The kids got their usual chicken with wild rice and Asian sesame salad. It's their favorite and we go on Tuesdays to make sure they have the soup. They devoured it as usual. I don't remember them bringing your food to your table before. That was a bonus. When you are out with three little kids alone, it's the little things that help much.

I ordered Mac and cheese and a cup of baked potato soup. The Mac and cheese was soupy, I enjoyed it however I felt like the shells were somewhat hard. The baked potato soup was definitely not my favorite. From the first bite to the last there was a very dominant flavor of ( I think) chives. It took me so while to figure what the taste was. The environment is extremely chilly, if you have been running outside it'll feel amazing but....especially if you're cold intolerant, bring a sweater. If you ask me what my favorite thing was us.....the LAND O LAKES Whipped Butter squares.

We just moved to this area and it's my second time to come here. The portion is too small comparing to other locations except the drink.

Excellent sandwiches and food,$$$/4, bland interior, friendly quick service Consistently good food. Love their soups and seasonal specials. Love their sandwiches and baked goods. Always quality ingredients Good service and quick. Can order before hand and pick up. Like that they have Wi-Fi and tons of seating and parking. A tad expensive for sandwiches and soup but their bread and salad is very good. Only thing I don't like is that there's always a line at the counter Would definitely recommend and would be going back

This is my spot. When I'm running late for work and don't have time to make my own breakfast, I will swing in here. Bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich on an asiago bagel with a large, dark roast coffee is the best start I could have to a day. The staff is friendly and quick.

I love Panera's menu, but I hate how they always run out of the food. Last time I wanted Turkey Chili in a bread bowl but they had no more bread bowls. This time, I wanted a Mediterranean flatbread, but since they ran out of chicken, I had to order the Turkey Cranberry instead, which was more expensive. On the side, I asked for a baguette, but (surprise!) no more. My friend ordered a whole wheat roll but they had no more of that either. Lastly, when I went to buy a dessert, they had no chocolate chip cookies! Never has a Panera location lacked so much of their menu before. Unacceptable. Otherwise, probably a 4. They've been known to mess up orders as well (no, I did not want an apple thank you very much).

Hate this place, last time when I order to go, they missed my sandwich, called the manager, was told come back to pick up, then have to drive back, the staff said no sorry, just throw the left over sandwich to me without bag , have to ask for the bag, hate it, no more this store

Okay it was ok, for the quick lunch. Tv.commercial is puffing in the real world is not.But I survived. I will try again. Maybe I am not just used with their food. I had the tomatoes soup and the Mediterranean salad. But the best of the best they have the great intention with their clients. ...I had an Apple. This was awesome! That's why I'm going back again. Thank you!

Big Panera Bread! Lots of seating, booths, tables. Nice looking inside. Got a salad to go - Mediterranean Salmon - EXCELLENT!! They messed up and gave me bread instead of chips - but someone ate it.

We have encountered numerous problems when visiting this location at 11715 Medlock Bridge Road. The kitchen and dining room tables are filthy every time we've gone and they always run out of items in the middle of the day. The management is stingy and appears to be incompetent. If you ask for croutons for your soup or salad, they will give you literally 2 croutons! Try asking for a piece of bread with your order- you will get attitude from the staff. Items here are often not even prepared to Panera standards. Stay away from this location- there are many alternatives nearby.

Last week i had a bowl of very expensive soup for what was dishwater with fat and congealed chicken floating on top - still makes me feel sick - so overrated.

Do not order their shrimp and soba noodle salad. The shrimp was microwaved or aged. Noodles dry inside. Otherwise I love paneras menu!

My husband and I travel to Johns Creek for business every month. Over the last year or more we have witnessed a huge decline in the quality and offerings of this Panera location. It is very disappointing since we stay in a very nearby hotel that doesn't offer free breakfast. We used to enjoy visiting this Panera on every trip. Now their service is poor, the food is just so so and they have such a small selection compared to other locations I can't ever find anything I like that meets my dietary requirements. They are out of scones, cookies, and muffins. And I kid you not, a few months ago they were actually out of BREAD! All the empty tables are dirty and there are always multiple people just hanging out with their computers while people who actually want to eat have no place to sit unless they clean a table themselves. I don't know what happened here but we are thinking if staying elsewhere in the future since the once shining star of our trips has fallen to the bottom...hard!

