Great grilled chicken sandwich and we really enjoyed the wings. Atmosphere is so-so but the food was good

This place is freaking awesome! Wings are crispy and tasty. So is the chicken philly. Best Phillies around. Hidden gem in Marietta.

Love the wings and the fries. Used to eat there until our baby was born and now we get it to go. The trick is to order the fries extra crispy so they are not soggy by the time you get them home. Also the staff is not always the best at putting in orders so make them repeat everything back to you and check the order before you leave the restaurant.

I used to get their food to go and it was great. Sat. night was terrible! We normally just have it delivered. However, Saturday evening we ordered there and watched while they cooked. It just didn't seem sanitary and I swear one of the cooks did not look well...that prompted me to get up and check out their score. It's an 80!!!!! We took it home and ate a little, but it did not even taste good. I love good wings and theirs are usually pretty decent, but they had so much black pepper in everything (wings and fries and burger) that it drowned out the taste. I don't know guys...this place has SERIOUSLY gone downhill. I don't think I'll be back!

This is the go to place for us. Everything I have had here is great. Gyro, filly, burger, wings, fish, salad...

I was a loyal weekly (sometimes twice) customer since I moved in the area 18 months ago. The quality went down, the wings got smaller. I was still loyal, due to the great taste of wings. This all changed when they had a Groupon deal, buy $10 get $20. I purchased the max. Little did I realize this was for a new location they opened up a few miles away (fine print!) I called and asked if they would accept it at the original location by me, I was told no; no big problem I suppose. As it turns out a few weeks later I am in the area of the new location, so happily took the chance to go redeem my coupon for some great wings. I pulled up, no store exist, I don't know if it ever did. I called the original location and they said it closed and went out of business. I asked if I could use my coupon at the original location. I was told asked by the young girl who always takes orders to be put on hold while she asked, she came back and said no. I asked to speak to the manager, and she said there was not one there. I quickly asked, who did you ask about the coupon if no manager present? Demanded she put the manager (also owner) on the line, if not I would just come by. I was hung up on. This is why small businesses go under. They don't appreciate or respect customer service. I won't be coming back.

This is the worst restaurant I have ever been to. The servers were slow, my friends cup stayed empty the whole time. Food was discussing. McDonald's has better wings. I have never had lemon pepper wings with so much sauce and grease on it. The manager was cooking and giving everybody an attitude. Don't have an open kitchen if you can't be nice to people. I can't even look up or she gives a dirty look. This place is bad. And my stomach felt weird after I ate the wings. Won't eat there again.

Food is great if they can comprehend or get your order correct, never making the mistake of ordering delivery. I have given them chance after chance and enough is enough. I wont be ordering from them again.

Good burger..... Heinz ketchup bottles on the table, I don't think it was actually Heinz ketchup!

I went today for some wings and was not impressed. I ordered a fountain drink and paid for it. I then found out the hard way that they don't have ice or tea or lemonade which is the reason I bought the drink. Also I found out my order was messed up when I got home. Which is the worst. I won't be back

It is almost embarrassing how much we order takeout from here during baseball season! But after a night of practice or a game we don't even have to discuss what to order and it is always fast and good. We usually order 30 mild wings and one 575 burger. I love that you can get lemon pepper fries as a side for the burger with no up charge. We occasionally mix it up and get a few lemon pepper wings and I love those too. They are not thick plump wings, but the skin is so cripsy and they are never dried out. I also love that they are not breaded. I think we have only eaten inside the restaurant once. But we have easily done takeout 30 times. We also placed a huge order for the Super Bowl one year. It's not much to look at (although they are updating inside) and my husband and I like to get the owner to smile. He looks grumpy a lot. He is actually very friendly and offers us free drinks to go sometimes. I get why some people might be turned off by it, but for us it has always been delicious in the comfort of our own home.

The food & service is excellent ... My favorite is the fried fish and shrimp ..perfect not greasy. A lot of the people in our subdivision order food from here and are always completely satisfied.

