Don't compare it to expensive boutique rsvp-only restaurants. Or even a nice chain restaurant. Compare it to buffets, and it comes out tops. Way better and cheaper than Ryans. Cleaner, brighter, and better decor than any other asian buffet at the same price point. Healthier and cheaper than fast food. Kid- friendly and grandma-friendly. Hibachi was excellent, cooked in well-separated portions. I don't know why another reviewer had such a problem. Crayfish was fishy. I never liked them anyway. Dessert selection not yummyy, but we're always too full anyway.

    | PRICING: | lunch mon-fri is about 6.99 bucks; dinner is 8.99. saturday is 9.99 all day. i'm not sure about the sunday pricing tho..but i'm sure it's not above 10 bucks. overall, no matter what the day is..this buffet is very cheap. | LOCATION: | the shopping center looks awful. it's in the shopping center that's adjacent to the aldi's on jimmy carter. if you're not familiar with aldi, then just think of the ghetto shopping center before you hit kroger on singleton. the whole exterior just looks so run down and unsafe to be around. | ATMOSPHERE/SERVICE: | only been here once and that was tonight. when walk inside, it's a completely diff. feeling and atmosphere than the parking lot. it actually looks pretty clean and organized for chinese buffet. I was expecting to see only one person at the counter, but the whole family was standing there. DAMN! the place was packed, yet you have like 5 employees all trying to stand and fit behind one small counter; what a "lol" moment. but they were friendly and promptly took us to our table. tables are either in a booth setting or a regular table with dining chairs. since the buffet is fairly new, the seats are still in good condition. even though they were pretty busy, service was decent. it's not very common for buffets to have good service..so I never expect much, but this place surprised me. they're quick when it comes to clearing plates off the table. the refilling water part could use a little work, but that's okay; water only makes you full faster. | FOOD: | there's a huge selection of food here. it looked like there were 12 steam tables. the huge array of food included: japanese, chinese, american, etc. to be more specific, here's a list of some of the options: + fresh to order hibachi bar : noodles, rice, vegetables, meat + sushi bar : california roll, rainbow roll, eel roll, tempura roll, spicy tuna roll... + chinese : egg drop soup, hot & sour soup, sweet & sour chicken, sesame chicken, schezuan chicken, crab rangoon, pot stickers, fried rice.. + japanese : stir fried noodles, hibachi bar, sushi + american : roast beef, bbq ribs, chicken wings, baked fish, mashed potatoes.. + seafood : mussels, clams, crawfish, fish, crab.. my only complaints are: - crawfish sizes were too inconsistent; there were huge one mixed with itty bitty ones - too many fried options - the american food sucks - the amount of cheese and cream cheese in the chinese dishes is way too heavy - parking lot needs some remodeling and filling of potholes - people who come here need to learn how to drive

The shopping area was a bit "shady looking" but once you get inside it is a nice place! Overall great selection of food American and Chinese, most everything on the bar was fresh and hot, the customer service was also rather good! I plan on coming back if we (me and my husband) want a variety of food we will definitely be coming to this place especially when we crave sushi!

Let me start by saying I am not a fan of buffet style restaurants. This is my brother's favorite place do dine because it is cheap, clean and the variety is enormous. So I was dragged here with a group without much say so in the matter. However, I pleased with the variety and cleanliness of the place. BUT do note that it a swarmed by a large crowd. When the really good dishes come out they are pulverized in 30 seconds so RUUUNNN.... The restaurant does offer hibachi and fresh sushi. It was yummy as well as the things from the buffet that I tried. If I was forced to go here again I would not be upset.

I've been meaning to write a review about this place. I have to tell you that there are a lot of people that come to this place. It's just unfortunate that the quality of the food isn't worth the price. My lady and I came here by the recommendation of someone else. I'm not sure if it was a bad day for the cooks but we both started feeling nauseous after eating some items. After complaining to an employee about how we were feeling, we ask for money back. The management seem pretty annoyed by the fact that we were asking for money and one employee pointed out that once we paid that's it we can't our money back. After standing my ground about their policy one of the managers actually threatened to call the police if we did not leave. I told him that they were simply doing a bad service and I promised that I would write a review about my experience. I simply do not recommend this restaurant not because of how was treated but because of the poor quality of the food.

OMG. The amount of people and food is unreal. If Sparta is about war, then this is Sparta of Gluttony. This is SPAAAAARTA and people are stuffing themselves madly. Nom - Nom - Nom.... arrrr double fisting the deep fried chicken leg.. nom nom nom Food is so-so.. but this display of human appetite and consumption is eye opening. I saw this one lady waddle away with a mountain of salt and pepper shrimp.. Anyway, back to the food and establishment. Its decent, clean, prompt service. Nothing spectacular and nothing wrong with this place either.. Did I tell you about lady that had a mountain of salt and pepper shrimp..

Decent selection of food. Service and cleaniness could be improved. Prefer the newer location on Pleasant Hill. Not bad for $6.99 on a weekday!

My first lunch visit was a positive one, wide variety of buffet quality food for under $8. Good courteous service. Felt like dining on a cruise ship. Will visit again.

