Love this place!!! Boar, bison, elk burgers!!! OK, the service is a bit slow but the place is clean, and they still have the excellent fries with free cheese sauce.

This place is the pits. Feels old and severely outdated. What really pisses me off and has prevented my going back is the fact that when I subbed veggies instead of fries, they gave me a tiny bowl with no more than 5 little cubes of vegetables. When I complained, the manager shrugged and said that's all they are supposed to give. I got my money back and haven't been back since.

We ended up here by accident and desperation and enjoyed it. Considering we were starved it took a long time to get our burgers, but that may be normal for this style. The custom Coke fountains were a bit of a bottle neck and some of the flavor options were empty. I was also disappointed by the toppings as they were very pedestrian (lettuce, tomato, onion, etc.). The atmosphere was fun and comfortable and the price and food was good, so it was a fun adventure. I can see us coming back here for the unique aspects but they could improve on their weaknesses and it would make it a more frequent destination for us.

This place is great. I work near here so I come by often. The food is consistently good, and the toppings are always fresh. The service is generally friendly. The milkshakes and cookies are also very good if you've never tried one. The buns are GREAT. The fries are great. My burger was only cooked not to my liking once, so out of all the times I've been that's no big deal, just part of the 4 star rating. The other reasons for 4 stars instead of 5 is that once my mother and I witnessed a manager being very rude and condescending in front of customers, and once when my girlfriend and I went. That time, we were greeted with "Do you know what kind of burgers you want"? We said that we actually wanted two salads, and the employees response was "Salads?!" with a real attitude. Overall though, great food and one of my favorite places to eat.

They are out of all fried chicken and ketchup. I thought I ordered a combo meal but I guess I didn't. When I asked about my fries he said I would have to pay for them. I walked back and forth two times between the order line and pick up line to get it sorted out. I said can I just pay here? She said no I can't take your card here. I asked if the manager could? He did without saying a word or apologizing for the confusion that was the cashier's fault. There wasn't any toilet paper in the womens bathroom and a live cocroach on the ground. Glad we are only passing through because we won't be back. EVER!

I didn't find the service people rude in fact the manager serviced the drink machine within seconds of me asking him too. I really don't come here for great food or service I just like the burger and fries. True it isn't the best burger in town or the cheapest but it has a good flavor and is made from real beef not a bunch fillers. As long as I can find a Fuddruckers near me to eat at I will. I do agree with every review on here that mention the bathrooms. They need to be maintained better but I will also say that they were cleaner on this visit than they were my last visit. Also don't come expecting to grab a burger and go cause they cook them as they are ordered which makes them a little better.

