Good food. I have never had a bad meal here. My favorites are the baby-back ribs and the chopped steak covered in gravy with baked potato and asparagus. Don't order a dessert unless you plan on taking some home or sharing, they are fabulous! The warm lemon cake is unbelievable.

Food was great. Had plenty of leftovers, so portion is good on the 4 cheese pasta w/ lobster and shrimp friendly service. Altogether a great experience!

Our waitress, Brooke, was very helpful. She provided excellent service that will certainly bring us back to this location.

Worst meal and the most incompetent unfriendly waitress I can remember. Longhorn is now officially "off my list".

Working at a competitors restaurant (outback), I ALWAYS came here. Staff is really friendly. Came in last minute, and I didn't feel rushed at all. 4 stars because my car got scratched here.

Exactly what I expected. Really good steak and all sides. 18oz ribeye. Staff was very pleasant. Coffee could have been fresher.

The current ex and I stopped at Longhorn to celebrate his B'Day. He loves this place and well I don't. Not really. I have never really been a true fan. So he practically dragged me up in here! It took them a while to get the ball rolling. I had enough time to walk over to a Beauty Supply store and come back and then wash my hands before there was a piece of bread placed on our table. So I started the meal with an attitude. But things started to mover along quickly after that. I am thinking there may have been a shift change or something going on. I ordered the Firecracker Chicken Wrap and the Steak (Filet) and Salmon meal and he ordered a Porterhouse Steak, Shrimp and his meal came with a big salad. He may have ordered a "Special" salad cause mine sucked (It was small) compared to his. The bread came out and it was not as much as they used to give you. Like the small loaf was thinner or something. Okay so finally our meal arrived, wait first"Those salads were GREAT!", I am always pleased with the salad at Longhorn. This night was no different. The food was all pretty good. i was a little surprised that the Firecracker Chicken Wrap was actually SPICY. I still think that Chili's has the best Chicken Wraps. But these were good. Crispy, not too greasy. The dipping sauce was good too. For $9 they could have fried up a few more up and dropped them on my plate though. :) My steak was yummy. Med-Well the salmon was delish too. My ex said his meal was EXCELLENT. But he would because he refuses to go to a more expensive Steakhouse like Ruth Chris'. So Texas Roadhouse Grill, Logans' and this damn place are top of the line for him. I am not a big fan of Steak, so maybe I shouldn't even been doing this review. So I can honestly say that this time it was good. Not the best, not the worst. But I had a steak a few years ago at a club called Hariston's near on S. Hariston Road near Redan Road and for $9.99 it was just as good and cheaper.

This was our first time at this one and felt we had to do a review. All of the food was great, drinks were great (peach sangria is amazing), but the steak I ate had too much fat for a strip. The server (Jamie) called the manager over (Mackie) who was extremely nice and with no hesitation took it off of our meal. We don't usually encounter a manager who will stand and speak, not question why you would complain, and welcome us back plus talk about our experiences honestly with us. This was the best Longhorn we've been to and place we WILL become regulars at ; now that we know where it is. We have only been in this area if ATL for about a year! THANKS MR MACKIE! We will be back and if you are reading this and have not been to this location def go!

Onion petal appetizer was great--taste of a bloomin' onion minus the grease and ridiculous portion. The 9 oz bacon wrapped filet mignon was grilled to a perfect medium rare and tasted great. Sauteed onion and mushroom were a nice complement, as were the mashed potatoes. Great meal.

Normally I drive 40 minutes west to their Carrollton, GA location because that locations food is so much better but tonight was just a night I did not want to make the drive. I am not sure how some of the chain restaurants manage to stay in business without their corporate backing other than so much of the food in Douglasville is mediocre, this is considered good. The food was fair but far from great. Stared out with Crispy Jalapeno Shooters. Ok - they were cheese stuffed jalapeno poppers - but the presumptuous way they were served is ridiculous. Each popper (three) was placed in its own glass with a dollop of avocado ranch dip in the bottom... flavor was good but presentation was ridiculous. Salad - horrible, Mostly the white center from the core of the lettuce. Yuck. Ordered a rare porterhouse and a baked potato. Why is it that a steak has to be covered in fake butter and seasoning. A good steak does not need to covered in fake grease. Salt, pepper, maybe a little seasoning - sear it on both sides and serve. A good steak has good flavor - you don't need all that crap. This steak was bland and really had no taste other than what was added. Total bill - $40 plus tip. I doubt I will be back to this location and will be sending a copy of this to their corporate office...