It's a buffet. I've been here twice, but for family occasions. I don't eat at buffets much. This place is so spacious and the staff is very accommodating and friendly at least. FOOD = Lots to choose from with different variety: Chinese, Japanese, American, etc PRICING = cheap. Food + Pricing = Lots of people.

This place is alright, but it's not the best Asian buffet that I've ever been to. It's always very busy and the prices are reasonable. There aren't a ton of different foods here, just multiple varieties of rice, shrimp, chicken, beef, sushi, etc. I actually had a waiter take my FULL plate from underneath me while I was still eating off of it and had to snatch it back! LOL. If you're looking for a restaurant to visit and you're in the area, give it a try.

Absolutely the best hibachi grill I have ever had. Meat offerings included Ribeye steak, shrimp, chicken, pork, krab sticks. Veggies, rice, noodles, and raw egg round out the options. The buffet had the most extensive assortment of food imaginable. From roast, mashed potatoes and gravy to pizza, chicken nuggets, fries and quesadillas in addition to traditional chinese buffet items there is something for everyone. Seafood was abundant. Fried blue crab, crawfish, fish, shrimp and seafood delight were plentiful. Egg drop soup was so thick and clearly fresh made. Sushi offerings were limited to hand rolls but fresh made with plenty of choices. Tons of fresh fruit options and hand scooped Icecream rounded out the dessert options. The restaurant was incredibly clean and food items on the buffet were always full. This is a must stop for us now if we are ever passing nearby again.

Horrible!! Food tastes salty. You will drink lots of water when you get home. What is even worse?!! They charge a 2 year old half price for about 5 bucks. What can a 2 year old eat?! This is ridiculous! Don't go if you have small kids!! It is so not worth it!

I went there many times. It's a great bargain. Monday to Friday: lunch is 6.99 and dinner is 8.99. Saturday and Sunday all day 8.99. There is so much to choose from: sushi bar, hibachi grill, Chinese, dessert, ice cream, etc. I always target the sushi bar, hibachi, and random seafood items. It's always busy there. It's great for family and group get togethers.

Their taipei chicken is delicious. They have an assortment of icecream (but not strawberry? huh?) and sections for a ton of other stuff...sushi, fried foods, fruits, salad, typical Chinese fried chicken... Stay away from the processed desserts (banana bread pudding, strawberry pudding?). It is gross. However, I actually like this place for the most part. Super clean and super big.

My most recent Chinese buffet find! Still happy with it... They usually seem to get bad after I while - I hope this one stays good... See my review about Manchuria Grill - lost my longtime business last night!

I've been here twice now and agree with most of the previous posts. Yes, the location is very sketchy. I actually asked for a window seat the last time I was here just so I could keep an eye on my car! The food is pretty good for a buffet. There are not many vegetable dishes, mostly fried foods. The sushi is all right, but I don't ever hit up a buffet looking for sushi. The self-serve ice cream is a nice touch, I just wish that parents would be more responsible and go up to the lines with their kids. Its quite gross when you see a child stick their hands all up in a food that you were about to put on your plate. The place is pretty huge and they do try to keep as clean as they can with the amount of traffic they get.

The buffet wasn't too busy when we came, we were seated quick. Waitress didn't speak much English, which isn't s huge deal. It all went downhill from there. There wasn't much sushi, they didn't even make more. All other items were overcooked and dry for the most part. Meat tastes cheap overall. Half hour into our meal our waitress brought a check, we weren't even close to being done, on second plate. She then came by every minute and stared at it with an annoyed look on her face. Five minutes later, she says: "you pay separate?" We said... No, together is fine. She goes: "you pay here okay?"... She was trying to rush us to pay before we were done even! So, already annoyed we ate our dessert. Then, as soon as we paid they ran our check and came back with the signature receipt. I signed it and continued on with my meal. She comes back, rudely opens the check and stares down at the receipt and the tip portion... I left exactly 15% as service from her was very unpleasant... She then got mad and started yelling at another wireless in Chinese, without even saying thank you or goodbye... Anyway, I am not returning. Food wasn't that great, average at best. Selection was good, taste wasn't there at all. Service was also subpar. If you're looking for a good buffet, there are many places that are much better within 5 miles of this one.

Ok, so I am a slight did snob, but two words for this is "No Way"....sushi was scary and I watched the guy cleans sushi tray with a dirty rag. Steak at the hibachi was the lowest grade possible and tasted blah. When the ladies were cleaning the table behind me I felt food hitting the back of my foot as they flicked it from the table... Never again

The food was absolutely excellent. The spinach and cheese turns out it was great not nasty or disappointing as one of the reviews pointed out. I wouldn't eat the fried scallops they're not exactly pleasing but hey that's just my opinion, the so called sweet and sour chicken before the sauce was dry beyond dry I think those pieces they use are from the parts that they have messed up and they figured out a way to not waste food. The seasoned fries well you can't mess up what's already taken care of the soft tacos HORRIBLE STAY AWAY! it's made with chopped up chick and hardly and cheese. Warning don't go eat the jello! How in the dickens can you jack up jello. I must agree with one thing I read about the ice cream station I don't think they should allow kids near it its just that they aren't aware of the sanitary issues involved in how they scoop non the less the restaurant isn't aware of the scoop water needing to be changed either of they were aware I would hope they would dump the old water is. The waitress were ok all the way up to the part when they started to "ASSUME" meaning just because you see my party getting up at once doesn't mean we're done. Most buffets ask you to pay at the door before being seated I believe they should do this because their wait staff aren't the best at being curt to their customers. The place as a whole could've gotten 5 stars however as a whole I'm rating it on how Im feeling as I'm exiting the establishment. First impressions are everything but it's how you feel when walking out makes the difference.

