La Fiesta never disappoints! I had a strawberry mango margarita.... yummmmmmmmy.. can I tell you? It was a nice treat. Not too sweet. I always get the quesadilla. Today I went the other way i tried their burrito with grilled chicken! Delicious!! Definitely a repeat, plus we got a shot of this house made tequila that was a great ending to a great day.

This is easily one of the best Mexican restaurant around. Nice clean atmosphere, normally the food is served in timely manner.

Decide to try this place because taco mac was packed and we are glad we did! The food was excellent and fast with the salsa refill after I empty the first bowl very friendly and the drinks are very strong. I was very impressed with how excelled the food was. I have not had good food like that since I lived in Texas.

Good mexican food, great customer service- live Mariachi band Friday nights. Decent drinks, if you're looking to get tipsy on a budget. The Resturant is a bit dated, but overall look is decent. The guacamole is good, the chicken soup is also tasty. The tacos are also a good dinner plate.

Fresh veggies and nice, fast servers. There are TV's at every angle so that we can watch the World Cup in Brazil. Argentina is winning right now. The vegetable quesadillas are large and filling.

Drew and I had been moving boxes and furniture for most of the day. And, I was in the mood for Mexican food. Well, not really Mexican but a Texas margarita and we just happened to dine at La Fiesta in Douglasville. I hadn't eaten here in years but remembered that it was a decent place to eat. And, it is STILL a decent place to eat. Drew and I both order the Fajita Quesadilla with chicken. One good reason I like this place is that rice and beans come with the meal and not as an extra side. The prices were fair. The food was good. Yes, I did add some salt but all and all, it was a good meal. Total bill was @ $28.00. Felipe was our server. He was attentive and pleasant. My dinemate, Drew is not really a fan of Mexican but he ate all his food and commented that he liked it. We'll come back.

I really wanted to love this place, it's close to the location I was working from from, I wanted Mexican pretty bad that day and they had the most friendliest wait staff. Ordered from the lunch menu & they got it too my table super fast, too bad the food tasted very bland with no seasoning at all, very disappointing, the Cheese dip kind of runny not as flavorful as I'd like the burritos tasted like something not of this world. Needless to say I won't be back...

Today was my 2nd time eating at La Fiesta's and the service was great and the food was amazing. I ordered the Fajita Chicken salad and guacamole with a Texas Margarita. All were delicious. I will come back again!!!!!! Oh, I also loved the music they played.

Went once...food not very good, service was worse. Probably one of the worst places for Mexican food in Douglasville.

This food was boring, and I would not go back here. If you are looking for a typical "Mexican" restaurant, there are others in the area that are much better.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
