Always a good go to for a super casual dinner/lunch. The woman working the resister, Shay, was very friendly and accommodating. I ordered the New York Yankee, which was piled high with meat. My mom ordered a Turkey Ruben, which was not on the menu, but Shay was still able to make it happen. Also, I love the civic pride with the Kennesaw pictures!

I love Jason's Deli. Everything is great here. Haven't had anything I didn't like. The prices are high for what it is but that seems like what all the slightly higher end soup and sandwich places. The chicken pot pie soup is amazing.

I have been here a few times. Always busy and the food has always been good. The sandwich meat, as with all processes food, is salty. The restaurant is clean and the staff seem to hold it together.

This huge free-standing Jason's easily earns four stars for high quality and great tasting salad bar, sandwiches, chili (yes!), and free soft ice cream. Prices are excellent for the large servings and endless salad bar. Semi-table service as sandwiches are delivered. Couscous at salad bar terrific! Easy going atmosphere with plenty of varied seating. We'll be back soon.

I'm giving them a three because no matter what you say, how many times you ask or what you do the Reuben comes out soggy. I love Jasons but heck if they can't make a Reuben then Houston we have a problem.

French onion soup is too salty.

Great food but this place is embarrassingly slow. Was disappointed in how long they take. Be sure to budget your time.

This place is good for what it is. If you want to zip in and zip out for a quick meal but don't want to drive through and clog your arteries somewhere than this is your spot. They have quick healthy options for every palate. I had the salmon sandwhich and it was quite tasty. I had a great balanced meal for under 10 dollars and I was in and out in less than 20 mins. You can't beat that for lunch!

I love Jason's Deli. The salad bar is awesome with an array of toppings, spring mix, spinach, nuts, all kinds of veggies, hummus, muffins, and so much more!! The sandwiches are delicious. I don't think I have ever had a bad meal!! Plus, the catering side is really good!

This was my first experience at a Jason's deli, and I am happy to say it was a good one. Got there around 9pm, an hour till close, and it was nice to see that they weren't rushing people to finish like some places do. I got the salad bar, and it did not disappoint. Everything looked very fresh, and there some organic choices. The crackers are also organic. There was a nice variety of toppings and they even had spinach as a choice of the greens. The workers were very friendly and attentive, and the price for a nice salad bar that is kept clean. Good job, Jason.

We always enjoy our experience at Jason's Deli. The food is always fresh and served promptly after ordering. We have never went wrong ordering the salad bar. Plenty of vegetables and toppings for your salad. In addition to the salad, they have very good pasta salad and deserts such as chocolate and banana pudding. As for the sandwiches, we have tried both the California Club and Club Royale. Each very appetizing. My favorite is the California Club with the very tasty guacamole. Each sandwich is served with your choice of fruit or chips. Jason's Deli isn't expensive at all. For the quality and array of healthy options I would expect to pay a lot more at other places. As always, we will continue visiting this location!!

Clean Excellent service Quality product Had probably the best French dip I have ever had. It is huge and the meat is excellent. I didn't even try any of the other items...couldn't get enough of the French dip. It isn't cheap, but they give you free ice cream. Besides, did I mention the sandwich was huge?

Love this place! Every time I crave a good sandwich or a salad combo I come here. First poor experience today that I hope they'll fix. I ordered to go ahead of time and as I came in I stood in front of the register for 5 minutes and none of the cashiers came to ask if needed help. Three cashiers literally made eye contact and walked right pas and didn't bother. So naturally I had to very loudly say "can I please get some help over here?!" One of them turned and said oh yea sorry and another came to ring me up. Like is said, food is great and this is absolutely my go to for a sandwich, I just hope managers invest in training their employees on customer service because today my experience was just down right rude.

The wife and I decide to stop in for a quick dinner. I order the salad bar and she decides on a wrap. Let the games begin.... So we find a table and I immediately head to the salad bar. Slim pickings..... Hardly any lettuce left, what was there was waterlogged and brown, other containers for toppings......Empty!! Gee do you think somebody could maybe keep a better eye on this!! Any rate I return to the table....Wife has no food yet so we wait and wait and wait....Finally after 20 minutes for a damn wrap she heads back to the counter to inquire. Finally it's ready. She returns with a wrap containing $6 Dollars worth of lettuce and $1.50 in meat. Jasons used to be good when they first opened up, but now days it seems like they are like the rest of the money grabbing chains and only care about the bottom line. I won't be back and will tell others this place sucks!!!!!

