Disgusting and greasy food. Terrible customer, bad nasty attitudes but nothing compared to the filthy store and awful food. If you want to get shot, go pick it up, if not order and hope you don't get salmonella! New china is amazing, go there instead!

Quick delivery. Food was hot, tasted ok. The lemon pepper wings were great! The broccoli and beef...not as good. The beef was rubbery and there wasn't much gravy. I'll try them again, but won't order that again.

I didn't know I was going to China One, but I knew I wasn't cooking so I figured i'd give them a shot on a Friday afternoon I ordered the dinner special for orange chicken ($8.25), which I thought was supposed to come with fried rice and an egg roll, but I never got my egg roll. Serves me right for not checking my bag before I left. The rice was good, with nice large fresh broccoli mixed in with other standard veggies. They were really heavy handed on the orange shavings on the orange chicken though, and after a while it overpowered the flavor of the chicken. The chicken itself was breast, tender, fried, piping hot, and greasy, but I sorta expected that. Portion size wasn't huge, but large enough where I couldn't finish it in one sitting. It was pretty empty in China one, outside of the one sitting customer, who was playing youtube videos super loud, and the little kid doing acrobats on the booths, before getting yelled at and made to cry by staff (assuming he was one of their kids and not just some rando). Both, i'm sure, are isolated incidents, but just know that there's potential for things to get loud if you're dining in. Customer service was nice, but somewhat disorganized. The person who rang up my order not 5 minutes earlier tried to give me someone else's meal (that was sitting there when I placed my order) when she returned from the kitchen, and never gave me a receipt. Service was fast enough. I got my order in under 10 minutes. China one is in a little strip of a few small restaurants and a grocery store at the corner of Oakland road and Lawrenceville hwy, with plenty of parking. There's a few exits onto Lawrenceville hwy, as well as Oakland road, so getting in or out shouldn't be a problem.

Boneless ribs - mostly strips of fat. Scallops - boring breading, flavorless. - Special fried rice was OK. Won't order again.

They have the best wings and fried rice. I gave it a 4 bc I haven't really tried much else but every time I order it's hot and never takes long. Plus they have online ordering which is soooo convenient.

Food is great! And this is coming from an Asian person so you know it's good Chinese food. Their salt and pepper shrimp is yummy. Lemon pepper wings needed a tad bit more seasoning but it was still good- big juicy wings! OMG... won ton soup is thebomb.com .. the best hangover cure I tell you that! Crab rangoon is great, fried jumbo shrimp is yummy but a bit expensive for 6 pieces (however, their prices on everything else is great) fast delivery and great customer service from the man.who answers the phone! :) this is my go to Chinese food place

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
