This is the place to go when you want somewhere comfy to sit and are willing to accept the fact that whatever you order, you will NOT get what you expect. My friend I and ordered three things: mango smoothie, cafe mocha, and a fruit Italian soda. The mango smoothie was approximately the color of pale, artificial banana flavoring. The cafe mocha tasted like a diluted latte all the way until the bottom, at which point all you could taste was sickly sweet syrup. The Italian soda was made with copious amounts of milk; I guess that's a version of it, but every other form of Italian soda I've had anywhere else has been lactose-free. This is not to mention that they were completely out of tapioca for bubble tea, which is pretty odd given that this is an Asian place. The baked goods were fine and the space is a nice place to meet up, but the problem is getting anything half-decent to sip on while you're there.

The bubble tea here doesn't stack up to others in the area and no free Wi Fi I will not return.

I think this location has really taken a turn for the worse in recent years. The baked goods when you can find them are still pretty good, but perhaps due to the economy, they don't seem to keep their shelves stocked. When you walk in, you're immediately greeted by barren baskets and display cases that used to be chocked full of tasty pastries and goodies. The coffee is definitely below average, but I've found that it's brewed a little weaker to suit the taste of their clientele. The interior hasn't really been upgraded since the location opened years ago, and compared to new competitors springing up in the neighborhood, I'm honestly a little surprised that this place remains open for business. Some good points for this place are definitely its proximity to I-85 which makes it a very convenient meeting place. Also, the staff are friendly and service is usually with a smile which is definitely more than I can say for competitors. Hopefully, things will take a turn for the better and Mozart can put a little money into upgrading its interior and increasing the selection in the bakery.

    Great coffee and dessert.

Service is quick and friendly. Parking lot is easy to access and right off 85! This is around my tenth visit and the iced coffee is one of the most consistent in the area. Try the ham n cheese croissants!!!! Plenty of seating and never busy! Psst. Stay away from the teenybopper Sweet huts. Service is childlike and inconsistent everything.

I have come here several times to meet up with people due to it proximity to the I-85 and the place is very spacious. Customer service is alway indifferent towards you unless you are a Korean-speaking Korean. Today we ordered the custard fish waffles, after literally 30 minutes we asked where our order was. One of the girls walked toward the lady in charge of baking fish waffles and she told us 5 minutes. After another 5 minutes still no order, by this time I am pretty annoyed because we have not received an apology. So I ask again where the fuck is my order ("fuck" was said in my head obviously) and another girl runs back to the baker and she comes back saying they gave it to another customer, without even verifying their ticket number. They tell me it will be another 5 minutes! At this point I just ask for my refund and head out. What boggled me was not that they messed up, I understand people mess up, its the fact that we received not even a single apology. 1 star for its location and spacious layout. Baked goods are average. Customer service is offensive. Avoid this place, NO WIFI IF YOU ARE NOT KOREAN, the baked goods are nothing to write about, there are so many other options in Duluth. Whitewind Mill - same items but better service and free wifi to non-koreans Tree story - great service, free wifi, similiar items but better quality, and cozy atmosphere MangoSix - free wifi, more space to hang out Maclab - much better macarons ....or if you love Mozart go to the one on Buford Highway, great customer service.

I used to love coming to this place to hang out and chill with my friends and sometime do my work if I'm near the place and too lazy to drive to another place. I love ordering a caramel macchiato when I come here. It's a little strong but that's what I need if I'm staying here for hrs to do my work. If you come here order the little fish cake!! So good!! They are small but really creepy when they first came out. They have red bean filling and Custer a filling. The Custer filling is amazing!!! I love all cakes here and the cakes isn't too sweet, so that's a plus.

My review is strictly for the bingsoo; really it's more of a 3 1/2 stars. The red bean bingsoo portion is pretty big and comes with a good amount of fruits and red bean, topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Thoroughly enjoyable on a hot humid day. I got it twice during my three day visit in Atlanta, so it's definitely worth having. Yet I felt like it still lacks some flavor, even with all of the ingredients that go into it. I can't wait to go to Korea this summer and have some bingsoo there.