Food was good and like the side bar but, two plain sandwiches n two water costing $20. is a little crazy. I understand it's expensive real estate but still hurts my pocket book.

My wife and I came here during lunch on Saturday, it was packed but decided to wait. We ordered food and after about 20 minutes we started wondering where was our food. I went in to check on it and turns out, they had duplicate order numbers and sent our food to the wrong table. The manger, John, apologized and brought our food out right away and gave us a gift card for the long wait. Way to turn a bad situation into a great one!

  • Anonymous S.

Good food but over priced. Would've given it a 5 star if it wasn't so expensive. That being said, it was very busy but we didn't have to wait. They did a good job keeping everything fast. I will be back soon.

Went here about 4:00 this afternoon. I ordered the Cuban Panini with a salad bar. Sandwich was hot but nothing special. I actually like Panera Bread's Cuban sandwich better and should have gone across the street to Panera Bread. Salad bar was nothing special. Basic choices for toppings but couldn't try some since they were not labeled. I am sensitive to certain foods so I have to be careful what I eat. I expect restaurants to label foods so patrons know what is available - especially those with food allergies. That's like cooking with peanut oil and not informing customers. Won't be back simply because salad bar ingredients were not labeled. Won't risk eating something that will make me ill.

The only reason why I'm giving this place three stars is because the food is really delicious. However, I've experienced poor customer service the last two visits. Last week, I ordered a sandwich with a fruit cup, but the fruit cup was moldy! Called the manager, and he was very kind to give me the same meal for free at my next visit. The way he handled the situation made me want to go back and give them a second chance. Today I tried to get my free meal and it ended up being frustrating and a mess. I order at the drive-thru, and to speed up the order, I attempted to inform the cashier about the free meal. However, as soon as I mentioned "manager" she cut me off and said, "You'd like the manager special. $9.84. Please see me at the window." Employees should never interrupt a customer when they are talking. As I drove to the window, I tried to explain my situation but was given an eye-roll and asked to wait. Luckily, the manager was very patient and allowed me to explain myself fully. He then apologized and waived the meal. Unfortunately once I got home, I discovered that I was given half a sandwich with none of the topping I asked for! This location needs employees that will be active listeners and pay close attention to details. I'm beyond frustrated that I experience poor service twice! If you want great food at a decent price, check Jason's Deli out. However, be wary of the customer service.

To be honest, I really didn't love anything other than the food at this location. Walking in, I noticed immediately how labyrinthian the layout was. I felt like I was walking through a maze just trying to get from the drink station to a seat, and then to the bathroom. Tables are too close together and the flow is very schizophrenic feeling. I'd recommend removing about half the tables and creating a more open feel. Conversely, they have abundant, FANTASTIC outdoor seating with umbrellas. Anyone in their right mind would choose to sit outside after walking inside and encountering a sea of confused and hungry faces at lunchtime. As for the food, I got the zucchini grillini and found it to be just exactly what the doctor ordered. I didn't eat all the bread, and opted for the steamed veggies as a side. It felt like a sufficiently healthy lunch. Picked off the red onions, too, since I was having a lunch meeting and didn't want to dragon-breath my friend away. Overall, I guess I could eat here. I'd probably opt for takeout or perhaps wander outside again if eating onsite.

I finally got a chance to check out the newer restaurant establishments that have opened up just minutes from my place. I kept insisting to the beau to try this place out because an old buddy of mine loves this place so much and he took me to a Jason's Deli once or twice several years ago. Plus, like Edward L., it's right outside our apartment. We took some time perusing the menu since we're both pretty unfamiliar with the place and decided to order a Quarter Ham & Salami Muffaletta with chips and a cup of spicy seafood gumbo ($6.99) and a Wild Salmon-Wich with fruit ($8.29). Once again, I had the "manlier" looking meal lol. I went against my better judgement with my distaste for olives and salty ham, coupled with the fact that I vaguely remembered a friend of mine letting me try a muffaletta sandwich oh so many years ago.. but I didn't enjoy my muffaletta very much. The bread was nicely toasted though, with a nice crunch and it wasn't overly hard. The gumbo portion was tiny and wasn't anything I imagined it to be (it was a little cup of a black abyss with some rice on top). I hardly ate any of that as well. The beau liked his salmon-wich but commented that it was so small and his fruit was okay. The saving grace was the FREE ice cream. Granted, they only offer vanilla, chocolate, and a combination of the two. However, it was very tasty.. even the beau thought so, and he isn't even a fan of ice cream. The only downer was that "soft-serve" didn't describe the ice cream justly. Meaning.. the ice cream wasn't fully set and almost fell over on my cone so I had to get a little bowl to keep from making a mess. Service was okay for the most part, given that it's mainly a self-serve kind of restaurant. The cashier was friendly and the girl who brought out our food was as well. However, it did irk me that a LOT of the tables were dirty and the staff was focused on sweeping than clearing the dishes away. Mind you, it was an off-peak time with maybe two or three other couples in the restaurant and there were two staff members on the floor. Did I mention I hate it when people sweep while I'm eating? Why kick up dust, dirt, and other unmentionables into the air around the food you're about to put into your mouth? Meh. They do have a convenient drive-thru, but I don't think either one of us like the place enough to come back again, or frequently. FYI, there are two entrances -- one on the side and one on the back. If your car is lowered at all, avoid the entrance in the back!

