This chipotle is ALWAYS crowded. There's never less than a 30 min wait. The staff seem to be moving and doing their best to get the line moving but it's just always really crowded.

Giving this location 3 stars because the food is awesome (it is Chipotle, of course) however the service here is so.... eh. I always place my order ahead of time but if I have to stand by for 20+ minutes just to get my order then why even bother? I see people that join the line after I've been waiting get served before me. Busy location with great potential, but I reeeeally need them to step their game up.

Delicious!!! My number one choice for some burritos or burrito bowls. Only two problems, long lines (but deliciousness makes up for it) and salty chips. The chips are very salty. They look like they've come from a diamond mine. Price is decent, food is great, and the atmosphere is nice. Overall I would definitely buy you a meal if you have never been.

They rarely pick up their telephone and their fax-in ordering is less than ideal. On two different occasions we faxed in (our company) and they said they'd be ready at a specific time and when we arrived had to wait more than a half an hour. ... They then said their fax was broken...it still is ... Weeks later when we try to fax in our order again, we try to call them to verify that their fax-in order is operational NO ONE ANSWERS... .. They did offer some free meal coupons for the first fiasco, they asked us to fax in earlier which we did...but now...dot dot dot...

In general, I am a fan of Chipotle. This is the location is where I first tasted their food back around 2005-6 so thought I'd review this one. Now that they are uber popular, the lines are dang near out the door. You can order online via their website, but the expected pick up time is usually 45 minutes so plan ahead. That long line experience I have had at multiple locations. This location usually has a quality rating in the mid to high 80's up to the low 90's. That line though. Smh. On several occasions I have gotten off at this exit just for this establishment, saw the line inside and kept driving. They need more locations in Gwinnett, better yet throughout Atlanta. Your food is in high demand, meet the need. I wonder how many times people have been deterred by those lines and chosen somewhere else to eat. I tried it. I just drove home and made something to eat. If your craving Chipotle, nothing else fast food wise will do. It's garbage compared to this place. This is about as bad as I will eat when dining out on fast food. The guac is good too. I don't like paying $2 for it but get it anyway. Try counting the calories on the website. It gives you a breakdown of what each item will add to your meal by the calories, protein, carbs, etc. If you get a salad, no rice, no cheese, no sour cream and no guacamole with chicken, it is roughly 650 calories. If you add all of those items your pushing 1000. Seriously! The taste is better with all of those things but it looks better in the pan than on you. Ladies, try Kanye's Work Out Plan. It gets results. I would give this 3.5 but 4 will do.

I've been to this location several times and it's always busy, no matter the time (that means it's good). The food is amazing! I came in tonight with a friend and we both had the burrito bowl with adobo-marinated grilled chicken, rice, black beans, fresh tomato salsa, roasted chili-corn salsa, tomatillo-green chili salsa, chopped lettuce, and of course with guacamole (extra charge) and sour cream. It tastes better than a burrito! :-)

Today makes the 3rd time I've visited this location & have had lukewarm food with raw vegetables. I got a chicken bowl with lettuce, pinto beans, fajita veggies (which are completely undercooked), brown rice, guacamole, pico & green salsa. This is a lighter portion of what I would normally get, as I have a busy day ahead & a lot of running around to do, didn't need anything to weigh me down. The chicken's temperature is not as hot as it should be, and the crunchy fajita veggies kinda ruined it for me. Still love Chipotle, just won't be returning to this particular location.

Usually wouldn't write a review for Chipotle, but this one has exceptionally good service and quantity. Came here at 5pm today, was super busy, but got through the line quickly. Staff is generous with quantity. Great seating inside and outside. Five stars.

Love the food and that's why I come back, but there is always a giant wait. Even if you order on the app it will still be a 15 minute wait. Don't go here if you are hungry or in a hurry.

It is in a good location, but it's a pain to drive into this Chipotle. Unless you are coming in from 85, you either have to U-turn and go through Panda Express and a car dealership and come around again or drive across 85 and u-turn back to a short turn into Chipotle. Once is not bad, but thrice or more, it starts to bother.

Why isn't anyone wearing a hair net? Also, slowest Chipotle I've ever been to. Glaciers move faster. Actually a real, made of ice, Arctic glacier could have made my bowl faster.

