enjoyed my meal a bit more this time around. again, the chips were super crispy. plenty of salsa. the place was pretty empty on a saturday at around 2pm. i again ordered 2 corn tortilla tacos. the shrimp was good but a bit heavy on the aioli sauce (a little too mayo-ey as well). our server was very attentive and kept the water glasses filled.

Well as a long-time yelper I typically yelp places before going to them, but at the suggestion of a colleague and for geographic reasons, I agreed to meet some coworkers for dinner at Twisted Taco recently. I am glad I did not read reviews before going! Unlike a lot of the other reviews, the service we got was great. The young guy who had our table was friendly, funny, and checked on us a good number of times. The food was good (we loved the complimentary salsa so much that our table of four ended up getting four things of salsa and four baskets for each person to basically hog a whole thing herself!). The queso dip was tasty and disappeared pretty quickly. My cheese quesedilla was alright, not the best I've had but it was not bad either. My coworkers got different versions of their burrito and it looked very appetizing (and I did not hear any complaints). We had a coupon so with our appetizer, drinks, and our entree, we only shelled out about $15 a person. I thought it was a good experience and good deal, and would be happy to go back. I think Frontera on Sugarloaf has better food but Twisted Taco trails close behind. Plus the atmosphere at Twisted Taco with the "jail" booths is pretty cool!

    (3)
  • Jim O.

All right. I've had it. Last night two out of three of my tacos were served cold. If you can't even serve food hot, your restaurant should not even be open. Why should I have complained to management when clearly they let the stuff go out of the kitchen that way in the first place. I doubt I go back.

    (2)
  • Sandy S.

Overpriced queso, no plates with appetizers, cold fajitas and mediocre food. Prime time on a Friday evening, half empty restaurant while others in the vicinity had up to an hour wait. Won't be going back.

  • Chriss F.

I went for lunch with my Dad. The parking lot was almost empty, which made me think they had closed. Even when we left, there were only 3-4 cars in the front parking lot. Anyway, I had the bang bang shrimp tacos with their standard sauce. I thought they were tasty. The black beans and rice as sides were good too. I think my experience was better than most of the other yelper's, but I can see it all going down hill if food and service do not improve. When your restaurant is not attracting customers, you have to know something is wrong. Or, you will have to close like the Chilis did that was in this building before TT came along.

  • Nick P.

I've had a much different experience than most reviewers. We typically visit on Sunday afternoons after church, and usually our group contains 6 or 8 adults and the same number of children. The kids always enjoy being able to sit in one of the jail cell booths. The skillet queso comes out quickly and tastes great, the guac dip is tasty, and I've never heard anyone complain about their entrees. I enjoy the variety of tacos available and recently have settled in on the Boom Boom Shrimp, Argentinian and Carne Asada tacos but have enjoyed the Greek and Alamo tacos too. The black beans and rice are nice sides. Our group will be back for sure.

Twisted Taco Tuesday! That's easily the best thing about this place. Everything else is average. The tacos, and food itself, is creative and very appealing to the eye. Fresh veggie toppings tasted fresh and crisp. I suppose my only complaint is that every time I have ordered a seafood taco I am greatly disappointed. There is a lack of moisture in both the seafood and from the small amount (if any) of sour cream or whatever sauce topping goes respectively with the a la carte taco. Otherwise I usually enjoy my experience here. Decor is cute... this location boasts very vintage and playful prison doors around a few booths. Some tables do not have TV's, but who can really complain about this? The staff here seems to be very talented at their job, talented so that we experienced some sort of fight between two employees about sections and seating. Not sure what exactly went down but nothing too dramatic occurred. They have an extensive beer list, which is a plus. They have specials every night, but, as aforementioned Tuesday evenings seriously pack out with the 2$ tacos/domestic beers deal. Taco Mac is indeed next door but does not have as much variety in their taco menu. Best advice for those who enjoy a moist taco is to request additional sour cream on the side.

Ginger Beer!! You are always out of Ginger Beer for the making of a Moscow Mule!! Come on! It's on your drink menu and I come there for a couple but you can't keep things in stock.

this place is awesome!!! this is the first time me and my husband come here, we went to the balcony and it was beautiful. everything is clean, we had a bartender Craig who was very nice and always had a smile on his face. they didn't have a blender for mixed drinks which was somewhat disappointing but I was appeased when I was provides other choices that would work just as well. after we finished eating and drinking, my husband (who is not much to give compliments) said "wow I feel like Im in a Florida vacation" because of the fresh atmosphere. I highly recommend this place and will be coming back. thank you for your service Craig!

Balcony seating is where its at! Atmosphere is good, we enjoyed our taco trio. I made it through two and couldn't finish the third. Service is -o.k.I wanted ti give it 3 stars because the bar did not have two ingredients of their drink menu items and my bf had to order a third time before they had a drink for him, but the flavor of the Cuban and the Argentinian saved them!