I love wings! I've had 'em a lot of places, some good, some not so good. Wings and Burger Haven is is in the very good category! I've now eaten in the stare and gotten delivery. I've been pleased with both. The store itself looks sort of like a smallish diner. There's nothing fancy about it. But the wings and the service are great. As for heat ratings, I'd say medium us mild and hot is medium but that's me. Prices are quite reasonable and service is great. I wish they made fresh blue cheese for dipping but they use packaged stuff. That's really my only complaint.

I've never eaten at the restaurant, but we love to get take out or delivery. The gyros are good, but the wings are awesome! My favorite wing place. My personal faves are the ranch, garlic & parmesan and lemon pepper flavors. I highly recommend.

I was really excited to get delivery from this place after reading these reviews. Unfortunately, after an hour, our dinner wasn't here and I got phone call instead. I was told the driver couldn't find me, but I could come pick it up. I'm sorry - but this is pathetic. I opted to pay an additional $1.50 delivery tax for distance, even though I'm less than 5 miles from the restaurant. I never received a phone call to ask for directions, even though I am ON Cobb Parkway, not in some subdivision. How lazy... I'm just glad I didn't have to pay with my card when they took the order. When I called to complain, I was told that "on my next order", it would be made right. That guy is hilarious - you only get one first impression.

My son and I went here one night when we were on our own for dinner. Split an order of wings and a burger. Wing were cooked to perfection and served HOT! Nothing sucks worse than cold wings (Wild Wing cafe anyone?) As someone already mentioned they use a prepackaged blue cheese dip. They could do it better and cheaper if they made their own. (hint!!) The burgers there are good as well (ordered the heart land). Before ordering the burger I asked if it was a fresh or frozen patty. Fresh 1/2# patties in this joint. Good place for wings and burgers as the name of the restaurant name implies. Reasonable prices and quick service. They seem to do a lot of delivery and take out as well. I wish they served beer because what goes better than wings?

"Burgers are fantastic! VERY reasonable price for a 1/2 lb burger and side. Yummy!!"

After this place opened. I was a little leery of the look. This is in an older shopping center, but I shouldn't have judge a book on it's cover. The wings are great (lemon pepper my fav) along with sparse but friendly atmosphere. I have not had the delivery service but am looking forward to having my favorite wings brought to the house. Revisit: Hey gang! Been forever since I posted and let me tell you, this place has only gotten better since it opened! Burgers are massive, Salads are a plenty, gyros are full and tightly packed, what more do you need to know. They will even toss your fries in your favorite sauce! (come on that's service) Give it a shot! Get a Bach of wings, and enjoy!

A great place for burgers, grilled dogs, and the wings are kickin. Go ahead give it a try. Ask for tots instead of fries.

Good eats, cheap. The patty melt was tasty and the cajun wings were very good. One of my favorite things here was actually the side of rice: it was simple, hot, and tasty, and was akin to safron/yellow rice. All of the food has been freshly-prepared and hot. I haven't yet received delivery, but it's on my to-do list. On a side note, the wait staff was also the delivery driver, so service slowed down a little when he had to leave, with the owner/cook taking over the wait duties. The store consists of a relatively small dining room, and the accommodations are cozy and relaxed. This place is great for a quick bite, and the prices ensure that repeating won't break the bank.

My wife, 3.5 year old and I just went here. My wife had a gyro, please say it YEAR-O people ;) I had a bunch of Cajan teriyaki wings w/fries and my daughter didn't want anything, she already ate, so just nibbled on our food. My wife really liked the gyro, and my wings where good. The wings where slightly larger then average but far from the "OMG these are the biggest, bestest wings ever!" The flavor was great and I look forward to trying some other flavors. The only reasons I voted it wasn't child friendly was they didn't have milk ,juice, small lid cups, or any "child menu items". If you come prepared and your kid doen't need a playground it should be fine. I'd say the place was clean. The kitchen is in view and anytime the cook wasn't cooking he was cleaning up. Utensils and all. Bathrooms where small, but clean. If they where closer to my home I'd order delivery a bunch.

