A solid 3 stars for this pizza place in the East Cobb Avenues (old Johnny Rockets). We came for the pizza and was pleasantly surprised with all the TV's for us to watch the world cup. The pizza's are 10 inch, perfect for one or to share depending on your appetite. I ordered the Sweet Thai Chicken, the goat cheese and pistachio's is what drew me in...it was pretty good, not sure if I would order it again. The was a little spice from the red pepper flakes. GF ordered the 4x4, which is 4 cheeses and 4 meats, it says served with olive oil base sauce, but the were happy to make it with red sauce for her. I thought her pizza was delicious. They have great ice tea, you know what a stickler I am about my tea. Our service started out great,, it did deteriorate as the night went on, maybe he got caught up in watching the world cup..it was an exciting match. But when I go to the bar to get my tea refilled, that should have been a red flag to pay attention to us, but we had to revisit the bar a second time. We will be back, decent pizza and it's convenient to us.

Excellent place in a sleepy upscale shopping center (Avenue at East Cobb). Excellent gluten free pizza - hard to find a better pizza in Roswell area. Had the Chicken Thai Salad and it was excellent - has pistachios in it for a nice touch (love pistachios). Wish they were located closer to where I live in Roswell.

I never ate Pizza next to doggie ,I don't think it's appropriate to let pets get in s restaurant!

For a light dinner I would suggest going with a Margarita Pizza and a nice bottle of white wine or Pinot. The Pizza are a little bit larger than a personal pan size and a good choice for a couple before a movie. The wine selection is reasonable and the food doesn't weigh you down. I liked it, but then again I've cut back quite a bit on the old carbs! On Sunday's they have half priced wines so I added another star to make it 4.

Monday is the best time to come. 24 craft beers on tap, and about 20 of them are on special for $1.95 a pint. Yes, you read that right. Best deal in America. After 9, pizza is buy 1/get 1. Pizza is pretty good too, and they are willing to customize to your liking. Travis the bartender is one of the best, he deserves a raise. Its also a real nice place too, very big and open with massive HD TV's to catch the game. Decent size outdoor patio too. Closes at 10 though, so not a place to arrive late. Still you can't go wrong with Brixx, the deals are a plenty.

My fiancée and I had an excellent experience. Our waitress, Tara was accommodating and engaging- when she realized that out pizza was slightly overcooked, she sent it out to us but, had the initiative to send us out another pizza which they cooked to perfection. Both pizzas were excellent! The margaritas were good as well. Great food and awesome service!!!My future Mrs. and myself will definitely be returning!!!!!

Great atmosphere and super reasonably priced! We got the Brixx Stixx which were delish, the kiddo got the kid's cheese pizza, which she devoured, and the big kids had the Bronx Bomber which rocked! Service was quick and friendly. The music is not too loud, the TVs are big and easily seen, but not obtrusive. We will be back!

Nice place to hang out! Pizzas are good and the Spinach & Artichoke dip is so good. Didn't like the taste of the chicken, so stuck with beef. Other than, is very good.

Decided to give it a first time try thanks to a discount through Groupon. It started out rocky...the hostess told us it would be a 15-20 minute wait even though there were several tables available. Puzzled, we looked around and notice the plethora of open seats at the bar and sat there instead. A blessing that was because the bartender Becky was incredible! Very welcoming and friendly. It was a Thursday night and wine was half off. I had the meatball pizza and was pleasantly surprised at how delicious it was. Upon leaving another women, not the hostess, opened the door for us and was sure to ask how our meal was. The taste of the pizza and service we received was outstanding!

Great pizza joint! Pizza was awesome and salads and pasta too! Staff friendly. Ambience cool and casual. Great for kids, date night and GNO. My fav pizza place!

Great family friendly restaurant. Good pizza and great beer selection. It's a little bit pricey for the portion that you receive for pizza. They have chalkboard for kids and they give kids raw dough to make pizza with.

Is this the best pizza I've "ever" had? No, not necessarily...however I was extremely pleased with my experience here. Decor and atmosphere are fine, typical of what you'd probably expect for a restaurant in the Avenue, service was good and attentive. Started off with a Caesar salad of which there was nothing special...and that was ok with me. Romaine, parm, croutons...what more would you want? It was a little thinly dressed so I asked for an extra side of dressing and found out how awesome pizza crust dipped in it is! Husband and I split the 4x4 pizza 10". Perfect for two but definitely get a salad to share for a complete meal. I feel not stuffed, but content. I thought it was delicious. The crust is thin but has a softness to it. The beer selection was interesting and they seem to have lots of turnover. I will definitely come here again.

