Chocolate, ice cream, and candies oh my!! You can never go wrong with ice cream here at Cold Stone Creamery. Every time im here at this establishment, I really do want to try every flavor on the menu. I sometimes eat ice cream in the winter time. I order the Germanchoclatekake which is soo good, taste just like german chocolate cake mixed with chocolate ice cream top with coconut. It's awesome flavors will give you cold thrills in your mouth I have a fondness for apple pie, and it's so great to see they have an ice cream named after it. You can also substitute stuff you don't like for something else that suits your taste. There's so many different candies, fruits, cookies, nuts, and chocolate bars that you can mash in with your ice cream. There's twix, gummie bears, coconut, chocolate chip cookies, kit kat, strawberry, almonds, pecan etc..All these wonderful goodies to mix in with with your ice cream.

Great ice cream as always. The brownies were a little stale. Does not compare to my favorite cold stone location in Hiram.

I've always loved this place. We had some unfriendly experiences from the staff. Me and some of my friends were right in front of the door, we were reaching for the handle, when all of a sudden, the staff lady inside locked the door. We could see her through the window, she had made eye contact with us before and apparently the store was close to closing time. So they decided to close the door when they saw us approaching. My other friends were inside and were served ice cream while we were locked outside. A couple was sitting outside and had knocked on the door to complain about our situation. The same staff lady came outside to talk to them and disregard us while she threw a fit and screamed at the couple. The couple had mentioned to her that she was refusing the owner business and the staff lady simply said that "It's not my problem. Thank you for your time, goodbye."

Just like other Cold Stones... Yes, the staff is friendly. & yes you...pick the ice cream...then the ingredients...then the toppings...in a freshly baked waffle cone. Then you ask...what...you want $5 for a scoop of ice cream in a waffle cone!!! Then you think...wait a minute is that mixing ritual sanitary? If you just take the plain ice cream it is usually blander than at many other ice cream parlors. If you begin to add toppings to make it taste better the price soars. As you may guess I only eat ice cream occasionally. Then again as you may guess, I am not 50 pounds overweight, with super high cholesterol.

Mint, Mint Chocolate Chip is awesome! Mint ice cream, mini chips, hot fudge syrup and a rich brownie! If you love mint and chocolate...this is a MUST HAVE! My hubby loves the Oreo cookie Filling, Sweet Cream!

I scream for ice cream, and the one with heath bar and coffee just makes me go bananas. It's not as convenient as a fast food drive through, but they have some really yummy stuff.