I had been desperately craving crawfish after my lackluster experience at the Crawfish Shack and took to Yelp to find my fix. Enter Hibachi Grill and Supreme Buffet. With a ridiculous name like that and unlimited crab legs and crawfish, I was intrigued. I dragged two friends along for a gluttonous Sunday lunch at Hibachi Grill and Supreme Buffet. First of all, I had never experienced Jimmy Carter Boulevard before during my 7+ years living in Atlanta. I will happily continue to avoid this not-so-Buckhead area, but alas this review is about the buffet not the city of Norcross. You know how they say it's a good sign when Asians are frequenting the Asian buffet? Well, here everyone but us was Hispanic here. That's not a bad thing by any means, just an odd personal observation of this equally odd restaurant. We walked in and I was instantly taken aback by just how large and crowded this place was. No joke there were 50+ people in the lobby waiting to be seated. Thankfully they are super efficient here and we were seated within 10 minutes. Score! Once our server came over and took our drink order, we transcended upon the buffet like a bunch of hungry wolves. Holy food Batman! I have literally never seen so much food at a buffet before. I can't even. But I did. I immediately loaded up on an entire plate of crawfish and crab legs for the table, as well as a personal plate of sushi, General Tso's chicken, sesame chicken, bacon, mac-n-cheese, and mussels. Sorry I'm not sorry. It's a buffet. You're supposed to get your money's worth. The crawfish and crab legs basically sucked. The sushi was on par with Ru San's, the chicken was typical Chinese fare, and the mussels were amazing. Seriously so good. I went back for a second plate of chicken and mussels. Don't judge. Due to the fact I wore sweatpants for this smorgasbord of overindulgence, I went back for plate #3 of banana pudding. It's not Paula Dean banana pudding quality, but it was spot on for a buffet. For $10.99, I definitely got my money's worth and then some. It's super clean and there are so many choices. Sure, it's more quality than quantity, but the amount of damage you can do to your waistline here is truly supreme. I'll be back after bikini season.

Excellent selection. Was impressed by the sushi. Great price point for dinner. Chinese food itself was only okay. General Tsos was tough. But there was plenty more to go try.

Horrible service! Just left with a Togo box, get to my destination to eat, and my shrimp are hairy. Called to speak with a mgr and I'm told nothing they can do if I have touched the food & they make there staff wear a hair net. No one had a net on when I was in there. Disgusted!

Five stars cuz it's such a great value. Tons of food...and for the price they stay busy all the time and thus the food is refilled often. The fresh cycle goes on and on. They've got shrimp and crawfish that are the stars of the place. People grab platefuls...hoarding a bit, but they r delicious. I love the crabmeat Rangoon...just plain and simple without the curry and veggies that most other places use nowadays. And they wrap them simply too. Not in the shape of a flower where the cheese oozes out and gets so dried up and hard. Chinese sugar biscuits are awesome. Just like I remember them as a kid. Thy r definitely a Chinese buffet creation, but our family used to run one for 20 yrs. So I love them. Stir fried items are nice too. Not thick and gooey with too much cornstarch. And flavors are right on. Every dish tastes a little different. There's something for everyone!! Even my 1-yr old has something to eat.

Food was pretty good and cheap. They have clams mussels shrimp standard chinese food, a variety of fish deserts and hibachi. They were always filling up the buffet so the food was always hot and fresh. Staff was ok. Waiter often times forgot to fill our drinks. I too wish the crabs and shrimp weren't fried. Overall it was good and I would come back if I was to visit the area again.

This is the first time I get on yelp to write a bad review. I usually write good ones or i just don't bother writing anything at all. I was in there for dinner on Memorial Day with my girlfriend. We looked this place up on yelp and saw all these amazing pictures of the food so naturally we decided to give it a go. We started off with hibachi that they cook fresh in front of you and the best part is that you get to chose what goes on your hibachi. As soon as we got our plates of hibachi and began to eat, we realized the rice and eggs were burnt and the whole thing was over cooked. We set our plates on the side and went up to try other things. Got a plate of different kinds of chicken, none of them were good. Food tastes like it was sitting out for a year but looked so fresh. Started feeling sick and my girlfriend stopped eating by then. So we called out our service and she got us the check, and when I explained to her that I couldn't eat anymore cause the food was bad, she looked upset and yelled " I'll call my manager and you can talk to her". A few minutes later the manager comes by and I explained to her that I don't mean to be rude but the food was so bad that I got sick. She said and I quote "then next time just don't come here". After talking to her for a while she decided to charge me for one meal. I understand that sometimes you can go to a restaurant and not like the food. That's normal but what's surprising is the fact that the manager didn't know how to deal with customers and what got me is what she said about not coming back since we didn't like it. And we are not planning on going back there anymore.

