Same great consistent Cracker Barrel experience that you would expect.

It's an average Cracker Barrel. Literally like every other one you've been to. Standard cleanliness. Standard menu. Standard store. Standard service. It is a solid 3 star restaurant.

I was out of town on a business trip and saw that these restaurants were all around town. I decided to give it a try and have dinner here with some of my coworkers. At first I couldn't believe how cheap the prices were but then figured that the portions were probably very small or that the food wasn't that good. I ordered their country fried chicken with a side of vegetables and beans. Although it looked so simple and plain, it was pretty good. They're biscuits are very delicious by the way. It's a Southern Style Meal!

I'm giving this place a good solid three star rating. It didn't nearly suck as bad as I anticipated after reading reviews on here. I actually left pleasantly surprised because my food was hot, correct and the service was pretty great. Safe spot to eat with kids, Mac and cheese was a must.

I love Cracker Barrel! Been going there for 30 years, and never had a bad breakfast. Until yesterday. My pancakes were way overcooked--dark, dark brown and they smelled like burnt oil. So I politely explained the problem and the waitress took them back to be replaced. She came right back and told me my new pancakes were already on the grill. Ten minutes later, I started to have an ugly feeling. Sure enough, when the new pancakes came out, they were exactly like the first batch. The waitress eventually removed my almost untouched plate without asking me why I left most of the pancakes. After a while, a manager stopped by my table and said, "I understand we replaced your pancakes." I explained that the second batch was no better. She said she would remove it from my bill, rather grudgingly, I thought. They removed $2.30 for the pecan pancakes and charged me $6.08 for the bacon and eggs portion of the breakfast combo. Considering the disappointment and inconvenience of the bad breakfast and then the snobby manager, $2.30 did not make my day brighter. I will never go back to this CB.

Worst Cracker Barrel ever. Chicken and dumplings should be called just dumplings. There were 2 tiny slivers of chicken in it. Do NOT even think about ordering green beans. They were foul. Corn muffins were burnt. My daughter ordered a burger which is usually a safe choice. It is the morning after the meal and she just threw it up. Sorry to be gross but do NOT eat there. I complained to the cashier who just told me that she had had several complaints that day and a cook had quit.

The service was amazing, everyone was so nice from the ladies working in the shop area to our servers. However, the food wasn't the greatest. It was bland and after gave my husband and I indigestion. We have eaten at our share of cracker barrels but this was the first time the food wasn't good.

I tried to warn them! My parents are visiting from NH and wanted to go to Cracker Barrel, so we did.... Everything went well at first until my mom asked for her usual meal, 2 pecan pancakes. Would you like meat with that? No thanks... Got the food, everything was decent. Not great but not awful. We got our bill. They charged us for the 3 pecan pancake meal. Samantha asked what she was supposed to do about it. "I asked you if you wanted meat but you said you didn't!" My mother asked to look at the menu again and showed Samantha the $4.69 price on the menu for the 2 pecan pancakes. She was still reluctant to change the price on the bill. She said the price of pecans were really high right now and that's why they cost $7.99 vs the price on the menu! A manager finally fixed the bill, but really should it be that difficult? Now we go to pay our bill. Parents are traveling and have to break a $100 bill *gasp*. Samantha won't take the $100. Oh we can't accept that! That's a weeks worth of pay for me. Sorry Samantha maybe you should try not over charging and your tips will probably get better! They go to the front and try to pay there, the person running he cash register also refused to take the money. They said there are a lot of counterfeit bills and we can't take a $100 bill. We ask it the my have the marker the bank has to check the bills. No we don't! You need to pay another way! Okay, this restaurant is right off of 95, everyone is on vacation and they usually carry cash! I can't believe this place couldn't even break a $100 bill for them! That's fine. We will not be going back! None of our future guest will be either.