Dropped back by a couple weeks ago after the liquor license came through -- just perfect. Went with a couple local drafts -- Jekyll (Alpharetta) and Monday Night (ATL) -- to compliment some seriously perfect pies. Opted for something a little different for me in the Rustica -- prosciutto, mozzarella, mushrooms, artichoke hearts, kalamata olives and roasted garlic -- on their whole wheat. Wow. Great combo.

If you place an order for a pick up, expect at least 30 minutes of additional waiting time when you get there cause they are usually very slow, even when the place is not busy.

Another good experience. This time we mixed it up a little while also having more of the same. In addition to ordering our favorites - the Bronx Bomber pizza and Chicken Penne pasta - we also tried the meatball pizza, spicy blt, and jerk chicken pizza. The meatball pizza was ok. It seemed to lack an ingredient that could really enhance the taste. Perhaps adding some sauce to it would do the trick. The Spicy BLT was not that spicy, but to me, it really had a lot going on that made it a very interesting pizza to me, and one that I quite enjoyed. My wife made a comment that lettuce doesn't belong on pizzas, but I actually liked trying something a little different and outside the conventional box. The jerk chicken is also now one of my favorites. That one did bring a lot of flavors to the table and I was pleasantly pleased. Because it was a little one the spicy side, I was able to grab an extra slice away from my son. (I know, horrible parent, right?) In return, I gave him an extra slice of the meatball pizza because I was absolutely sure he would make a huge mess out of the Spicy BLT. Overall I was very pleased again with my experience here.

I'm giving Brixx 3 stars ONLY because they tried to redeem themselves by taking the appetizer off our bill and because the service was good, but this place claims to be a Pizza place and that was the worst part of the meal. BBQ chicken pizza, had little to no BBQ flavor, very little chicken and very little toppings. We had to drench the pizza with BBQ sauce to give it any flavor at all. We probably won't return.

Worlds worst service! I met a friend here for lunch yesterday. There were 4 tables seated with small parties at each table. Our server rushed our service, he didn't know anything about the menu when we asked questions, he delivered the wrong food to our table, once be brought us the correct order he didn't come back to check on us.. at all! We sat there with empty drinks, in need of extra napkins, a table full of empty plates, and waited over 15 minutes for our check once we finished our meal. I did complain to the manager and he comped our appetizer- not good enough! We will never return to Brixx in East Cobb. Side note- I smelled like a fire pit for the remainder of the day! The open kitchen concept wasn't the best idea for wood fired pizza.

I have to give them credit, at least they offer a gluten-free pizza. It was ok but I have to say I prefer Maddio's better. The waitress was very nice and courteous. The problem was when the salad came. The "Brixx Salad" had so much dead slimy field greens mixed in throughout we immediately were grossed out. Naturally, she took it back after we showed her the plate where we picked out gross parts. It tells me management doesn't care. Why, one reason is because she did not act one bit surprised. When the bill came I saw the charge for the salad was still on the bill but about half way down was that same amount with a negative number to cancel out the charge. Then I saw the description next to the entry! It said "Goodwill". Really?? "Goodwill"? They brought a salad that was partially days old and really ruined our appetite and they took the charge off for "Goodwill"? Goodwill would be an apology from the Manager with an invitation to come back on them, or comp a free desert. Goodwill for not charging us for a salad that may have been a health risk (it definitely did not look washed) and ruined our meal? Not to worry, I won't be back.

Really, really like this place!! Love the daily specials and their killer variety of beer and pizzas. When I'm in the mood for a new beer without the commitment of a six pack, I hit up Brixx. The best part, 4 min drive baby!!!

We have been enjoying the wonderful pizza, salads and excellent craft beer now for many months and the quality and consistency has always been great. Without hesitation this is the best craft beer selection in East Cobb and I would also say Roswell and Alpharetta area as well especially if pizza is your desire. Paul, the manager selects the beer and ensures that the quality is there for the entire experience. One of our favorite casual places in the area. Our favorites are the arugula and pear salad, chicken and rosemary pizza. Humus is very good as well. Great value and the service has always been spot on.

My daughter and I got the margarita pizza and the americano, minus the pepperoni's they added mushrooms and artichokes and it was delicious... Our server was really nice a tentative but didnt bother us so much we really like this place and we will definitely eat here again

Good pizza, not in same ballpark of Anticos downtown. Service very poor. Not very popular place, I'm one of 6 customers on a Saturday night at 830pm. Server more interested in getting ready to close than refilling our drinks. Wrong order placed, had to remake pizza. Prefer California Pizza Kitchen across the street.

