I got a burrito, it consisted of steak, white rice, lettuce, guacamole, cheese, and sour cream. It had been a while since I had had a one of their burritos, and I noticed that they gave me WAY smaller portions than when I got it last. And the steak was really chewy, and not good. The rest was ok. Oh, and it's an extra $2 to get guacamole. :/

Horrible portion the employee actually took rice off my bowl. Also the employees catch a attitude and speak Spanish when you ask for extra. The WORST. AND WHERE IS THE HEALTH SCORE????

Good food. Terrible workers 1 star. No one cleans the tables. Adds guacamole to my food and I didn't ask. Then I said it's okay so she goes ahead and just scoops it out. She doesn't even say sorry and I'm not pleased with the service that I've received on three occasions. Never coming back to this place.

Im not gonna sit here and review a fakkin popular chain restaurant. It's kind of like reviewing McDonalds, i wonder what kind of folks do that. --__-- *search's for McDonalds reviews on yelp* LOL Anyways the only thing i wanted to say is: i feel like the portions here are always a bit bigger than the pleasant hill location. My burrito bowls are so much larger here than pleasant hill...day and night difference!

This location has the best food-if you go up 85 near the mall of Ga you can tell a difference. The food is fresh and flavorful..not salty but has flavor...The parking lot is absolute f$%@#ery and the line here can be intimidating but it is sooo worth it. Love their margaritas too! Never had a problem with service either..they are quick and efficient

Went to lunch today like we often do on Fridays. Typically place is packed but has always been quick, clean, and good quality food. Today, however there was a bone part in the chicken, food was just ok, and the bathroom reeked and could be smelt in the hallway. Far cry from previous visits. Hope management gets a handle on things or I will have to find a new favorite Friday spot.

I've been to this chipotle probably a few hundred times over the past few years. The staff is friendly and it is always clean. This location gets extremely busy during prime hours. The line will wrap all the way around the dining room at times. Parking and seating can be hard to find as well. Other than that it is a great chipotle location. The amount of business they do keeps the food on the line fresh and I am always happy with my burrito bowl.

  • Nana F.

The chicken was processed for sure and dont know what has happened to Chipotle but the portions have reduced. Are they trying to make more profit by compromising the quality?

  • Karen L.

Definitely not my favorite location. My bowl was 80% rice. And I agree with the other yelpers about the heavier Hispanic woman being stingy with the toppings. She literally gave me 3 pieces of lettuce and I wanted more but her attitude made me want to leave asap! I've never encountered a chipotle employee more rude.

I'm a little behind when it comes to fast food since I'm trying to avoid all the hidden trans fat these days. But all it took, was a simple walk in with my coworker and I'm completely addicted to their vegetarian burrito now. I love the fact that their "serving" area is super duper clean, especially during the lunch rush??? Very impress. Their food is made fresh everyday so you know that you're not getting yesterday's leftover. And if it is, I couldn't tell. :X Their burritos are ginormous that I have to eat with a fork and knife. I'm addicted to their cilantro lime rice and the corn. It's super sweet and crunchy and I love texture in my food so it really hit the spot. The guacamole is definitely a must on your burritos. It's fresh, it's creamy and chunky and it's damn good. I could swim in it. So far, this is my only fast food guilty pleasures.

I always get the veggie burrito and everytime it is absolute perfection. I like this place more because it is less busy than the one in Duluth.

Chipotle has always been a safe bet at any location. We were in the area looking for The Tower Game Center (which has moved) and were starving. We stopped in for a quick burrito and hit the road. I always love the carnitas. If you're unsure of the meat you want to order, you can ask for a sample. I love that they now have a brown rice option too. The burritos are huge and can easily be eaten over two meals; however, we were starving so there were no leftovers! The only bummer is the heavy expense if you want to add guacamole. I recommend skipping it and adding some of that delicious corn salsa.

  • Joseph F.

I eat at this restaurant more than any other. I have been coming here for the last 8 years and always get the same great quality. Hard pressed to find better burritos.