    (2)
  • Sean C.

LOVE LOVE LOVEEEE Chipotle....this location, however, is probably one of the slower moving lines of all the ones i've been to. It always just looks like they're understaffed. Pretty consistently slow lines. Outside of that - everything is always on point!

  • Arpan M.

Pretty solid experience. The place was packed on a Saturday night, but the staff did a great job of being as quick and efficient as possible. The new Sofritas bowl they offer was great. The sofritas is basically shredded tofu marinated in spices. It was tasteful and they were generous with their portions (my wife and I shared one bowl). I'd definitely come back.

Might as well order a Veggie anything cause they dish out the meat like they used the last Cow and Chicken on the farm. I could count the pieces of Chicken in my bowl... I tried asking for more and the look I got? You would have thought they were feeding me for free.. Sigh... what happened to the old Chipotle I fell in love with. By the way the customer service is TERRIBLE.

Located right off the Pleasant Hill exit on 85, this Chipotle gets heavy foot traffic around lunch time. The service has gotten a lot faster. I remember on past visits waiting 20 to 30 minutes with only 10 or so people in line. I'm not sure if this is a nationwide thing but the prices at this location have gone up. A steak or barbacoa burrito is now $7.20. Guacamole has gone up 10 cents, and even chips are more expensive.

  • Serena S.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. I avoid this place now like the plague. The entire experience everytime I've gone has been horrendous. Who wants to wait 20 minutes to order in a line wrapped around the restaurant and ppl eating. The workers are rude and place is disgusting.

    (1)
  • Krystal H.

Um...yuk. Like other reviewers have specified, this review is for this location only. I love Chipotle. I've probably visited 20 nationally and internationally. This one is the worst. Taco shells and chips both stale. Chicken dried out. I don't know WHAT they did to that that pico de gallo. Margarita way too sweet. Just avoid.

  • Foodie C.

Overpriced bad food & service, will never return. $2 extra for this and that, $10 burrito should taste better than what they sell. Yucky food, but never will go to another Chipotle.

  • Garrett K.

I LOVE chipotle but this is about the worst one I've been too. They're VERY slow and also skimp on pretty much everything you ask for unless you ask for more. Also they do not have lemon wedges out on the drink/fork bar. Recommend going to another location.

    (3)
  • Michael C.

I love Chipotle and even worked for the company for a little while when I was younger. The food is made fresh every day and they pride themselves on not using anything to reheat food. It is cooked right in front where people can see that it is fresh. All the toppings are made fresh as well the cheese is even grated daily instead of shipped shredded. Most things are made with cilantro, so if it isn't your favorite, watch what you order. Either way, for fast food, this is the health choice. Just be sure not to overindulge as the food is fantastic.

    (4)
  • Paige B.

Very skimpy portions for the price. Staff did not listen even when answering questions they asked me! I am usually a fan of chipotle, however it seems the more they go on about supporting farmers and locals, the smaller the portions and less quality we receive in their restaurants.

  • Eboni S.

Quick. Love the bowls. Avoid going between 12-1:30. The lunch crowd can get crazy! And the line is wrapping around in the inside.

  • Pam D.

This is pretty much how Chipotle goes for me: Before eating: "I can't wait even one more second to eat this tastiness!!!" First bite: "This is the best tasting lunch I've had in months! Do they put crack in their cilantro-lime-rice?" Halfway thru: "I'm pretty full but it's still SO GOOD, I can't let the rest of this go to waste." Finished: "I am so. freaking. full. Why did I eat so much?" 6 hours later: "I am STILL so. freaking. full." I like getting the "bowl" and ordering some chips to go with it. Hits the spot every time. Maybe I should try the salad one day and I won't be so full? The line for lunch was very long but moved extremely quickly. This location has plenty of seating, although it appears most of the lunch crowd takes their meals to-go... so if you have a large group, it shouldn't be an issue getting tables. This goes for chipotle in general, but this location too: I always find their ingredients to be extremely fresh and flavorful. Or in other words, their lettuce is always emerald green (no iceberg here), their guac never even has a touch of brown, and nothing on the line looks like it's been sitting their for long. My only complaint was that I did feel very rushed through the line. Especially when I hit the register, I felt like she couldn't take just two seconds longer with me. But I'll take that as long as they keep moving the line quickly!