The cakes are usually their best. Their pastries are also great. The red bean paste pastries, and others goes well with their coffee. The vanilla latte its too sweet for my taste, therefore ask for half sweet when you order. My favorite cakes are the mocha cake and the strawberry short. Haven't really tried the other ones yet but definitely going to try all of the ones that looks appealing! Yeah I have a bit of a sweet tooth. The decor its ok, not too bold nor too plain. The wood tables could use some restoring since it seems as kids like to carve interesting things on them. That's all for this review. I'll try updating more often once I move up here next month!

Second time around, and got same impression as first, ehh. First time was to try out some of the desserts, they were ok, Second was for a meeting. Coffee was good, my buddy said his tea was good (tazo passion fruit). I will have to go a third time to try some desserts. Update to follow.

Haven't been to Mozart for a while and was really happy to see them serving the mini fish waffles. I thought White Windmill was the only place to get them. Also, it didn't help that every time I went to White Windmill, they were out or couldn't make them. So frustrated but now I don't have to. I can come to Mozart and get them! Yay! I ordered the ice green tea. Same as everywhere, I mean you can't screw up an ice tea. Mini fish waffles (dozen per order) choice of red bean or custard. I asked for half and half. Red bean was yummy!!! Waffle was warm and crunchy. Custard was better than White Windmills. It was smooth and sweet.

The girls that work there seem to not know what's going on. Wifi didn't work and they didn't know how to fix it. My green tea latte was just green tea with no milk or nothing (thanks, I could've poured water myself). Don't bother bringing work or laptop, not work friendly at all. Was a struggle even finding an outlet (they showed us ONE outlet on some pole in the middle of the room) one star for at least having a variety of baked goods. Won't be coming back

I love the baked items here. I always pick up a bunch on the way home to visit my parents. I'm a little addicted to the macha green tea.

I love Cafe Mozart Bakery, why? Because I love Chinese (鲜奶水果蛋糕) styled whipped cream fruit cakes, (Korean name Saeng cream cake). So technically, that makes me a fruit cake right? Probably, just not a nutty one. 8 years ago, one of my best friends who is Cantonese purchased me one of these cakes right here at Cafe Mozart Bakery for my birthday, and ever since, it has become a tradition to pick-up one every year for my birthday. Usually the only birthday cakes I like are the ones made with butter cream, because they are less sweat than the regular frosting cakes. Still, butter cream has tons of sugar. However, these fruit cakes are extremely light and fluffy with their moist sponge cake interior and smooth creamy cool whip type exterior, and then they are topped with delicious fresh fruit. I do not care that this bakery does not have free Wi-Fi. All that I care about is that I enjoy what I pay for and that the staff has a good professional demeanor. So far I have not experienced any issues with staff, nor the cakes. They have a beautiful and nice selection of baked goods displayed here. However, I have not tried them, as I am not a big pastry type of guy, but they sure do look tempting to try. If your friends call you a fruit cake, or you just love fruit cakes, give this place a try. They can be a little pricy, even for a small one, they are over $30, but you are paying for quality. Great typical Asian / French bakery with gorgeous pastries, many kinds of mousse cake etc. Red bean bread very good, generous fillings - also the various cream breads are smooth and lovely filling, not too sweet. But if you want macarons, skip them - they are served cold, stale, and to me- twice now - taste old. Instead go over to MacLab for gorgeous fresh macarons with perfect flavor and texture. And a more charming environment. When it comes to macarons - Do not settle! MacLab is across the parking lot. I like Mozart's bubble teas but are pricey, prefer Rustic Couch if going south on Satellite. I think 3 stars is a fair rating. I have not had pat bing su here.

