Good store. Busy. Nice staff. Good sandwiches and proper sweet tea. I think they put crack in the chicken, as I am certainly addicted to Chick-Fil-A.

Never returning to this horrendous CFA. One of the employees couldn't wait until my hand cleared the trashcan to dump out her dustpan. I ended up with god knows what kind of liquid on my right hand. I stopped by to pick up some lunch and I thought I walked into a mad house. Kids yelling, screaming, and running around ... rude mom's pushing their strollers around and not letting you go by. There's another CFA a few exits down, go to that one. Also.. my freaking ice cream SUCKED! It was more like frozen vanilla ice than soft serve ... GRRR..

What can I say, it's an average fast food place that concentrates on chicken. Their chicken biscuits, although good are a little on the dry side. They're consistent and my go to for fast food as I do like their chicken tenders and their sweet tea is pretty good. The staff is generally nice and most of the time are accurate, however, I've been there a few times where a French fry was missing or a chicken sandwich was missing. Most of the time they're on par

Normally good service at this location but today was so slow. They were not busy but the food took forever. However there were five high schoolers waiting to say "my pleasure" but not one person could get my apple juice, food or ice cream after dinner. Good grief management!

This is one of the best Chick-Fil-As I've ever been to, and I've been to many! Why? Well, it has all the usual things those of us who love CFA expect- the food and nice staff- but they take it a step further. Today at lunch, my boss and I wanted something easy and quick and stopped at the Chick-Fil-A at The Avenue between appointments. First, this is one of the stores where you can get the limited-time-only tortilla soup - yum! Maybe they will make it permanent if it sells well? They also have (like all stores) the new grilled nuggets option for kids. Cool. This is a company that keeps trying to make things better and healthier, while still offering sinful things like their original chicken sandwich and waffle fries combo :) But what really sets this location apart is the multiple staff members I saw doing table service. "Do you need another refill? What would you like?" . . . "Let me take that tray for you." . . . I even heard one staff member speaking to the table next to us in Spanish. Top-notch, all-around.

My least favorite CFA in the area. They don't make an effort to cater to children and make that quite apparent upon each visit. For an excellent alternative, drive 5 more minutes to the CFA on PIB and Moore Rd in Suwanee. Staff, management, food, cleanliness....is 100% better.

I'm not sure who cooks or who teaches the cooks but they burn the bacon so bad every morning, I live beside this chick fil a but drive out of my way every morning just to get a good bacon egg and cheese. I know most people agree because this chick fil a in a much better location gets half the business as the chick fil a up the road hidden behind a wall you can't even see(which they know how to cook they're food and are super busy every day. This problem has to come from the management level because it has been like for for a year, every few weeks I decide I do not want to drive to the better chick fil a and will stop at the avenue in hopes that they won't burn the bacon so bad it's hard to eat, last 7 times they completely failed

This is one of the best Chick-Fil-A's in the area. The owner, Gene, is awesome and is great at supporting local schools and athletic teams. The restaurant is always clean and the staff are polite and friendly!

Not going to get into a long review about chick-fil-a, or talk about their politics. They make a damn good fried chicken sandwich and it pleases the belly.

My first adventure to Chick-Fil-A! After hearing so much about it from Gene X, I knew being back in the south is was one of the many things I needed to accomplish. This Chick-Fil-A has just been remodeled so it's pretty nice. It was also pretty crowded. Those southerners love them some chicken!! For fast food, this place is pretty good. I'd say it's like the In N Out of Southern Chicken. Everyone was very courteous and even the manager was opening the doors for the patrons. Now this could've been because they just reopened after their remodel but I was impressed. The bathrooms were clean as well which is a rare find in a fast food joint. While I thought it was good, I do think Gene X was building it up a bit too much. I've had just as good chicken sandwiches elsewhere but I will admit I liked it and I'd go back again if I were in the area of a Chick-Fil-A. I just don't think I'll ever crave it like I do In N Out...;-)

People are always nice, kids love it and my wife can eat the salads that are gluten free. I would love if they carried a grilled chicken with an alternative to bread. Celiac household will give this one 3 stars since no fast food places should ever get four or five stars Plus who does not like a place that once a year you can dress up like a cow and get a free item. Eat MOR CHIKIN

They ought to call this place the South Forsyth High School cafeteria. Most of the staff and a lot of the patrons are high school kiddies from down the road. That's not a bad thing, they're good kids. This Avenue Forsyth store is not half bad. It is a pretty new store and is nice. The staff is extra friendly and they refill drinks at the table. The food quality is slightly above average for most CFAs around here. I still think the CFA in downtown Cumming is the best one around. I'd give this Avenue Forsyth store the silver medal.

As good as fast food gets. Breakfast is always crowded but they still get you in and out fast.