What can I say about this place it's Chipotle. If you been to one......you know the rest. I went on a Friday and it was PACKED. The food is consistent, so that's a plus. What makes it better is the Patron margaritas (in for the win) 6.95. haha

    (4)
  • Jonathan H.

Extremely dirty dining area. Filthy filthy filthy. I won't be back to this location. Way to nasty. Saturday afternoon and they were packed out. This was no excuse for the filthy dining area. If a resturant is in the business of serving food they would have the manpower to keep their dining area clean. This place was just nasty. Nothing like sticky floors and sticky booths to keep your appetite....

I've been to a few Chipotle's in my time. But the one on this location is the best. I live 5minutes from this fast food. Its on the strip of Pleasant Hill Rd. So its constantly busy no matter what time of day it is. It has its own parking space which is a plus. The issue I have is probably a personal lazy problem of my own. The lines. Good god. What are they selling? Crack? The lines are soo long. Ridiculously long if you ask me. But its worth the wait. I always get the Burrito Bowl. The rice is constantly fresh due to the location being so busy. So that is also a plus! fresh food all the time. One thing I don't find really great is how fast the expect you to go. "WHITE OR BROWN RICE, BLACK BEANS or BROWN BEANS" quick hurry! YOU ARE HOLDING UP THE LINE AHHHHHHHHH!! it makes me over whelmed and anxious. I'm here to get my grub on not be put on the spot and judged for being slow LOL They have a great outdoor seating. Especially at night. The lights come on and great music plays. For everything its worth, yes even you standing on your feet for 40mins. It's worth it. Eat well :)

This rating is strictly for this location. I've been treated this before and it was fantastic however, this location was somewhat if a let down. The cashier who was also the table busser as well seemed unhappy. Not one person had inviting service. The preparers were being told they poured too much sour cream while customers are being served. The servers didn't get with a simple "what would you like?" They just had a grin and anyday now expression for each person that was waiting for food. Not one person greeted! Perhaps, it's just me, but this says a lot about any return service- you gotta have us by "hello". The meal was fine, I truly feel the dining areas uncleanliness, odd bar set-up, and unhappy cashier staled the taste of my entree. Don't get me wrong, the cashier was busy ringing order, stocking ice in drink machine, straws & napkins; they could definitely use a helping hand from a motivating team manager perhaps. Unaccomadating atmosphere contradicts what CEO of Chipotle's mission states. I can't say I'll return to this location.. 10 minute wait- understandable, but incohesive, yet robotic staff- not my cup of tea. Busy, messy, wrap around the tables line, okay food- you be the judge. As i said before, just this location, I've had better service and Chipotle, unfortunately not here. I'll consider this a tip.

I've been to this Chipotle location many times, and I've always enjoyed my Steak Burrito here. Most recently, I went for lunch around 1 pm on a Tuesday afternoon. The line was very long due to the lunch rush, but I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly it moved! After standing in line for less than 10 minutes, I ordered my Steak Burrito with plain white rice (NO CILANTRO... =P), pinto beans, red-chili salsa, cheese, sour cream, and lettuce. It ended up being a gigantic burrito - much larger than usual! Although the restaurant was obviously very busy, I had no problem finding a table because many customers took advantage of the nice weather and enjoyed their meals at the tables outside. I was also able to grab a bottle of Tabasco Chipotle Pepper Sauce all to myself to enjoy the smoky flavor with every bite of my burrito. Chipotle's steak is always seasoned very well and has a great texture, which makes it so delicious! I was very happy and completely satisfied after paying $7.05 (including tax) for a "just" a burrito. I'm happy to pay more for Chipotle than pay less to choke down a nasty burrito AND chips at Moe's. Overall, this Chipotle gets 5 stars for their quick, friendly service and consistently delicious burritos made of fresh ingredients. It's clean, and I have never had a problem here. I will continue to return to this Chipotle when I'm in the area and craving one of my favorite, good "fast food" options. [Review 108 of 366]

The wait here at lunch is hellacious... But the food is so yummy! I'm a big chipotle fan! But the location here I really love the food! It always seems so fresh more so than some other locations Ive been to. I'm giving it a 4 because I do love the food! I always get the burrito bowls! :)

Food is always excellent. Yes there's always a line, but it's because the food is great and it's worth the wait. Fresh ingredients, healthy choices, convenient location. You can't beat Chipotle!!