I use to come here all the time, but it was to stay focused since they had no WiFi at the time, so I couldn't get distracted via Facebook. My friend and I were searching for the perfect coffee shop today on Pleasant Hill. We went to multiple different ones. All of them ended up being either closed, too full for a table, or having a private event it seemed like. So we diverted back to an old favorite to see if was still great. Well we walked in and it has been renovated since before... no booths in the middle! It looks much more spacious now. I'm actually writing my review while i'm here and this is the first time I've actually written a review where I am :P. They have "croissant doughnuts" here which were interesting. I wouldn't say they're my new favorite thing. I'm not even sure that they are a close resemblance to the croughnut since i've never had one, but I liked the filling in my blueberry croissant doughnut. I also got their House Iced Coffee which was awesome and one of my favorite coffee drinks that has been consistent with many other Asian cafes in the area. This is a good place to relax with friends. It's not too crowded. My friend Dijan seemed to enjoy his iced green tea and in the past they've had great bakery items such as red bean and green bean breads.

Still loving their cakes and tarts here. Only thing I don't recommend getting as of today (08/22/2014) their cheesecake, macron, and bubble tea. NY Cheesecake - forgot how much this was.. probably expensive.. and not worth a penny!! It's too dry and tasteless. macron ($1.79 ea) - they're a tad bigger in size than before.. but man.. their prices gone up by A LOT!! They used to be $1.49 and the broken ones $0.75.. now they don't even sell their broken ones!!! I'm so angry at this price change!! Bubble Tea ($4.49) - over priced The employees don't greet their customers.. well they don't greet me. I know I've been reviewing a lot.. it's because I either go to a new place and found out it's a crappy place or I've gone there several times and try to give it another chance.. but.. ughh... this place only gets 2 stars.. I'm just so disappointed right now! Still enjoy their cakes, though... that's it. I won't be coming back here for what the other baked goods are worth, though.. not worth it! SO DISAPPOINTED!!!

This is my go to place whenever I have a craving for anything sweet. Everything I've tried has always been more than satisfying. Their waffles are great! I'd definitely say they are better than Top Cloud's for sure, though Top Cloud does have a wider variety of waffles and even the option to "Create-Your-Own." My only complaint is how busy this place can be. They can have terribly long lines causing stress to workers and customers. So, I've made it a habit to go at odd hours and try to avoid going on weekends.

Ambiance is inviting. Greet selection for bakery items. Bubble teas are delicious. My favorite is the white chocolate. Fruit tarts are excellent as well. It has restaurant size booths and a great place to bring friends or family.

Giving four stars because they made a special drink for me.....even though she gave me attitude about it. It's not too hard to make a "honey green tea", she had no idea what I was talking about but made the request anyway. Was damn delicious, more flavorful than Boba Mocha. I don't understand why it's not on the menu when the manager knows how to make it....? Kind of weird. Papbingsu is okay here, could use more fruit and other toppings like other places. Beautiful environment, and comfy seats or booths. Other than that....go to place when you don't want to deal with white wind mill or tree story. Be prepared for attitude!

I clean and organized pastry shop. Their are a lot of seat to tables to sit at. The cakes are good and beautiful. The cookies/biscuits taste wonderful as they are what you expect, slightly sweet, flaky and crisp. The Macaroons are really good with some experimental flavors. The only down side to this place is it can be a bit pricey, inconsistent and the staff always seems to be in a "mieh" mood. The macaroon size can differ significantly for the price you pay and the milk tea is extremely cream and ice heavy. If you come here I would only stay with the biscuit/cookies and macaroons. Cheers!

An okay Korean bakery. Spacious and nicely decorated. Reminds me of the stone ages. Offers a lot of pastries, baked goods, korean shaved ice dessert, and drinks (coffee, espresso, smoothie, boba tea, etc). . PASTRIES/BAKED GOODS: Some of the pastries/baked goods are good and some aren't. Hit or miss, but it all depends on your taste preference. A lot of Korean pastries in general are usually not as sweet compared to American pastries. It's a good thing, but could be bland if you're having a sweet tooth craving. Also, the dry texture on some of the pastries seem accustomed as seen with other Korean bakeries. DRINKS: I have had the iced teas here as well as coffee. The iced teas are made from the Tazo Zen brand. Coffee isn't bad. They don't carry SOY as an alternative nor 2%. They only have WHOLE milk. :( CON: This place does NOT have wi-fi although I love the interior. Sucks.

