We tried many different Chinese take out/delivery places when we moved to Acworth in 2010- House of Lu in Dallas is by far the best, hands down. The food is consistently delicious, and we haven't been disappointed in a single meal we've ordered from them in 5 years. Bonus, the delivery to Brookstone II is never more than 30 minutes, regardless of their estimates. Can't recommend them highly enough!

I'm not one to write a stellar review I guess... Maybe the typical American in me only makes time when I'm frustrated and need to vent about a product or service. I do have to say that the food here is amazing... Not amazing for the price (which is well priced) because that would take away from the quality. No matter the cost, even if it were 2x the cost, this food is amazing!! I have been a fan of Kung Pao for some time, and it's honestly hard to find a great Kung Pao. House of Lu has it!!!! Order it at least 1x a week if not more. Then one day I was craving Thai yellow curry... Yes I love this place but certainly they wouldn't have have the best Thai. Ummm, they do, the Yellow curry was amazing. You will not regret eating here :)

The service is top notch. We took our grandparents who are in their 80's and they were treated like celebrities, they ate it up. The food was definitely not up to par with the service. Very americanized, over sweetened, over breaded fare that was reminiscent of my teenage weekends at the mall eating foodcourt Chinese in the 1990s. So, if you wanted to be treated very well, and don't mind going into a diabetic coma, this is your place.

If you're looking for an authentic Chinese food, this is the place to go!!! The place is not too big but food is very good compare to any Chinese food in Georgia.

Consistently good food, probably the best Chinese food in the area. The take out menu is a bargain, but dine in menu is different with significantly higher prices. For this reason, we usually just get take out and eat at home.

Nope. The place up 120 at Publix is not that much better, but at least you can get decent fried rice.

Not impressed, the food is ok not great. I don't know how this place stays in business. The tables smell of dirty dish water, and the food has no flavor. Who's cooking back there anyway. I've tried this place a couple of times and it still sucks! Get a better cook!

Prices at pick up are not the same as the on line menu. Three dollars more for lunch item. When this was pointed out at pick up the cashier said it was not their menu. When I showed the menu I was told this was "old prices" and refused price on menu. I was told I would have to speak to the manager who was not there. I paid the extra but I will not make this mistake again. Food was way too salty and contained lots of MSG. Not Good!!!

I love there food here but have been times were we order a certain food for pickup but when we sit down to eat they say they do not not have it (salt and pepper chicken). But still good food.

I've never been disappointed with anything I've ordered here. They have excellent service, as well as a warm and inviting atmosphere. I personally recommend trying their schezwan chicken, which has a mild spicy-ness to it, and make sure you try some of their hot tea which is always spot on.

Good food, good service. We place an order for delivery over the phone on a Saturday evening about 7:20pm. We were told to expect the order within 30-35 minutes. It was delivered probably 15 minutes later. (We live about 2-3 miles away.)

I agree with the other poster that this is the best chinese in the area. I've tried many items on the menu and have no complaints. Their portions are so large that my wife and I share and still have to take much of it home. It's close by so we also get take-out here a lot and also have had them deliver. Take-out is generally ready within 15 minutes. For the best deal, go during lunch and get a lunch special. So much great food for just a few bucks. Can't be beat. I'm actually surprised that this place has a two dollar sign rating. It's actually less expensive than many single dollar sign places. But then I get their lunch specials and split meals. I always feel like I get off cheap here.

Pretty darn good for West Cobb. My faves are the Tom Kha Soup and Thai Basil Fried Rice with beef. Never actually been to the restaurant though - just home delivery.

My husband and I love this place. We have General's Chicken, Crab Rangoons, and Beef Fried Rice at least 2 or 3 times a month. They do delivery, but call first - not sure how far they go. These folks are always nice - they do a great job!!

Best Chinese in the area in my opinion.They have great service and great food.They have take out or dine in.There won ton soup is to die for.There priceses are very resalable.There restaurant is keep very clean.The only down down side is they do not have delivery.
