I rate this sandwich a 5* based on the sandwiches we were served at the Cumming, GA location!! DO NOT GO TO THE ALPHARETTA LOCATION ON WINDWARD PKWY!! The woman taking our orders was slow as molasses, creating a line behind us 6 people deep on their lunch hour! When I received my sandwich it didn't include one of the ingredients I ordered. I took it back and the manager pawed all through it trying to prove me wrong. By the time he had torn it all apart and saw I was correct, he just wanted to add the ingredient and give me the mess back!! No thank you! New sandwich please. I will never return to this Which Wich again. You shouldn't either!

I ended up at Which Wich due to the Chic Fil A being closed for remodeling, so I finally had a chance to see if all of my peeps were right about how cool this place is. Sorry to say, but all my peeps are horribly mistaken. The place feels like a psychology experiment when you walk in the door to begin the ordering process; numbered bags, piles of Sharpies, and the menus on the wall were all adding up to synapsis overload. I picked up the "Italian" bag and marked the muffeletta box, and then I walked up to hand the cashier my $10 for the sandwich a bag of chips and a cup ice water; what a deal!!! NOT! The service was non existent, and the folks behind the counter didn't seem too concerned about developing a customer base, if you know what I mean. The only 2 positives I can come up with is the location is great, and the food didn't kill me!

They didn't want to stick a Subway in the Avenue Forsyth (The Collection) so they put this as the "upgraded" version although the mediocrity lies right next to the average Subway restaurant.

Great sandwiches! They don't skimp on the meat and toppings. Plus, some of the toppings are more interesting than what most sandwich shops have. Prices are kind of high and the line gets pretty backed up during peak times.

If your sandwich is messed up, it's no one's fault but your own since you call the shots. Maybe the wait gets long but it's worth it Thank You Very Much (my favorite sandwich). If you can sit outside, do, it's such a great place to people watch.

Stopped by here on my lunch break one day and loved how it was so unique compared to other sandwich shops. You write your order on a brown paper bag and they make it and put it back in the bag. Very creative concept. Food was pretty good, wasn't expecting to much. Only thing that was pretty bad was the wait, and it was at 3:30, not even a normal lunch hour and still took 20 minutes to get my 1 sandwich.

Which which, I really want to like you. I'm so torn! I went a while back and noticed that they had a lettuce wrap option, so I made a mental note to come back and try it. Well, today I went and tried it. I was so excited because I'm not a big bread eater these days, and appreciate restaurants that have this option. I'm not sure how they are trying to construct these things, but it's pretty difficult to eat. It's not one that's easy to peel down the wrapper and hold the wrapper while you eat it. As soon as I got my hands on it, it started falling apart. I should have just gotten a fork and finished it as if it were a salad, but I was in too deep at that point. I felt like an animal trying to consume that thing. The lady sitting at the table next to me even started laughing and commented that she had always wondered about the lettuce wrap, but watching my struggle eliminated any desire she ever had to try it. Maybe some big sturdy romaine hearts would solve the problem? I don't know. As I said before, I so want them to succeed with this because I'm excited for the healthier option. For now, I know to stick with the salad bowl.

Fantastic sandwich shop and cool concept of writing out your specific order on the sandwich bag! The food quality- meats, cheeses, and veggies are much better than what you get at subway. Not dissing subway-still like them, but Which Wich has edged them out for first place for a quick and reasonably price sandwich shop.

I'm often disappointed when I visit this location. The service is not great and it takes forever to get a sandwich. I've never gotten a sandwich that didn't have several components missing, often the ones I pay extra for. On my last visit I asked for spinach and had 3 little leaves on it. And wheres my sauce? and the meat? I love Which Wich, and the employees here are nice, but this one has a lot of work to do.

I used to eat here often because I work in an office upstairs. But I've sworn off it because of the same bad experience every time. The food itself is subpar. Terrible bread (dry, chewy, and flavorless), pitiful vegetables, and so-so meat and fillings. The only way to get a decent sandwich is to avoid fresh vegetables, and pile on the toppings so that you don't notice the poor quality. (A Muffaletta with olive salad is okay, for instance, but not because it's a very good Muffaletta.) The service is SLOW, even if you're the only person there. If you come during the lunch rush, it might take up to 20 minutes for you to get your sandwich. I thought maybe the toaster was the hold-up, but even when there's no line and I get an untoasted sandwich, it still takes them several minutes to make it. But the worst part is that they have repeatedly screwed up my order! Their gimmick is that you write on the sandwich bag exactly how you want your sandwich, but many times I've unwrapped it to find it out was toasted when it shouldn't have been, or had mayo or oil added, or is missing a topping.

