I don't know what it is with Fronteras. I have eaten a few across town and never been really satisfied. The one in Loganville is an absolute disaster. I have been to this one a couple of times now and every time it is pretty bad. My wife likes Frontera so we keep trying it. The last time I went I had a California Burrito with carnitas. The carnitas were almost all fat and there was barely any of it to begin with. The rest of the burrito was terrible. Honestly I would have had a better meal at Moe's and for less money. For over $9 I got just the burrito. My wife got a fajitas quesidilla and they manged to put the wrong meat in it. After looking at the receipt we found that it was the server that screwed that up. But even that was pretty tasteless. Overall there are better Mexican in Loganville. There's actually one in the same shopping center. Do your self a favor and go to one of those. The funny part is they want you to check in on Yelp and leave a review. There's a sign on the front door saying you get a free cheese dip if you do. Didn't check in but honestly why would you encourage people to look on Yelp when they have such bad reviews?

I waited more than 20 mins and nobody showed up to the table to greet me or take my order. They clearly were not even busy. I don't think I'll be coming back here again. Horrible customer service!

Horrible place! They reuse chips which is beyond disgusting. Horrible service and too pricey for very mediocre food. I would rather go to Taco Bell. I always shake my head when I see the crowded parking lot. I just don't understand how that many people could want to go.

This place is terrible. I have never been so disappointed with restaurant service. We walked in to watch a game and have a couple of beers at the bar. We sat there for a while and nobody came to take drink orders so we asked the 7 people at the host stand putting makeup on each other if there was a bartender or something. They said, not now, and they proceeded to giggle and play with makeup. I have never experienced such horrible customer service. We walked out and nobody had a care in the world.

Horrible service,We elected to sit outside on patio then after 25 minutes we came inside in hopes of acquiring some sort of service. The girl at hostess stand looked at us like we were invisible. We sat ourselves,4 of us,and finally a waitress took our order,we waited another 10-15 minutes with no drinks and no refill on chips. We got up and walked out. This was a place we use to frequent but not anymore.