Who dropped the salt box? Great service, outside dining and a great glass of Pinot. Bad pizza. Split a salad. Ok but have had better here. I had the mushroom & arugula. Husband had the Bronx bomber. Both pizzas were very salty and lacking real pizza flavor. There are several places with better in East Cobb. We would turn with a coupon offer, but will skip otherwise. Prefer not to smell like smoke either. Do something with the vents!

The only thing we liked about here is the service. Granted we have only tried then twice but that was enough for us. They do a decent cheese pizza. Other then that it seems like they are trying too hard to make an artsy style pizza and not worry about flavor. We will never go here again. I'd recommend Dominos before this place.

My mother and I recently went to Brixx for lunch and had a lovely time. The service was great and the people were very friendly. They have a large menu outside of pizzas and it is reasonably priced. We each ordered salads and were very pleased with them. Though we didn't drink, they had a large list of local beers that I was very impressed with, including Monday Night Brewing. We were there with my one year old and the wait staff was great to him, so sweet and friendly. Very kid friendly place!

Very, very expensive for very average food. Much better pizza joints in the area (capozzi's is one). Should have just waited at cheeky's

My family was invited to their grand opening today which allowed us to enjoy the experience complimentary of the owner. We really enjoyed our visit and the food was really great! My kids enjoyed the kids menu, though I do wish they had more items on their menu to choose from. The service was fast, despite the full house they had during our 12:30 reservation (note- I expect reservations won't be required once they officially open). My only constructive feedback was that the restaurant is pretty loud. I suspect they can adjust the acoustics once they get rolling. I suspect some material can be added in the space to help absorb some of the excess noise. Our waitress' name was Steph and we thought she was very pleasant, attentive, and great with the kids. Thanks for a great meal and time and welcome to East Cobb!

My wife and I attended the soft opening of Brixx today in East Cobb. That being the case our meal was complimentary. The place was very busy and full of happy people, diners and staff included. Our server's name was Greg, he was very enthusiastic, offered suggestions and kept our drinks filled. He was great. We started with the hummus appetizer. The consisted of 3 types of hummus, chick pea based, roasted red pepper based and black bean based. The plate was garnished with some roasted red pepper and lettuce. Nicely edible garnishes. All 3 hummeses (is that a word) were excellent. The plate was surrounded by very tasty pita chips that were dusted with sea salt. The menu said they were dusted with cumin but that was not the case. A minor quibble. I gave the appetizer 5 stars. Highly recommended. Our pizza orders took an inordinate amount of time to be delivered. I'm not sure how long but probably 40 minutes. Everyone around us was served before us. Our server was very apologetic but offered no reason why we have fallen through the cracks; but I guess that is what soft opening are for. All pizzas are 10 " and are cooked in a wood fired grill. I ordered the 4x4 pizza. It consists of 4 cheeses, mozzarella, parmesan, smoked gouda and goat cheese as well as 4 meats, sausage, pepperoni, prosciutto, and bacon. I could not detect any bacon on the pizza. I don't know if they were running short on it or if it was an oversight. Another thing about the majority of their pizzas is they do not have tomato sauce on them. They are brushed with olive oil. I don't want to sound so negative. I did enjoy the pizza; I ate every bite. I was also really hungry by the time I got it. My wife ordered the Rustica pizza. It consists of prosciutto, mozzarella, mushroom, artichoke hearts, kalamata olives, and whole roasted garlic cloves. She got a real surprise when she got the first roasted garlic clove. Don't get me wrong she loved it. Again this pizza was brushed with olive oil and had no tomato sauce. My wife said she thought tomato sauce would have taken away from the other flavors of the pizza. She also really loved the charred crust. I did eat one piece of her pizza and she did eat one of mine. I liked mine better than hers and I think she liked hers better than mine. They offer two desserts. A Smores pizza which I saw continuously coming from the kitchen and looked and smell great and tiramisu. My wife ordered the tiramisu and seemed to really enjoy it. After eating my entire pizza, I did not have room for even a bite. We had a really good time on our date at Brixx and I'm sure they will work out any kinks. I wish them the best of luck.