This Jason's Deli is located right outside my apartment and I enjoy coming here at least once a week. It's a very clean dinning environment with a large selection of food. I recommend the club royale. There is a drive thru, although I would not advise ordering from there. They have messed up my order twice, but were very apologetic about it. The best part about eating inside is the free ice cream you get with your meal. I don't know how a business can sell itself better than free dessert!

I was in here for a salad last night with my he-boo. We opted for the salad bar and I must say that they have a pretty good selection of items to add to a salad. They also have banana pudding on the bar, however I don't eat just anybody's banana pudding (just my granny's). I also order from here for lunch sometimes and they have really good baked potatoes too with different fixings. This is one of my staple places to go.

I have been eagerly anticipating the opening of this Jason's Deli, which is located on Barrett Parkway between the Subaru dealership and Ethan Allen. For those of you unfamiliar with Jason's they offer a large number of sandwiches, paninis, wraps, pastas, soups, potatoes, muffalettas, and an excellent salad bar. I have tried several things on the menu over the years I have been a Jason's customer, but my favorite is the Chicken Panini. Pressed French bread, with Chicken breast, provolone, basil pesto sauce with nuts, tomatoes, and spinach. The salad bar is my husband's favorite - lots of choices and fresh ingredients. Other stand outs are the Reuben and the Beefeater. They also offer several gluten free and vegetarian menu options, and you can find related menus on their web site. I was excited to see that this location offers delivery and also has a drive-thru. I used the drive-thru tonight and was surprised to see that the drive-thru menu is very limited compared to what you can get inside the restaurant. However, when I inquired about whether I could order the Panini they prepared it for me without hesitation. They have three dedicated parking spots for people in the drive-thru who order things that may take longer time to prepare. Sandwiches average around $7 and include chips. Bonus - Everyone gets free soft serve ice cream with their meal! Sweet!

This place easily earns 4 stars. I love that they have a nice variety of organic options and an "appetizer" station that contains mini muffins and crackers of many varieties while you wait for your order to be delivered to your table. Also, when you are finished with your meal, you can visit the free soft serve ice cream bar. Winning! The salad bar is always clean, the ingredients are fresh and it's fully stocked. I'm not a soda person, but appreciate the diet Dr. Pepper and Coke Zero options because when I'm in the mood for a soft drink, those are the only two I'll drink. I usually get a manager's special that includes a soup and half sandwich. It's always satisfying and great portions. A party of 2 can get out of there spending under $20 and be fully satiated. The staff is always friendly and someone generally comes by at least once during your meal to see if they can get you anything. For semi-table service, it is a lot better than a number of places I've been that have been full service.

We were there last evening and my partner and a neighbor had ordered the salad with the salmon and when they received their order, the salmon was not very good and they returned it to the counter and changed it to chicken...the manager bought the new salads to the table and was very apologetic about the problem and refunded the amounts without us saying anything and then return to make sure everything was too our satisfaction...That is what a GOOD manager is about....5 Stars

I have been here a few times. Always busy and the food has always been good. The sandwich meat, as with all processes food, is salty. The restaurant is clean and the staff seem to hold it together.

I'm giving them a three because no matter what you say, how many times you ask or what you do the Reuben comes out soggy. I love Jasons but heck if they can't make a Reuben then Houston we have a problem.

Great food but this place is embarrassingly slow. Was disappointed in how long they take. Be sure to budget your time.
