I ordered the buffalo burger and fries and it was very good but I thought it was a bit expensive for the type of food I was getting. The place was clean and nice and I would go back again. I really like the whole wheat option for the burger buns and the healthier, more lean buffalo meat for the burger.

Food is great but poor service. Avoid this place unless you want to be nickeled and dimmed. In the past 3 weeks I've spent over $100 always getting a kids meal and a extra side of fries (You can get a good burger at a lot of places but there fries and jalapeño cheese is one of a kind). After visiting every weekday for 3 weeks they started charging me for the cheese. (I've been going to Fudruckers for over 15 years, normally the jalapeño cheese is on the bar) And today they tell me they can no longer give me the kids meal (yes I'm over 12, but I get the kids meal because I pay extra $ for extra fries and if I got the full size burger I would not be able to enjoy the fries, and aren't the meals already priced at a profit?) I will no longer eat at this Fudruckers which is disappointing because the fries and jalapeño cheese are the best. Management: you need to learn the value of customers, I would of spent over $200 a month here and you stress over cheese and kids meal? Hope your nickels are worth the $100's lost.

Food was great. Really enjoyed the Buffalo burger. It was cooked exactly the way I asked. Service was great and fast and the restaurant was nice and clean. Would definitely go back or recommend to a friend.

For a quick serve format, not quick. For not being a full service restaurant, too expensive. Just so so, and not near the treat from 20 years ago when brand was highly regarded and prob the reason why they expanded the number of restaurants. Some brands just don't need to franchise. You lose your edge. Burger wasn't bad; just wasn't great.

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!!!! The people are friendly, menu is simple, food is delicious, and produce is fresh! Absolutely fantastic! My husband and I love it!