  • Luis P.

Yum Yum, I really love this place. Great food, great service. Just quick and easy. No complicated menus and the wait time.... well there barely is one. My fav are the soft tacos and I like their condiment bar. Everything you need is there and ready to go. Wish the chips and salsa were free but... you can't have everything haha. Def recommend this place.

  • Scott W.

The burrito bowl here is key but it gets super busy at lunch. Sometimes there is no place to sit once you've gotten your food.

  • Janae M.

Try the vegetarian burrito bowl. I had it with brown rice, black beans, fajita (onions and peppers), mild salsa, corn, and topped with shredded lettuce. I had the guacamole and lime chips on the side. The helping was large, so I split the meal into two dinners.

Wow-ee. Wowwwwww-ee. Nothing satisfies rumblies in my tumbly like Chipotle does. I go to nearby Georgia Gwinnett Collge, and sometimes on my break between classes I'm able to make my way over here. I'm somewhat of a germaphobe, so before I eat anywhere I make sure it's a clean place. Chipotle has never disappointed me on the cleanliness front. It's kind of like a Subway, but for mexican food. You first tell the barista whether you want a bowl, taco, burrito, etc then you choose the rice, meat, toppings, and all that. It's a cool set up, and I like that. I usually get the burrito bowl. Their ingredients are always so delicious and fresh. And the portions are pretty crazy. I can barely finish mine in one sitting, and I have what my mom refers to as a "bottomless pit" for a stomach.

I'm new to the Chipotle cult... I mean fan group. I finally tried it a few weeks ago and I'm hooked! I LOVE the rice bowls! This is a great idea and taste great! I like how flavorful the meat and food is. I have tried salads and rice bowls only, I will eventually try a burrito

  • David K.

Food is good but the staff is SLOW. I have never seen the line backed up during non-meal hours. I consistently wait 20-30 min in line here.

  • Samiah Y.

I finally got to try Chipotle, yaaaay! The food was good, but the customer service at this location kinda sucked. I didn't realize it was going to be similar to Moe's, so as soon as I walked in I walked up to the cashier. After a "Hello, how are you?" from me, this dummy just stares at me. So we don't greet people any more? Okay. I should've walked out, they're lucky I was really hungry! :/ The lady that actually made my burrito was nice and helpful though.

  • Christin K.

the food speaks for itself. if you haven't figured out how good chipotle is then you're missing out. I remember going to other burrito joints and looking at menus and being conflicted cuz I was forced to pick something to eat. not here. I know what I want! a friend of mine said he went to chipotle and then never went back to moe's. some perks of this location: there is a starbucks in the plaza, it was our regular spot to eat/coffee/study. also a perk it has above moe's (which is on the same street) : a liquor license. margaritas. yea :) downside- no chips/salsa, but usually I'm so full from the food i wouldn't want them anyways.

  • Mason S.

would normally be 4 stars because the food is consistent and good... But you need to tell the "hourly" workers to quit skimping on the rice and chicken when you can't get out the door for less than $15 for 2 rice bowls... Horse crap... Serve it up, I'm there for my complex carb load in after a hefty workout...not to mention it is a hassle to get in and out of the parking lot....poor location, awe-full parking options.

  • Lady J.

I love chipotle...always fresh and fast. The burrito bowl is my regular meal here. The guacamole is good for it not to be an authentic Mexican restaurant.

Watch the hair.. 2nd time bought it. Always have hair in my food....have to go to servsafe again.. Train ur employee. Wear the hat on. I knew is summer.

Now that I've been here a couple times I can say they do an awesome job! Here's a side tip: it's not on the menu, but try the "quesarito". The price was 10.15 (they charge for a large quesadilla and a chicken burrito) so get it once but it tasted amazing! They use fresh ingredients that are organic farm to table so all the grilled chicken and vegetables tasted fresh and the cheesy outer layer was a good mix. Only thing you have to watch out for is its kinda messy :P. It's probably better with guac but it costs extra.