This place is a home run, according to my teenager! I have to agree! As hummus lovers, the Hummus Trio didn't disappoint, especially the black bean hummus. My son had the Bronx Bomber (meat lover) pizza which he devoured. I had the Rustica without the mushrooms and it was divine! The individual pizza sizes are perfect if you've got a big appetite or you have a slice to take home. $10 for pizzas - everyone can choose their own favorites. They offer some great late night specials too. The decor is nice, patio looks inviting and the service was awesome! Our waitress was attentive, very friendly and best yet - a Red Sox fan! That's always a winner in our books. Bar has a great list of beers that I can't wait to try on my next visit.

We are frequent visitors to this Brixx. Service is good. Manager is nice. I love that that they offer whole wheat dough, vegan cheese, and gluten free options. This is our go to place anytime we want pizza. They also have some great beers on tap.

Don't enjoy writing bad reviews. Really. Loved the decor. Staff was efficient and friendly. Hummus was a hit with the wife and son. But this is pizza place, right? Three components to a solid pizza: Crust, cheese and sauce. Arguably a pizza starts with the crust. Well, the crust is just bad or was this visit. Dry and no chew whatsoever. Just wrecked the whole pizza at least for my son and me. Son gets angry if I say "Walmart" if we are in Target and within earshot of a Target employee. He's that sensitive about hurting feelings but even he blurted out how disappointed he was. It's just too thin to have any of that chewy pull I love in a crust. So, we will stick with our favorite place in East Cobb which will go unmentioned out of fairness to Brixx. Unfortunate. Always pulling for new restaurants in EC.

We noticed Brixx had opened in the Avenue at East Cobb so we thought we would give them a try. Honestly the frozen pizza I bought from Trader Joe's was better than the ones we got from Brixx. At least now we know what a Brixx pizza is all about.

It was Pizza on a pita bread, really. There was barely any crust and very little sauce. We ordered the chicken Florentine and the veggie. Don't even try the veggie- it's just a bunch on veggies (they even had broccoli ) thrown on an ultra thin crust ( a pita bread ), with very little sauce. It was a disaster. The service was good, which is why I am rating it 2 stars I would never go there again.

We tried this place with a Groupon and absolutely loved it. The pizza was delicious (note: thin tasty crust) and the service was excellent. My husband was also very happy with the great selection of beer. We'll definitely frequent this place - great addition to this area!

Great new restaurant in the Avenue at East Cobb. They designed a really fun space with both standard and bar-height tables laid out on curves. They have bar top seating and a large group table as well as outdoor seating on the patio coming. Brixx is similar to a California Pizza Kitchen in their menu: salads, sandwiches and brick oven individual pizzas. Our family and some friends went there for lunch during the soft opening. The servers and staff were friendly, well trained and attentive. Greg was fantastic. The managers made sure everyone had a great experience. Our group all enjoyed their food from the fantastic spinach artichoke dip appetizer to the salads to the simple cheese pizza to the specialty pizzas like the Sweet Thai Chicken Pizza to the S'Mores Pizza for desert. The individual pizzas are 10" which is plenty for one or enough for two to split. They pour Coca-Cola products (yeah) and will have beer and wine when their license is approved. We all enjoyed the food, atmosphere and experience and look forward to coming back especially for some of their specials like half priced appetizers and pizzas after 10:00 and daily drink specials. I hope they maintain this great start!

Brixx is great . The pizza and pastas are always fresh and delicious and the menu is very well priced. They have a great selection of local beer on tap and daily drink specials. My favorites are the 4by4 pizza and the roasted chicken alfredo . Brixx is great for families or just a night out with some friends. Very nice addition to the Avenue

Place is really nice...TVs everywhere. Dinner salads were really skimpy for $12. Don't think a few more veggies would bankrupt them...good beer and wine selection though

I can say, the service was good. As far as the Bronx bomber pizza I got, SOGGY, cheese not melted, crust no crispy, I guess not near done.

They are desperately in need of their liquor license. I really wanted to check out their craft beer selection. Craft beer spots in East Cobb are still sparse and I was excited about this. Alas, no liquor license yet. The appetizer, salad, and pizza all came out within 2 minutes of each other. Spacing it out a bit would be better. The food was all good: app, salad, and Chicken Florentine pizza. Great atmosphere for kids, which will go a long way in East Cobb. Kids can draw on the chalk paint and also make something with dough, which the oven will cook. I look forward to trying it again in a month or so when they have the beers flowing.

Neat place with super beer selection, decent wine list & great pizza. We also had the bruschetta which was outstanding ! Server was very attentive and helpful to answer any questions. We split the 10" Rustica pizza & thoroughly enjoyed it too. They offer 1/2 price wines or $5 beer on certain weekday nights - check their website. Definately a repeat place for us -
