Yea I know its a chain restaurant but this location I find to have a better quality of meat and the burgers seems to melt into the mouth better then some of the other locations I've been too.. Service is always quick when busy or quite..This location is on top of their game so I shoot them some props..Cheers and tally ho !

Good Gourmet Burgers! Five Guys franchise will deliver a quality burger and fries, but they now have stiff competition. I wish the burgers were seasoned better. This location is tucked away on Lawrenceville Suwannee Rd, behind Mattress Discounters and Einstein Bagels. The shopping center appears distressed. But, I hope that this store still gets good traffic and revenue. The store is clean and the service is friendly. The prices are standard for high quality burgers. You have the option of adding bacon. They sell hotdogs as well and a veggie sandwich. They provide a good selection of free toppings. Overall, Five Guys Franchise can satisfy your appetite for a good quality burger , but this franchise isn't my first choice. I come because it's the only gourmet burger spot that is closest to my home. If I'm entertaining or offering recommendations, I choose other quality burger spots.

Great place to grab a good burger and some fries. I always order the junior burger, which has one patty. My husband orders the regular burger, which comes with two patties. The fries are always really good and they give you more than enough. A regular size is enough for me and my husband to share.my only complaint is they don't have a kids menu. We definitely go here when we are in the mood for a quick and cheap burger that taste like real food instead of fast food.

The employees were very nice and our burgers were great. The fries were so crispy. In all the Five Guys that I've been to this place has made it the best.

Not fantastic but not awful either. It's my to-go place for a quick burger and tons of fries. They could upgrade their fountain drink machine though.

I'm noticing more and more Five Guys popping up everywhere, and I occasionally have a craving for them. Each time I've been, my mother happened to be with me so I've always split a burger with her. The portions are HUGE, half a burger and some fries was enough for me. I could probably eat the whole burger if I didn't order fries, but the fries are huge and one order is enough for 2 or 3 people. The only thing I didn't like about this place is that their jalapenos aren't pickled, they're fresh, meaning they're way too hot to eat on a burger, unless you like hot! But overall, good flavor and quality of everything else.

Every Five Guys location will be exceptional because of the award-winning food, but this location was wonderful because if the service and the cleanliness, too. I went to this location with my best guy friend before we went to see a movie at AMC Colonial 18 down the road (check that place out as well). I always order the same thing at every Five Guys location: a Little Bacon Cheeseburger with Mayo & Ketchup. My friend and I decided to split a small order of Regular fries (They also have Cajun style, but I have yet to try those) and we each got a drink. Tip: A small order of fries is enough to feed two people if not more! I was particularly pleased with this location because of the service throughout our visit. The staff was uncommonly friendly and the nice girl who took our order was polite and efficient. She really knew what she was doing with the cash register and didn't hesitate whatsoever - very refreshing; often concerning service at places like this, with a lot of menu choices and inevitable confusion, orders get messed up in the process; this was not the case! The great service continued after we ordered. Our food was actually brought out to us! I have never had this happen at a Five Guys location before. Usually order numbers are called out and you retrieve your food from the counter, which I do not mind in the least. However, this untraditionally polite gesture stuck with me. This location was also very clean. Often, Five Guys locations are not the cleanest establishments because they are rough-and-tough burger joints with little decor, however this place was very well-swept and well-cleansed. Everything at the drink station was orderly, there were ample napkins, and there was plenty of ketchup, etc. very very nice to experience. As always, the food was first-rate. I can't describe the taste because it is not deserving of the limit of language. You MUST try this place if you have never been to a Five Guys before. This location is especially wonderful!

Very disappointed. Came in to get a grilled cheese with a burger in between (which locations allow us to do). The guy said they couldn't do it and stopped doing that a year ago. What made it funny was that my wife was here at this same location on Monday (it is Saturday now) and they allowed her to do it. They were obviously short staffed for a Saturday lunch rush with only 2 people working and the guy didn't want to take the time to put a little bit of extra work to please the customer. Take your business to another location or pick one of Lawrenceville's other fine establishments.

While waiting for takeout, large Roach crossing floor in sitting area. Returned food. Very disappointed.

Great burgers and fries! The store was really clean. The only reason I am not giving them 5 stars is due to the crazy high pirices. I ordered a double cheese burger with a small fry and drink. The total came to $11.32. That's pretty high for burgers and fries.

Drove by at 9:27pm to see when they closed because we had to run an errand real quick and when we returned at 9:45pm the open sign was off and there were four people inside eating. One table had just started to eat when we walked right in. "Sorry we are closed" one of the workers said. When I pointed at the sign on the window stating they were open til 10pm he shrugged and tilted his head stating that they were closed due to a "shortage in supplies"....when we walked out, he locked the door behind us. Really? What did the last customer do??? Order the rest of your burgers? He was rather rude about it. Not going back. Did I mention the look on the eating customers' faces? Dumbfounded and like they knew better..

Okay, so we went to another 5 guys and when I told them about the cheese thing, they said that was COMPANY POLICY. To put cold slice of cheese between the beef. Weird policy.

3 guys... 2 girls?! .... 1 cup?! Okay, enough raunchiness you sick freaks. Back to the food. The food here is better than the sugarloaf location. You get a ridiculous amount of fries as usual, which tastes okay. Fries are fries. The price is getting higher and higher though. This chain store is more expensive than grindhouse, my usual spot. I still don't understand the use of the vinegar. It just tastes funky to me.

I always come to this 5 guys, the service is AWESOME and the food is always delicious. I'd just like to point out how friendly the workers are here, they're great. The fries are always "ok" nothing spectacular, the burgers are definitely worth it though.

It has been a long time since we have been to Five Guys as we feel the quality of food we get for the price, we can get much better elsewhere. We had offered to take our neighbor out for lunch for her birthday and she wanted to go to Five Guys. So the 3 of us went to Five Guys for lunch yesterday. When our food arrived, part of our order was wrong. Our neighbor had ordered a bacon cheese burger, but never received any bacon on her cheese burger although we were charged for us. They corrected this problem. Good thing we ate at Five Guys rather then taking our order to go. We were willing to give Five Guys another try in the future until we had checked our bank account this morning. The charge went through our bank account, but upon further checking, Five Guys did a double dip into our bank account, a "pre authorized" charge for the exact amount they had already taken out of our bank account. This certainly did not set well with us, especially in this rough economy when money is tight for many of us. Many of us are struggling to make ends meet and there is no excuse for Five Guys to take extra money then what we had authorized them to take. If we ever decide to go back to Five Guys, we will be paying cash and not using our Debit card. We have never experienced this before with any other place. This is rather shady of Five Guys. Update: We did have to call our bank to get the additional charge reversed. Five Guys had no idea what to do and had no clue what we were talking about.
