Probably one of the largest interiors of a Golden Corrall that I've been to. My waitress started out not very attentive but ended up being very helpful and nice. Good selection and variety. Changed out / refilled selections were done very efficiently.

The food was ok but the staff was horrible. I told the cashier my card had a crack in it but she goes to make it even worse and when she swiped it she pretty much tore it in half cause she was talking to someone beside he not even paying attention. I will say that our server was very hospitable. But I will never go back here again.

Was invited for a function and expected much more. First let me start by saying I am not a buffet type person but the food was not to my liking. Fried chicken was greasy. Mashed potatoes tasted like it was from box. The staff however was very nice and friendly. There were plenty of options to choose from. My husband said the fish and roast were good. Don't see me ever going again even though I frequently visit GA.

Sub-quality food for sure. I only bring my kid here so she can graze on a bunch of different things. She's free until she turns 4. After that I'll probably never come back.

Came for breakfast on a Sunday morning. YUCK! Everything on the buffet was lukewarm - no way it was up to safe temperatures. Only went here because the kids wanted to eat here but has never been one of my favorite places. After this trip I don't think I will be back. Wait staff was nice - not their fault the cooks are sub-par

This is a decent location. It's always clean, but some times the restroom can get out of hand. They should check the restroom at least every half hour because they sell food that is being consumed on the premises. That grill a pretty good steak here, but I enjoy the one's at the Austell Road location a little better. All of the food is constantly coming out fresh. The salad always upsets my stomach. i believe it is from the preservatives that is put on it to keep it looking fresh longer. I can eat the fruit and I take advantage of that portion of the salad bar. I can only eat one plate of food and one plate of fruit and then I am full. But I think that it's still a good deal for the variety of foods that you get. My only complaint is that they don't serve breakfast 7 days a week. I really enjoy the omelet bar here! And I wish PARENTS would SUPERVISE their snotty nosed little kids as they stick their nasty fingers into the ice cream toppings or slip their hands across the Mac N Cheese. So gross and nasty!!!! Parents PLEASE get your damn kids! OKAY!!!!! Waitress staff both male and female are always pleasant and helpful!

The service was nice and they get a 4 out of 5 because if anyone knows me they know I love sweet tea a MN do you can tell it's made with pure sugar. It was so delicious. Thanks for the endless refills.

The food was alright, not fresh. Still decent. Alright Service. Your average buffet.

Service was great staff was very friendly but there were some issues. Food was less than impressive with some items being overcooked and some undercooked. I ordered a steak cooked to medium rare and I received a well done steak. Most of the food was tragically underseasoned and the salad had a very chemical taste to it like they had washed it in dish sanitizer. Then when I tried dessert I asked the man to describe what he was serving and he didn't even know what his own dessert was. If I had my way with this place I would keep all of the waitstaff but start from scratch with new cooks and a better cooking procedure.

Food was middle of the road which is to be expected, but service was piss poor, I've had better service at fast food restaurants. Mary was my server, 20 mins after I set down with my plate she finally came over to see if I needed anything. Never saw her again. I didn't know whether or not she went out and smoked or passed away because she was damn near 80. Horrible horrible horrible and I never trash places like this but I chose the wrong damn place to eat tonight!!!!!!

The best part of the Golden Corral buffet is the dessert section, though the entrees aren't bad for all-American staples as well as some Southern favorites. Eat-in rather than take out by the pound which can get extremely expensive! Always helps when the wait staff are friendly and attentive - if they don't let your plate sit on the table for too long after you're done...

My family and I enjoy coming here. My five year old finds it so cool that he can get what eva he wants and eat something different then everyone else at the table.

I was skeptical about coming here because well, it's a buffet and it's in Douglasville. However, upon coming here, I was actually surprised with the better than expected food selection. The prices are a little more than I had initially anticipated. My son & I LOVED the fried chicken, I actually found it better than anything I have ever eaten at Folks across the street. I want to try their weekend breakfast and once I do that, I will for sure update this review!