Last night my husband took me out to eat at any place of my choice for my birthday. I am a die hard foodie with a weakness for both Tex-Mex and authentic Mexican food. It was nice out last evening so I opted for a venue with great food, great service and a clean outside patio...Twisted Taco! I ordered the three tacos, a Monterey Chicken with lean chicken breast strips, bacon, guacamole, shredded cheese, tomatoes, lettuce and ranch dressing on a flour tortilla; and two of my favorite that keep me coming back: the Black and Bleu made with grilled steak, lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, balsamic vinaigrette topped with Bleu cheese crumbles. I chose the rice and black beans as my sides...EXCELLENT! Both were seasoned very well and could be eaten alone. My husband ordered the Three Amigos Fajitas..grilled steak, shrimp, and chicken with sautéed peppers and onions..SUPERB! Our server was quick and attentive and very nice. My peach Margarita paired very well with my meal. We enjoyed the night sky and watched the U.S. beat Japan in the Women's World Cup Final on the upstairs patio.

Great rooftop patio. Miserable service. Visited on a nice spring evening for drinks and food. Rooftop was packed but restaurant was nearly empty. Entire rooftop was served by 1 server and 1 bartender. After sitting down, had to wait 15 minutes to get a drink and 30 minutes to order food. What was frustrating is that the restaurant had staff that was not being utilized. This is where the manager should step in and help out- and direct staff to serve the customers. It's a shame because location and concept are very good. However, poor service will make me think twice before visiting patio again.

I though it was very expensive and not really that great. I would not recommend.

  • Farrah A.

Always a great time here! The rooftop patio is a nice addition to the place since my last visit. This is my favorite Taco Tuesday spot ~ they've got such a great selection on the menu. Regular entrees are pretty large and reasonably priced compared to a regular Mexican food joint. Margaritas won't blow your mind here, but the service more than makes up for it.

  • Melissa R.

Great food, terrible service!!! Waited 10 minutes for a bar drink before I got up from my table and headed to get it myself when another server told me she would get it. It had been sitting on the bar for a while. All of the servers are young and don't seem to care. Not sure if it is a lack of training, or Twisted Taco just gets the crap left overs from other restaurants in the area. Managers work to make you happy when you ask. My husband and have visited over a dozen times to have great tacos(and a margarita) but understand we will have terribly sorry service. It's sad, they have a great atmosphere and food, but the service team needs to be reworked BAD.

  • Berry G.

The only reason I give this place 3 stars is because the rooftop is pretty cool and they play great music. I definitely was surprised to find a spot like this in the area. The waitress failed to tell us about 1/2 priced margaritas and nachos. I also felt she didn't check on us (for drink refills, etc.) as often as she should have. Ground beef nachos were a let down. The meat is a lot like chili, not straight up ground beef.

On Vacation visiting family and had a craving for Mexican the family and I ended up in the Twisted Taco, best choice we made! It was a hit the decor is pretty cool you walk in there and you feel like you are in an old western saloon. They had booths in which you could sit in, the booths looked like cells where the doors could stay opened or closed. So first impression of this place based on decor was cool stuff. Now for the real test which was if the for was as good as the decor. We sat down and ordered right away I had the Cuban Tacos. I wasn't sure what to expect but the food was DELICIOUS.

Great selection of tacos for different taste buds. I got a pulled pork taco(delicious) and a shrimp taco(spicy). Not really a big fan of the spicy sauce they used for the shrimp taco. I could only eat half of it. I like spicy foods but this didn't really blend well to me. Waiter was great. Checked on us regularly. Brought the check out a little early. Felt like it was a plot to kick us out. I still had plenty of beer left. Either way, some of the foods are great. Service is great. Tv's at tables are a great thing during baseball season. I couldn't get the channel to change though. Wanted to watch a different team. May have been an operator error.

The food here has always been consistent and good. From the Nachos to the Butch Cassidy Salad to the Fish Tacos, it's all pretty good. And, the GM there, Ali, is friendly and checks in on you, from time to time. The real problem that I have with this place has been the service. There seems to be an employee turnover problem here and the people that they do have, have an attention-deficit problem. What saves them here is that their bartenders, male and female, are usually on top of their game and usually end up taking care of us, in lieu of our assigned waiter.... The other saving grace is that they have Guinness on tap and they show NHL games on their TVs. Things to try here are the Boom Boom Shrimp and Where The Buffalo Roam Chicken Tenders, two of my favs.

We stopped in tonight looking for something a little different. Asked about the rooftop and the hostess couldn't tell us if there were umbrellas at the tables or not for shade. Seems the hostess should know this. She said we could go check it out since it is self seating and come back down to be seated if we didn't like it. Well, there are no umbrellas, but there is a covered portion around the bar. We stayed up top since it was a very nice afternoon. We tried 4 different tacos types between the 3 of us. The food was nothing special and lacked any exciting flavor. It wasn't bad tasting, but didn't set itself apart from others. Prices and portion were good, but lack of great flavor will make this a one time visit.

