As usual, the food was terrific! And the service was awesome! Only complaint was the fact they have a corporate based policy of no guns ( open carry and concealed carry ) on the premises. I am a firm believer of responsible carry, so not a fan of this policy. But, that being said, awesome food and awesome service!

A group of friends and I came here last weekend to watch the game. The place was pretty busy, but it wasn't slammed. The hosts, after a few minutes of awkwardly standing there, found us a table among the several open. We didn't wait long for our food- However, the appetizers we ordered came with the food, instead of before so we were stuffed. Everything was okay at this point. The food tasted great, our waitress asked us if we wanted to-go boxes. We waited there for 30-45 minutes for those, refills on our drinks. There was hardly any communication. I didn't see a smile once. I don't ask for you to show your teeth constantly, but this girl looked miserable. It was a downer to the whole meal. When I work, I always make sure to check on the customer and ask them how everything is. After we got the boxes, she just threw the ticket down on the table. It was our first time there so we had to figure out where to pay. On top of that, the guy taking our payment had the audacity to comment on our friend's tip. We tipped for him, and your waitress didn't deserve more than a 7 dollar tip anyways. I'll be visiting the Alpharetta location now. Tips: * Visit during a weekday if you want good service. They are too slammed to care on weekends. * Try the potato wedges. These were the only spectacular thing about the place. * Ask for a booth or a table in the back, closer to the TV'S.

I came here on a Saturday evening looking for a good sports bar where I could watch the Hawks basketball game and enjoy a drink and a meal. I found Buffalo Wild Wings to be an excellent choice for this. The restaurant was packed, but I managed to grab the last empty spot at the bar. The restaurant and bar have screens all around and play the audio for the lead event they are showing, which wasn't the basketball game but the UFC fight. Sight lines are excellent to the screens from any seat, and they show several different games on different screens. As far as screens, audio, and sports watching goes, this gets 5 stars. I also liked the food I ordered. I had a buffalo chicken sandwich with cole slaw instead of fries, and it was quite tasty with the buffalo sauce and cheese. The chicken was moist and tender. The cole slaw was good, not too sweet or creamy. As a rare treat, I ordered a dessert and was really pleased with the chocolate fudge cake. It is extremely moist and rich and comes with a scoop of ice cream. If you are looking for a very rich and intense chocolate dessert, this is good for you. I would almost give the restaurant four stars, but don't think the menu and beer selection is quite up to what you get at sports bars like Hudson's Grille and Dantanna's. Also, I don't quite like getting served in paper baskets -- this makes it a little like a fast food experience. Prices, though, are quite reasonable at Buffalo Wild Wings. Service at the bar was fine, especially considering the place was extremely busy and packed.

Three words~ Ridiculously. Incredible. People. There is so much more to this BWW than just remarkable great wings, salads and thoughtful service. Always staffed with the most friendly and caring people from the servers to the managers. A true hometown vibe and soulful community involvement. Thank you to everyone at Kennesaw BWW..for all you do for our community!

Not impressed at all. Lukewarm food. Below par service. Bartender messed up my favorite drink of all... The Bahama Mama. Would highly recommend visiting other restaurants in the area.

Good wings and fries, recently renovated and reopened. Very friendly and efficient. Phillip is a great manager!

Mostly standing on price, as $40 out the door for three lunches, plus an app, and a 20oz beer is a pretty good deal for sit down table service. Start with the fried pickles -- if you like a corn-bread breading over a traditional batter. The change up hit us ok, and southwest ranch kinda made up for the lack of heat in the pickles -- no cayenne in the brine here. From there the lunch options -- Lunch Madness -- are pretty decent. Served from 11-2pm, we are talking a couple slider deals, at 7-8 piece wing thing, and a Buffalito, basically a chicken taco topped with wing sauce with a salad on the side. For around $7, pretty good deal. The wing sauce breakdown is Hot is hot, but not horrible, while the Medium provides a nice building burn. Service is friendly and competent, if easily confused. Kitchen is a little long on prep, however, given what they are being asked to do. Lunch in particular needs to roll entrees on 10 min. ticket times, not 15. Anyway, wings are good and meaty, which is the money shot. Swing by and see if they hit your sweet spot.