I love Mozart's bubble teas and this particular location is just great for spacing out and taking care of business on your laptop or smart phone. They have really great bubble tea and I always order the white chocolate latte or caramel mocha flavored ones. They taste like frappuccinos with tapioca balls. The service here is always pleasant and their baked goods are consistently fresh. I'm always happy with my visits here and will continue to return to meet up with friends or grab a few pastries on the go. The only thing that is frustrating for this location is the parking lot. There are rarely enough spots and I always end up parking in the BP parking lot next door.

Cafe Mozart is a Korean cafe/bakery chain with several locations in metro Atlanta. This location in Duluth can be found at Mall Corners near I-85 and Pleasant Hill Rd. Mall Corners is a sprawling shopping center. Mozart is across the parking lot from Iron Age and Sydney's Buffet and across the street from Myung Ga Won (Korean BBQ). I think this is the biggest of all the Mozart bakeries in Atlanta. While the business is Korean, the theme is European. The calm atmosphere, cozy environment, and free Wi-Fi makes this an ideal place to work, study, and grab coffee and snacks with friends and family. Seating consists of several spacious booths with heightened partitions for increased privacy. There are some large tables so groups can meet and hang out here as well. This place has been around for years and it shows through worn booth cushions, chairs, and scratched wooden tables. The other Mozart stores are in better condition. At Cafe Mozart, you can find assorted fresh-baked goods including breads, snacks, pastries, cakes, and also coffees and teas, including bubble tea. This is a popular place to purchase cakes for special occasions, especially birthdays and anniversaries. A few foods I've tried at this location include the Nut Tart ($1.99), Fresh Cream and Soboro Bread ($1.69), and Macarons ($1.49 each). The Nut Tart is a compact and delicious pie-like treat packed with nuts and a sweet filling. Almost like a pecan pie. It reminds me of the miniature nut pies my mom used to get at Dewey's Bakery in Winston-Salem, NC. It's great for a small energy boost and pretty delicious. Try one. At Asian bakeries such as White Windmill and Sweet Hut, I typically steer towards buns with sweet cream. Mozart's Fresh Cream and Soboro Bread is just that. They have another version without cream, labeled simply as Soboro Bread. According to the labels, Soboro at Mozart translates into "Biscuit" Bread. It's not like Southern-style biscuit bread though. It's soft, sweet, and very crumbly (in a good way). It's a nice sized bun with a very light and tasty cream filling. I highly recommend. At $1.49 each, the Macarons are a good deal. However, you get what you pay for. The macarons are hit or miss -- mostly miss. I recommend the vanilla flavor. Do not order the green tea macarons. The cream is bitter and frankly, disgusting. Good service. Overall, I like this place.

I am still trying to fall in love with cafe Mozart. Just not happening...hold your panties. I said Just not happening YET. Before the cafe mozart groupies slap me. I don't like there bubble tea, or pastries. I'm not sorry. But I absolutely love love love the Spanish latte. When I drink the Spanish latte, it feels like all my worries have washed away in the land of hope and serenity. The macroons, okay, I don't know what all the craziness is about it. But it was awful. Okay I digress. No free wifi--boo! private parking Decent Prices A lot of choices to pick from. Have fun

best cakes EVER!!! try the strawberry shortcake or the fresh fruit cake. nothing is too sugary. their icing is made of some type of light whipped topping. you almost don't even taste the sugar. when you buy a cake everything is edible except the knife. their "happy birthday" or happy anniversary" signs are made of chocolate!! oh! and their staff is always so extra friendly and will do anything to accommodate your needs.