This Chipotle is on the busy Pleasant Hill, surrounded by other fast food chains. The line moves slow and is ridiculously long around both lunch and dinner. Expect at least a 20 minute wait in line. Employees are polite but not friendly; they rush you if you take too long making your choices. Yes, there's a long line, but shouldn't that be their issue to solve? Add more employees at the counter or more training. They also run out of sauce often; I enjoy the Smoked Tabasco sauce and more than once have had to go up to the counter to ask them to put out another bottle. Plenty of seating, either inside or outside. They share a large parking lot with Jimmy John's that is relatively easy to get in and out of.

Decent chipotle. Staff was okay. Nothing crazy amazing. Just friendly. Super huge line as usual. Gives you a decent amount of helping. Just seemed to skimp on the guac although I like a shit ton of guac. The sink in the women's bathroom was broken and almost sprayed my face when I turned it on. Cool. I'm takin my free water and catching my plane back to Delaware now. I think I like my chipotle there better, sorry Georgia.

This review is mainly about the service. This location's quality and quantity is actually pretty good. Line's often long, but that's common at other locations too. I was in during the lunch rush one day, and it was packed. There was an older gentleman ahead of me who had a rather large order. It was obvious that English wasn't his first language. Coupled with the volume, the employee at the head of the prep line had a hard time understanding him, so the gentleman resorted to pointing out what items he wanted on each order. The employee asked him to please keep his hand behind the glass, but was short about it. His ordering commenced, the same communication issue arose, and he [subconsciously] started pointing over the glass again. This time, the employee literally smacked his hand away and told him to keep his hand behind the glass. He mumbled an apology with his broken English, and I could tell he was embarrassed. Though I understand food safety guidelines, it was very upsetting to see a customer being treated this way. There's a way to get your point across without the belittling. I never once saw this employee smile while preparing the gentleman's order, nor mine. Perhaps management at this location should consider retraining its employees.

Worst Chipotle ever! I have eaten at many Chipotle locations all over the country and this location is consistently troubled. I have given them about 6 chances over the past year to redeem themselves and my experiences have only gotten worse. Here are a few of the problems. 1. The line is almost always too long; like 20 people long. This occurs often because there is often only 2 people working behind the counter and they are moving at a snail's pace. 2. They are often out of ingredients. The last time I went they were out of beef and the time before that they were out of ALL salsas. 3. The employees are the least friendly, accommodating, and competent Chipotle employees I have ever seen.

This place is too slow for my liking. I get that they're slow, but I've been to other Chipotles which can be equally busy who can serve better. I mean, I really hate to be one of those people who complain about service. I get that they're busy and stuff like that, but the wait was agonizing. The last 2 times I went, they didn't have beans. I mean come on. Of course, food overall is great. Could really work on the service though.

Always a line...so the foods always fresh. Lol the burrito is great here I get the chicken and I feel like the rice tastes better at this location than some of the other ones. Only thing I don't like is its a hassle to get to.

Came by to get dinner with my line sister, and.. she dropped my burrito bowl! But don't worry, they are SUPER nice about making a replacement one. I've also left my cell phone on the counter of the ordering line, and one of the employees held on to it until I called and picked up to let me know where it was. Found out she had also called my home from my contacts list to try to get in contact with me to let me know she had my phone. :] Food is the same as every where else, and it's just as delicious as everywhere else. Had a line wrapping around inside today! That's how you know it's some good food!

Do not come here on a Saturday night and expect a quick meal. The chicken was a little burnt and the service was not ideal. The wait was about 25 minutes. All in all I'm happy with the food at this location, but not going there at this time of day again.

Why did I go back? And why had I given them 3 while stars last time? They were packed, the line moves suuuuper slowly for fast casual and the people who work here hate working here and kick puppies in their free time. I think I'll skip making the mistake of this Chipotle again.