Even though I pass by this place 3 - 5 times a week - I haven't stopped in - in nearly a year because their burgers seemed to have fallen off over the years. What I do still love, though (or DID still love - past tense after today) was their chili dogs. I really have to be in the mood for a hot dog, though - hence my defection. But today I was in the mood. They USED to serve the chili dog on a flat'ish roll - that had been buttered and toasted on the grill. The frank itself was huge and a foot long (I think). It was topped with chili - with actual huge chunks of ground beef and big plump kidney beans. It was a thing of beauty. I'm uploading two old pictures I found on the internet. I was also a big fan of the Fudd fries and the milkshake was one of the best kept secrets in Cobb county. Creamy, delicious and large enough for two to share AND still have leftovers to fight over. But I digress. Back to the hot dog Or the unreasonable facsimile of a hot dog I got today. What I got today was a thin, slightly crunchy hot dog bun. It appeared to have been toasted in an some sort of oven (hence the crunch). The frank was significantly smaller. But what really did me in was the 'chili.' If you've ever had or seen Castleberry's hot dog 'sauce' - then you will can envision exactly what they topped my hot dog with today. It had the consistency of vomit. I had actually called in my order. Sidebar - had to call 3 times - each time hanging up after holding for more then 4 minutes each time - before I could actually get 'Dwayne' to take my order. (After all that - imagine my surprise when I go there and the place was nearly empty and not even one person was in line in front of me. I guess I'd just missed the lunch rush at 12:52pm.) I was in a bit of a rush to get to my next get, so when I took a look at my order - I was pretty sure it was going to be awful - but I didn't have time to ask them to make something else - so I paid for my food and left. While trying to exit the parking lot - anyone that knows this plaza knows its a nightmare to exit - I popped the lid again and bit into a delicious "looking" french fry - and it was unmistakenly undercooked. Is there anything worse than expecting a hot, tasty perfectly seasoned french fry - then biting into a still firm, undercooked potato? Blech! I still wasn't ready to throw in the towel. So I took a bite of the dog. It was cold. Alright. Screw this. I'd had enough. I almost ran over a pedestrian, turning that car around. I went back in and asked for a refund. Dwayne, the manager, did not ask me what was wrong. He did not ask me if he could prepare anything else (not that I had time to wait at this point). Even though he didn't ask - while he was processing the refund - instead of standing there mute - I attempted to tell him that the hot dog was cold and some of the fries were undercooked and what he did is interrupt and talk over me while I was speaking and say "Yes ma'am. I apologize" in a very sing-songy, condescending voice. While at the register, I didn't raise my voice and I made sure I was speaking in a calm, non-agitated manner. My only regret is that I returned it before I had the presence of mind to snap a photo. So the only picture I can provide here is one I found on the internet. Even this photo doesn't accurately portray the monstrosity they served me today. Another thing I should add - the space cadet manning the cash register - with the two ridiculously long, ridiculous looking 'pig tails' or 'pony tails' or whatever hip new name they have for them now. Not only was it not 'a good look' but it was not sanitary. She actually was wearing them in front - so instead of hanging down her back, the were thrown over each shoulder hanging down to her boobs. Management shouldn't even let her wear her hair that way when she's around food. Seriously. Aside from the her appearance - I'm referring to her as a space cadet because she barely acknowledged me - except to collect payment - and even then I had to ask her to repeat herself twice. Open your mouth and ENUNCIATE please. I won't ever be back. And to think - just last year I actually emailed the corporate office to give Kudos to an employee and rave about the food. My what a difference a year makes . . . As always - even though I'm no longer a fan - I want to end this review on a positive note. That weird sour smell that used to hover around the entrance is gone. And the chefs looked very professional, well groomed and wearing classy looking chef attire - almost what you'd expect at some sort of five star joint. They smiled and nodded at me as I waited on my refund. And the first manager I spoke to, Jay (I think) was fairly pleasant - if somewhat distracted.

"Have you never seen a hamburger before?" -- Divergent (2014) When I want a burger and I'm in the area, this is where I will come. Basically, this is an easy and known entity. Why? Well, they cook the burger to the temperature you want (med-rare for me, med-well for my Mom), the food is consistent, the fries are delicious and the shakes are pretty good. Also the price is reasonable. I'll bring my Mom here once per quarter and she will get the Mushroom and Swiss while I get the Three Cheese - we are creatures of habit. We will split an order of fries and she usually gets a chocolate shake while I avail myself of the unsweetened iced tea with just a splash of sweet. I end up pooling up some melted cheddar on the fries and put all sorts of fresh toppings on my burger, while my Mom ends up with the plain Jane, as it comes burger. This most recent visit was a new experience, however. There were some "staff" roaming the floor and checking in with us regularly. They asked if we needed anything, could they refill drinks, get us a to-go box for the left over fries, clear the empty plates, etc.. I mean, really? I've never needed to tip anyone here before, and therefore I had no cash to take care of these guys - it was also weird and quite intrusive. I will say that the food was again, delicious and on par with other trips and we were not disappointed. Although, as usual, they were out of grainy mustard (they are always out of something). And I was not a big fan of being interrupted every 10 minutes by an overeager teenager... Otherwise, I will continue to come here for my more-than-fast-food-but-not-so-fancy burger fixes.

Good as it gets, for a burger joint! The flame cooked kobe beef is far better than the flat top burgers u get at Five Guys! The atmosphere @ Fuddruckers is also much better, also!

Very greasy burger with little flavor. The onion rings were so greasy, the batter slid right off. I have been to great Fudds and Terrible Fudds - this one was more terrible than great.

It was A-OK as the three star rating system says. I had the shrimp po-boy sandwich with fries. The food is cooked to order so there is a bit of a wait time. My food was ready in about seven minutes. My meal was delicious but nothing special. The bread was a tad bit stiff and not soft which is my preference. The fries are the huge wedge type; they were good for the most part. The service was good and friendly. The food is delicious but average. I will come back to eat here again but most likely only when I'm in the area.

