We were visiting Savannah and while walking around we needed a restroom. We saw the Panera and knew they would have clean ones. The sign on the RR door said get code with purchase so we made our purchase of our favorite Soup in a Bread Bowl and got our code. This is a very clean and well run store and as you would expect very busy. The staff seemed very friendly and helpful. We even ordered some loafs of bread to go. I would recommend going here

The upkeep at this location is falling way short. I had to clean off the table myself before I could sit to eat my meal, all while employees sat at the table next to me watching! The floor was filthy. Plenty of workers standing around doing nothing when they should have been cleaning. Qualified, accountable management is needed for this location.

Went downtown for Savannah's Saint Patrick's Day Parade, and decided to go eat here with my three teenaged kids since it was an alcohol free establishment. We get inside and order, after 7 hours of being downtown, everyone is hungry, and in need of a good handwashing. Then, we're told by the staff that the bathrooms are closed for Saint Patrick's Day. The cashier, not so nicely told me to go use the port-a-potty on the side of the building. I said, I we need to wash our hands...to which she replied, "oh well." I'll never eat at this location again...EVER!

Poorly run Panera. Service is exceptionally slow. Because of my work schedule, this Panera was my best choice for getting lunch on the go. Condiment packages of mayonnaise and spicy mustard were out, for 3 days! It just needs a good manager to come in and clean house, properly train its employees. The food was ok but it's in dire need of good management.

My fiance and I were in town over the weekend and decided to stop in for a quick drink to go. The staff were fairly friendly and seamed shocked that all we wanted was a lemonaid but who cares? We got our lemonade and were on our way. Strange thing..they put a code on your recipt for the bathroom.

The food is fine and up to par, but this is the dirtiest Panera I have ever been to. There are about four customers in here right now, including myself, but every other table still has straw papers, crumbs, noodles, etc. on the surface. There are noodles and trash on the carpet throughout the restaurant. I hate to leave a bad review and rarely do, but this is not acceptable, especially considering that the store is very, very slow at this moment.

The food is passable though on the pricy side. The new soba bowl is pretty bad but that's what I get for trying something new that didn't even look good in the photo. My biggest complaint with coming here (and why I have it a 1) is that all the good tables/chairs are always filled with homeless/transient people. If you are lucky, they are asleep or passed out; if they aren't passed out, they will talk to you for as long as you will let them and eventually ask you for money.

I hate to say it but the downtown Panera has hit rock bottom. I go there for lunch almost everyday as i work in the neighborhood. Online ordering is best as the staff on the cash registers are beyond bad. Last week the cashier at the register took a big wad of gum out of her mouth and threw it in the trash while she was taking my order. There is never any milk at the coffee bar, creating an additional wait. On the positive side the bagels, coffee, pastries, smoothies are good. The young dark haired girl with the accent who works in the am is very nice and the only one who seems to be working. The managers sit around while customers wait. Big disappointment as this location used to be good.

A Starbucks but for sandwiches... Salads seemed to use canned fruit, tasted like it too. It's looks nice and all but it's a chain I wouldn't recommend. It's better than fast food I guess.

Nice clean store, lots of comfortable seating, counter help was friendly and helpful. Picked up sandwiches for our Amtrak trip. Good sandwiches - fairly cheap. Free open Wifi.

I am a member since Panera started. but other than offering free coffee refill, I think their quality is declining. In particular, any kind salad is really bad. I do not know what Panera is thinking of.

The food was okay but I'm sorry if you going to go through the trouble of keeping the bathrooms locked with a code you can only get on the receipt of you order you better keep it clean. The bathroom was disgusting and that a pet peeve of mine.

I threw away my chipotle chicken sandwich. It was nasty. I remember when they came out with this sandwich almost ten years ago. I used to love it. It was the only sandwich that I could order from the menu without modifying or removing ingredients. The quality of the food took a nosedive into the ocean.

We stopped by for lunch over the weekend and weren't impressed when compared to our local locations. They were out of cucumbers, out of guacamole, they have some weird narrow corridor where you have to go to pick up your order, the staff seems disinterested in their jobs, and you have to have a passcode to access the restrooms? Seriously?

Sticking with my rule that chain/fast-food places shouldn't really have lengthy reviews ... - fast service - nice servers - clean place It'll get my money when I need an asiago bagel.

Terrible terrible service. I normally never go to chain stores but have always had great food and service at Panera. The lady at the counter was the grumpiest rudest person I have ever dealt with. She hated her job and takes it out on the customers. I work in the service industry and if she worked in my store she would have been fired already! There many other other local cafés and such in Savannah please don't waste your time in this place.

Great breakfasts coffee is more or less on par with starbucks. Very nice staff, good deals if you use your panera card.