Went in for lunch with my mom and brother on the way home from running errands. Line was long - as in past the entrance and almost out the patio door long - the entire time we were there. Line moved somewhat quickly; the only good thing about long lines is food that has just been prepared. Got a steak burrito which was pretty good. Not overwhelming just a solid good. Had enough to bring home for supper because the burritos are huge. My mom and brothers were gigantic because they had more toppings that I did. Chips and salsa were great, especially for a fast food chain. Salsa was fresh and spicy hot - the heat kicks in after the first few bites which is how I like my salsa. It was not canned nor did it have a store bought taste. Another plus. Chips were not salty. They had a very, very small amount of salt. Another plus. A solid three stars for: 1.fresh, generous portions, 2. Fresh, not canned salsa, and 3. very lightly salted chips. Will visit the Barrett Parkway location to try their burrito bowls and tacos.

I've never heard of Chipotle until I came to the U.S. The first time I heard about it was from my sister, Angela H. She told me how she used to eat it in California. She also mentioned how it was so delicious. The first time I visited Chipotle at this very location, I got an upset stomach. I ordered the chicken burrito at that time. Maybe it was the cilantro.. yes yes.. I blame the cilantro.. I hate the very taste of it! So awful.. anyways... On Halloween, my mom, brother and I went to Chipotle for the $2.00 booritos with no tax added (The money will be going towards a charity fund). We got the steak burritos. My mom had hers with everything in it, so her burrito looked VERY BIG. Some people were wearing lame costumes with only the animal ears on their head.. so lame. I saw a cool looking pirate outfit, Waldo, and a scary Witch. My mom wore a scary pirate mask, brother wore a skeleton outfit and mask and I was a zombie school girl. At least, I had make-up on. Wonder what Chipotle's going to come up with next Halloween?? Overall, I give this place a 3.5 stars.. only because I always get sick eating here and I'm not too fond of their chopped tomatoes, because there's cilantro in it.. other than that.. they're "ok" burritos.

Chipotle is delish and this location is great. This one is ALWAYS packed but rightfully so. Right off the highway, not far from the mall, great service. We placed an order through the internet today and when I got here it was not in the system. Turns out we did not fully submit the order but the girl at the register apologized to ME and gave me a free drink. Then on the way out she said "If anything goes wrong call me." That's funny. What can go wrong with lip-smacking Mexican food? I love the burrito bowl.. Chicken, rice, beans, guac, cheese etc and not in a huge elephant-turd sized wrap. Much more manageable :) The worst part of this franchise is when people pronounce it "chi-poll-tay." Can be frustrating. If you can live through that, you're good to go.

Always packed. Great and inexpensive food. I love to go for lunch or dinner. Fast service. I like to get steak bowl. Bowl is easier to eat than burrito. Burrito always comes out too giant and it gets messy.

I have been to Chipotle a million and one times. It's always the same thing and you can never really be upset with your burrito because you tell them how to prepare it. The ingredients are pretty fresh and the staff friendly. I like the cilantro-lime rice. I prefer the chicken because the steak usually is not lean. There is nothing I hate worst than to "chew the fat". This place is called fast food but it much better than McDonald's or Burger King. I'm a regular customer.

Chipotle has become one of my favorite spots. I used to be against this style of food but I love some Chipotle. The salad is always the best for me. I like to get the carnitas with cheese and corn. AMAZING!!!!!! Be aware that they are always busy when I go to the Midtown location but they do move quickly. I cannot wait to get back in there!

I am a Chipotle addict, yeah I admit it. I love the chicken burrito bowl. The medium roasted tomato salsa is my favorite. I always ask for extra salsa and they nicely oblige. This is so much more tasty and healthier for you than fast food. Lines are long at lunch but they do move quickly. Getting back on Pleasant Hill Road if you are going back toward I85 is a challenge. Other than this, this Chipotle is awesome. I wish they had one close to my house. Chipotle if you are listening, build one pronto on Hwy 78 near Stn Mtn!

