Sat down for lunch and checked in to see horrible reviews. Took a chance and ordered and was pleasantly surprised that my wings came exactly as ordered and were hot. They were "sauced" correctly and enjoyed each one. I'll be back when in town.

and then they brought me the black bean burger with thick tomato, lettuce, onions, fresh jalapeño slices, pepper jack cheese, a giant pickle spear, and Thai BBQ sauce. best veggie burger in town. 5 spots black eyed pea burger doesn't even compare. great service too. great Bloody Mary special. thank you for this wonderful addition, you are now vegetarian friendly by me. will be back weekly for that thing.

I've been to many other Buffalo Wild Wings before and it was always a great experience... Savannah location on the other hand, is a disaster. Went there last night just to give it another shot. I ordered wings (that's what they're known for, right?) and I ended up with jalapeño poppers.. Server took them back and no word from him until the bill arrived. Never even got food. Not a fan.

Went there for lunch on Sunday. It was like a normal bww. I don't have anything bad to say about it. Good service, good food. I'm sure if they were really busy their service wouldn't have been as good.

We had lunch here yesterday. It was a little early, so it wasn't very crowded. Our waitress Victoria was terrific! Very friendly and attentive. Food was good. We started out with some wings. The wings were fresh and hot. My husband had a chicken wrap which he said was delicious. I had a salad. The salad dressing was a bit hot for my taste, but was very good. Great place for when football season starts. Plenty of television!

It's a salt lick disguised as a wing place. If you were a cow you'd have a field day. If you are a human you'll need 20 cups of water, a shower, and your mother to rock you to sleep when it's all over.

My pregnant wife and I ate here and upon leaving I accidentally left my wallet on the table. We returned 5 mins. later to retrieve my wallet and upon being given it back I noticed that $105.00 had been stolen from my wallet. Our waitress was Ebony. The manager didn't do anything, he didn't even question the waitress as to whether or not she had taken my money. DO NOT eat here. They are untrustworthy and unethical.

I was excited that a Buffalo Wild Wings was opening up near my place, as the other wing places in Savannah are just so-so. We went on a 1140 on Friday and were seated instantly, which was really nice. I got the boneless wings and fries special - honey BBQ and lemon pepper, and the boyfriend got the buffalo chicken grilled cheese. They somehow messed up our order and we received 2 of each order, and they also got one of my flavors wrong, but the waitress was really nice and quickly got me the right wings. My wings were quite good, but my boyfriends grilled cheese was a bit lukewarm and his cheese wasn't melted.

When I sat down, it took longer than average for the server to approach me. But it's all good. Stuff happens. I ordered a blue moon IPA to drink. The waitress brought me a southbound IPA. I ordered a spinach artichoke flatbread, she brought me spinach dip and pitas. All this, I didn't complain because beer is beer and food is food. The beer was good. But the pitas were either hard or chewy. It was difficult to eat. When I got to the bottom of the spinach container, I noticed it had a ring around it like it had been sitting in that container for a very long time or it was in a microwave for a long time.

Buffalo Wild Wings isn't a place you'd traditionally think of when eating out in Savannah, but for someone still paying Sallie Mae, 50 cent (rather 65 cent) wing night seemed like a good plan. However cheap the eats, I didn't leave this location as a huge fan. I asked for hot/lemon pepper sauced wings, and was warned about the spice level of their hot sauce. I backed down, for some reason, even though I keep a bottle of Sriracha at the house. When the wings came out, the lemon pepper was halfheartedly thrown on to barely sauced wings. The mild was...mild, so if you like the heat, just go for it! At the end of the day, me and my cronies enjoyed a cheap night out. Were the wings totally fantastic? Meh. But in this case, you get what you pay for foodies! I'm filing this one under cheap eats, mild treats! Keep it tasty Savannah.