These are the wings I've been searching for, and I should have known they'd come from n unlikely location. Like everybody else, l've had thousands of wings over the years, and there were some great rare moments (Wild Wing, JR Crickets, Wing Factory, Taco Mac, etc.) that I'm always trying to relive. That point where the kitchen actually cares enough to cook the wings thoroughly. Where the skin stays crispy despite being drenched in sauce. THESE are those wings. I had 30 wings in three flavors: Hot (do I detect a little something extra, like cumin?), Lemon Pepper (nicely dry spiced, not fake tasting like dish detergent) and Cajun Hot Ranch (Pretty tasty, but maybe redundant to the the hot wings). Plus a side of Lemon Pepper fries (really good as well). Grand total of $23 on the nose. Brought them home and they held up to streaming in the styrofoam boxes just fine. Don't expect some sort of trendy bar with fake paraphernalia on the wall to accompany your wings (okay, some beer would be nice), but this place more than makes up for it with the care they put toward the frying process.

Burgers are huge and great. My daughter loves the veggie burger, the fries are always hot and delicious. In an older plaza so looks are deceiving, give it a try.

Patty melt is good. Hot wings are tasty if a tad on the small side. Good value for the price, and better than a fast food burger.

I brought my kids here on a Tuesday or whatever day "Kids Eat Free." I chose to check it out because it is near the pediatricians office. Once my 16 yo saw that his 3 yo sister could eat free he got excited so we went in. We ordered 2 regular meals for the 16 yo and I and a kids meal for the three yo. The kids meal was 2 chicken fingers and a small amount of fries and may have included a drink. It was plenty for my daughter. We enjoyed the food. The waitress was nice. When she brought the bill I noticed we were charged for the kids meal. I call her over and pointed out what I thought was an oversight to which she replied, "Oh you had to tell me that before; when you ordered." I just stared at her with a "whaaaaaaaaat?" look on my face. She stared back. I looked at my 16 yo who was floored. Who ever heard of that. I was so angry I paid the $4 plus and left. Never to return again and to write a bad review. What a stupid policy.

BAD. I got the Philly cheese sandwich, and onion rings. Before ordering, I asked if the rings were the beer battered really good ones, and the girl said yes. Ready for a good greasy fun dinner, i got GROSS. The onion rings were worse than burgerKings. They were the chopped unidentifiable onions, no rings. crap. The Philly had no flavor, and the bun seemed really cheap and soggy. Very very sad this was so bad, IT was clean and friendly help but i will never go back. No wonder the parking lot is ALWAYS empty, and i walk by there almost every day and they have yet to have more than one or two people in there. There IS a reason. AND IT COST ME over 11 bucks for that and a drink, RIP OFF!

I work near by. Tried this place on a flyer. Got the wings. Large wings fried (the only way to do them) extra crispy. They have 26 flavors of wing sauce. I tried the teriayki suace. The wings were killer and the "T" suace was great. The real surprise was the hand cut fries. They put a seasoning that is a little season salt and some other spices that really made them tasty. $7.99 for 8 wings, fries and a drink, not bad for a quick lunch. The waitress was supper friendly. She offered a to-go drink and I took her up on it. This place gets high marks for service and equal marks for good food. Don't be swayed by the older looking shopping center. BTW there is a good cigar store next door. I will review them later this week. Try Wings and Burger Heaven it will not disapoint.

I will give it to them the food is good, but the bottom line is that customer service still should be king. They have 100% failed in this department. On top of it all you will be nickeled and dimed on every little thing that should be included.

Love this place! Service is friendly and thorough, and the food is always prepared with care. The Heartland Burger and lemonpepper fries go very well together, the hand-formed patties are always seared just enough, and so juicy, and it's always enough food to fill me up and then some. I don't eat wings much, but their list of sauces puts most major chain restaurants to shame. I don't live too close to the place, but anytime I pass by I make time for lunch.

Just opened little restaurant at Sandy Plains & Post Oak Tritt in the Big Lots center behind Dunkin' Donuts. We've tried the gyros, burger, hot dog, patty melt and wings -- all just great! And the seasoned fries are to die for! Prices are very reasonable. Other than national chains, we don't have a place like this in East Cobb. Give it a try.