Ordered a bacon cheddar burger with sweet potato fries and a side salad. If you like honey mustard dressing, be disappointed because they want you to get it from a dispenser next to the BBQ sauce, which is more of a dipping sauce rather a salad dressing. The sweet potato fries were soggy. The burger was over cooked, and I guess well done means no moisture. The bun was very good and the produce was fresh. Love the drink machine. Bathrooms could use more attention.

I was craving a burger and Fuddruckers came to mind. I had been used to going to the one in Perimeter when I worked in that area back in the day but that location was closed. This had me wondering if the Windy Hill location was open. To my surprise, it was so I decided to go. The time between when I placed my order to when it was ready was reasonable. The place wasn't that busy and I liked that; not a fan of crowded places. While I was in line, the manager flirted with me. I laughed uncomfortably but I wasn't interested. A few " you are pretty" comments are okay but I felt he was trying too hard and going overboard with it. Despite the place being somewhat empty, it was pretty dirty and it took a few table reviews before finding a clean one. Ut- Oh.... here comes creepy manager. At least he's cleaning the tables near me but it was awkward when he's asking me where I get my car washed. He quickly explains that he has a car wash business on the side to which I respond oh that's nice but I already have someone that washes my car. Note to self: Uh.... don't dine here alone. I was disappointed in my food but out of pure starvation mode and the fact it's just not good Karma to send food back to have a new order cooked: I ate it. I ordered the American Melt which is a burger with cheese, special sauce, and onions on Texas toast. That special sauce was special alright..... SALTY!!!!!! I love steak fries but was greatly disappointed that those were salty as well. I avoided the fixins bar- lettuce, tomato, etc..... It just looked suspect. Ingredients didn't appear fresh and it looked like it had been picked through several times over I don't think the price was worth it for what I experienced. This really sucks because I have been a Fuddruckers fan ever since they built one in DC roughly over 14 years ago and was saddened when the one in Perimeter closed. I think next time, I will have to arrive early when they first open, when everything is fresh but with all the burger joints in the Atlanta area, I honestly don't see myself coming back anytime soon.

I remember when Fuddruckers was the place to go for a great burger cooked the way you liked. If my co-workers and I decide to have lunch here, I would be so excited. Yeah, those were the days... Drew and I decided on Fuddruckers on Windy Hill Road. We usually do a burger every week and since it was close to where we reside it seemed perfect. The service was good. However, the cashier did not try to upsell me anything. I may have bought something extra today. Fuddruckers have a special going on...$3.99 for a quarter pound burger. Fries and drink are extra. Sounded good but did not measure up. The quarter pound burger was a patty burger and at one time weighed a quarter pound. The burger was almost like an oversized slider. The taste was average. We both were disappointed. The bottled beer --Bud Light Platinum was good though. If I return, maybe I'll try their fish, ribeye or chicken sandwich and stay entirely away from the burgers.

Horrible slow service I will NEVER come to this location again...people waiting over 45 mins for a damn burger. If u value your time and customer service is important to you DONT COME HERE!

I'd never been to a Fuddruckers. Ordered the ribeye sandwich "medium" but it was definitely RARE. Because my companion ordered his burger "medium well," my sandwich spent several minutes under the lights and was served barely warm. It will be a long time before I eat at a Fuddruckers again. Receipt # 12305.

Burgers are everything. I love how they make the specialty of your burger, but you're able to add the additional toppings yourself. The soda machine is pretty cool as well. They have the touch screen coke machines with the wide variety of flavors. Haven't tried the desserts, but I'm looking forward to it.

So hubby saw this place and wanted to give it a try... He's had it before somewhere else and he loved it. I let him know that it only has 3 stars but he still wanted to try it. (the only way ill try 3 star places is if my phone is dead or he really really wants to). So i ordered a fish sandwich, my kids had chicken tenders and he had a burger and we all had the potato wedges. See the prices looked cheap on the menu but our total was over 30 dollars???? Anyways the cook who made our food came up to me while i was sitting down in the dining room waiting and in a creepy way told me that he made my fish sandwich with love... (scratching m head).. i was kind of scared to eat it (what could Love mean to him?!). I was hungry so i ate it anyways. The items, like the lettuce on the bar was wilted which was a turn off. The chicken tenders were okay, the fish sandwhich was bland and very greasy (i wonder how it tastes when he prepares it with hate), everything was mediocre and not worth the money!

