Been here twice, really excellent customer service. our trays carried to our table, custard pie yum! i had tye chicken tetrazzini and wanted more! mashed potatoes tasted like they were instant, not good but service made up for it!

"A Disappointment!" As a recent transplant, I was looking forward to visiting after seeing this restaurant on The Travel Channel some time ago...what a disappointment! I arrived for takeout and the staff member at the first station totally ignored - so much for southern hospitality. Once I decided my entree, the next person served up the sides, I chose mashed potatoes and gravy and macaroni and cheese (a soul food standard). The cost with a drink $10.68...a little pricey but I figured it would be well worth it. Well when I returned home and tasted the food, I was shocked...the potatoes were instant...NOT homemade and the mac & cheese was completely flavorless...it literally tasted like nothingness! :( I do not recommend and I will not be returning

I am not a picky eater and every time I am in the south, I love to eat down home comfort food..........however this is the worst food ever. 1st they advertise as an all you can eat. They all you can eat is actually the fried chicken with a limited of 2 sides. You can get 2 more sides when you go back up to the counter, but not 4 at the same time! What is the difference? Fried chicken was too breaded; Mac and cheese creamy but no flavor. Sweet potato soufflé was okay. The corn bread was dry. The peach cobbler which is my favorite had so much corn starch; it was a gelatinous mush! SO so disappointed! Never will I come back. I do not recommend this place ever!!!!!

I normally eat here about once a week but I will not be back. As I as paying for my food today, I noticed a roach crawling on the counter next to my tray. There is no excuse for roaches in a restaurant.

Not much to pick from in this little town. Comfort food, veggies and desserts galore! Not gourmet, but gets the job done :). 4 stars for what it is and getting the job done'

Piccadilly's always a great economical place to go. Very reasonable but very good cafeteria food. I almost always get the carrot souffle. I was very happy to find a Conyers location, after having moved here. I enjoyed the $5.99 chicken and dumplings special with 2 sides (fruit mix and greens) with the additional carrot souffle and sweet tea. (My eyes were bigger than my stomach.) Service was excellent, and the staff and the customers were outgoing and friendly.

For many years I have eaten at this Piccadilly location. The prices go up, up, up, and the quality of the food goes down, down down. Last night was the worst ever! I had Cajan baked fish it was served raw, this is not a sushi place, they are supposed to at least. Warm it up. $12 bucks for yuk. I returned the fish to the cashier, she was tottaly unconcerned. Basically just ignored me. There are not any good family style places in Conyers so I hate to write this one off, but I have no choice. They are on my s__t list.

Whaddya want? It's a Piccadilly. Cheap, cafeteria style eats that aim to please. Quick and easy. It's a Piccadilly. What else is there to say?
