We waited 20-30 minutes for a table, which is understandable on a Saturday evening, but once we sat down, we couldn't figure out what the hype was about. So they have flat screen tv's, patio, and various flavors of wings - been there, done that. The service was horrible, but I will give the manager a star for dropping by to ask how our drinks were. It wasn't the greatest, but the price wasn't bad so you get what you pay for. And the food...first of all, they ran out of the most popular appetizer so we opted for something else that I can't even remember because it was that horrible. The wings are a nice size and were pretty tasty but nothing I'd write home about. I've had better wings at a Chinese hole in the wall, with a side of tasty rice and drink included for less. I doubt that I'll ever return. The experience was lackluster.

We went here once again on Tuesday only because Taco Mac was jammed pack that evening. They had some kind of live country band on site, and it was impossible to get a table. We normally go to Taco Mac on Tuesdays since they have a 50 cent wing special. When we found out that Buffalo Wild Wings had a 60 cent special, we figured, why not? The place was not crowded at all. We sat close to the bar and was excited to give this place another try. I was very enticed by the many flavors they offer for their hot wings. I went with the one I am more familiar with which is the Mango Habanero, and hubby had the regular Hot Wing Sauce... as with all other wing specials, no side item comes with it and if you want any dip, you have to pay for it separately as well, which is 60 cents a pop in here. The wings came out nicely... crispy and big. The sauces were also good. The regular hot wing sauce isnt anything special... however, what we were disappointed with was their bleu cheese dip. We ordered two little ramekins of it, so that was $1.20 and it was awful. The dip mainly reeked of mayonnaise and little clumps of what is supposed to be blue cheese. In short, it was gross. I normally don't like to use the word "gross" when describing food, but in this situation... well, it was gross. I recommend Taco Mac over this joint at any given time. The drink specials are something to frown upon, our service is tolerable, but all in all, not worth the extra 10 cents a piece over their competitor. This is definitely my last time here.

Horrible wings. I've been to a couple of these places out of state before and think I had a chicken sandwich that was probably ok, just don't remember much about it. So we decided to try the wings here. Oh man, big mistake. Small, dried out, and flavorless. The seemed like they were sitting around for a week. Place was fairly empty when we went. So a couple of weeks later we are in Hiram and wanted wings. It was a Monday and our favorite wing place was closed (Birdies Wings in Hiram) so we thought we would give Wild Wings one more try, stating that maybe it was just the D'Ville location and this may be better. WRONG. Exactly the same. Worst wings ever. I'll never step foot in one again. If you are in the Hiram area I highly recommend Birdies if you want wings. Even the place up the street from me has very good wings (BB's Sports Bar and Grill). If you like biting into an old shoe, these wings may be for you. NOTE: Birdies wings in Hiram closed a while ago, however I heard they may have relocated on Hwy 92 in Dallas somewhere (on your way to Acworth). However, my absolute favorite wings now are located in a small little joint called B.B.'s Sports Bar located in the Kroger plaza on Ridge Road. They are very good.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! The food. The atmosphere. Really the only down side is that there isn't one close to my house. BUT, whenever there is a Buffalos near by, you can bet your booty I'm going to be there

Service was good but food was mediocre. Not sure what it is about this location - seems like it needs a cleanup or a remodel. Food was lukewarm when it arrived T he air conditioning in the restaurant was not working so it warmed up really quickly. Finished my beer and elected to leave the cold fries and rest of my wings behind. I visit the Marietta location all the time and have never had a bad experience. Douglasville location needs to do a walk thru and take some notes

One of the worst sports bars I've ever been to...and I've been to a bunch. Everything was bad except for the people I met there. Slow service, warm beer, cold bland food, terrible TVs, filthy, and stinky. Go elsewhere.