MEAT! GRILLED! *thumps chest* This is a standard Fudd's, with the usual cooler of aging beef showing you what you can have if you really want it. Burgers in various sizes and meats. You want beef, we got it. You want buffalo or ostrich or turkey, we got those too. Generally, fries ont he side are the way to go. Top your burger the way you want it. You want eight slices of tomato? No problem. You want enough onions to be able to peel paint with your breath? No problem. You want a big pile of pickles to nibble on as you eat? No problem! Large dining area that probably fills up quite a bit at lunch time. Plus there are a couple of video games that might keep the little ones occupied while the food is prepared. Tip: Skip the "paid" cheese and just get a regular burger. Then you can add the molten jalapeno cheddar from the pump to your burger if you want it. This is also excellent for adding to your fries. Note that you probably need more than you think you do, so go crazy with it! They do have an AED if you go too heavy on the grease.

My comment driving out was "that was good, but I don't think I would go without a coupon". Thankfully Fuddruckers LOVES giving coupons. Earlier this week I signed up for their email club, I heard you received a burger on your birthday, and I did. I also received a BOGO for signing up and last night received an email that the combo would be BOGO today. Two combos with cheese and mine with bacon were $12. It is this reason why I said I would only go with a coupon. With so many great spots in the Vinings area if you want to pay $12 I would spend it elsewhere. For $6 It was GREAT and more than enough food. My boyfriend and I both decided that the 1/2 was HUGE and the 1/3 would be our non-coupon choice. We are also looking forward to returning for the other coupons. The decor is hectic. Kind of like a Cracker Barrel gone a little more casual. It was crowded but not loud. Customer service was amazing. My boyfriend is VERY allergic to MSG and they were responsible with their response. The manager was behind the counter handing out orders and the man picking up trash was a real sweetheart. We both got the 1/2lb burger combo with fries and a drink . The FRESH buns are AMAZING. I liked that they had the new coke stations because I prefer flavored sparkling water (yes, I'm THAT GIRL). The topping station is a nice feature, it allows me to LOAD my burger with pickles and jalapenos. Disappointments: -My BF said the men's bathroom was decorated "ok", but gas station dirty. -The decor is fun but it also seems cheaply done at points. -The prices add up. It's around 10$ for a burger and fries - which is not too much, but I would go elsewhere for that price. Again- with a coupon it's a good value. Overall.... I am adding this to my list of places to eat on a cheat day with a coupon and I love coupons. I prefer to not go anywhere without a special of some sort. I will go back . I just do not recommend it for a date.

I really enjoyed my turkey burger and sweet potato fries. The food came out fresh and I loved adding my own condiments. I would prefer a menu however I do like getting my own drinks. Lots of choices here but nothing fancy. Icing on the cake was the freestyle drink machine. We'll be back.

Honestly, I don't know how this place is still in business. It's expensive and the staff is rude at best. There are way better places to get a burger in the area.

The service here is absolutely appalling! We visited this location with a group of 10 and ordered with 3 different transactions. The restaurant was not that busy but the manager was acting like the place was on fire. All of us has received our order except for two people who actually were the first to place their order in he group. At the same time I had told the manager that the pump dispenser was out of mayo and was waiting for some one to fill it up along with my dad and brother. So a small crowd of 5 had gather around where you pick up your food and the manager kept shouting "we will call your name when your food is ready!!!!!!!". In other words, "Go sit down and stop standing there". So I finally said "I am waiting for the mayo" and he replied "I know! I told some one to refill it!" (Me) "ok then mj just gonna stand here and wait then" (him) "ok great! Thank you!!!!!" His reply was extremely sarcastic and I realized right then that he would be awful to work for. The were completely out of nacho cheese and some one from our group asked for some and we were told it would take 8 minutes. 20 minutes later they received nacho cheese. I visited the restroom and out of 4 or 5 stalls only one wasn't completely trashed. Needless to say... I won't be visited this location again.

Just a basic burger which was perfectly seasoned. They messed up my initial order which is why I'm only giving them 3 stars.

    (3)
  • Laura M.