The food was good and the waitress was good, it was just freezing cold for some reason. I was trying to eat my wings but I was shivering. Lol

Any time a burger sports bar has a good solid vegetarian burger option, it gets a thumbs up from me :) Complete with a truly dazzling array of sauces, which were well enjoyed by the boys who love to sample the hot ones... It hit the spot. So did the Buzztime trivia feed, which gave us some good family fun together as we tried to out-compete other bars across the country. The only ding to note was that the service was a little slow, rendering my partner grumpy until his beer finally arrived, but they gave us lots of little extras to make up for it, and were generally helpful and polite. Hope to be back!

I've been here SO many times - for the WINGs and the TRIVIA If you like playing Buzztime Trivia, this seems to be the best place in the area. The wings are much more consistently good. My favorite flavor and recommendation is HOT BBQ. Asian zing and mild are good, too. Pretzels are good. I really don't try much of the other items off the menu. My pals like boneless chicken wings and the wraps. Lot's of cold beer selections. Cheap wing night is Tuesday. Good trivia games on Tues and Thurs at 8 pm.

So BWW is trying this new customer service tactic via "guest experience captains".... What a joke. The one on while we were eating was more interested in bullshitting with the (very rude) hostess than making it it experience better. All we asked her to do was change the TV to a different sport and she either forgot or completed disregarded our request. Can't tell you how the food is because we have been sitting here for 30mins and still don't have our food..... We won't be coming back.

    (1)
  • Brian R.

Bad, slow service. Server didn't introduce herself, suggest anything on the menu, offer drink refills. Expensive for what you get. We've had better wings at other restaurants near by. We don't frequent BWW, but won't be back anytime soon.

  • Garret S.

Wings are good, I recommend the Spicy Garlic Wings! Buzztime Trivia is fun, Beer is cold and the selection is pretty decent. Can't go wrong. Really no complaints here, everything is good and servers are friendly. If you are into sports this is the place to be

Our last experience left us with a bad taste in our mouth. As you can tell from all my review updates this is one of our favorite restaurants. On the evening of November 22, my husband, younger daughter, and I decided to grab a late dinner here at around 8 pm. We were pleasantly surprised that it wasn't very crowded and we were seated right away. We thought this was going to work out perfectly because we had to pick up our other daughter an hour and half later. But service was incredibly slow and the food was not up to par. Our waitress Holly was terrible, very slow to take our order and get our food. I understand that part of the problem with food taking a long time lies with the kitchen. But there was no update with our unusually long wait. We noticed that she was taking a long time with a particular table right next to us with a bunch of college guys. She would check up on them more than us. Our wings came with barely any sauce on them and our ranch dip for our wings was nowhere to be found. When we asked to have our wings sent back to the kitchen because they barely had any sauce, Holly instead offered us separate sauce to bring to the table. We agreed hastily because we were already running late. We had two different kinds of sauce for our wings, she only brought one kind to our table after we had to flag her down! Then we had to ask for our ranch again! Our wings by that time were cold and inedible. Our younger daughter already finished her meal and like I said we were on a tight schedule so we gulped our food. Usually the restaurant has several managers on the floor making sure everything is ok. This particular night did not have one in sight. Waiting for our check took even longer. My husband was about to have a fit because of our dreadful experience, but we still tipped our waitress because we're nice like that.

I probably should pay more attention to the details in the menu. Not being a BWW regular - been here like three times over the past however many years - I scanned the menu and found a pulled pork 'burger'. Cool, I'll have one of those but with hot BBQ sauce instead of the 'signature' honey BBQ. Why anyone would claim honey BBQ for their own is beyond me. Anyway, this thing comes out dripping in sauce and is quite large. Seems like more in there than pulled pork and a few fixins. Of course, it's an actual burger so the pulled pork is piled on a regular hamburger patty, just as the menu description indicates. That was more than I really wanted but it's my own fault. Burger was fair to middlin and the onion rings maybe less so. Perhaps I should stick to wings at a wing place but for a foursome business lunch, wing-eating just doesn't seem the way to go. That's more of a private or between buddies pleasure to me. Service excellent; music too loud.

A friend and I met here last weekend for a chat-and-chew. I'd never been, so I decided to get a medium order of boneless wings in 3 different sauces/seasonings: garlic parm, salt & vinegar, and spicy garlic. They were all good, but I'd have to pick the garlic parm as my favorite of the trio. My friend got a salad with boneless chicken, which can be spun in whatever sauce one chooses (I think she went with the standard "medium" sauce). The salad was huge and looked delicious. Our server, Kay, was delightful. Our drinks never emptied and she checked in with us often enough to make us feel valued, but not so often as to make us feel harassed. All in all, an experience I will definitely repeat!