I came in here on a Saturday after getting off of work. I had been craving Chipotle all day so I thought I would give it a try. As soon as I walked in the door there was a long line. I assumed it would go down quickly so I waited patiently. I litterally waited in line for 15 minutes before I got to the counter to order. The workers were young, hispanic and not that friendly. They just seemed really rushed with my order, not giving me a chance to finish saying what I want on it. I order the burrito bowl. It was good none the less. When I finished eating I noticed the line was wrapped around the building. I just thought those poor people are going to be waiting there forever. Good food, needs faster service.

The staff here gives the chain a bad reputation! Others I've visited are welcoming and pleasant, but this one it seems like you're asking too much of them to fix it your way. Food is also not up to par and the dinning room is a hot mess!

I love their steak burrito bowls! The food here is fresh and flavorful. I've always found Chipotle to hit the spot whenever I have the desire to go eat out. The item selection here is very simple as well, and the food is very affordable with burritos and burrito bowls being less than $7, excluding any extras. There's typically a line whenever you enter the place, but if you don't mind waiting 5-15 minutes then it's really not that bad. Great prices, very tasty and healthy food makes Chipotle a worthwhile place to drop in and eat at.

  • Laura S.

Fine to eat in at, but so very little success with online ordering for office lunches. Lots of extras & special requests overlooked on each order. Don't know if they just don't care if you're not standing there in front of them or what. Super frustrating & more of my time wasted with having to follow up with them! C'Mon Chipotle, read the stinking ticket or don't allow a space for instructions! The food itself is good, however, when they get it correct.

Consistently good no matter which one you eat at. One of the best "fast-food" chains in the country. Love the pork burrito!

One of my local, favorite, grab-n-go lunch places! Every thing's always so fresh & yummy, I'm never disappointed & surprised with what I get. I appreciate their edited menu of tacos (soft or crispy), burritos (the specialty) and chips & salsa - this means that every things done right, using the best ingredients - consistently. I love that! My favorite is the chicken soft tacos - and an order of tacos is three big ones, more than enough for me, especially since I seem physically unable to say no to their yummy, salty, lime flavored(?), crispy tortilla chips :-) They have three different levels of salsa; I always order both the mild (similar to a chunky pico salsa) and the hot {scorcher!} on my tacos, and the servers behind the counter always oblige my requests... even those special ones for extra cheese, or a bit of cilantro, that's near the cooking station and not on the regular topping line up. It's not the cheapest fast food meal (mine is usually right under $8), but I don't feel super weighed down by greasy food here either, and the location is always clean with ample parking space - although it can be a bit tricky to exit at busy times - FYI.

I never had Chipotle before until my coworker brought me here 2 years ago. Ever since then I was here at least once a week. I've tried everything (veggie version) but my favorite is the burrito bowl. It's always packed here around lunch so I suggest ordering your food online and by the time you get there you can grab your food and go.

I love Chipotle and I think it's likely the best burrito (fast food wise) in Atlanta. I got the steak burrito bowl to go with rice, peppers/onions, cheese, corn salsa, pico, lettuce and spicy salsa to top it off. Again, I love the flavor, how the corn has the hint of sweetness to it and how the onions/peppers are still crispy. This location is a bit of a pain to get to if you're coming from anywhere other than I-85, but every time i'm on this part of town, I stop by.

Holy Chipotle, Batman! Worst burrito ever. In a time when I was hoping to find the good in a tortilla stuffed with rice and meat, Chipotle came and ripped the rug right out from under me. Tear. At the time I went, it was still owned in part by McDonald's yet seemed to be frequented by people who turned their noses up at the Golden Arches. Ironic much? At least a Big Mac has flavor.

Eaten Chipotle in OH, FL SC IL NY dozens of time, and this location just did not taste right. Maybe they used Chinese rice, maybe they didn't use fresh guac, or maybe they just weren't Mexican enough? I don't know. The worst Chipotle burrito is the best non-Chipotle burrito. Will try other Atlanta locations though.

This was my first Chipotle experience. I am certain it will probably be my last and only. I was not impressed by the fast-food-like experience, or the very small selection. I mean... there are more options on the Dollar Menu at burger world than here. You can get a taco, a burrito, or a salad. I opted for the salad. Hurray. Not. Slap some taco toppings on a pile of lettuce and call it food? Wow. Anyways, I give it two stars because it was edible. The people I was with seemed to like theirs. I could just be a snob. Who knows. I wasn't impressed -- but it wasn't HORRIBLE. So... two stars.

