I don't understand the reviews I'm seeing... Every time I go its a great experience... Even when it looks like a club....lol... I love the drinks they make them sweet and strong.... My favorite dish is the whole fish... Or shrimp chimichanga... The chips and salsa is just okay... Its not a fancy spot but it taste pretty good...#im full ;)

Some of the food is great...some not so great. I suggest ordering stuff that has to be cooked to order,..The service is sometimes immaculate but there are a few bad apples on the wait staff...Flavia wow if you get her make sure you have some time to waste because she's slower than molasses

Don't do it!!!!! Poor customer service. The food was just okay. There was a brawl here as well. Google it, it is also on worldstarhiphop.com in a fight compilation. Never again!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Never again. They added the tip to the price of my meal and taxed the total. Then handed me a receipt with another option to tip! For a party of 3? Really? Were we that much work? Inspect ya check is all I'm saying!

This is my go to neighborhood Mexican Spot. I'm almost always meeting my BFF here. We decided to meet up on yesterday after having to reschedule from Friday. I ordered Lemon Pepper Wings along with an authentic steak taco. I'm always pleased with my taco as I'm a fan of fresh cilantro and onions. I swap out the corn tortilla for a flour tortilla. It comes with this very spicy but yummy sauce on the side and I always ask for sour cream on the side as well. On this trip I noticed they have added a Shrimp Taco which is funny because a few months back I asked why they didn't have it in the menu. I guess the food Gods were working in my favor. I will be sure to try it on my next visit. My friend and I shared as Small Texas Pitcher of Strawberry Margaritas. She and I both were satisfied. My wings were ok. They could have used more lemon pepper but I ate them. All in all, I know I will be back.

This place should be shut down. Or taken over by someone else who actually cares. Came here to have drinks after work with some friends who live around the area, this restaurant has been in the area for over 15 years and has stayed the same. Same awful customer service. Same bland food. Same strong drinks which is the ONLY reason you should ever be here! This place has the same old carpet and seats from the 70s....Don't come here with shorts the cracked leather might mortally wound you. Along with that it's dirty....I saw a server cleaning the doors when there was trash on the floor and tables to be cleaned. Our server was clearly not giving any damn about anything we had to say and decided that she doesn't want our tip money either. My friend ordered guacamole (green paste) and my server told my friend the price as if it was too expensive or that she couldn't read the menu. She kept getting things wrong and she brought my friend this green paste over with a barcode mixed in. We tell our server the issue and she brings out an avocado to show that the barcode came from the avocado. WTF??!! That explains everything.....you throw the whole avocado in right? OR you think it's ok to eat paper mixed in $4 worth of green crap. OH AND SHE NEVER APOLOGIZED FOR THE BARCODE BEING IN THERE! the rest of the food was Ok and bland (wings and queso). Don't EAT here! Only come for the pitcher of margaritas and leave immediately!

Omg! My friend girl and I went to Los Colinas last night to hang out with some friends there. We waited for an hour! Yes, an hour! Before anyone waited on our table. The service is going down hill again! After speaking with the manager abt the lack of service, he only made excuses, never once apologizing for poor service. He took my order of guacamole mexicano, Love it! (until he made it) it was the worst ever. Dry and extremely chunky. Better service starts with better management! I'M JUST SAYING.

Service was less than top notch - the waitress took forever and then messed up our order. Our guacamole appetizer appeared prepackaged in that it was almost puréed and lacked any flavor at all. The enchiladas were good, but the taco was pretty naked (chicken and lettuce only), the chalupa was just a salad on top of a soggy tortilla, and the quesadilla lacked any cheese at all. Plus the steak in the quesadilla had no seasoning AT ALL. The drinks were ok but not spectacular. We were extremely underwhelmed by the food and the service.

Waited a long time to be seated while I watched 4 of the wait staff stand around while I was waiting. Also had to take a work phone call after I got seated & the waitress stood over me & I had to tell her to give me a min to get off the phone. After that she wasn't to be seen again, with that I wasn't seen again either I got the F up out of that place. If this is what you call service in Lithonia I'll take my business someplace else.

Actually, every time my girls and i go out our night begins here! it's a home feel spot to dine with down to earth family, friends and dates. At night on Friday and Saturday there's a live DJ paying old skool 90's and 80's music. THE FOOD is authentic and they never added gratuity to my meal but if folk would only tip whats the difference. There are drinks that are the SH@T and affordable. GO try it if ur not too scared. ")

I used to eat here all the time until I got food poison from their fajita steak. I stopped going ever since.

Food was okay...I will definitely go back. It's not the best....but I work in Lithonia....so it beats a blank. Plenty of warm chips! I've been twice so far, The waitress was a little slow but I had a Texas Margarita which relaxed me a little while I waited for my meal. Overall....if you want cheap Mexican that won't kill you....this is the spot in Lithonia!

Yay for Mexican food in Lithonia. This is just your basic neighborhood Mexican spot - complete with free warm chips & runny salsa, a speedy gonzalez entree and numbered specials. The service is friendly & timely. The texas margaritas are potent and tasty. The enchiladas are flavorful and moist enough. It's in a random strip mall and doesn't look like much, but when you want quick, cheap Mex; this place will hit the spot.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