Today was really busy at BWW coz of some UFC game. The waitress CARRIE was really helpful, she did find us a place to sit by requesting someother customers!! Do ask for her to wait your table. She is the best! Thanks Carrie!!

Great place to catch a game and have a couple of drinks. Not a very fast service place so make sure you aren't on lunch. Go when you have time. They even have drink specials. The food is good. Pretty consistent with all bww

So I dined here with my husband (trying to be a trooper) and did not like it at all. The wings weren't flavored well, weren't crispy, the drinks were watered down and not worth what we paid. Not to mention the food took an eternity. I will not be back.

Went around 4ish with my friend . Order the build your own sandwich. Got the crispy chicken with my favorite stuff in it and hot bbq sauce ( omg soooo good!! ) Came with fries. Also had a cherry lime mojito . Delicious ! Service was quick I really liked our waitress. Very nice. My overall experience was good. It was my first time going. Will be going back to get some wings and drinksss!!

I love wings, and when I say "love" I mean reaaaaaly love wings. Many of my friends would even consider me a connoisseur of wings. Even so, for whatever reason I've always avoided eating at Buffalo Wild Wings. I'm not even sure why. I think it was partly because of the hype, and partly because it was a large chain restaurant. However, after thinking about my positive experiences with wings at other chains such as Zaxby's, Wing Zone, and Wing Stop, I decided to actually give this place a shot today. So we walk in and the first thing that I notice is that even though it's early afternoon, this place is already quite crowded and *very* noisy.... too noisy for my tastes. However, in their defense, it was a Sunday right smack in the middle of football season, so I guess some noise is to be expected. The next thing I notice is that there's POUTINE on the seasonal menu. I absolutely love poutine, not being exactly close to Canada or to a cheese farm, it's nearly impossible to find the stuff around here and almost as difficult to find fresh cheese curds to make your own. So we ordered this for an appetizer and while I'm not used to the curds being fried in poutine, I will say that this stuff was EXCELLENT. For the "main course" I ordered 10 wings: 5 with the "Blazin'" sauce and 5 with the Carribean jerk sauce. I did not like the carribean jerk at all. It was way too sweet. I don't understand why people must take everything spicy and douse it down with honey and sweetener. I've had worse wings and I was able to eat these but ugh. I was pleasantly surprised at how hot the Blazin' sauce was. However, they were a bit too salty for my tastes. But all in all they weren't bad. It may come as a surprise to a lot of my friends who have never eaten with me but I actually enjoy eating the celery that comes with most wings as long as the blue cheese dressing is good and the celery is fresh. Neither disappointed me here. I do have one HUGE complaint about this place: There was absolutely, positively NO local beer here. Here in Atlanta, you will be hard-pressed to find any place with beer taps that does not carry Sweetwater 420. It's an extremely popular local favorite, and its slightly hoppy pale ale flavor goes quite well with spicy food. They even had two Sweetwater signs hanging up in the place, including a Sweetwater 420 sign, but not a drop of it anywhere in the building. This is bogus and I wish businesses wouldn't do it. If bigger chains like Applebee's and Chili's can give InBev the middle finger and serve up local beer, so can you, BW2. Shame on you.

While I absolutely love BDubbs, this location did not wow me! A group of 6 of us arrived about 11:45am on Memorial Day and the place was dead. The hostess gave us a nice and moody attitude when she sat us. Maybe she was hungover from the night before. Our server was very friendly and attentive. What was strange was that we ordered a couple appetizers that came out really fast, but then when we ordered our entrees (which were mostly all wings), it took a noticiably long time for the food to come out. Overall, I still love the food and will always stop when I see a BDubbs since I don't have one near my home!

This is a good location, lots of TVs as expected. We came early for dinner on a thursday and were seated immediately, our drinks and app came out very quickly. Try the Pepperoni Pizza bites! They were the yums. Our food came out as ordered, and the waitress was attentive. Our only 2 complaints were that the Buzztime trivia server was having issues so we couldn't log into our accounts, and our check was one amount and the card was charged for a different amount. The waitress fixed it correctly and quickly. Overall very satisfied. The Angry Berry Mojito is my new favorite cocktail :)

I love the wings, the burgers, the service and the whole atmosphere. I always love coming here its never a bad time especially if you love sports. I wish they had more location around the metro Atlanta tho.