It's Chipotle. It's good. Better than Moe's if you just want a basic burrito/burrito bowl but nothing to write home about. This location is RIDICULOUSLY busy during lunch so go on the earlier side unless you want to stand in a line that literally goes out the door.

Usually I wouldn't give a fast food chain four stars, but this Chipotle did a fantastic job. The thing I liked most about this location is that their rice has a little more pow to it...an extra touch of lime and cilantro that just make the burrito bowl, my favorite, so much tastier. Everything had a great flavor, and despite the place being packed, the staff was quick to get everything done, everyone served, and to make everyone happy. Good job, Chipotle!

I can't believe I'm first to review Chipotle. Weird. My experience here was pleasant. Boyfriend wanted a burrito, I wasn't too hungry, so I just got some chips and salsa to snack on. I tried two different salsas, the corn salsa, which is pleasant, sweet and mild but with a bit of a cilantro kick. Decent. I'd probably rather put that in a burrito than with my chips though. I also tried their medium salsa, which was out of this world. It tasted fresh, not canned. Each of the flavors was distinct and lovely. The chips were crisp and fresh tasting, with a nice smattering of flaky salt. Might be sea salt. I'd be willing to bet on it. Service was quick at the counter, the restaurant was clean. I'll definitely go back!

I Love Chipotle. This particular location is very clean. The food, I have never had a problem. For the most part the people are friendly. There is one girl who needs to be fired for her attitude. It's gets pretty crowded around lunch time 11-1pm but the line does go pretty quick. I always get the chicken burrito.

OK, wtf. Seriously. Went to Chipotle yesterday with a coworker for lunch. I insisted we go early (11:30) so I didn't have to stand in the effing line that goes out the door. So we get there and there is a semi long line. Nothing too unbearable. I ordered my typical vegetarian burrito bowl with the toppings I like including the corn salsa. I notice it looks different but I go for it anyway. BIG mistake. That corn salsa tasted like shit and ruined my whole burrito bowl. Usually I eat like a champ at Chipotle and finish my bowl but I just couldn't do it this time. The corn salsa had white corn instead of yellow sweet corn and it just taste blah...almost like crunchy water. Disgusting. My ass is thanking me though because I sure saved some calories by throwing half that mess away.

foods good, although i hate when they dont cut the fat off of the chicken. i go there alot and the service is that they want you to order and get out of the way. its always super loud, not just from the people talking but because they blast the music.

This chipotle is ALWAYS crowded. There's never less than a 30 min wait. The staff seem to be moving and doing their best to get the line moving but it's just always really crowded.

  • Nnika L.

Overpriced bad food & service, will never return. $2 extra for this and that, $10 burrito should taste better than what they sell. Yucky food, but never will go to another Chipotle.

I LOVE chipotle but this is about the worst one I've been too. They're VERY slow and also skimp on pretty much everything you ask for unless you ask for more. Also they do not have lemon wedges out on the drink/fork bar. Recommend going to another location.

What makes it better is the Patron margaritas (in for the win) 6.95. haha

Eat well :)

Just avoid.

Very skimpy portions for the price. Staff did not listen even when answering questions they asked me! I am usually a fan of chipotle, however it seems the more they go on about supporting farmers and locals, the smaller the portions and less quality we receive in their restaurants.

Usually wouldn't write a review for Chipotle, but this one has exceptionally good service and quantity. Came here at 5pm today, was super busy, but got through the line quickly. Staff is generous with quantity. Great seating inside and outside. Five stars.

Chipotle as a whole has went downhill lately. The location is the same as the others. Bland service, bland food.

Busy location and not so friendly service.

Always busy. Bring a good book to read while standing in line. I've come to accept it due to very excellent food.

Worst staff ever and they don't fill your bowl as much as the other locations

I love their steak burrito bowls! The food here is fresh and flavorful. I stopped by this location the other day on my home and asked for extra corn salsa and tomatoes and they weren't skimpy with their portions! Store is clean, staff is friendly and I love that this location is right off the exit.

OK, wtf.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
