Its krystals, nothing more nothing less. Ya get what ya pay for. Slow as hell in the mornings. Maybe its a good thing, i get impatient and leave. Even though i love em, maybe its a good thing that i try to stay away from them lol

First, we go to walk in the dining room at 5:30 on a Sunday and the manager tells us "I'm sorry our dining is closed due to it just being me and a DT cashier". Not sure how this has now become the customers problem (never mind the fact that the manager was outside smoking and talking on the phone), but okay. We'll hit DT. Wait at the DT speaker for about a minute before she answers and then she's not very pleasant. I get it, you're short handed. However, again this is not the customers problem. Took about 15 minutes to actually get our food. A brand new location being driven into the ground. Pretty sad. As a previous fast food manager, I know how hard it can be being short handed and still having to push through it, but there is never a time when your customer service should be shot.

5 STAR FAST FOOD JOINT. Frank Loves his Krystal. Every time we visit Savannah, a stop at Krystal's is a must. We love the CLUB CHIK sandwiches, the chili pups and I also love the corn dog. We've eaten at this particular store more than 5 times and it is always clean and the service is pleasant. We will return FOR SURE!

Since the rebuild finished a couple months ago, this is the worst fast food joint in Savannah. They have the best "quick" low-carb breakfast option, but "quick" has fast become a 20 minute ordeal at the drive-thru. You can sit at the speaker for over 5 minutes before they take your order and twice that at the window before getting your order. I can't fathom why it would take nearly half an hour to throw some scrambled eggs, bacon, and a slice of cheese into a cup. I stopped there for lunch yesterday and ordered the 3 chick combo. They gave me waffle fries which I didn't order, but the kicker was that one of the fries was still half frozen. I'm done with this location. The one at television circle has always been dependable. Out of my way, but sadly still more time efficient.

We don't have Krystals in South Carolina, so when I saw this, I had to eat there. I know, I know, it's Krystal burger, what's so special? How about the little hamburgers! That's pretty cool. And after a day of throwing heavy things around at the Savannah Scottish Games, it fit the bill. Granted, I went a bit over the top by eating 10 Krystal burgers, but I loved every bite of it! That is, I loved it until it came roaring back the next day, and a little today. Seems eating a bunch of little greasy burgers isn't a great idea if you've stayed away from greasy food for a while. Would I do it again? HELL YEAH!!!!!