Generally I would give this Cracker Barrel a good review, it is a local favorite. Most times you will receive the standard as in most typical chain establishments. At this location you never know what you might get. Since it's located on the interstate they are not as concerned with customer service or customer retention. Last week the service was standard and the food was perfect. The problem with standard service is you never get that little extra as a guest. Tonight I ordered my usual veggie soup, a typical favorite said to be homemade. When it was brought out the first time it was not even warm, barely even lukewarm. Very politely I asked the waitress if it was standard to microwave their soup and asked if I could please have a fresh (as in another new serving) that was at proper temperature one would expect of hot soup. When she entered the kitchen We could very clearly hear the cooks hooting and hollering- one yelled 'burn it' and they continued to Carry on very loudly. We were seated in the far back of the dining area. She promptly returned with my already dirty bowl that had now been walked through the entire dining area three times with my half eaten cracker now adjusted to another place on the plate. Upon sampling this reheated bowl of soup it was almost lukewarm to the touch, barely warmer than previous. She volunteered to heat it again. At this point my husband was almost finished with his large breakfast. I declined since the sandwich I ordered had already arrived and asked her to just remove it. She insisted upon giving it another tour through the dining room attempting to ensure I receive my order. The third time the manager returned with my soup and this time it was warm, not quite hot. Exhausted I tried to just give up and ask it to be removed from our order, again he insisted, so the soup goes back to the kitchen for the third time. Thankfully it came back nice and hot just as soup should be, sadly in a very dirty bowl (it had splashed about) and heaven only knows how many germs it retained in all its travel to and from. My husband sat patiently while I finished my meal and enjoyed another cup of coffee which was hotter than the soup even at half a cup. The manager apologized for the soup, and the noise which I brought to his attention but he never seemed genuine or concerned. In other instances in the past at favorite places where we have had an issue we have been offered free dessert or appetizer, even entire meals comped at less problems than this. But nothing, just the half hazard apology. We are regulars. This was our fourth visit in 10 days. So, it may be a great experience or it might be an exhausting endeavor- I'm sure we will return but we know we will never get a five (probably not even four) star experience. Try the pecan pie- then buy a whole one to enjoy all week - it's the very closest to homemade you will get and pure deliciousness!!

We always stop at a Cracker Barrel when traveling but this one is off the list. Waited 20 mins after being seated. Never got a server. Good thing there's a Dennys next door

We usually stop at a Cracker Barrel as we travel. The food is solid and the service is always good. If you're trying to make over 800 miles in one day, you don't want to waste a lot of time. This location was different than the others we've been to. It wasn't very busy, since we were after the lunch crunch, so it should have been speedy. We waited a while for the waitress to take our order. Then we waited....and waited....for about 30 min. When we got our food, the gravy and grits both had begun to solidify and crack on top. The temp was tepid. Some things we had to ask for twice. Hopefully, this will be a cautionary note to them that they need to pick up the service.

Husband and I wish we could give zero stars. Dishes were all slimy, obviously not washed in hot water, if they were washed at all...more likely just rinsed. Constant noise of dishes falling to the floor, in the kitchen. Had to return silverware twice. Also slimy. Breakfast was not even lukewarm. Server could not figure out how to substitute toast, for grits. Huge problem for her. The restaurant is obviously very poorly managed. We typically enjoy Cracker Barrel, but definitely will not go to this location again.

Pleasant wait staff, however kitchen can not keep up with demand. Ordered as same time as table next to us and they are, paid, and left before we got our food, this place stinks...

We were on our way to the Jacksonville airport on our return to Los Angeles. My daughter kept bugging about stopping at the Cracker Barrel after seeing their billboards along the highway. I am so glad we did because we had such a great tasting late breakfast. The place was packed and the wait was only about 10 minutes. The four of us ordered Homestyle chicken, scrambled eggs, and pancakes all for $24. All the food came out perfectly made and the waiter was very kind.

Stopped by for breakfast last Sunday with a large party and I really enjoyed the great service. Despite being really busy, our food came out very quickly and everyones meals were cooked perfectly.

My family moved to the area 3 months ago and we've eaten here 3 times so far. Every time we've been here the service has been awesome! Food was excellent the first 2 times, the last time my pot roast tasted funny and was mostly fat. After speaking to the server my order was immediately fixed. I will be going back and would recommend!

Catfish sandwich and my wife had a muffin with Bananas. Fish was grilled just right and I love their breaded onion rings. Server wasn't the fastest, had to remind her for things a couple of times. I'd stop again for the Catfish!
