Service is always great hear. My first stop when I'm in Thunderbolt. Doughnuts always taste fresh and the staff if very friendly.

Donuts are awesome, I'll give them that. That's where it all stops. Hands down the worst customer service I've ever experienced (every single time I have gone) - super slow, zero sense of urgency during busy times of the day and absolutely no attempt to mask their apathy. It's coffee and donuts people, it's not that hard. Starbucks (which is right across the street btw) is ten times busier and they crank out ridiculous specialty drinks and they manage to be super fast, friendly and competent. Krispy Kreme? Not so much. Last (ever!) visit I sat at the drive-thru window for 10 minutes waiting for 4 hot chocolates. Seeing as how it is a window, I could sit and stare at the two employees who stood there talking, not making the hot chocolates and not waiting on any customers. Just standing there, chatting. After 10 minutes (not exaggerating) and the cars behind me honking, I had to honk to get their attention and asked to speak to the manager. The "manager" showed up after about 5 minutes (cars behind me still honking) and after I told her that I'd now been waiting 15 minutes for 4 hot chocolates her response was, "Well, you gots 4 of them". No, lady, I actually didn't "gots" anything because they never made them. At that point, I asked for a refund. The "manager" took my credit card and instead of refunding me, charged me again. On purpose. With a smile. I suppose this is the only time in her life where is has any sort of power and wow, does she wield it with such pride and glee. You go girl, this is the best it is ever going to get for you.

1st what's not to like IT'S doughnuts we're talking about not tofu. The 5 stars is for when the hot doughnut sign is on , normally they're 4 stars. I like the plain glazed doughnuts although they have chocolate iced , filled doughnuts , cake doughnuts & old fashioned doughnuts as well . The best part of the whole experience at KK is you get to watch them fry the doughnuts . The hot sign servers as a magnet whenever it's turned on , you'll be passing by & all of a sudden your car is stopped in the parking-lot !

My husband and I used our Krispy Kreme Hot Light app to find this local Krispy Kreme while on a trip to Savannah. My husband is a Krispy Kreme connoisseur and we frequently find ourselves in the local Krispy Kreme when we travel. I do believe that this location is our favorite so far (and that says a lot). The young man that took our order was very pleasant with a friendly smile. The decor is classic, with free doughnut hats set up around the quaint little dining area. The highlight is the view of the baking area, which is behind glass and visible from the dining area. It's really cool to watch the doughnuts being made and then iced as they glide along the conveyor belt. This location also has cute Krispy Kreme t-shirts, hats and souvenirs for sale. We enjoyed our visit and will definitely visit this location again!

Ms. Annie is the best. A shame she isn't plowed to accept tips bc she definitely deserves it! She made getting doughnuts a pleasurable experience! Sweet sweet woman!

There's a Krispy Kreme down the street from us, but I drive across town to this one. The doughnuts are just better here. When they're hot, they're magical clouds of deliciousness. The staff is incredibly sweet - they just make me feel like the box of doughnuts was made special just for me.

Yeah, how can you not give a drive thru Krispy Kreme and good review? This joint added the perfect finish to my sub sandwich. I'd give it 5 stars, but the doughnut wasn't totally fresh. I bought it at 3ish and it was probably from the morning. I guess I had expected them to come hot and sticky off the conveyer belt into my car. But still really good.

So... You see the Hot Sign on... Donuts! Great donuts, unless it is 5 oclock in the afternoon and you ask for one of the seasonal donuts. No kidding, when they had the Red velvet donuts my husband and I went to KK every few days and they were always out of them. Sometimes there are nice people working. Majority of the time, Im not sure if I am a customer or an interruption of the staffs conversation with her coworker.

Yum! Hot donuts that are great. Another really good Krispy Kreme. Awesome for little kids & big kids who need a quick sugar high. I can sit in here and eat my donuts and watch the machine pump out more all day long.