    (4)
  • Helen Y.

Pretty standard chipotle. The staff was friendly and from what I saw, everything was clean. The parking was convenient as well. There's a traffic light into the area too, so it makes getting there and leaving an easy task.

Have been going to this Chipotle location for some time until their score dropped in the 60s then gave them another chance when their score improved. However the new manager's poor attitude at this store has obviously affected the hourly workers. They don't seem to dish out an adequate serving and when you say something you're met with attitude. Don't bother calling corporate the lady there couldn't provide requested information unless the mgr's name was provided. Did she offer to contact the store herself to get the information she needed for customer service? No. Case closed. Moe's here I come....

  • Khuram D.

I used to come here several times a week. Some of the staff even know me by face. I was SHOCKED when I found out they received a 60 on their health inspection. They were on the news! So disgusting, check this out: wsbtv.com/news/news/loca… - Employees handling food at the restaurant were not washing their hands frequently - Chicken not cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit or above - Dining counters and tables not cleaned and sanitized by correct methods - Held potentially hazardous foods not maintained below 41 degrees Fahrenheit I reached out to Chipotle and got a standard spin on the story. Considering I've spent $1,000+ here for years, I figured I would be taken care of after something like this happens. SAD.

  • Tasaday L.

The vibe of this place reminds me of going to Moe's or the food court at the mall. The employees seem like high schoolers who don't give a flip about the needs of the customer. The guy handling the tortillas was spinning one around as he walked back and forth for a while. Guess he was trying to figure out his life. Then the cashier had a here's-your-food-get-outta my-face-attitude. Luckily I don't live near here. Guess things get better once you get into the city.

I've been this location twice. Both visit was very disappointing despite that I'm a huge fan of Chipotle in general. During my first visit, they got my order wrong. Second visit, one of the worker's dirty apron touched my food while they re-stock the empty rice container. Gross. They need to learn how to pay attention to details.

    (2)
  • Andy S.

Used the app to place an order. Got here and line was long. Went to counter and they took my money and said they were making it now and would bring it right out. I have watched the entire line cycle three times. Which means if I had just gotten in line I would have been home by now. #CHIPOTLEFAIL.

    (1)
  • Lin K.

They just received a 60/100 on their health inspection for such things as not washing their hands enough to prevent contamination from food and not cooking chicken to a high enough temperature among other things. I wouldn't eat here if you paid me.

I've been to this Chipotle at least 50 times at various hours of the day, and goodness, the lines have been long 49 of those times! Still, I keep coming back, mainly because I love some Chipotle! I typically order their Veggie burrito bowl, chicken or tofu bowls (because all three are the same price). How you mix and match your toppings of black/pinto beans, white/brown rice, fajitas, various sauces (corn, pico, spicy, etc), guac and sour cream is up to you, but the flavor is always fresh and pops. Their meat selection in addition to the 3 listed are steak, barbacoa and (NOT) carnitas...seems there's been a shortage so this item is currently unavailable. Although the lines ARE long, you're usually able to find a seat, both in or outside and as busy as Chipotle is, the restrooms and store in general are kept clean. If you want to exit onto Duluth HWY, you're able to exit a couple of different ways fairly easily, but if you're interested in going towards old Norcross road, you'll have to snake your way behind the strip of stores to the gold's gym and exit out at the red light

The kids meal was out of fruit and they refused to offer any sort of substitution. I'm wondering if they are always " out of fruit" The young girl was completely unapologetic as well.

  • Brittany B.

So this location always does an AMAZING job! The meats are cooked to perfection & the fajita veggies are as well. I opted for a steak burrito instead of my usual steak burrito bowl. It was PERFECT & very filling! By the way, I added a side of guacamole & chips, and had enough to last for 2 meals.

  • Jay C.

Out of peppers and onions with no alternative. I was crazy about the picking up containers from under the counter and using the same gloves to touch food! Oh and also sweet tea was empty. I don't think they take this place serious

  • Sheela K.