Yuck yuck yuck. Nothing more to say. Oh wait I forgot about the red-neck who licked the pudding spoon before putting it back for everyone else to enjoy.

i dont get the other reviews here. i love golden corral. i know that it can get pricey, but people, SKIP THE SODA!! and just get water! its a freaking buffet for heaven's sake! u will get all the sodium, sugar, and all the happiness from the food and not the drink! firstly, people complain about the place based on OTHER CUSTOMERS behavior... and not the place itself. The food selection is awesome! The salad bar has so much variety, from spinach, strawberries, cranberries, sunflower seed, steak, ham, chicken, cheese, black olives, green olives, broccoli, and the list goes on and on... not to mention they have 4 different kind of soups: chili, broccoli cheese soup, clam chowder, and chicken noodle soup, AND they have baked potatoes or sweet potatoes that you can load with sour cream, bacon, chives, U NAME IT, IT IS THERE! The hot food items are also ridiculously good. The fried chicken is the bomb, the all-you-can-eat steak (DINNER TIME OR ALL DAY SUNDAY) is great! Now, sometimes you will come across someone that may not know how to cook your steak properly, to which in that case, all you have to do is POLITELY notify either a manager or your server how you would like your steak to be properly cooked and they will get that sh*t taken care of! They have awesome fried catfish, hushpuppies, bourbon chicken, pop corn shrimp, burgers, fries, pot roast, fried rice, mashed potatoes, gravy, stuffing, pizza (not that great i must admit), biscuits, fresh rolls, and the list once again, goes on and on. Dinner time is more expensive, but it is worth it. They have all kinds of sea food. The menu varies from day to day but they have all-you-can-eat shrimp and tilapia and scallops O-M-G that is cheap for around 14 bucks. U go to red lobster or some other sea food and pasta place and u can take ur 14 bucks there and get 6 pieces of shrimp. THEN there is the Dessert bar! Where do we begin?! Ice cream-check. All kinds of chocolate awesomeness-Check. Cakes?-1,2-3,-Check. Toppings-Check and Check check check check... cookies? Hell, check! And the coffee is free during dessert! Now, sit there, sum it all up and think hard: TRY HAVING ALL THAT SOMEWHERE ELSE for the price you just paid at this joint. I have NEVER had bad service in this place, and if you do, seriously, just POLITELY talk to the managers... they take this kind of stuff seriously, but at the same time, us customers need to be mindful of our manners as well. So there, it is one of the best buffets around. Its not like a 5 star las vegas buffet, but around this area, this is as good as it gets. Go and enjoy, and dont forget to give a generous tip to the hardworking and friendly servers :)

I cannot wrap around my head why this place is not getting five stars... I highly suggest to come here when lunch and dinner are switching out and that means come like around 3:30pm ... you pay for lunch price but get dinner :) (I know, what a cheapskate eh?) I'm not a big soda drinker so I just get water and the total price is not that bad. Tipping is not so bad either. I typically believe on buffet you should leave 3 bucks per person... If it's a family of 4, at least 7 bucks... so that's not bad at all. Considering the ridiculous amount of choices you have from salads, to meat and vegetable entrees, and desserts for the price that you pay! I suggest to come here during peak hours so that the food is fresh (but then again that's how all buffets are). Sometimes, other people's behavior can definitely ruin a good place like this, but as always, when u see something you dont like, let's say a kid put back a strawberry they dropped, just tell the manager and Im sure they will clean that up in a snap. Good place. Good food. I must say the price can be a tad bit pricey, but with the amount of food you can eat in here, and I sure can be an eating machine at times, I think it is just fair. I love sea food nights by the way.

Yuck smells gross, and way to crowded. Plus kids put marshmallows in their mouth then dip and double dip in choc fountain. Only reason I came here was for a family members bday.

So buffets....... what can i say, i like them. I don't know why, i just always have. This particular buffet is one of my favorites for one real reason. I LIKE BREAKFAST. I'm a breakfast person and i'm not ashamed of it. I also try to avoid carbs as much as possible (except for beer for those of you reading my other reviews). That said, the breakfast buffet at this GC is almost always good. Notice i didn't say great, but atleast its consistent. You can go every sunday morning for a year and know exactly what they're going to have on the bar. For me, its eggs and meat. Thats my thing and i love it. And no, i have had my cholesterol and i'm well in the healthy range thank you very much. At the GC you really can get whatever you want for breakfast so long as its nothing too exotic, and by exotic i mean anything beyond scrambled eggs or omelets. They don't poach eggs here hippie, you want that, go to waffle house. As for the meat, its all the usual suspect, pig strips, pig sticks, pig patties, perhaps some steak if you get there early, oh and chicken tenders.... don't ask. Anyway. Its good and I like it. Its clean, so thats a plus and the lady that brings you coffee is usually pretty nice so long as you leave a couple washingtons on the table to keep her in line.

When it comes to buffets, this one is better than most. The food is not great, but it is not bad either. It is definitely filling. It is a little over-priced for people who eat normal portions rather than try to stuff several meals worth of food into one. The entree section of the buffet is better than the desserts. Some of the pies looked like they had been on the line for several hours. However, the meats and pan-seared fish can be watched being cut and cooked for you. Overall, a good experience with good service.
