Great wings. Love the garlic parm wings. They need a dry rub wing straight out of Memphis. They got the best wings in the United States

as a vegetarian i don't go here for the food at all, i go with my partner and just bask in the awesome vibes and drink my water. some restaurants you don't even notice the food, you notice an awesome staff with so much love for their food and a location that makes you feel like you are in "real savannah". I could spend hours just hanging out here and just nibble the occasional chip from my partner, who actually has been out on late night runs here as late as like 2 am...wondering if they are 24 hours and i just don't know it.

If you want to eat in a dirty restaurant with dead flies smooshed on the windows, this is your place. Wings were not good. I was intrigued by the Kool-Aid in large plastic containers but was never asked if I wanted a drink so I didn't get any. I did not try any of the other food (hamburgers, fried fish). I definitely knew I was an unwelcome white person and frankly, it was not a nice feeling. I won't go back again.

Yikes! My husband sent me out for wings and based on location and reviews I decided to give 520 a try. The outside and inside are pretty sketchy. The wings are dry and over cooked, seemed like they had been sitting out for a while. I would recommend skipping this place. On the upside the staff was friendly and helpful.

The food is still good but the customer service stinks. My husband ordered boneless wings for me, didn't realize they'd given us the wrong kind until we got home. He gave them a call and they refused to do anything about it. So instead of losing a couple dollars by replacing our order with what we ordered, they'd rather lose our business for good. That's their prerogative I suppose.

Food is great. Service sucks and is slow. Your food will never be ready if you call ahead and order. Phone service sucks and is extremely unprofessional. They really need some adults in this place instead of all these super whack kids. OMG THE SERICE IS SOOOOO BAD. Only come here if you really want wings, they are cheap and have a great menu.

I had the Shrimp Po-Boy which was good. The only thing that I didn't really like was the semi-long wait. Next time I will be sure to call my order in. But this spot is more so like the grab and go type of establishment. It is worth mentioning that he food was good and the portion was plentiful.

One word, awesome-sauce! (okay it's not one word but humor me). The downtown location is conveniently located between Broughton and Congress st juxtaposition to Sweet Melissa's. There is nothing overtly fancy about this wing ding's setup with the exception of its graffiti art on the wall and the house party vibe with old school hip-hop streaming through the sound system. The wings and the amicable staff sufficed for the lack of decor. I was most impressed with the house special option. I had the lamb gyro and five wings and fries special. I had mild sauce on the wings which was my way of playing it safe. The wings were savory tasting and rich with sauce. The fries were basic tasting. The gyro's apperance was ample and the pita bread anchored together the tender lamb meat with fresh veggies and tzatziki sauce. Definitely will be back again but may try the chicken gyro instead as they seem to give more poultry meat per serving in contrast to the lamb.

520 Wings has hooked the people of Savannah! Their presence at a Census Day event doubled the attendees so I had to give them a try. Plus--there's a location dangerously close to my house, so why not? The first time I visited, I ordered a shrimp burger combo and a fried apple pie. It was one of those days, and I do not regret my decision at all. The burger was juicy and the shrimp and special sauce added an extra oomf to the patty. The apple pie was hot and obviously homemade. That day quickly turned from gloom to boom. I know that was corny--live with it. The second visit, I decided to try the famous wings. I had a combo of garlic parmesan and med/lemon pepper. The med/lemon pepper were ok. I didn't get that spicy tang I was looking for, so maybe I'll up them to hot next time. The garlic parmesan wings were much better. Overall, I think I like their non-wing selections the best, and I haven't gotten through half of the menu. The people in this place are very cool. They'll have you laughing while you wait, and ultimately, you'll feel like you're at home. That's how they make visitors into regulars. I'm all about 520. I'll try some different flavored wings and update y'all later!

Let's be real, fine dining 520 is not. When it opened it was just your local chicken shack. However, over the last few months since their opening they have made significant improvements. They have retiled, repainted, and added new furnishings. Even customer service has improved greatly, since I've seen everyone from corner boys, military soldiers, and business men passing through. Their wings have always been delicious! My favorite is the Sweet & Tangy (xtra wet) as they have the right amount of kick without being unbearably sweet. My second fav item on the menu would have to be the turkey burgers. Always flavorful, hot and juicy. Chicken Phillys run a close third followed by their Gyros. They only offer three drink flavors (Fruit Punch, Lemonade & Tropical Punch) to accompany their wings. Tropical Punch has to be the absolute best! And for the club boppers they are now open late night on the weekends till 3am.

I am so disappointed in you guys!! First off, your website says this: NO CALL IN ORDERS AFTER 12MIDNIGHT FRI & SAT!!! Fine, I respect that. I called at 11:54 p.m. - your Whitaker Street location. A location I have frequented many times. One I have recommended to people in town and friends who visit. The girl who answered said, "Thank you for calling 520 Wings. We're no longer taking phone calls tonight." I said, "It's not midnight." She said, "Yes it is," and she hung up on me!! Hung up on me??? That is soooooo rude and so wrong! If you're not taking calls anymore, then why answer the phone to say you're not taking calls? If she answers the phone, she needs to take my order. I am so annoyed. I will not be recommending your restaurant anymore and I will not be frequenting it anymore. With horrible customer service like this, you will NOT be in business long.

The only reason I gave this place 4 stars instead of 5 is when you call in a dang order they wait until you come into pay to start the order. Whats the use of calling the order in. Anyway. The wings are FIRE! They are worth the wait, come in many flavors and are hella tasty. You will love this joint.

Love these wings! Fresh, tasty, and now downtown! Glad I don't have to travel as far to get wings.

I've been here multiple times and received speedy, efficient service every time. A couple people who work here are very amicable and fun to talk to.

Good wings! Nice and hot. Sometimes takes 10-15 minutes to get them, but the service is pretty friendly. Cheapest wings in Savannah.

520 has the best wings in Savannah. Buffalo Wild Wings is some garbage compared to this place. Visit you will see...