This chipotle gives the best portions as well as the Duluth. Scenic Hwy chipotle has a lot of catching up to do. However, a request is for management to keep employee morale high because one of the girls there is rude when making an extra request. A simple poker face will due versus immature snickering in Spanish in front of the customer.

  • Nicki K.

Chipotle is the new trend for fresh fast food. Even if the lines are "long," it goes by pretty fast, trust me! I love watching them give me everything I want on my dish. I usually get the veggie salad, it's so flavorful, I do not miss the meat at all. I've gone several time and will keep on going back.

I've heard lots of good things about Chipotle, so I was excited to try it and this was the first location I visited about almost 2 years ago. I only go to this location around 4 pm and the customer service has been decent. The cashiers have always been nice. My food always taste great, the portions in my bowl are reasonable and it's always served at the perfect temperature. (The Buford location always serves it on the colder side so it's a nice difference coming here) I always use online ordering and they are always prompt about making it or it's already ready when I'm there, which is awesome.

A 60 on their health food inspection and their terrible management...It's a wonder no ones got a virus!

    (1)
  • Jessica R.

DO NOT EAT HERE! This location has been hiding their health score rating for months! They made a 60%. I ate here last night and am now sick! Corporate is trying to hush it up too. Comments on their Facebook page have been blocked. Spread the word. They don't wash their hands or cook their food all the way. I'm DONE with this location. wsbtv.com/news/news/loca…

    (1)
  • Serena S.

RUDE SERVICE. You would think they would be nicer considering the health inspection rating but nope. No reason to eat here.

    (1)
  • Andy T.

Adding guac is $2!? Can't you tell me that BEFORE you slap a SCOOP of it on!? Aren't you supposed to TELL people!? I didn't even know that when you tell them "everything" then they're going to put everything that they can CHARGE on there too!! $10 for a burrito at a fast food place is outrageous.

    (1)
  • Hiro T.

It's a Chipotle...is there more to say? Oh, there is an ice cream shop next door, which makes this location so much better!

    (3)
  • Jeremy R.

Been there twice recently and the young lady they have wrapping the burritos just doesn't give a flip. Both times a loose and falling apart burrito. It was three weeks apart. You can eat a well wrapped Chipolte burrito carefully and not get it everywhere. A terrible wrap and the thing is all over your hands and the table and falling apart. Food is good otherwise. I'll just go to another Chipolte until they want to correct this.

    (2)
  • Andy L.

Please please please expand this location once Carvel closes. This location needs to expand terribly, and I have since heard that the Carvel Ice Cream next door is closing shop. Please expand and get some more seating at this location. This location has the same consistent good food that Chipotle is known for, but getting in and out of the parking lot is horrid from any direction. I sometimes want to visit, but the thought of parking on the side or backside of the strip mall sucks, and that's even IF you can find a spot. The Chipotle model has long since taken off due to fresh food with quality and actual flavor being keys. Take this model to a better location please!

  • Vu N.

Went here for lunch, ordered the chicken buritto. Chicken was dried as cardboard, sloppy burrito, they used "teaspoon" to scoop food, everybody in line having to request for proper fill of ingredients. Tables were dirty n trash filled to the top. First experience count, period.

    (1)
  • Drew M.

I will always and forever love Chipotle. This location gets really busy and parking can be a hassle, which are the only downsides. The food is always fresh and served in a prompt and timely manner. I just wish it was a little bigger so as to accommodate the growing number of Chipotle addicts!

  • Lisa Y.

Came by to have lunch with my LS, and this was nearby where I had to pick her up from so we decided to come here instead of our usual Pleasant Hill location. It's a lot smaller, IMO. Seating was hard to find, and very limited. At one point, I rushed my LS to finish and move our convo to Starbucks so that we could give our seats to another group who just got their meal. This place isn't idea when it's chilly/windy out since.. everyone wants to eat their meal inside, so finding comfort while eating isn't going to happen. But, closest one so it had to do. But I'll stick to my 3 other usual locations.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