I took a friend there because she is particular about what she eats. It helps to have variety. I went for the hibachi grill where they allow you to put what you want on a plate and they grill it right before you. I loved my shrimp fried rice they made with the white sauce they had there. My friend loved the seafood. She had a spicy shrimp soup with crab legs. I was happy she loved it all and though the soup was fantastic. I wanted to get some scoop ice cream but after standing in line and see a woman with her head practically in the freezer to scoop and then some kids waiting behind her, I passed on the ice cream. It would be nice if they had someone working there doing the scooping or just get a soft serve machine so you have better access.

Came here with my family on mother day. I wish I didn't bc it was way too many people here. Food here was ok. feel like its tasted like every Buffet but it taste better than most place. If you are coming here and expecting to get sweet and sour chicken then you are coming to the wrong place. This Buffet have a lot of seafood and some of the food here isn't like other buffet like Lobster, Full bars of Sushi, Hibachi Grill, Noodles bars, and many more. I really don't care for buffet as much so it was ok for me. I was very surprise the sushi that day was pretty good and fresh. Very thing was pretty freshly made and if you wants a hand roll, just asked them and they will make it for you . The on;ly thing that is annoying is the snow crabs legs wasn't hot, you have to bring the crab legs over to the worker to heat it up for you. I really hate just waiting for it! Like really I paid this much to wait for you guys to heat the crab legs up for me!! I don't mind coming back here again.

Didn't get a chance to write, so I'm doing it now: Get ready to stuff your face full. The price is very well fair and manageable. You will definitely get your money's worth out of the food here. A reason to come to the buffet alone is the spectacular sushi. Unlimited and varied selections will keep you very satisfied. The choice of entrees is filled with varied and well-prepared eats and choices. The ham and steaks are particularly juicy. You'll end up very content with what kind of selection they have. Perfect for groups, but a bit noisy for couples.

As I am the buffet master, I am very particular about where I'd like to eat. Even though the parking lot at night makes you want to lock up your car with chains , you quickly see that the police are always around. Once inside that's when the magic begins. I have never seen such a busy location, and with busy locations that means food gets replaced fresh frequently. And when food gets replaced frequently it gets mad delicious . This place is highly recommended. Don't know how things are during the day and lunch but at night when things are popping this is the place to go. The attendance were fairly quick the food was great and I was completely satisfied

I am not what you call a Chinese/Japanese buffet connoisseur, but I've visited a few and this is one of the better ones. Mainly because the Hibachi grill is pretty good. I love my beef, and they serve a fairly good stir fry cut. (Remember to ask for light oil, otherwise things get as greasy as KFC.) The good.... 1) Wide variety. Normal overly sweetened, cornstarch coated, fried chicken thigh mall Chinese fare. 2) Salad bar is better than any Chinese/Japanese buffet I've encountered. The dressings are terrible. But, I get it, salad dressing is definitely an American institution. 3) The waitresses are pretty nice. No pressure to turn over tables. There's like a million tables. 4) Restrooms are clean. 5) Although I'm not a seafood fan, it seems plentiful. I'm always amazed at the heaping plates of fried crabs with sides of limes. 6) The hot food isn't exactly hot, but not call the health department cold. Not a big deal usually. But my favorite sugared donuts are disgusting after they sit for awhile. I guess you get what you pay for. 7) Yummy ice cream choices. I know, not exactly Chinese, but still good. I usually stick to the donuts for desert, but those were like like cold balls of hell. Pistachio ice cream would have been a nice touch. But the mint chocolate chip was a lovely palate cleanser. The No Bueno.... 1) I saw two waitresses exit the restroom and "wash" their hands with water only. Then they primped their bangs. That was pretty gross. Perhaps that's a cultural difference, but it was disturbing to see as I thoroughly cleaned my hands. 2) Pepsi products! Hello, this is Atlanta. Plus, no soda water. I know I may be in the minority, but give me coke, or at least plain soda water. 3) Too much subpar American carb overload. The breads, french fries and garbage pizza was a bit much. I almost expected hamburgers to complete the obvious tastebud pandering. It isn't Golden Corral. Stop trying. You fall short of even their so-so standards. I suppose they never explicitly say it is only an Asian restaurant. Maybe I'm just a snob. 4) No wonton soup. 5) The booth to table ratio is off. I am taller than average yet still had to reach for my meal. 6) The dumplings were the Worse I've ever tasted. Again, the heat issue. They are aiming for quantity over quality for sure on this dish. So yeah, if you're on Jimmy Carter dealing with the atrocious traffic, this isn't a terrible restaurant. You won't leave feeling jipped, as the price is reasonable. As with any buffet, don't expect fireworks. It's just decent.