Food okay but hey there's not many people on here and it's still taking forever to get my food! Step it up people!

Another day, another franchise sandwich joint. It seems that a lot of my recent reviews are about how we have too many sandwich shops. Add another bad one to the list. Although I'll say the Avenue Forsyth area doesn't have the concentration of sandwich shops like Windward. Came here on a day when school was out. They were slammed with soccer moms, strollers and high school kids. It was hard to find a table. There wasn't a lot to like about this place. Here's a list of the problems: Franchise Silliness - The name bugs me. It isn't as bad as "Lettuce Souprise You", but it runs a close second. I also don't care for the gimmick of writing your order on a brown bag. Minimalist Decor - When will this fad end? The chairs and tables here suck. They are not comfortable. The high top tables have bar stools with no backs to them. Not exactly kid friendly. I didn't want my three year old up that high. I know he isn't going to stick the landing if he falls. And good luck finding a table with a group larger than four. The Sandwiches - Minimalist in size as well. These things are small. They remind me of Quiznos with the conveyor belt toaster thingy. My wife complained that her meat didn't get heated all the way through. Otherwise the sandwiches were forgettable. Plus one star for having SPAM on the menu. You can get spam and eggs off the breakfast menu. Classy! "Stacy G, your hot Wich is ready!" Give it to someone else. This place is on the never again list.

The Italian Grinder with olive salad and provolone is a must try! They also make the absolute BEST PB&J's!! The Pastrami is also excellent! You can get extra meat on all sandwiches as far as I know, do I usually get a large sandwich that is fine for 2 meals. Great food, pretty good service for fast food. I never seem to like the shakes though, so I would skip them.

We've seen these at the Forum and on Windward, but never had the chance to try it. At first, I thought the whole ordering on a bag thing was kinda cute, but it just seems to take too much time, especially if you're with kids (maybe it makes sense for a regular who always gets the same thing). The chicken Italiano was okay, not the best and not the worst, but smaller than I expected given the price just for the sandwich alone. Nothing tasted really fresh, from the bread to the tomatoes to the chicken. Think I'd rather stick with the one-off sub shops that take more pride in the finished product.

Everyone raves about their sandwiches.... not real impressed. Tried twice and not pleased either time.

I love love love this place! When I called up my friend to see if she wanted to grab lunch she said there was a Which Wich by her and I just had to go. I don't know what it is about this place...I love everything, the thinly sliced meat, the bread, the fresh tasting produce! It is so well put together and tasty! And that's just the food. The staff is super friendly and seem very happy to be making my lunch. It's probably a bad thing I know there is one so close, I will be back very soon.

I had seen an article in the paper about how a local man had tried to eat this sandwich and ended up in the E.R. with lockjaw so we knew the challenge was on. We approached the restaurant with trepidation, not wanting to spend our evening at the hospital. The restaurant has a quirky little system where you fill out your order on the paper bag that your sandwich eventually ends up inside. The sandwiches are all toasty & warm but not quite jaw busting. The Double Wicked aka Lockjaw has 5 kinds of meat - turkey, ham, roast beef, pepperoni & bacon (Bacon!!!), 3 kinds of cheese and all the assorted fixings. Very, very tasty and not dangerous as long as you have a big mouth like us.

This place def. puts subway to shame! I love the cool concept, the cool atmosphere, and most of all the really good sandwiches! It comes to you all toast and melty and delicious just ready to be devoured, nothing can beat a good sandwich! Price pretty good too!

I tried this place while spending a weekend in Cumming/Alpharetta area.Staff is friendly Excessive minimalist Decor kind of Arid Ambience. Let's talk about food:Nothing really different in Flavor terms compared with other sandwich or fast food chains.Actually I'm still stuck with the Subway's Italian Herbs & cheese or Whole wheat bread.Which wich is a Small Sandwich, bread doesn't seem fresh or home made