We arrived at Buffalo Wild Wings on a Friday night, and once we pulled up I knew this was going to be a long wait. When walking in there seemed to be so much chaos at the check in counter. People seemed frustrated, like there was no organization on how people were seated. There were 5 people that worked at the restaurant, looking at the guest list and seeming to be frazzled. I added our names to the list, and just knew that I did not want to wait forever to be seated. We decided to go sit in the bar area where we were able to be seated immediately. We ordered our food and some drinks which came out a normal time. We were seated in a great area to watch the games that were on. The waitress brought us out some extra fries that were loaded that we did not order and we would be able to have them at no cost. Seems like they are busy like this every Friday night, but I was not sure since we were on vacation in Savannah. I was happy to be able to be seated in the bar area and not having to wait in line for regular seating. We had a great waiter!

Buffalo Wild Wings was an okay place to eat. I have gone twice and neither one of the times did it seem to be on it's game. The first time I went we brought a child, and they seemed steady, but not busy. So, it was understanding to be frustrated when the food took forever to come out. The child was not happy and neither was I. Then the second time that I went my friends and I went for a lady's night and I was less than thrilled. They took forever for our food and drinks and the waitress was very patronizing. It would be understanding if it took a while for the food to come out if they were slammed, but both of the times I went I was near the waitresses when they just sat at booths and starting chatting. Very unprofessional.

This location has great food and a wonderful venue, however the patio seating is never staffed well enough to get good service. I have had three different experiences, with different groups of friends and family on the patio, and every time I have had to wait over 15 minutes to even be acknowledged for even drinks. This is very poor. Management needs to make sure this area is better staffed and served, especially on days with beautiful weather.

Horrible service!!! I called in a pick up order and had to wait 10 mins and go get someone to help me check out. Then they were rude about me asking questions about my check. My to go order took a half hour and the people who came in behind me received the same treatment.

Horrible! We had BWW in Texas and it was really good. The one here is disgusting. The wings had wet sauce on half of them , the dry wings tasted like they just dumped a tub of salt on them. I will never go to this one again. Waste of money. The waitress also kept forgetting our drinks.

I wish that yelp would let you give 0 stars because this place deserves -5. I understand that the restaurant is new and that there will be many kinks to work out but this is ridiculous. The service is the absolute worst and clearly the employees were only trained for 5 minutes. 2 experiences: first was take out. After getting a busy signal (really?) about 10 times I finally got through to place a take out order. I could barely hear the person because the music in there was so loud (not the employees fault) however, every single time I ordered something on the menu she had to put me on hold to actually look up what the item was (no i'm not joking) and each time she would say "um hang on" so it took me over 5 minutes to put in a food order for 2 people. Then, the wait time for take out was 45 minutes. Take out should be first priority and I really don't understand how it takes 45 minutes to make some chicken wings...I mean that's what their primarily make. I guess they kill the chickens out back and then skin/clean them...except the actual quality of the food is no where near up to par for BWW's so I guess that can't be it. So when I get to BWW's to get the food I asked about the 45 minutes and the person just shrugged and said "it will be out when it's ready" oh really? thanks, i wasn't sure. 2nd experience: dine in. Read the other 1 star reviews and input their experience into my review and that's what happened. I'm not even going to waste my time writing about their service again. Take away: service sucks, their food sucks too and BWW's is good food.

We came here on multiple occasions after being happy with Buffalo Wild Wings at other locations .. This one is just sad.. While the food is what you expect, the service is only disappointing .. There is staff everywhere and all don't know what they r doing.. Out food took good 90 min and the management is feeling not responsible for any complains.. Sad! Can't wait for the Pooler Wild Wings Cafe to open ..

Arrived at 7:45, left at 10:00. Watched the table next to me seat 3 different parties during our visit at the restaurant. Took half an hour to get a DrPepper. Waitress admitted that the kitchen had lost our order after an hour wait and that the manager would deliver our food in minutes. Still took another 15 minutes and never saw a manager. Told us several times that the manager would be by to see us. Eventually, she just told us he was too busy. Constant excuses. Finally got our food and one order was wrong, sauces were missing, etc. I understand that people make mistakes, restaurants are busy, but if you make mistakes, own up to them and make the customer happy. New restaurants should try and excel at customer service so people have great experiences and want to return. I've learned my lesson and will doubtfully ever return to this Buffalo Wild Wings and advise anybody I know against coming.
