If you've tried Firehouse Subs, and still think Subway, Blimpie, Jersey Mikes, or any of that stuff is better....you need to have your head looked at

Firehouse is a decent sandwich shop. Different than Subway in that it's not an exercise of building or customizing your sandwich, which I want to avoid more and more. Might be the hearing disability - it's sometimes hard for me to communicate effectively with people behind a counter. Firehouse is more like Quizno's although there's some decision-making to be done there, too. I like Firehouse's various offerings and really like the 500 calorie sandwich menu. With this last visit, I had the sriracha beef, which was sized just right for me. The hook and ladder light is also quite good. Friendly, quick service. Nice space. Not loud at all. When did they start doing the mass-greeting thing? Not as bad as Moe's but unnecessary.

Excellent food and friendly staff. I'd driven by this several times without noticing it was there. I'm happy to find it and my order was processed quickly.

Food is absolutely fantastic! Every sandwich I've ever gotten from here has been delicious. I do feel it's a little overpriced though and the chairs and tables are always so jammed in even when they're not busy. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this place. Just get the order to go instead of eating there.

Great location, Manager & staff. Greeted with welcome to Firehouse Subs & my sandwich(Steak & cheese) was hot & delicious. If you have not tried Firehouse Subs, you haven't tried a real sub.

My father in law talked very highly of this place. When I came here I thought it was pretty mediocre. It was bright and inviting with a ton of parking but when I got my sub; it was a bit soggy. I got the hook and ladder which comes with smoked turkey breast, Virginia honey ham, Monterey jack topped with mayo, tomatoes, and lettuce. I think I would rather go to Subway where they have cheaper prices and great taste.

I love Firehouse and these guys are the best around. They get pretty busy on the weekend, but they're fast for what you're getting.

FIRST- comparisons to Subway are BLASPHEMOUS. Really. Like oranges and apples. This place makes DELICIOUS, high quality, stuffed, sandwiches. I had the "Hook & Ladder" for lunch one day, and had to go back the NEXT day for another! Everyone is SO friendly. The moment you hit the door, you hear "Welcome to Firehouse!" multiple times. It's like a party just 'cause YOU walked through the door. Very nice young ladies, Renee and Jalisha, seem to always be there, and the best thing is that they and all the staff seem HAPPY to be at work. Amazing. They also have the most incredible DRINK dispenser EVER! 120 different varieties of drinks that YOU mix yourself! Just so you know, they have the strangest onions ever. They have NO taste or smell. Yep, non-smelly onions. Makes me think that onions derive their taste from that awful smell. LOVE this place! I just wish they DELIVERED without a $20.00 delivery FEE (wt??)- lol!

Quick, Tasty and Decently Priced. I had the roast beef melt and it was damn good!

I'd prefer to give it 3.5 but we can't give 1/2 stars here. I had my first sub tonight and while good it wasn't spectacular. The pros - The price very reasonable for the quality you get. The staff is very friendly, I was greeted before the door had a chance to close. They even give you a cup to get a drink while you wait which I thought was very cool. The bread was soft but not soggy. I have to agree with another reviewer about the onions, very mild ones. The mustard was spicy which I enjoyed. The negatives - The pastrami while it was good needed more spice to it, I'm used to deli's in the northeast. And when they told me it came "all the way" I'm glad I looked because they wanted to put mayo on it. Who in their right minds puts mayo on a pastrami sandwich. I will go there again and try another sub soon.

A footlong sub is 8.47. A 6 inch combo with a drink and chips is listed on the menu above the footlong price which is 2.49 extra. Lets break it down: Footlong ( no drink or chips) above 8.50 6 inch with drink and chips over 10.00 (less for more). Food ranges from 2-3 stars depending on the employees. My sub was a 2. Employees were courteous, but I didnt pay upwards of $9 for a footlong sub for someone to be nice to me. Anybody who gives this place more then 3 stars must of got hit in the head by a fire ladder on the way in. If you give it 5 stars the ladder knocked you unconscious. You want a real sub were everything doesnt taste the same? Me too. Tell me were to go

Call it 3.5 stars. Just ok, but with opportunities to be better. Friendly helpful staffers. Nice, firehouse inspired decor. The sandwiches suffer from meh, soft bread, flavorless ham, and the propensity to be so drenched in dressing that the roll becomes spongy. Unlike Subway, Firehouse does have a fair amount of meat on their sandwiches, and they don't seem to be as expensive as Jimmy Johns. Overall in the Kennesaw/Chastain corridor sandwich wars my forced ranking for fast food subs is 1.) Jimmy Johns, then 2.) Firehouse, then 3.) Subway, for relative flavor and dining experience...

This location has amazing customer service! The store owner was working along side his employees' to hand customers their food. He made a point to make everyone in his restruraunt feel at home.

We had dinner here tonight because we had a coupon. We were greeted immediately, ordered and had our food within minutes. When we were done, they thanked us for coming and bid us a good evening. The store is very clean and I will be coming back soon.

Great subs with soft warm bread. Equally delicious as Jersey Mikes in a different way.
