Fazoli's is an Italian-American fast casual restaurant chain headquartered in Lexington, Kentucky. It was founded in 1988and is now owned by Sentinel Capital Partners. As of 2015, there are 213 Fazoli's located nationwide. The restaurant chain specializes in Italian cuisine and dishes. Carl Howard is the company's president and CEO.

From the very first phone call where they asked how they can take exceptional care of me, to the service and the food, we were very happy. The $.25 wine taster's are great idea. Everyone was very pleased with their meal. The shared salad was excellent. The free breadsticks are always a plus. Just be ready to eat too much.

Always great customer service. They have a bar and bar area if you're u want to sit there. I use to take my lunch breaks there in and out in 30 minutes with the soup salad and breadsticks. My favorite is the soup salad and bread sticks but tonight I'm going to try the egg plant parm with breadsticks and the chicken gnocchi soup.

Not fancy but good family spot that will have something for everyone, vegetarians, dieters and picky children. I give it 4 stars for the overall meal and experience. I have had better and more authentic Italian food but for the price 4 stars is appropriate in my book. They have specials that include dessert or a 2 for deal so take advantage Our service from Jennifer was excellent!

Hey, I like my chain restaurant Italian as much as the next girl. I had lunch here today with a couple of friends. We all went for the 3 course for $12.95 promotion. My shrimp penne in cream sauce was great! I just wish I had known tomatoes would be on it, because I would have told them to leave the tomatoes off. I also enjoyed my watermelon margarita, although I'm pretty sure it's the strongest alcoholic beverage I've had in recent memory. Even though it was a Sunday afternoon, we only had to wait for a few minutes. Our server (Jennifer, I believe) was super nice, and my friends and I enjoyed chatting with her. I'll definitely be back--I always am!

Went there on Sunday and it was a bit of a disaster. It took almost an hour to get our food. We did get the meal comped so that made up for it.

It's Olive Garden, you can't really be upset about the quality of the food as it is reasonable and average in terms of price and quality. This one has a good layout and excellent wait staff though so it make it a lil'above average imo.

The slow service at Darden restaurants just gets worse with every visit. Wait time for drink from bar, on a slow night (counted ten tables at 7pm) 10min. Server had three tables. That was more than she could handle. Food is always ok service has to improve or won't be back many mpre times if at all

Good service, attentive and friendly. The Bruscetta appetizer was delish, some of the best topping I've had. Unfortunately some of the dishes aren't quite as good as their pictures make them to be... breaded pork filets and asagio filled pasta for example. We requested extra sauce from the pasta to put on the filets and that helped. We also ordered the tilapia with shrimp and scallops in a light sauce.... was more like soup than a fish dish, but still very tasty. And a lot of food. It was even good as take home the next day for lunch.

Olive Garden is pretty good. I think the quality of food has gone down hill the last few years. But the price isn't bad and we are usually pleased. If anything they have a wonderful staff.

This OG is very consistant with their food and service. One great thing about OG is that they are always changing the menu with new items keeping it fresh with new ideas. Very good salad and legendary bread sticks, this OG is a sure bet if you want local Italian. Down side is they are very crowded, especially for dinner and on the weekends so your wait may be extensive. Overall the food is excellent, portions are good, and the service has always been exceptional.

Standard Olive Garden layout with the weirdly staged two-top table upstairs in the non-existent loft. Go ahead. Look for it next time. The service was about the best I've ever had for a party. We were double covered, and both servers were attentive. One server, who wasn't the one who took my drink order refilled my sweet tea with some sort of fruity tea. But it was taken care of quickly. I ordered the four cheese mezzaluna with shrimp. When I ordered it, I asked for it without the shrimp. The server asked if I'd rather have chicken. I agreed and I'm glad that I did. The mezzaluna was very tasty with a nice cream sauce. The dish was garnished with chopped tomatoes. I think the dish would actually be better if it were garnished with sun-dried tomatoes. Just a thought. Checks were delivered in a timely manner and accurately. I particularly liked that the servers boxed our food for us rather than just dropping off the to-go boxes. It's the little things.

I normally try to avoid the chain restaurants, but we chose to eat hear this past easter Sunday mainly due to the promotional 2 for 25 deal. With the combined 5 dollar off coupon online it was a no brainer. All I can say is Wow! what a surprise, the food qreat! The service was even better. I would give the service 6 stars and would definitely return to this location. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone its outstanding!

A good location, a good value, some great staff. My wife's mixed grill had some very tough steak, bad enough to send it back. Everyone else finished eatting before the replacement dish arrived, so she told them to keep it. All the while the waitress was very understanding. The manager also came over was appologetic, and offered to give us the dish in a take home bag without charge. We passed on his generous offer, but we did take him up on a gift card. You can't know how good the steak is going to be until you try it, so it was very good to see the staff being polite when things aren't going perfectly. The other dishes that evening were tasty, and the staff was friendly and curteous.

Great food and service was exceptional, place was crowded but we still got our food fairly fast. My son ordered two different types of wine and both times the bottle was brought to the table and the glass was poured , a nice twist other than just bringing you a glass of wine.