Sorry, I'm just not a fan. There are much better places for steaks. I would go here because friends and family like it. It was a reasonable compromise since I could get trout (which was a healthy alternative). I guess it was too healthy for Longhorn... they have since replaced it with Tilapia (farmed, not-so-healthy). No trout on the menu.. there is NOTHING on the menu that is vegetarian AND healthy - salad is mostly croutons and lettuce... maybe just a bunch of sides??? I won't be going back anytime soon...friends and family can go without me.

This has been a justifiably popular restaurant in the Douglasville area for many years. Decent steaks and salads. I love the Shrimp and Lobster Chowder. The cooking time for entrees can occasionally be a little slow, but the appetizers come quickly. When you go for the lunch special sandwiches, you get a small container of their delicious potato chips in a dipping sauce. The place can be extremely packed on special occasions; I think it is the hoards of people coming over from Alabama, but I have no desire to try to prove that.

We used to live in Carrollton, GA and just recently moved to the Douglasville area. We had a good experience at the Longhorn chain in Ctown, but definitely not in Dville. We went here just to check out the resaurant since my hubby and I are in definite need to find a date-night-restaurant in this area( since so far, all we have is Taco Mac and Carabbas). So, we decided to give this place a shot and what a disappointment it was. We were not really hungry so we just had an entree and an appetizer thanks to a membership coupon we received via email. Our waitress was clearly not happy to see two young couples with a coupon because she was dry and dull, she acted like as if she was doing us a huge favor by waiting on us, and she snootily passed by our table as she walk towards the table behind us where there were four old yuppies who clearly owns a Mercedez or two. When she waited on the older generation, you can hear dollar signs from her as she called them sweeties and madams and blah blah blah kiss-ass-blah. Then every now and then she will 'bless us with her grace' but it was obvious how our presence oh so offended her precious time as a waitress. She didnt smile and truly made us feel like we are wasting her space. Now, let me get this straight to all restaurant people: I used to work as a watiress as well, and I know what's up. When people see a young couple like me and my hubby, especially with a coupon (tee hee ... i really love those things) we automatically assume that theyre cheap skates and we judge already how much we are getting tipped and therefore work for the kind of tip we imagined. For example, if I think a certain customer will only give me a dollar tip, then I will give them a dollar worth of service. And thats what this waitress did. She worked for a dollar tip ... I dont know how much my hubby left her but I would have so given her fifty cents. Ugh. Now, we were not dressed to impress (cuz, lets face it, it was just a casual weekday and I am not about to pull out the not-discounted shirts for LongHorn :PP ) however, we were not, and will never be, looking like we came from trash-n-trailer subdivision. In short, we always look decent, if not fly. Anyways, honestly, regardless of how you dress, when people decided to chose your restaurant out of the many others around, and they decided to pour their hard earned cash to your overpriced menu, one should never feel inadequate or disrespected. And with this, I will happily eat at least twice a week at the other two aformentioned restaurants where we know that the service can match the kind of tip we can give and not be judged because of our age.

How come whenever I go to a steakhouse type establishment around this town, my food is always"almost warm"? Is this some kind of punishment for the fact that I don't usually order steak? Do they have my picture on the wall with the heading "Don't serve hot food."? Come on, my children's food was much warmer than mine. I'm getting really tired of this.

I know it's a chain and I am anti-chain eating, but holy wow - I had me a good steak here. A stuffed white cheddar and bacon filet - how much better does it get?? It was cooked to my perfection and so scrumptious. I'm a fan. Seriously.

Good spot plenty of room for our large group. The heat was not turned up adequately on the cold night we visited. Each time a new patron walked in a draft could be felt all the way in the back of the establishment.