Food quality is always excellent. Family friendly and free wifi and outlet for computers for working lunch. Quick service. No drive thru.

Awesome! Consistently good food...I typically go for breakfast, but their lunch is pretty good as well. Love the chocolate croissant! And their scones and just about everything there really. Check it out! I really like eating here more than the more formal sit down breakfast places.

This is one of my family's go-to places for those nights when we don't feel like cooking but want something healthy. I LOVE the fact that they post the calorie counts on the wall so you know what kind of a meal you are building. I am a big fan of the You Pick Two- my usual is half Tomato Mozzarella Panini with a Greek salad which is a huge meal and quite delicious. I have never had a problem with any of the salads here, they are always fresh and crisp but the soups are just okay. The sandwiches are gigantic and come with chips, bread or an apple which is a huge plus as I hate having to pay extra for sides. The bagels are great but if you want a large variety you have to come in the morning. They charge for a side of cream cheese which is a bit annoying but the coffee is pretty decent. Oh, those gorgeous looking desserts that tempt you when you walk in aren't worth your time, having them placed in the case like that just dries them out. Also, I've seen lots of little ones put their hands under the gap in the plastic display case so there is no telling how many times the items in the front have been touched. Eww. Stick with the Cafe items and the bagels and you'll do fine.

I go to Panera all too often to grab a quick bagel or a Greek salad when I don't feel like going out for lunch. They recently added a rewards program and it seems I always get free stuff I don't want - pastries, espresso drinks, smoothies and more pastries. Sometimes I'll be nice and get the pastry for my co-worker, but I try to keep expectations low most of the time. Today I decided to cash in my free smoothie, since it was about to expire and has been on my account for a couple months now. I chose the low-fat black cherry and it was actually quite good! I tend to lean more toward warm drinks - especially in the morning - but I wanted to switch it up a little. I'll never be able to finish the whole thing, as it's quite filling and very, very cold, but the black cherry taste is nice and strong as I'd like it to be and the cute pink straw made my morning that much brighter. I'm not sure I'd order one again, but I'll definitely be back to this Panera at least 200 times in the next year. The staff is friendly and with the exception of the times I get stuck in line behind the Johns Creek soccer moms I can usually get in and out quite quickly.

They have a good deal of electrical outlets for the laptoppers (even signs above the tables with them so you/I don't have to creep around ;) It's typically not that crowded which works. Other than that... it's a Panera. Eat a Mediterranean Veggie sandwich and enjoy your health :)

First, it should be known that I LOVE PANERA BREAD! One of my favorite places to eat. This location, although nice and fairly new, is NOT my favorite. It is about a five minute drive from my home- but I would rather drive the further distance to the Norcross location. This location seem to ALWAYS be out of cookies. This is upsetting because I LOVE the Chocolate Chipper Cookie. Twice, this week, I have gone for this delicious treat, and they were out! Not only were they out of this treat, they were out of ALL cookies. I have some choice words for the cookie monster manager, who continues to allow this to happen! The food quality for the most part is good, with the exception of the time when I ordered a Fontina Grilled Cheese, and it was served saggy. I would provide a higher rating for the food quality, but the lack of available bakery items is so serious. I think the staff also gets lazy about ninety minutes to an hour before closing time.

Six or seven years ago, when the 'bread company' craze was at its peak, I along with apparently millions of others, tried Atlanta Bread, Panera Bread, and several others. The gradual lackluster homogeneity of all of them caused me to stop patronizing any of them. There were no outstanding products nor culinary execution in what could have been healthful, solid, and delectable lunch dining. I believe 'corporate think' resulted in food that was about original as buying a silver or black SUV. Tonight, our best friends asked us if we would care to join them at Panera for sandwiches, salads, and soups. In love of their valuable company, we agreed. I'm glad we did. Panera has done a very good job of creating varied and interesting menu items. I ordered a chicken salad with almonds and grapes on semolina sesame bread. Wife got a sliced turkey with smoked provolone and garden on raisin bread, with a cream of broccoli soup side. Nice and tasty. We'll be back.