Terrible. Abysmal. Don't get me wrong I like Fuddruckers but this one is awful. Mats around the soda machine smell like vomit. There was a gelatinous mess that was supposed to be grilled onions that was greasy and disgusting on my burger or what was supposed to be a 1/2 lb burger. I could have gotten a bigger burger for leas at Wendy's. Service was slow. They never called my name but after15 mins when I inquired, miraculously my burger was ready that very moment. This was my second disappointing visit and I am done now. Buh-bye fuddruckers.

  • Steve B.

Overpriced but you pay for what you get. Don't sleep on the grilled chicken at this place. The fries are delicious though. I'm surprised there isn't more Fuddruckers locations throughout the city though. I like the hangout vibe of the decor inside. The burgers are pretty big and tasty. Definitely going to check the place out more as time passes and revise the review based on other food items in the future. But the major knock imo is the price. The Southwestern burger was very good and their fries was delicious as well. They need to do an update on that coke zero - flat!!! Grade: B

Went to Fuddruckers for a lunch meeting this week and it was exactly as I remembered from when I used to go in Chicago a few years back. The burgers are pretty good, the service is friendly, yet slow, and everything is completely overpriced. I orered a small burger (1/3 lb) combo with fries and a drink and it was $11.30. Overall, I kind of like the place and I enjoy being able to add my own toppings at the bar. But with the price, I'll likely frequent Five Guys several times before going here again. See ya next year Fuddruckers...

I'm never quite sure how this place is still open. I have never been in when the restaurant was even 1/3 full. But the food is good, and it is always quiet in there. Try the buffalo burger!

  • Phong T.

The burgers here are good depending on what you get. I've been here about 2-3 times in the past 2 years. Recently, for a friend's birthday dinner, I ordered the 1/2 lb "The Works" for the first time which comes with grilled mushroom and bacon on the burger. I ordered the combo so it came with wedge fries and a fountain drink as well. It was delicious. You get what you pay for although it's a tad pricey. But then again, I'd rather grill-out at home myself with friends and make the same thing-- possibly even better. I do like the decor with all the celebrity frames/poster, mirrors, and miscellaneous items hung on the wall. It gives the all-american vibe per say. I also like the salad bar where you take your burger and top it the way you want it. This place is okay. I wouldn't come here often due to the food that is serve ( primarily greasy, fats, etc).

You know what? This place still does a good thing well. They still make a great burger, with lots of your topping choices and they still have those great fries. I've not had a bad experience there.

    (4)
  • Brad K.

The burgers I receive are always prepared exactly as I ordered them. If I order medium, it actually shows up that way. The seasoning on the burgers is perfect, but the burgers seem exceptionally greasy as they as served directly from the grill. I would prefer a little less grease. Still, it's really tasty grease, and my heart attack will be well-deserved.

I m a big fan of Fuddrucker's but this location was bad. Very slow service , no sauces in the sauce buckets and the place was dirty. I will be going to Cheeseburger Bobby's instead.

Not a smithereen of what it was back in the day . No bueno. The bun was like a slider bun size..meat was very much like a BK patty. Fries were good covered up with cheese.

The original of great burgers. I work downtown but everytime I am in the windy hill area I can't help myself, I love fuddruckers. The burgers are very good, but if you want to know the skinny...GET THE GRILLED CHICKEN. I am not someone who is watching my figure. This is simply the best chicken sandwhich in town. Try the topping you like on the side. The fresh made buns are the icing on the cake. So soft and perfectly cooked. Skip the regular fries as this is their weakest link and opt for the sweet potato fries.

  • Alex K.

I have always been a huge fan of Fuddruckers ever since growing up. This one was amazing just as all the other ones I've tried! I signed up for their fun club and got a coupon for $7 for a burger, fries, and drink. The burger was well seasoned and fresh made bun was delicious. And of course, my number 1 reason for loving Fuddruckers: the self-serve cheese pumps! The staff was very friendly and even offered to refill my drink for me twice. I don't normally live tips for places like this but the service was so excellent that I did live one on the table for them.

  • Steve G.

I love their burgers, but this location is so poorly run that it seriously downgrades the experience. Orders are routinely delayed and/or wrong. The kitchen crew seems confused and not managed well. It's a shame, because when run efficiently it's a great workday lunch stop.