Seriously? 10 minutes to get a drink, 25 minutes and counting for wings and a wrap... the place is half empty... and now they are serving Pepsi... this will be the last time for me.

Love the different beer of the month specials every month.! Yay!! $0.60 cent wings on Tuesday's, not complaining! But don't order their house wines... $8 for almost half a glass of Barefoot wine, ouch!

This buffalo wild wing kicked me out. I got a meal from Tin Drum and went over to join my friend who was at Buffalo Wild Wing. I was just checking my food to see if it was correct. Wasn't gonna eat there. The wait staff came over and said I had to leave because I had another establishment food in their place. I wasn't even planning on eating it in there. Racism exists..

I was in the Kennesaw GA BWW during the NCAA upset of #7 Wichita St of #1 Kansas with 3 minutes left BWW put on college softball. After pointing this out, they put the Kansas game back on and switched 4 other tvs to a college softball game turning off all of the other tourney games. Buffalo Wild Wings, go for the wings, not the sports. (Unless you really like college softball in March)

I have been going to Buffalos Wild Wings in Panama City Beach Pier Park every time we visit for the last several years and we have always enjoyed the food and experience. I have never eaten at this place in Atlanta so when the mood struck for some wings we figured will give this place a try. I wish we did not. It started when we first arrived. The hostess after ignoring us for several minutes she finally asked how many in your party, grabbed the menus and walked away without even saying please follow me. Then found out that they are no longer serve Coca-Cola product (very disappointing ) so I had to make a tough decision and order a blue moon beer :). We ordered 10 lemon pepper and 10 jerk Caribbean wings. I did not like the jerk chicken wings and the lemon pepper were the worst lemon pepper wings I have ever had. Big wings but tasteless. The ranch dressing tasted like cheap generic brand. Nothing compared to Taco Mac wings or ranch dressing. I'm going to think twice about going to the Panama City location now but I guess maybe the beach makes everything taste better. While in Atlanta, I will stick to Taco Mac.

Fun place to grab some wings and play some hold um or trivia on those little game boxes. Plenty of wing sauces to choose from though the waitress was a little off base saying the mango habanaro were going to be realllly hot, they were spicy at best. Service is decent though the last time I went my drink wasn't kept full which is annoying when you are eating wings obviously. Am I crazy to think it would be easier for everybody if they would just bring a pitcher of whatever soda you were drinking out to the table? This goes for just about everywhere!

My boyfriend lives in Marietta, GA and does not have cable so when I'm in town to see him we come to Buffalo Wild Wings to watch the college football games. They have a good selection of beers and the food is always good. I love their onion rings and I normally order a burger to go with the rings. I don't eat chicken and have occasionally wanted something different from a burger, but as the name of the restaurant suggests the wings are their speciality. I thought they used to do ribs, but I may be wrong as they don't have ribs on their menu. I did try one of boyfriends wings once and they were tasty, just not really my cup of tea. Buffalo Wild Wings is a great place to watch a game or 3. You may go into sensory overload from the huge bank of TVs that surround you once you enter, but I enjoy being able to watch several games simultaneously and the staff are good about managing which game shows on which TV based on the different team shirts all the patrons are wearing. I'm typically in an LSU shirt (Geaux Tigers!) so they always find my game for me. I definitely recommend this as a place to grab a bite to eat and a couple of drinks while watching a game.

I only wish someone would have warned me. Service was subpar at best. My waitress L acted like she didn't want to be there. She quickly took my order then ran off preventing me from asking me any questions. Two ladies that had a few small kids left a major mess of crackers and other snacks on the floor. Several waitstaff walked past it for over 20 mins. Good thing a manager saw it and completely cleaned it up without hesitation. The bathrooms were not clean and had a foul odor of vomit. For some reason I don't see too many people puking in the men's room prior to my 12:30 p.m arrival. Sanitize your restrooms better. The wings were par for the course and the only thing that made this trip worth 2 stars. They really need to step it up at this location.

Meh. What can you say, wings as typical as any other Wing Franchise. Only great thing is wing tuesday and boneless wing thursday. That is all...

    (3)
  • Stephen S.

What can I say about Buffalo Wild Wing and their food that most already don't know. The wings a decent, decent sized, some creative flavors, and a good beer selection. This is the type place that is made or broken by the atmosphere which surprisingly this location was pretty electric. Granted that it was a Thursday night and opening week of NCAA football and the Falcons last preseason game was on as well as the Braves so all that may have helped. I sat at the bar so as to not take up a table being it was so packed and the bartender was on top of things. You could tell she knew who her regulars where and took good care of them which I had no problem with. This is a good sports bar with pretty good bar food and definitely good for bigger parties. My biggest complaint with this location is the fact that with the exception of the little sign by the road you have no clue it's there tucked away in a little strip mall.