Many moons ago when I had the pleasure of staying in Vienna, AT for a week, I had the pleasure to learn more about Mozart, Viennese culture, and the cafe life they instill there. When I saw my first "Cafe Mozart" on Buford Highway, I was absolutely ecstatic. And then someone told me it was a Korean bakery. Not that I am slamming Korean bakeries by any means, I just thought that it was going to be a true, Viennese bakery. With that being said, I learned there was more than one location. After my dreams being shattered of finding a Viennese cafe (and my newfound love for Sweet Hut), I never intended to step foot inside. That was, until I found out there was one in the same shopping center as 2 of my favorite restaurants (Iron Age and Ming's). After last week's Iron Age UYE, Daniel B, Joy W. and myself decided to check it out. It was still open at 1030ishpm- which was cool. When I walked in, The first thing I thought to myself "this is a damn nice bakery!" . My Asian friends tell me the Koreans really do it well with their bakeries- I noticed that immediately. I stuck to the bubble tea though. In fact, I got a chocolate bubble smoothie. No idea if there was tea in it or not. They only have one size though for the most part. It came out ice cold (duh Tom, it's a smoothie!) and easy to drink. The atmosphere almost reminded me of Vienna though, except for the exposed ceilings. It is a pretty inside, with intimate booths. However, the huge DICK carved on the table killed any ambiance I had felt earlier. With that being said, the tables looked somewhat old. Not that I care, but the fact I JUST noticed this places existence- being in a shopping center 2-3X a week (oblivious much?). These days I have been checking out new bubble tea places/bakeries just to see how they rank up to the Hut- but no one has fully risen to the challenge yet (at least that I am willing to admit). Great location though, and the people were nice!

I have been to Mozart countless times throughout the past couple of years. I just never thought about writing a review for them. Before I used to buy all my birthday cakes and family's birthday cakes from here. The fruit cake is really popular to us. Because Mozart's cakes is not as sweet as american bakeries, its really popular among Asians. But I see that their cakes are getting more and more popular with other races as well. This particular store is open till late (12am) so I used to come here and study while enjoying a slice of cake. Their bubble teas however is not my cup of tea. I prefer to get hot tea or just water here and just enjoy the desserts. I recently came here to purchased green tea ice cream (really good) and their Macarons. I don't like the fact that their Macaron's size is all different but with the same price. A small Macarons is 1.49 I believe. And the fact that its not all the same size, I feel like its a ripoff. You can get a smaller Macaron and still pay 1.49 while someone else get a bigger one. I think they should fix this. Overall, this place is clean and their cakes is good but I have found other Korean bakeries with better cakes and slightly cheaper. I don't come here as often anymore.

this location sucks compared to the buford hwy location. they don't have all the drinks available, and the service sucks. Their way of drawing in business is to have pretty girls working at this location, but they really need to concentrate on the quality of drinks being made.

After a delicious homemade dinner that had us craving something sweet, and at a time we'd need something open late, we decided to venture to Venture Drive for dessert at Cafe Mozart. I'll admit I was leery up front. Korean & Chinese iterations of Western desserts tend to be bland and under-sugared--an incomprehensible fact considering how syrupy their own treats can be. They also often use unsalted butter as frosting. We ordered coffee. It was weak. We ordered a sweet potato cake, raspberry butter cake, a passion fruit chocolate mousse, and a moonpie. -Moonpie - so dry we had to dunk it in the coffee to make it edible -Passion chocolate mousse - delicious tangy passion fruit, but a dry base cake. The only thing I'd order again. -Raspberry butter cake - the inside was good, but it was frosted with unsalted, unsweetened butter, flavorless and fatty. -Sweet potato cake - tasted like nothing. No flavor. No sugar. Certainly no sweet potato. Bad coffee, mostly bad desserts, and they didn't even play any Mozart!