After reading mostly positive reviews I was looking forward to trying this place. Not worth the trip. The sushi was terrible. And the seafood had the same swampy aftertaste. It was gross. And drinks are not included. On the plus side the staff was friendly and attentive. That's where the one star comes from.

For a $7 lunch buffet, this is as good as it gets. Food tastes relatively "fresh." My mom and I like to go here as a guilty pleasure. The meat all tastes great. We like to eat the crawfish. Sushi is also pretty decent here. You never feel like there's not enough food here, even the awesome stuff.

This place is fantastic. Great selection of fresh buffet items including many meats and seafood. Start with the Hibachi first. It is similar to Ghengis Grill but with full buffet for less money. Soft drinks are only $1.39 so go ahead and splurge. Only complaint is they serve Pepsi. Can't win them all.

I'm not too big on Chinese buffets. But if I ever wanted to go to one, this place would be it. The flavor is good, some items tend to be a bit sweet or creamy and loaded with mayo/cheese. Depending on what you get, it's pretty good. It's fresh and they keep the food coming once it starts to run low. The sushi here are your average Americanized rolls. They're pretty decent. The service is attentive but they could keep down their conversations. Especially when you have a room full of customers. Yelling across the room to one another over your customers are incredibly rude. Seriously need to work on some manners. The location isn't the best of choice. It's located on a strip at the corner of Jimmy Carter and Singleton. During their peak hours, the lot fills up pretty quick. It gets really packed during the lunch hours regardless of the days you go. Interior is cleaner and nicer than most Chinese buffets. The dining areas are pretty big. They also have a few more buffet carts than others. And they do great at accommodating large groups. I don't come here often to dine in. I prefer grabbing a takeout box. 3.99/lb for lunch, 4.99/lb for dinner, 6.99/lb for sushi, 5.99/lb for chicken wings and chicken sticks. Buffets tend to make people eat more than what they pay for. It's not the best feeling after you leave. So takeout works for me.

I only like crab and clam, crayfish can be, there would be no outside taste of flavor! What else did not have. Beginning to go see a lot of options feel so happy, really not much real feel good! Not much meaning

First off my five star rating is completely based on the context of my student status and the category of this restaurant as a buffet. I think this is the best buffet for $10.60 (Dinner/Saturday/Sunday price, tax included). This buffet offers the most variety from fried blue crab, clams, cocktail shrimp to a fair selection of sushi including common nigiri (salmon, tuna, mackeral, ect..) and basic rolls (philly, cali, tempura) to the hibachi grill where you can get steak, pork, chicken, and shrimp with assorted vegetables to various asian/american food varieties. I personally enjoy eating the variety of seafood options they have here as well as the hibachi grill. The sushi is not very impressive, but taken in context of the $10.60 you're paying you honestly can't expect much so it is edible and the presentation has improved over the years. Another favorite of this place is the good humour ice cream they have. They offer cookies & cream, butter pecan, vanilla, chocholate, mint chocolate chip, and orange sherbet. I always grab a few bowls at the end to cap off my buffet. It's great ice cream however at times it is very hard to scoop and annoying when there are little kids trying to scoop when they can barely reach over the counter. So overall this place is awesome! I eat a lot and definitely get my fill whenever I visit here. I go to school at Georgia Tech so if this place didn't impress me I wouldn't trek the 30 minutes out if it wasn't worth the time, gas, and money.

Found this Buffet by driving down Jimmy Carter the parking lot was PACKED during lunch hours... I am very picky about going to buffets because of sanitary reasons.. Well this place is EXTRA CLEAN... offer hand sanitizer to use after you make your plate at the bars.. The Hibachi grillers are very good cooks an I love the fact that you can pick your own ingredients & they are all fresh.. I was stuffed after I left this place because they had a vast variety of food.. THE PRICE IS EXCELLENT considering they really could charge much more and get away with that.

Do NOT eat here! WORST customer service ever! Terribly rude manager! Did not honor posted hours on Yelp or website. Shut buffet an hour early! We had to put cold plates of food on our table while they circled vacuums around us. Tried to kick us out within a half hour of arrival before closing time and then charged full price despite offering several other customers half price because they shut the buffet down early. They did not offer a discount despite complaints and in fact verbally abused us! The male manager argued and yelled at me and grabbed my arms! He tried to be physically intimidating! I'm going to challenge this charge to my credit card.

The place is clean because it's grand opening. The food was not all that. There's nothing in there you couldn't find at any other buffet around town that taste better. Not that it was required to have crab legs, but I was disappointed that they didn't. They do have stir fried crabs that everyone's fighting for, which is typical at most buffets. Crawfish had no flavor. The sushi was plain. I don't think I'll be coming back.

My daughter and I went there tonight and were pleasantly surprised. Yes, I know that shopping strip it's in is ghost town and not so pleasant, but all that changes when you enter the restaurant. Very attractive. We only really cared for the sushi, boiled shrimp, and hand-dipped ice cream. The rest of the desserts and the hibachi also looked good, but we didn't have any of them. Everything else was very mediocre to not very good, but we were there for the sushi, so that's what my rating's so high. $10 all-you-can-eat sushi - haven't found a place that beats this quality and atmosphere.