I enjoy Fudds, mostly brings back nostalgic memories from high school when visiting the place on band trips was a really big deal. They have gotten increasingly more expensive over the years, but the quality of the food has gone down. I used to adore their bread, but it seems to have fallen off now. We cannot think of any good reason why the bakery is no longer open.

I went last week with my bro for a lunch burger. Always a big fan of the Fudd, I ordered the 1/2lb burger, med rare w/ fires and a drink. I love the fixings bar and that you can order your burger how you want it cooked. Usually get a solid meal from the Fudd and will definetly continue to go to Fuddruckers!

Went here for/during lunch on a weekday. First, stood in line for 10 minutes.. maybe more.. wasn't really counting, but I was certainly waiting awhile. Order the 1/3 lb and mushroom topping and onion rings. Sat down and waited another 20+ minutes for the order to be called!!! I assembled the burger at the station - something I don't like doing since I've been going to 5 guys. The burger was good - maybe even very good. The onion rings were tasty. BUT THE WAIT!!!! My lunch buddy had to wait 5-10 minutes longer for his bison burger!! An extra star for tasty burger, but otherwise - such a long wait, and its expensive! Stick to 5 guys for a burger fix!!

I called for carry out during lunch and the lady (who wasn't good in customer service to begin w/, short, loud) said 10min. It took 30minutes. Unacceptable. I'd suggest not coming here for lunch unless you call in and arrive 30 min later than when they actually say. The food is ok, personally I prefer 5 Guys. Regular burger and fries=$8.88. Not worth it. The fries are strangely sweet.

This place is dirty. One of the booths smelled like vomit. The bathroom has never been remodeled since it opened. Nasty dirty. Complained to corporate no response. .. I guess they don't care. Friend got SICK. I THINK BAD MEAT!!!

The new "Fudd Exotics" burgers are overrated. The "Fudd Exotics" include bison, elk, boar, and ostrich burgers. They are $8.99 each (lunch or dinner) or $12.49 if you want the combo with fries and a drink. Bison and elk are currently available. Boar will be available in September and ostrich in November. I tried the elk burger and while the meat was leaner, the cost of the meal was unjustifiable. If I were you, I'd just get a good ole regular hamburger here. At least the prices are mostly reasonable for those. You put your own toppings and condiments on after picking up your burger. Their fountain drink machine is old and pretty beat up. There is plenty of seating at this location and a tiny arcade. Plenty of parking in the strip mall, but the spaces are tight. Employees are friendly.

To preface this review, I have to start out by saying I love Fuddruckers. I rarely go because this Marietta location is the closest one to my house, and it's still 30 minutes away. However, because of a friend's birthday last night up in Marietta, I thought we'd kill two birds with one stone and first have a quick dinner at Fuddruckers. Well, I hate to say this but I will never go back to this location. I'm really not a squeamish person about cleanliness of restaurants, but this place was dirty. Food crumbs all over the floor. The bathroom smelled horrible and was also not clean. There was no ice in the coke machines. There was no sauce in many of the sauce containers. It wasn't good. My food was alright, but when I've gone to other Fuddruckers, the burgers are great and this one just didn't taste the same. The icing on the cake was that my boyfriend ordered a chocolate shake, and we were still waiting for it when they called our food order, still waiting when we finished our food. 35 minutes later we go up to the counter to just ask them to refund the money, and they do that (after waiting for them for a few minutes), and not one time did anyone at the front apologize for the wait, not once. I thought that was pretty bad. Overall, I think this location is lacking adequate management and sadly I guess I'll have to wait until I go visit my parents in Boston to go back to Fuddruckers.

I don't know why people don't like this place, I found it quite decent actually! They cook the burgers to order so it takes some time, but it's really delicious once you get it. Their salsa dip is really good and has a little bit of a kick, so be sure to try that. However, I am a little wary about the toppings being exposed to the air all day....critters can fly in and bath in the toppings, no thanks. The atmosphere is like a burger joint cabin + Johnny Rocket's, I love the little booths you can sit in as well! If you sign up for their email list, you can get all sorts of offers if you're the burger fanatic. I happen to live across the street so it's a nice place once in a while :)

Great burger place! Fuddruckers is known for it's fresh in house ground meats and bakery. They have many healthier options now, as well as elk, wild boar, bison, and Kobe beef burgers.