    (3)
  • Damon T.

Food here is not very good. And the last time I ate here will be the last time I set foot in one of these franchises. I bit into a chicken tender that was partially frozen and completely raw in the middle. NOT cool. If you just wan to watch a game they do have walls of TVs.

    (2)
  • Mike M.

Restaurant feel from outside, corporate fast foodish feel on the inside. Regular sit down seating chairs and tables, booths. Silverware wrapped in paper napkins, plastic styrofoam plates, paper tray containers. The wings were not worth it, small, undercooked, and covered in sauce. The food is a little overpriced. I would not come back here, and am discouraged from trying another location now.

    (1)
  • Kat M.

My son wanted to go for lunch, and so we did. I didnt eat my wrap, and he didnt finish his burger-both on the luke warm/cool side. The food is a bit over priced, and for a lunch crowd, I cant even hear myself think its so loud in there. I know they have a good beer selection, and thats great if youre going there for that-but for the casual meal, I dont think its an option anymore.

    (3)
  • Shawn M.

Again, I've eaten at probably all of the Buffalo Wild Wings in this town, and this one is by far the worst... and sadly, up until just recently, was the closest to my house. It's open late, but they have the worst service! Probably because they are so close to KSU, but still, I expect a little better for the money, ya know? We were going to go there one night, and we walked in, turned around and right back out. Drove the thirty minutes to Dunwoody because they had a band that was so obnoxiously loud that I can't imagine having wanting to even be in there for more than 20 seconds. I love the B-dubs, but there are better locations.

    (2)
  • a r.

The food is typical of every other corporate wing dump, the only difference is the wings are smaller. Everything is frozen, bland, the service sucks and over priced! I used to go here, and believe me I did NOT come hungry (I ate at the Cheese Burger Bobbies next door), only for the tailgating prior to football games. And now, after NEVER cutting anyone off ever, the douche bag manager decides to call the police so he can overcharge us for draft beer and get very slow horrible service. Well I say.. goodbye over priced crappy food and terrible service and Hello to every other fricken bar that appreciates my patronage.

    (1)
  • Jason D.

The commercialism of this place is what kills it. It doesn't have that uniqueness anymore. Granted, I understand that they are a large franchise, but it's more like a Zaxby's that serves beer. The staff is very friendly and efficient, so I did enjoy myself.

    (3)
  • Jeff W.

The wings are tasty enough, but I am writing a review to comment on the outstanding service that I get every single time I visit. Very few places I visit regularly work as hard for your money as BWW in Kennesaw does, and that is a reason alone for me to continue to go. Admittedly, I've never had anything other than wings here (go figure), so I can't comment on the other menu items. But when I'm in the Barrett Parkway area, BWW is always on my radar for a visit.

    (4)
  • Jeff C.

If you are going for a beer then by all means go. If you want food pass. I order an quesdilla and it took over 30 mins for me to get it. And when I got it had nothing to dip it in. It's not very tasty either. It took less time to get my second beer and that taste better. To sum up..beer good food bad

    (1)
  • Liz S.

I love bdubs! Great on Tuesdays they have the 45 cent traditional wing deal and on Thursdays it's the 45 cent boneless wing deal. Otherwise it's like your traditional sports bar..pretty loud with tvs going. I love the wings

Buffalo Wild Wings has the most amazing "Asian Zing" Wild Wing Sauce! You have to try the sauce! They also sell it separately as well.

  • Jeff S.

Great service, and the food was hot and fresh. WIngs were average size - not small, not jumbo, and the beer was cold! I agree that in the past service was lacking and the food was below average, but the new staff is doing much better. Manager came by three times to make sure our party of 12 was happy with everything, which shows they do care, unlike in the past. Above average for a wing chain.

    (4)
  • Harry B.

I love this place. The waiters were very nice and friendly, and even on a busy night I didn't have to worry about waiting a half hour for them to notice I need a refill. There's plenty of TV's to watch whatever game is on and the food was spectacular. Also they have these games kids can take to their seats and play for $1 with a credit card. I don't have kids but if I did, that would be very convenient and smart to have at the table. I definitely recommend this place!