Wow the price and the food here is greatest. The biggest food selection and the sweets. The people is friendly. Huge food selection is great. I like to try different thing. You have to try the Hibachi . You get the plate and put meats, shrimps, vegetables and etc. The cooker will cook and flavor the feast. I been here since Grand opening and I still go there... :) You'll most likely see me there eating with my family.

Friend recommended this to me a year ago and I just stopped here randomly. Big place good selection. This is my first time eating Hibachi and I'm so glad I tried it. There's really not a reason I'm not giving this 5 stars. I don't have any complaints.

Brand new place, buffet style in the Norcross area. So far, since it has opened, it has been getting raved reviews from friends. Since I don't live too far from it, I thought I would give it a try. There are many variety of food. I was quite surprise there was no king crab legs. The ice cream was yummy, you get your own scoop like in the ice cream stores (Baskin Robbnis type) but there was only one ice cream scooper. One thing that did bother me was the waitress. She gave me my bill before refilling my water! Actually I never got a refill at all! I just hate that. That's one of my pet peeves at a restaurant, especially if you are expecting a tip, if I have to ask you to refill my water, then it's no good. Maybe it was just the waitress my family had? The price is really cheap compared to other buffet places, it was only $9 for an adult on a Sunday

Took the family to this buffet tonight and had sushi and hibachi. Both were good. The buffet choices are extensive and food is OK. For $8.99, you can't beat the price. Will go again.

This place is great. Amazing selection and the food is well above average. Its a buffett so its not 5 star but its not supposed to be. Everything is tasty though. Its gets crowded but thats a testiment to its greatness and it keeps the food fresh.

This is a Chinese buffet, I don't know why it's listed under American. They do have some American dishes but it is mostly Asian food. They have a hibachi grill where you chose your vegetables, meat, noodle or rice and handed to the cook to grill and then pick up later. This buffet was huge, probably the biggest Asian buffet I've ever been to and they have nice looking Asian decor with a modern vibe to it. They have six buffet bars and a sushi and hibachi bar connected on the back. They have variety of food to chose from, though it is a buffet; 1 dessert bar, 1 salad bar, 1 fried food, 3 other bar include soups, meats, and seafoods. The food was okay, but most of the dishes were fresh so that's a plus. Its also because they just opened so they have good amount of customers trying out the food. The dinner is $10 and I heard lunch is $7, so the price is good for the quality and quantity of the food. I mostly go to buffet to eat craw fish and crab legs, but most buffet do not serve crab legs anymore because it's very expensive. However, the craw fish was alright, they were steamed with onions and green peppers so it gave it a little of flavor but not enough. Moreover, their sushi was pretty good. Once again, it was probably because it was fresh since they were pretty busy. Overall, this buffet food is worth a try if your really hungry. Since this is a fairly new place, the restaurant is very clean. The service was mediocre and they have Pepsi line of drink instead of coke.

So, went here today for dinner as the reviews made it seem like it was pretty good. I was a bit let down even though it was Father's Day. As Kerry M. had stated previously about the parking lot, yeah, it is a bit sketchy. My boyfriend and I got hit up for some money by a bum in the parking lot. We waited about five to ten minutes for a table (which isn't a bad of a wait at all on Father's Day at a buffet). Oh! They serve Pepsi products here. I found that out after I ordered a Coke. I wish the lady had told me they only served Pepsi products, I would've changed my Pepsi to a Sierra Mist. The turnover was great as it was Father's Day. They have a variety of food here, but mostly mussels and shrimp dishes. I hit up the sushi section and it was pretty empty for the most of my time here. It wasn't even halfway full. It wasn't bad for a cheap buffet place, but definitely not as good as Pacific Buffet's sushi bar when they had first opened. They had Chinese food, some weird American food that I didn't touch, fried food bar, some fish (basa and tilapia to be exact), clams, crawfish, salad bar, and a dessert bar. Now, let's discuss the seafood. So the crawfish was alright (I think they were a bit overcooked and under seasoned), the mussels they had tonight were pretty good, the shrimp dishes (salt and pepper shrimp, shrimp with tomato and chili, shrimp stuffed with meat, cocktail shrimp, and shrimp with chicken) were pretty good, the clams were a bit sketchy but the other Asians were eating it up (I can't mess around with clams though, I always somehow bite into a bad one), the salt and pepper blue crab was really good, and neither of us tried the fish dishes so we couldn't tell you there. The meat selection was a bit scarce, they had I think some kind of broiled meat that was overcooked, and they have the hibachi section. Kungfu waited in the hibachi section with two steaks and a plate of yellow noodles, onions, mushrooms, shrimp, green onions, and zucchini. He said that he saw the chefs burning the meat so he asked for the steaks on the side and everything else together. He didn't have any cash on him so he didn't tip; he said when other people tipped the chefs said thank you, and when he didn't, he shouted "THAT'S OK." I laughed pretty hard and said that he could go back and give him a bit of cash I had in my purse so he wouldn't look like such a tool. He said maybe if the hibachi was good, he would consider it. It was pretty good, but he forgot to tip him afterwards, so I felt a bit bad for the chef. The Chinese food selection was alright but here are some of the highlights: the green beans, get it. It was really, really tasty. The salt and pepper seafoods were good, definitely get it if you're there. The seafood soup and hot and sour soups were also good. I got some neptune salad from the salad bar for Kungfu, but he said it wasn't too good because it was warm. I think its because the plates were really hot (they had just come off the dishwasher) but other than that, he had no complaints. The dessert bar left something to be desired though. I tried a mint mousse (which was actually not bad). I also got some peach... cake? Cobbler? It boggled my mind as it wasn't cobbler, but it wasn't really cake-like. It was ok. I also grabbed a mango mousse cake which was bad, don't get it. They had a variety of ice cream in the freezer but I wish they had labeled some of them. What I thought was vanilla turned out to be a weird tasting pineapple sorbet that I thoroughly did not enjoy. Today, they had strawberry, mint chocolate chip, vanilla, orange sorbet, pineapple sorbet, and chocolate if my memory serves me right. The strawberry was good, and the mint chocolate wasn't bad, but its ice cream. It cost us about $11 a person so not too shabby for $11, but I think I'm just going to go back to Pacific Buffet; their hot bar is much better.