The burgers are great, mostly because of the bun and seasoning. I'm a fan. My french fries could have been cooked longer, but to each their own. The staff cleaning up in the restaurant was terribly loud and distracting. Not that I need silence to consume a fantastic burger, but whooping and screaming and slamming chairs around really turned my attitude on this place.

I wish I could give a split rating for the food and the facility, but the latter dominated my lunch experience so that's what I'm rating. Today was the first time in a two or three years that I've been to this Fuddruckers. Burger and fries were good; well seasoned, cooked right, tasty. Condiments bar was full of fresh condiments and well presented. The facility was really sub-par though. Whether its the carpet needs replacing or something else, I was immediately hit by a smelly funk as I walked in. I'm pretty tolerant, but the smell made the place feel dirty. The faded / worn used-to-be-white walls in the food prep area were off-putting. Inspection score was 91, I'd have turned around and not ordered anything if it were any lower (or if I wasn't starving at the time). To be fair, the counters and tables were all clean and promptly bussed by friendly staff. Get rid of the smell and it'd add four stars.

This Fuddruckers was a pure disappointment. After hitting the links down the street at Foxcreek, I was extremely hungry and craved a juicy burger. I was so famished that I was willing to pay the ridiculous price for a cheeseburger, fries and a drink; and I thought 5 Guys was expensive! After ordering and waiting for literally almost 20 minutes for my food, I lost my appetite. The condiments look like they've been sitting out there all day long. There were numerous tables that weren't cleaned. This place was a mess. I gave it one start because the burger was decent but other than that, I doubt I will be going back.

I like this place. Sure, it's a little overdone inside with silly shit on the wall and goofy pictures and such, but that's nothing to be concerned with. And true, it can be busy and filled with kids during lunch or an early dinner, but it's large enough to get away from the chaos by finding a table in the back. Parking is easy, plenty of of it, even when it's busy. But really, it's about the food. Their grilled chicken caesar salad is delicious, and huge. Very huge. Their fresh baked cookies, also huge. And the burgers, the reason you eat here, are huge too. From 1/3 pound all the way to a full pound, they have it. Cooked the way you want, even if it's rare (A+++), with a very good homemade bun. Pick your toppings, sauces, even the seasoning they put on the fries is available to sprinkle on the meat. And what good meat is it. Very tasty, well seasoned, juicy, delicious. The fries are good too, big steak fries cooked just right, a little crispy but soft on the inside. Refills are free on the numerous drinks they have from the fountain machine, or beers are offered too. I like it. Shame so many other locations have closed up, I liked having the options all across town to go to.

What can you say about Fuddy's (as me and the guys at work call it) that probably hasn't already been said? They have quick service, super quality burgers, and you build your own burger from a Smörgåsbord of toppings that are offered free of charge. They have excellent fries and on occasion when I indulge top notch shakes. Me and some guys from work go there on Fridays usually (known as Fuddy's Friday's) and have made that a tradition which I plan to keep for a long time. Recommend highly.

This is the only Fuddruckers I've been to but I love it! Their burgers are delicious and made to order. Doesn't take too long and I enjoy the veggie bar. Sign up for their mailing list and they always send out great coupons. I think the decor is fun and I like the different booths you can sit in.

Fuddrucker's. Heehaw. You want yee a burger? What yee want own it? We got lots a toppins. You want a pound a meat on that? You want 2 pounds of meat? You wanna come over to my house and eat it? You wanna sop that bloody raw up in a wheat bun or a white bun? What am I talking bout, wheat is for puss boys: we only got white in here. White buns are American. This is America. I like how they ask you your name here so they can call you to get your burger. Since I was 12 I've been giving them names that would make me giggle when they announce it over the PA. The cashiers dont' even blink when you give them weird names anymore, but the heads in the house all turn. BOBERT, your order is ready. TEDDYJACK. TEETEE. JARKO-ASSIS. It never gets old to me. I guess it's fun to top your own burger. They have a whole bunch of crap that sits out all day and probably other days too I'd imagine. But you can make an enormous chili cheese dog fry swamp mustard pickle relish dump and smear it all around in your plate. You could go swimming in their condiment section. Did I mention they have a bakery? Has anyone eaten from the bakery at Fuddruckers? I think one time I ate a cookie. It tasted like a cookie. Mmm, food.
