I work for a new business in the area and Kim called us the first week to offer to "welcome us to the neighborhood" and bring lunch to all of our employees. I scheduled them to come in, not thinking during a time before I was scheduled. (I'm the evening receptionist coming in at 3pm) No big deal, just told a coworker to save one. Low and behold, I walk in and everyone raved about their delicious sandwiches. Five minutes later, Kim pulls up with a fresh sandwich just for me! Such a sweet thing to do! Not that I'm not already loyal, but I will be even more so now! Thanks for the pleasant hospitality, Kim!

This is the rudest chick fil a I have ever been to. I went one morning to get breakfast with what should have been PLENTY of time to order before 10:30 am. Well 20 min later I FINALLY get to place my order in the drive thru and it is now 10:33 am. Guess what - they refused to serve breakfast! I was a long time chick fil a enthusiast but now I don't think I will ever give them my money again. You bunch of gay hating assholes can take your 'it was my pleasure' fake customer service BS and shove it.

This Chic-Fil-A was very busy like most other locations. It is near a high traffic area, but tucked away in a shopping center, so not easily accesible. They deliver the food to your table here, which is nice. I have to comment on their restroom though. It is complete with sprays to hide odor, but that cannot make up for their bizzare toilet arrangement. Whoever the engineer was did not plan accordingly as there is one stall in the Men's bathroom that is perpendicular to the other stall and half the size. I didn't try it out, but it definitely could not fit an overweight person since it is only about two feet wide. Outside of this oddity, food was good and so was the service.

I've lived here in kennesaw for a year now and it doesn't matter what time of day it is you absolutely CANNOT get through the drive through on Barrett parkway. The parking lot is impossible. This location is so slow and it has been since I've been here. Chick fil a I have been a customer my entire life but this is really putting a negative light on your brand for me. I hope you will go the extra length to fix the parking lot and speed up the drive through line. You'll make a huge difference if so. Just so you know I've been in the drive though line for twenty minutes. The Parking lot size should not even allow that capacity.

Chic fil a is always on par imo, but for the love of God, this location needs an update. There are approximately 15 to 20 cars in line at the drive thru right now. it's usually this way. food is good and when you have time, worth the wait but I would come here more often if they had the double drive through like the rest of them. yum yum!

Normally this Chick Fil A location is pretty good, but almost always busy. The drive thru has a terrible design and mucks a good bit of parking by the main door. Tonight we did NOT have a good experience in the drive thru. We were trying to get out of town and wanted a quick chicken meal to eat on the way. I was a little before 9 and not very crowded, but our drive thru visit turned into an 18 minute ordeal. We had to go into the store for the things they did bother to give us before asking to pull over for 10+ minutes waiting for our order. When they did come out with the food they had multiple cars waiting and did not even know which one to give the food to. When asked the server about leaving a comment regarding our experience she seemed unconcerned. I am not sure this location can handle the business it has.

The service here is amazing. They are so organized at lunch time which makes big crowds move faster. The employees are so nice! They walk around asking if anyone needs a refill or if you want them to take your tray. They also bring food to your table which is great especially when you have kids like me. The manager was visible at one point and it was nice to see him cheer on his employees. Bathrooms are really clean and equipped with everything you will ever need. Will be back!

Another awesome experience at Chic fil a!! They have a mommy valet here! They set up my table for me put down the kids place mats brought us out food and refilled drinks! My littles had a great time at ye indoor playground I would have rated a 5 star but the playground needed a nice cleaning by other wise it was amazing!

Good food like all CFAs! But the service is ridiculously slow! Been here on a few occasions at around 6-7pm and end up sitting in the drive thru for at least 20 minutes. If you're in a rush, I'd consider going elsewhere.

I can always count on "My" Chickfila to give me fast friendly service. My son & I frequent this location often. It's always clean. The staff is always so friendly. The food is always fresh and I can't help but to keep coming back for more. I've had one bad experience in the past year where the drive thru guy told me they were not allowed to give out more than one chickfila sauce but I called the manager on duty who made me feel like that would never happen again. You should eat here! It's great! The number 2 is my favorite but my son loves the kids nugget meal and he always substitutes his prize for an ice cream in the cup.

This location does a large volume at lunch, and they move the lines along really quickly. Even when I pull up to the drive-through and the line is wrapped around the building, it consistently moves fast. The food is standard for a Chick-fil-A (good for fast food). The staff has always been friendly and service-driven. They have one of those stations after the drive-through for condiments, which I don't love because it's one more person to talk to, but they're always very nice.