This place is inexpensive. I think we paid around $7 for lunch. This is your typical Asian buffet. Quality is, how should I put it, "You get what you pay for." Plently of meats, fried foods and fresh fruits. I tried one of as many things as I thought I could eat. The beef stew was actually pretty good. The fried chicken with that sweet sauce was OK too. Being a sushi chef I always like to see how other places stack up against my work. This place had mostly rolls, which looked OK. Also some imitation crab stick over balls of rice, held on with bands of nori. Looks like their attempt at nigiri. Tables are sticky, but visually clean. I wouldn't hold that against them because the place in general is clean. In fact, with the traffic they are getting, it would be considered very clean. One of the negative things about the place. The teppan chef was constantly saying thank you and gesturing towards his tip jar. This made him appear to be a street beggar opposed to a cook. Based on the price, variety and overall quality, I gave this place a four star rating. However, the next time I'm out this way, I know what to get. Chick Fil A down the street. I'm really not a big fan of buffets. This is the first one I've been to in over 6 years.

Love the variety, Chinese of course, Sushi (decent selection too), Habachi, desert, fruit, american food (Pizza and other, didn't really pay attention). Good price under 10 with a drink. Never had to wait for seating nor parking. Clean and friendly. My co-works and I go once a month or so.

I go here when I want to stuff myself with a high quantity of low-quality Chinese food. This is the standard Americanized Chinese fare, but they have some unusual items like hibachi fried rice, hibachi grilled chicken (not bad), and a meatloaf pastry baked in phyllo dough with sesame seeds (creative!). Sushi is sub-par and not very fresh, they don't have a lot of raw fish - it's mostly california rolls, inari, and seaweed salad. Their green vegetable selection could use some more variety and includes the old standbys like dry-fried string beans, beef with broccoli, spinach with cheese, and a very well-stocked salad bar. I'd like to see more Asian green vegetables. This is pretty good, but if you're craving traditional, seasonal Chinese food, don't eat here. The neighborhood is not very safe, nor is this the best area, so please be careful. I definitely wouldn't dress up to come here, nor would I flash jewelry or valuables.

OH MY DELICIOUSNESS!!!! This is hands down my new favorite restaurant in Norcross. The food is amazing, there's a ridiculous amount of variety, and the wait staff are friendly and attentive. And on top of all of that, the dinner buffet is only $8.99!!!! This is definitely going in our date night rotation.

Buffet at a great price! BUT The quality of their food is all over the place. Mussles didn't look appetizing but did enjoy the crawfish. Definitely one of the cleanest looking buffets and mad surprising considering its location. The only sanitary issue I have is regarding the self serve ice cream... Parents really need to watch their kids when they take a trip to the ice cream station. Food wise its not the best, but for the price I probably will drop by again.

There is a certain feeling of hedonism I get at these massive Chinese buffets. I admit that the experience begins on the car ride over, just knowing the acts of gluttony that are about to occur. The fires of this deadly sin were fanned when I entered and gazed upon the enormous spread. Hibachi Grill and Supreme Buffet holds its own in the buffet arena. It is clean, with a surprisingly beautiful interior when juxtaposition-ed to it's location, great service and very reasonable prices. Good mix of sushi, but not as good as Sydney's Buffet. Soups are all good, noodles and rice dishes all were excellent. The grill area lets you pick your ingredients and have them prepared for you on the spot, they do cook all the ingredients on the same grill, which bothers some vegetarians. Salad bar has all the basics. Lots of meat and seafood options. The desserts include cakes, pastry, fruits, and ice cream. The ice cream is kept in large self serve tubs, but the buffet offers no toppings. This is not health food, so if i am going to have to spend an extra hour at the gym, gimme some whipped cream and chocolate! If you are going to give in to excess, Hibachi Grill makes it easy to dismiss moderation, after all gluttony isn't as bad as wrath, greed, and sloth! Is it?

