First time here and I loved it! With so many different chicken salad combinations to choose from, you are bound to find something you adore, unless you aren't a chicken salad lover. And for those of you who aren't, they do have other sandwiches to choose from. So there is really no excuse to not find something for everyone! I had the Jazzy Julie, a combination of chicken salad, cayenne pepper, bacon, and cheddar cheese. It was delicious! Just the right amount of mayo, pepper, and cheese! You can get the salad either by the scoop or as a sandwich. The sides are also scrumptious! And the iced tea is freshly brewed with the perfect amount of sweet for you sweet tea lovers, and it also comes unsweetened for those of us trying to watch our weight. Staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and the restaurant is clean and very cutely decorated. I will definitely be making this one of my top places for lunch :)

I never thought I would see the day where a restaurant concept was based on chicken salad, but there it was, the Chicken Salad Chick. But actually it was pretty good. They have a number of different "flavors" of chicken salad. I had the BBQ and my coworker had the buffalo style. We both agreed it they were good. We also both also agreed that for better or worse the flavors weren't that strong. In other words the BBQ tasted like chicken salad with a hint of BBQ. Same with the buffalo. But he said he would have preferred it to be a bit more buffalo-y. That said if you like chicken salad you'll like this place because the chicken salad itself is quite good. With each sandwich you also get a side and cookie. The fruit salad was good and fresh. Inside the place is pretty nice. We got there at 12:30 and there wasn't much of a line but the tables were full. They have a nice place to eat outside as well. I think a sandwich with the side, cookie and a drink was about $10 which is maybe a little pricy but I think it's worth it for what you get. If I find myself in the area again I'll stop by and grab lunch.

This place is really good. I love the variety of chicken salads they offer. I got the southern one this time. I will definitely be back to try others. It is nice to have a healthy alternative to the fast food world.

If you are reading this now, stop and reading and get over to Chicken Salad Chick! I was so mad that it took me so long to finally have a meal there. I was told by a friend that Chicken Salad Chick is amazing but I never paid heed because I was used to just going to the Chick-fil-a all the time. Finally, one day, I visited. I did not know where to start so I asked the really nice employee and he offered up his suggestions. They even give samples! They have various options and the one I usually get is the chicken salad sandwich (pick any of the chicken salads, delish!), cookie and side. Great service, clean facilities, great food! Get over to Chicken Salad Chick!

My husband and I are trying to make it a thing to have our weekly lunch date here. It's that good. The chicken salads are amazing, even the sides are great, and the staff is always friendly. Great place.

I was never keen on the idea of "chicken salad." A friend of mine convinced me to try Chicken Salad Chick and now it is probably my favorite find in Columbus! I eat here at least once a week and I haven't come across anything on the menu that I don't like. The grape salad will change your life. It is sweet and delicious with a yummy brown sugar & nut topping. I was scared to try it because the name sounded crazy but I am SO glad that I did! The store is always clean and neat and the staff is very welcoming. Since we are regulars, they know us there! They are friendly and check in with you while you are dining. They seem to genuinely care about how your experience is. I have never had an issue with dining in or ordering through their drive through. It is really quick service and it doesn't disappoint. The food is always fresh. The bread is soft and yummy. There are 15 types of chicken salad with something to please any palate. My personal favorite is "Kickin' Kay Lynne" which is a delicious mixture of bacon, jalapeños, buffalo, ranch and cheddar cheese! The "Fancy Nancy" also does not disappoint! I have tried several others and they are tasty as well. I recommend CSC to everyone when they ask for a good place for a quick meal in Columbus. I have turned several friends onto CSC and I am definitely a believer in chicken salad now! It is a little bit pricey but for the quality and experience it is definitely worth it!

NO! is the message I kept hearing... This was my first time at Chicken Salad Chick. I was eager to try it because a lot of my coworkers said it was awesome. However, before I can even talk about the food, I think it is prudent to discuss the SERVICE or the lack there of. My wife and I went in together, and the lady kept saying, you can sample them if you like. We both wanted to sample the same two kinds. She came back with one cup of each, there was only one taste in both cups, creating an issue because we both did not know the second one. So when I said I don't know which one to choose from because of the lack of sample the lady just smiled. My wife wanted to get one flavor and combine it with another flavor, maybe just build the sandwich with a mixture of the two. Or let us add jalapenos to the onion. When we asked for them, she said NO we don't do that. I asked about mixing them together on the same sandwich, NO we don't do that either. So I had to spend more money just to sample the ones we wanted. NO, I am not completely satisfied. Then when they brought our order out, the owner came out and we asked again, and NO..... Blah Blah Blah... excuses came pouring out of his mouth... I asked another girl do you have jalapenos in the building, she said yes. I said can i get some, gave her a 10 spot and she returned with Jalapenos for my wife's sandwich. WOW, so which is it, NO or NO, or NO? or just a pile of excuses? Thanks for making this easy. or NO!

The worst sandwich I have ever eaten! I ordered the turkey hogie on sourdough... the bread was stale, there was only 1 slice of tomato ( and a very small tomato!), not even a half of piece of brown lettuce, and the meat was just ok. The pickle on the side was mushy and old. I will never come back here, nor will my family or friends.

Food is delicious and creative, cashier was very nice and patient explaining the menu. Only problem is that it's a bit pricey. Still love it!

Love this place for a light lunch. Chicken salad varieties are all good. Staff are all friendly and helpful. A little pricey , but good sized servings.
