I enjoy this Chick-fil-a location. After the remodeling, the seating is better and the staff is very friendly and fast. Even though it's a fast food place, there will still be staff coming by your table to check on you and offer to fetch you a refill while you eat. The food is always fresh and delicious. Is it crowded at lunch rush? Yes, but you can't fault them for that. The food is good and it draws in all the local doctor office, hospital and other office workers. If anything, that's a sign that you're in for some fresh, quality food served, as always, with a "my pleasure" from the staff.

I absolutely love Chik Fil A and I usually have a great experience any location I go to. Having been to this location many times I can honestly say that their fries are usually not that fresh. A little stale or old what have you. I've been to other locations & have not had this experience so it must be something their doing. Other than that I've not had any other issues at this location. That one issue that keeps occurring though, I give only 4 stars. The place is always packed, whether you go in or drive-thru. You're gonna see a line. The service is fast, courteous, & my spicy deluxe chicken sandwiches are always the best. A little stingy with the mayo in the drive-thru, I like two packets because hey, it's a deluxe sandwich! I also wish the medium drinks were a little bigger they seem to go fast. You still can't get chicken any better from any other chain. For that & for that alone, I salute my local Chik Fil A.

I'm definitely a fan of Chic fil a but this has rubbed me the wrong way for one simple, but oh so important reason. Lemonade. The last three trips they've run out of lemonade. That is the only reason I come. The time before this they ran out and offered me diet. I'm not the "diet" type. If I'm going to get it, I'm getting full fat, sugar, and calories. I ended up just getting a refund. This was the last straw! I just canceled the entire order. Much to the dismay of my passengers but they will be ok. Now I'm headed to the one two exits down in hopes that I can get my crack..ummm I mean lemonade.

This place is usually packed. It's right off the highway. My experiences here are normally good. but had a experience recently not only didn't they put the condiments I asked for in my bag but they got my order wrong. I went here after a 5k run, checked my bag once i got down the street and returned. the Manager did profusely apologize and more than made up for the error. I'd normally give this place a 4 stars, but this was a bad visit for me.

By far the WORST Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. Tables were dirty, staff was not friendly (seemed bothered by customers), and the food we ordered took 15+ minutes to get (and it wasn't even right). AWFUL.

The first experience I have had at a CFA that hasn't been excellent. It took over 10 minutes to get a sandwich to then find out, it was cold. Then another 10 minutes to get another one.

I had to look up my bank statement, so that I could find the location of this particular Chic-fil-a. Now let me preface by saying I've never had a bad experience at ANY chic establishment, anywhere. They have set such a bar for excellence, you always recieve excellent service, so I've not felt the need to ever write a review. That was until I came through the drive-through New Years afternoon. To keep this very short and exactly to the point....I felt that whomever was working New Years Day should be thanked personally by their management for going above and beyond. They could not have been more nice, professional, throuough. The food was quite literally the freshest and best tasting that I can remember in recent memory. The waffle fries were more potato than "fry" and for those that love the waffle fries like me, you know that winning feeling you get, when you get a potato/waffle fry instead of just a waffle fry! You guys are running a tight-ship there and you people clearly love you for it as it shows in their product and service. Thank you!

I call this the NASCAR Chick-Fil-A. You have to circle this place two times counter-clockwise just to eat here, maybe more if you go through the drive-through and miss one of their designated one way entrance/exits, or you can just circle the place only once if you choose to ignore those pesky signs, drive where you want, and run over people. Think of it as a slow motion lap or two at Atlanta Motor Speedway, but instead of taking on a set of tires on the pit stop you pick up a sandwich, some waffle fries, and a sweet tea. Synopsis: this place is frustrating to eat at sometimes due to the parking lot and drive-through combination but the food is consistently good and so is the the service, just as we've all come to expect from CFA.

Me and my cousin drove here to pick up food for our family, when I was in Georgia for my grandmother's funeral last year. And also that day, I was jonesing for some Chick-Fil-A badly. (quick rant to corporate: You're overdue in opening up some in the Chicago area already, and please don't continue to painfully force us Chicagoians to go to Racine or South Bend!) That small rant aside, the service inside was very efficient(especially considering the crowds of people I saw there that day), and friendly! However, the drive-thru was probably the most crowded I'd seen of any Chick-Fil-A's I've been to(so much, that it topped the drive-thru of the Dwarf House at Hwy. 138/I-75), and made it really tough to maneuver around cars waiting for the drive-thru, just to park! Minus 1 star for the parking/drive-thru situation, but other than that, this is an excellent location I wouldn't mind coming back to, whenever I may again visit friends in the south Atlanta suburbs. I'll just be avoiding the lunch and dinner rushes in the future, for sure!

Always crowded but the quality and taste is way way way better than the McDonugh location... I don't know why, being as though this is a chain, but I will drive out my way and come to this location b4 ever eating at the one in McDonough. They also have the best milkshakes in my opinion, well aside from Steak and Shake.

Please please please do something about the drive through waiting time now that you've gone to the two order stations. If you can't handle the load go back to one. I can see the line from the street and if its semi long I will not even stop. Almost $3 for a large cup of coffee also hurts. Of course 5 stars on customer service and food quality though.

Chick Fil A is so darn good! The chicken has a moist tender meaty center and a crispy nice mixture of sweet and salty mild seasoning. I order nuggets, chicken filets, and strips . The chicken biscuits at breakfast time is yummy also. The fresh buttery baked delicious biscuit with that chicken filet on it is marvelous ( in my Billy Crystal voice). Chic Fil A seems to be a very busy restaurant . The line moves quickly and the customer service is very courteous and willing to accommodate. The waffle fries are golden crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. Real lemonade is served here folks, pulp and all! That frozen lemonade is yummy if you like lemon ice cream. You can't go wrong this Chic Fil A.