Huge, cheap Asian buffet. Sushi bar is awesome. The hibatchi grill is really nice. I just throw a couple of steaks on a plate, the chef spanks them on both sides and they are incredibly delicious. They have the assortment of weird Asian desserts that I never understand and a few American dishes. All of it is pretty freaking tasty. The servers are good at refilling soda quickly. And to top it off.... hard ice cream you scoop yourself. We go here when we want to feel FULL (for an hour). We go here at least once a month.

frogs legs + crawfish + everything else = what more do you expect? the plus is all the items are refreshed frequently, so they don't have that stale look to them. the place was packed and clean. we'll see how they do in a year. food was decent and cheap. average buffet

I enjoyed my visit. I go there when I want Hibachi grilled food for a low price. The concept is similiar to Chow Baby or Ghengus Grill, but less frill. The only down fall is on weekends its so amazingly crowded. Good food, modern atmosphere, and very clean. One downfall was that the tables are small and cramped, My son and I always bump our knees on the tables once were seated Lots of variety, I would go again on a weekday.

What a great find! Iffy neighborhood, but the place is brand new inside. Huge selection of food on the buffet. Very good sushi and many other kinds of Japanese/Chinese, but there is also pizza, ham, beef, macaroni and cheese and mashed potatoes, as well as a great salad bar. Oh and don't forget the yeast rolls, which were better than the ones at Golden Coral (that's saying a lot!). And unlike Golden Coral, where unsupervised children drain the ice cream dispenser into soup bowls and all over the floor, Hibachi has REAL ice cream in tubs, like at Baskin Robbins, and you dip it yourself, so if you want 3000 calories worth, you gotta do a little work to get it! Wait staff was very polite and helpful. Empty plates were taken away quickly so that neither I nor anyone else could tell what a PIG I was being! Our bill for two with plenty of hot tea was $22.00. You can't beat it. Also, I inquired about the two large private dining rooms and was told they could be reserved at no charge.

I went here 4-5 times already and would totally recommend this buffet to anyone. The place might look old from the outside, but the inside is very nice and they also have a gold fish fountain. The food is very delicious and healthy. They have sushi and raw food for you to give to the chef. The ice creams are also really good. There are about 6-8 flavors for you to enjoy. However, I give this place 4 stars because of the service. I was eating and a lady came to my table and just took a plate without asking. That might be fine, but when she reaches for the plate her arm touches my straw and cup. That's just not good. Besides that this place is very good.

I took ricky here one random weekday night because he was craving american chinese food and i wanted crawfish and shrimp so this was our compromise. This buffet is located in a sketchy strip mall looking place- at least at night it looks sketchy. I was really scared my car was going to be broken into since it was one of the nicer cars in the parking lot (and i smelled some dank ganja here lol). But inside it looks not too bad.The price is cheap $10 for a weekday dinner and you can easily get your moneys worth here. This is a pretty big buffet so their is a huge selection from spanish food like plantains, to american food like french fries and chicken nuggets, to chinese, to japanese food (pretty good amount of simple sushi selection and hibachi). The highlight I think was the crawfish, crispy shrimp, and blue crab. I just wish they would not deep fry the blue crab (loses its delicate flavor). I would have enjoyed my time here more if it wasn't so noisy in here due to the popularity, kid friendly (parents let their kids run around everywhere so be careful if your carrying hot soup) and the fact that I was scared while eating (girls, this is not a place to go eat by yourself, bring a guy with you....and don't drive a nice car here- it will stick out). If you can bear the cons of this place, it is a great place to eat because the service is good, price is good, and food is pretty decent.

They do have American Dishes for those of us who would like to take a break from Chinese food, but the majority of their food is Asian. The overall flavor is pretty decent, even though some items tend to be a little sweeter. The food is very fresh, and they keep bringing out more food once it's starts to run low. Dinner = $10 Lunch = $7 What more can you ask for??? CRAB LEGS & CRAW FISH = LOVE Wait, did I just mention Crab Legs & Craw Fish? Oppsie!! I absolutely love how this buffet still provides Crab Legs & Craw Fish despite how cheap it is, but most buffet do not serve crab legs anymore because it's very expensive. The heart of this buffet lies within their Hibachi Grill. They have a hibachi grill where you chose your vegetables, eggs, meat, noodle or rice and handed to the cook to grill and then pick up once it's juicy and ready to go. What I always get on my dish is rice, lots of eggs, and fake crab meat. I've never had better fried rice than here. The Sushi here are just your average Americanized rolls just like the sushi they have at Roll Me. It's pretty decent for being so cheap, so I can't be complaining. I heard a lot of bad things about this buffet's location, but it works out great for me.

Never again

This is a great buffet for $10.99 with a decent size sushi buffet, hibachi grill and ample option of Chinese dishes. Ice cream is the one I wasn't impressed with. Overall, good to stop by once in a while.

Good food for a buffet and lots of variety. Great value for lunch with the cost only $7.00 with tax . The sushi was better than I expected.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
