A special place of gourmet goods, perfect pastries, and well orchestrated sandwiches. A Chef confident in his ability to pair delectables and sharing it with our small town, while opening his connections to rare meats and seafood to John Q. Public. Casual atmosphere, love in the food, and fair prices for excellence. My new go-to eatery in town.

This bakery is in a lovely location with a huge window that looks out on a valley. The day we were there there was the prettiest view with fog in the valley. We had the sausage biscuits and they were so good! I was thinking about them for a while afterwards and wished I could have them again for breakfast the next day but we had to leave. The only downside was that there is only one table. They need to squeeze in about three small tables with two chairs each so that you don't feel rushed like you are taking the only table.

As mentioned in a previous review, this place IS cute, but that's where the flattery ends. We stopped by there today to check it out and left after five minutes without making a purchase. This place was originally named "Baked on Main," but evidently that didn't do well and is now known as 'Feast,' which is misleading, as there is really nothing to feast upon. The first thing we noticed when we entered was the radio blaring rock music, which the man (cook?, chef?, baker?) turned down some when we walked in. There were three display cases... the ones to the right and left had some miscellaneous baked goods (croissants, bagels, scones, cake pops and a couple of other items). The middle case had some prepared foods (mashed potatoes, garden salad, a couple of meat items, and I'm not sure what else). The only price I saw was on the croissants and they were asking $4.00 for I think it was a package of two! I couldn't really tell what was in the other packages, as the display case was obviously repurposed and not intended for displaying prepared food. The labels on the packages pretty much covered up the food, so you could not really tell what was inside. And here's the really odd thing... below the packaged, prepared food, on the very bottom shelf, there were several plates with different cuts of raw meat (that weren't even covered with plastic wrap). WHAT?! What is that about? I didn't ask and frankly don't want to know. There is a chalkboard outside in front of the establishment that stated they were offering chicken noodle soup, but I didn't see any signs or evidence of that inside. The whole place (other than the décor) lacks any cohesion and I just left shaking my head. The other huge problem with this place is the parking. Too many one-way signs and if you miss the turn in to the main parking lot (that has all of three spaces), you end up going into a dirt parking lot in the back that is not easily accessible to the front entrance. I guarantee this place will not be around much longer. Too many negatives and really nothing positive to report. I'm so glad I didn't waste my money on any food or baked goods, as I'm quite sure I would have been very disappointed.

Decided to give the place a try for lunch. but really sorry I did. NO prices on the items so you get a surprise when you check out. My Turkey and Swiss, was heated in the oven, which I did not know and I hate melted cheese, the wheat bread was dry and there was no lettuce, Tomato or spread, which I order. So when I got home to eat the food I was totally upset. Cold melted cheese on turkey, dry crusty wheat bread.

Very cute place, wanted to love it. Did not. Nothing is priced, which isn't good when u get to the check out and pay $20 for lunch. I would like to know what I am buying and how much it is. The cookies were terrible, worse than a walmart cookie! Sandwich was fine. The bread was the star, though, not the filling.