I'd give 5 stars for their green tea bing su (nok cha bing su)!!! But their service isn't as consistent as cafes here in California.... Mozart has several locations around ATL but this one is probably the biggest. Although I DID hear the one on Buford is the first one open, I still consider this one headquarters since they actually bake here and ship them out. That means yummy, warm bread all day long. Interior: Warehouse-look. Overall, a bright look. White ceiling, colorful decor and lighting. During Christmas season, they even set up a cute Christmas tree here. Bread: My first choices are always Seseme Sweet Rice Bread (Ke-Chal-Pang) or soboro. =) Yum. Cakes: They're ok... My friend worked here (at this location) and told me that cakes that are sold by piece don't sell as fast as the bread. So when you order, be sure to point to the one displayed closer to you. Otherwise, they'll just pull a piece out from the back... and these are at least 1~2 days old. Coffee: They say that they serve Seattle's Best Coffee but... I never really liked coffee here. Tea: I had boba tea here once. Yuck. Boba shouldn't feel like that in your mouth. Service: This is where they lost my one star out of 5 stars I would've given. I guess they're the daughters of the owner but depending on the day, they're either in a good mood or a bad mood. If you're lucky enough to catch them on a good day, they have pretty decent service. A smile, a Thank-you, take orders pretty attentively.... But if you catch them on a bad day, they're unresponsive, no smile, etc. So it's pretty inconsistent. Working at a family business place makes it harder for people to be as professional as they should be, I guess. I live out in California now but I really miss this place dearly. Late night hang out spot, frequent stops during an all-day shopping spree with mom and dad. I'm definitely stopping by if I ever go back to ATL. =)

Though cheap is labeled as under $10, I don't call that cheap. Their mango mousse slice is about $3 or $4 a piece and it's very small, the full cake is sold for $30 and that's also very small. A lot of people said it's very tasteful but I think it's alright. Their mango and green tea shakes are just okay too. I wouldn't say their desserts are good but I like the atmosphere.

I think employees could be nicer... It seems that there are new faces all the time here. This placed is not managed well it seems. There were more people used to come to this place but not any more as customers are not treated well here.... try other place for coffee. I am giving two stars since I still go here to get my white bread. Pro: Open space...nice decor (at least when the first opened). Decent white bread but...little pricy ($5). Quality food. Con: Rude employee, rip off coffee (esp they give you half and they said it's how they are supposed to be served: half foam and half coffee) Expensive cakes. Poorly managed everything.

I don't know why so many korean eatery owners/workers are so rude! I love this place, but I hate rude workers. It's almost like a requirement to own a korean eatery: Must know how to piss off customers in order to open up a place of service! They're even more rude to Koreans that can't speak Korean. Based on other reviews, I'm glad I don't feel the same way. Anyway, that's the main reason I didn't give it 4 stars. the desserts are good , but I prefer their breads and pastries. My favorite are the little white bean chestnut balls and tapioca bread. They have the BEST tapioca bread. They also have a great selection of hot teas. I also love the interior of this bakery. This is my goto place when I have visitors from out of town that want to go to a nice Korean bakery. There's an abundance of seating and they display their desserts and other items in such an aesthetically pleasing manner that it really appeals to their customers. But, I have to say it again...rude rude rude. The lady at the cashier literally told me to get out of the way so that she could help the next customer. I was putting my money back in my wallet...exCUSE me for not moving my a** out of the way fast enough! jeex!

This is the best place I have found for fresh doughnuts in Atlanta. If anyone finds a better place for fresh, yeasty deep-fried doughnuts, let me know. Yes, the service does seem to be a bit reserved toward non-Koreans. I was interested in what was going on with this attitude so I watched what happened when a Korean lady came up to the counter. She was returning some bread that she didn't like. The counter help was humble and friendly and so helpful it was amazing. I saw this repeated with other Korean customers. Suffice it to say that if you are Korean, you get the good service. Is this because of the language barrier or because word of mouth is a very important thing in the Korean community? All in all, the fact of the great doughnuts is what is really important. They are made with rice flour, so a little chewier than typical American ones, but the bean jam doughnuts and the curry doughnuts and, well, all the doughnuts are to die for. I liked the coffee too, although it is not as wonderful as Vietnamese coffee. By the way, the place seems to be great for kids. My husband and I enjoyed watching the children play and scamper around as we drank our coffee and ate our doughnuts.