I'm going to make it short and sweet. Asked for a Long Island Iced Tea, my startthenightoff drink. It sucked. Asked the bartender with the stank attitude to remake it. It still sucked. The lady sitting next to me whispered to me that she was probably the worst bartender in the place. I stayed because I really only came to watch the UFC fight. I decided to try their food and ordered a chicken wrap. It wasn't bad but the wrap was a little crunchy. The bartender continued to show a bad attitude when dealing with other customers. Every time one of the servers came back to the bar she had something negative to say about people in there. I can only imagine what she said about me after I left.

i am a stickler for customer service...and thats why i am writing about this particular BWW, I went there this past Saturday to watch the fight, and ordered the large order of wings..i had the lemon pepper wings, i wanted to see how good theirs are.. they came rather fast which was awesome.. but here is where they get the 4 stars for me.. the wings weren't good.. they were really dry, and i had stopped eating them... when one of the managers, short stocky guy with glasses, i cannot remember his name asked me the typical "how are the wings" i told him bluntly "not good".. he DID NOT HESITATE one iota!! and said please allow me to correct this...and asked me what else could i get you".. i asked for order of BBQ flavored.. he said no problem.. the wings came out in 10-15 mins.. hot fresh and juicy... so the 4 stars are for the EXCELLENT customer service i received from their management!! that was so freaking awesome!!!

Horrible high school service. Staff did not know happy hour specials. Order came out wrong. Did not even ask if we wanted blue cheese or ranch with wings. Food is decent but they need to fire entire staff. Not worth your time to suport a buisness with this bad of a staff. It does not matter if the food is ok if the service is so bad. If you do go, sit in the bar and things will probably be better.

Just made our last visit to Buffalo Wild Wings. Reason: $4.69 up-charge for onion rings...There is no excuse for this. Just plain old ripping off customers at it's best. It's bad enough that the waitress took my glass to refill my tea and stopped at the next table to chat before bringing another. $4.69 up-charge was just adding insult to injury. Shame on you Buffalo Wild Wings, shame. By the way, their "hot" wing sauce is tasty.

Decent food. Not the best I've had, but not the worst. They have good happy hour specials and lots of televisions, which I suspect is the big draw.

Food is ok. Its no Taco Mac, but they do have some good wings and a good list of hot wings. I came here during Karaoke night and at first it was cool, but as the night went on my girl and I cannot wait to get the hell out of there because the place just got really annoying with a bunch of girls who think its attractive to belt out notes that was clearly not made for them. However, like I said, the wings are good and just for that, I will be coming back! (Not during karaoke night though)

I've been to a bunch of these around the southeast and have come to the following conclusion: over priced and mediocre. That in combo with the poor service usually keeps me away. I've realized, however, if you go at the right time, it can be a good experience. We visit this location only on Tuesdays between 5-7p. Wings are 60 cents all day and happy hour is between 5-7. If you get there closer to 5 it's empty enough that the service is much better. We can be in and out in about an hour and put down 40 wings and a couple tall cool Budweisers a piece for under $35. Pretty good these days. They let you split sauces with only four wings a sauce which seems crazy inefficient but hey that's the deal. They tend to undercook the wings (skin not meat, still safe to eat) just a hair so I always ask for extra crispy. Do it this way and you'll be surprised!

This location was a little off, the service was not good getting our orders wrong but the wings was good and the beer was cold. Still a great spot to watch some sports tvs out the wazoo.

DON'T EAT HERE! My husband placed a large order for father's day, including the caribean jerk that he loves, the only reason he eats there. He got home & had 2 orders of lemon pepper instead of 1 lp & 1 cj. When he called to rectify the problem the manager Adam felt more like arguing with him & basically calling him a liar. Fed up hubby said never mind, I'll just eat these & hung up. 15 minutes later Adam called back to argue more saying he had watched surveillance tapes & since 3 boxes went into the bag hubby must be lying. Hubby offered to send pics since this genius clearly didn't understand that the problem was the wrong wings in 1 of those boxes, but no, this manager doesn't feel it's his job to fix problems or maintain relationships with repeat customers. Bottom line is DON'T EAT HERE!
