I had the shrimp with vegetables and everything was fresh and tasty. I was greeted immediately and served promptly. I would go four stars if they didn't charge extra for brown rice.

Very pushy owner badgered us in to ordering stuff we did not need or like. Expensive. Food is passable American Asian.

Terrible customer service! Ordered delivery and they got the order wrong. Wouldn't make it right.

The best Thai & Chinese in the area. Peggy and her family are always so friendly, and her whole family works there. I have been going there for years and can't find any place in the area that compares to their food. It's always fresh and the portions are quite large. Her kitchen is one of the cleanest I've ever seen. Great food!

They sent a wrong order and when we called to make it right they told us it was our fault!!

Really enjoy going to this place! They serve all the typical Chinese cuisine dishes but also more special ones as well. The staff are always really nice and they are open quite late as well which is nice because I usually stop by on my way from work. The servings are quite large so I would definitely say that you get great value for what you pay.

The food here is excellent - I had the Mongolian beef as well as chicken and broccoli with a really wonderful Thai iced tea to drink. Very flavorful, and service is fast and courteous, though their English can be a bit difficult to understand on the phone when placing take-out orders. This place is a favorite of mine when I'm visiting Roswell. It also has a beautiful interior, great place for a date. I highly recommend it!

worst experience I have ever had with a delivery restaurant. Driver showed up with no change, I gave him $30 on a 21.30 bill. (gave him a $20 & a $10), and asked for $5 back. When I refused to give him the $8.70 tip, I scrounged up a $1.30, and gave him the $21.30, and told him if he'd brought change, he would have gotten a tip. When I closed the door, he threw the change at my front door, and then speed away. Then on top of all of that, the food was not good. The spring rolls were soggy and drenched in grease, the Triple delight was not very flavorful, and the vegetables were raw. Too many better options. Buyer beware!

This place is terrible...They are ALWAYS right...certainly not the customer and the owner always wants to argue if you complain. She will spend TOO much time at your table talking about her gambling. Food is terrible. Thankfully The Thai House moved closer to us and delivers. Go there instead.

This is probably the best Chinese and Thai food around! Fresh quality and authentic in taste. From tender Mongolian Beef, Chow Fun or Curry dishes, there isn't one meal I haven't loved! Their Chinese and Thai soups are wonderful and flavorful also. Family run, attentive service and reasonably priced. This is a great place to come to if your in the mood for Asian cuisine.

Crusty chicken? whaaaat? It's not crunchy, it's just before it becomes crunchy... I loved texture so much I just couldn't stop eating the chicken. It was a simple sweet and sour chicken but it's by far one of the best I've ever had. The sauce was so good, I just had to have it as a dessert, I'm sure it's good if I drizzle it on a vanilla ice cream. I believe this is the secret Jedi academy I've heard of, the owner came out and took our orders but she stayed and talk to us, but you know, as soon as she walks away, the food came right out... hmmm how did they do that? I don't usually give 5 stars for a restaurant but the simple sweet and sour chicken was out of this world, so I just couldn't resist it...

Ate here for the first time tonight, and were pleasantly surprised. Friendly staff, quick service, and yummy food. We had Mongolian beef and chicken; delicious, and the meat was really tender. We enjoyed listening to the "live" piano music being played by the baby grand player piano... a nice, unexpected touch!

Probably the best Chinese in the area! Whether dine-in or take-out, the food is always great. Dine in service is not my favorite - it's a mostly take-out place so the room is usually empty, but the decor is gorgeous. However, the food is great. The tangerine beef is perfect - something even my beef-disliking wife loves! It's not too sweet, and has plenty of perfectly done beef. The firecracker pork is also really good. My wife really likes their lo mein and shrimp fried rice. Appetizer wise they continue to deliver. We've had egg rolls, spring rolls, lettuce wraps, and potstickers, and they were all good quality. The service is always cheerful, and they do a good job and sticking to their pick-up times. If you get there a little early, the waiting area for take out had a nice fountain and comfy chairs to sit in

On Christmas night we were not able to go to our traditional Chinese restaurant because we waited too late for a reservation, so Epicures was our second choice and first experience with that restaurant. I took 5 picky skeptical diners. Everyone was very pleased with their meal and most everything was eaten with a small amount of leftovers. My son in law commented that his appetizer roll was the best ever. "Miss Peggy", the owner, took our order and charmed us with her friendly personality. It is true family owned business. The automatic piano played soothing dinner music. It is well priced and we will plan to go back often

Absolutely horrible service over the phone. The person answering interrupted our order 3-4 times asking if I was within 5 miles...I repeated that they had delivered to me before and if not I was willing to pay an extra charge. She google maps our address and tells me its 6.3 miles away (we are actually 5.3 miles away according to my search on google) so they will be charging 80% delivery fee (excuse me??) no wait...its 30%...wait actually its 18%. My order was placed at 8:15 and I was told 30-40 minutes and when at 9:15 there was still no sight of them I called to make sure they were coming and had the address correct and I was told "your house is 6.7 miles away...thats far...they are on their way" and she hangs up! Absolutely rude! Not ordering from here again and not worth picking up from...Emerald Thai is much better if I actually have to go drive there to pick it up!

Whatever I am craving for Asian food, Epicures is the one to go. Epicures served the best homemade steam dumpling ever! You must try the steam dumplings, spring rolls, and Thai ice-tea! What I will always order is chicken coconut soup, Pad Thai Chicken, green curry chicken Thai Hot, and Basil fried Rice. If you don't know what to order and can not handle spiciness, I recommended Mongolian beef, sweet and sour Chicken, lo mein and fried rice!

+1 star for delicious kung pao chicken. The all white meat chicken was tempura style battered and perfectly tossed in a slightly cloying, spicy yet sweet sauce. The lunch special also came with some delicious fried rice, with lots of scrambled egg pieces

Sadly, we are no longer going to Epicures. Our last visit with some friends, I recommended the Basil Chicken (which I also had). It was awful! A true embarrassment. The owner also went from being friendly to being overbearing - she would talk for 10 minutes or more at your table all about her gambling habit. The prices have also gone up quite a bit, which would be ok if the food was still good. Looking for another Thai restaurant!

Don't waste your time or money. My dishes either had no flavor or was just plain nasty.

Had delivery from this place several times and it has been satisfactory, but never great. . Tonight things went BAD! Food was so salty it was completely inedible. After waiting 45 min for our food and paying $60, the food tasted like nothing but salt. We called them back to complain. They suggested we were probably sick and couldn't taste properly. We asked for our money back. The manager drove back to our home and opened our food on our front porch, assessing how much we had tasted and "charging" us accordingly. We had tasted enough to know how awful the food was, yet we were only refunded half of our bill. After two hours of aggravation and spending $30 we have had no dinner. Also, one of us as gotten sick twice after eating from here in the past. Terrible service and on their best day the food is just alright. Our food tonight was the worst Chinese either of us has ever tasted. Total waste of time and money.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