If you want a beer and some tacos. This is the place. Good beer (easy selection) and good tacos. The service each time I have been there, has been on time and pleasant. Not much to say negative about this place. Always clean when we go. And we hit it just at the off times from lunch, so no wait on seating or eating the food. Chips and queso, and chips and salsa great and fresh!

    (4)
  • Nick W.

Hit them for lunch and they had a couple of good specials with tap domestics including yuengling and fajitas. Food was decent and beer was cold. Have a nice roof top patio for cooler days and nights. It's a good spot for the drink specials.

  • Andrew D.

Great service, nice place, pretty good food. Honestly one of the better options in Suwanee. The Manager Ali and his team are very attentive and do a good job keeping the place clean. Drink specials keep me coming back for now, but the allure of the roof top bar, a never ending work in progress, is in fact the crown jewel to come that will most likely push this place over the top.

The food was very good. We had the tacos and the burrito bowl. The burger was also very good. But the service was not good at all. The girl was nice but we ordered several additions that we had to ask multiple times for them.

Painfully cheap and it shows. I had a birthday coupon and my wife and I went with another couple. Same table, two checks. The other couple asks about the beer special, "You can't get the beer special because they have a coupon." And about the queso special, "You can't get the queso special because they have a coupon." We mention that it's separate checks but that doesn't matter. Also, the rewards card. After you spend so much you get a $10 credit on the reward card. Problem is, when you hit that $10 they'll deduct the entire amount off, regardless of what you spend. Order $6 of something and give them the card that has $10? They'll take $10 off the card. I guess I don't mind not going back there anymore. After visiting a few times, the menu gets very tired and old. The food is not enough to keep permanent costumers. We've had some nice servers there, so that's something.

Okay, so taste wise I would give this place 2-stars. To be fair, I did only order nachos, but then again how hard is it to put cheese on top of tortilla chips and sprinkle ground beef on top? Not very hard considering I can do it! With that said, the nachos just really weren't that good. The cheese some how was bland! HOW DO YOU MAKE CHEESE BLAND!? My only theory is that is wasn't really cheese...Anyway, why the extra star you ask? Because they serve BUCKETS of beer! I love having my own bucket of beer. Unfortunately, the buckets of beer are a little overpriced at $13 for a bucket of Bud Lights...

Bartender Is always on point, courteous, polite, and makes sure you are always taken care of. If we sit somewhere other than by the bar and get a jail cell, the wait staff has usually been on point. If anything is ever lacking (which has been maybe 2 times out of the many we've been) the manager is always quick to come over and make sure we are properly taken care of. My favorite is the Carne Asada tacos. The cuban & Greek are pretty good too. I've heard rave reviews about the boo boom shrimp as well. If you're in the mood for a fantastic margarita, try the Jimmy Buffett, I can't ever just have one, they are that good!

Everyone have their different experiences when dining out but I am glad my experience went very well. Many times it may not be the fault of the restaurant or the availability of the server when busy but I know these people who works here try hard to make your experience great. With that being said, I brought my friend on a date night on this past Saturday 5/27/15. our server was named Mannal, I had to asked her twice because it was a unique name. Well she was a very unique server. Very courteous, sweet and efficient. The food was fantastic as I last was a patron there. The jail cell ambiance was what I brought my friend there for as well as the ability to watch tv as you eat just like when at home. I have nothing but positive things to say from my second experience there. The crew seems nice and speak as they pass you. Good food means nothing if you don't have the service to accompany it. Mannal did a excellent job serving us and I made sure it showed in my tip. I just had to go a step further and leave this review because when good service is provided, you let them and others know. So if you decide to make this your dining experience, if she's there, ask for her ;-), you won't be disappointed. S. Brown

The staff is up and down, but doing a better job as of late. They are always a bit rushed, and seem to be getting better training. The food of course is always pretty yummy and priced right if you go for the right thing on the right night. If your lucky you'll get to sit in a jail cell, and of course every table has a TV if that's your thing. Loud, light hearted clientele adds to the atmosphere.

The food was enjoyable but when you have a lackluster waiter that has little to no personality, all I can say is disappointing. He seemed to know little about the food offerings, we had to repeat our requests multiple times and he never seemed to care. The salsa verde was fantastic but the baja tacos were just ok. The southwestern eggrolls had oil just dripping from them as though you could just ring them out and have a plate full of grease and oil. So yes the food was enjoyable because my friend's salads were awesome after they traded dressings. Oh and let me point out that a 2oz container of guacamole is $2.29. Don't even think of asking for extra dressing for ANYTHING! The kicker for all of this was we were on our lunch break and due to our Waiter's laziness the meal ran for over an hour and twenty five minutes. I would recommend going a couple of extra miles to Tin Lizzy's Cantina down Satellite Boulevard.

This place has really come into it's own. The service is now spot on, the food is outstanding and coupled with the number of TVs makes this place a great sports bar. Also they are adding a roof top patio! which would make it , i think, one of two places in Suwanee with a roof top patio! ( the other being Cincos). This is as a good as it gets for Suwanee!
