Had another excellent time here. The food was custom ordered. They chef will make it the way you want it. The service was excellent. This is the best Chinese restaurant in Rockdale and newton counties. I will be going back.

I'm not too fond of Chinese food, but the lunch buffet was pretty good. Nothing was super greasy and the place seemed pretty clean. My only complaint is the buffet area is a tight squeeze, but the place was packed anyway.

There are alot of Chinese restaurants in Conyers that claim to be the best. This is one of the best places to get Chinese food. The service is great especially the owner who always comes out to see how your doing. The food is also good and you don't have to wait a long time for it either. I really appreciate them having healthier alternatives on the menu for those who are trying to eat healthier. Always enjoy myself when I go.

Very good Chinese food and really good portions. Prices are very reasonable. We ordered the Mongolian chicken, General Tsao's Chicken and Veggie Lo Mein and paid online. Accidently tipped twice; once when my wife placed order online and again when I picked up at the restaurant.

Amazing food. I come here most often for dinner but also enjoy the lunch Buffett. The food is always steaming hot and fresh. Never had to wait to be seated either. The hot braised wings are huge and delicious. And if you get a platter from the combinations menu they give you endless refills of steamed or fried rice. Definitely recommend! It's in the plaza with the Big Lots and Dollar store.

No where as good as it used to be but still the best in Conyers. I think it changed ownership a few years back.

I have been eating at this place for over 10 years. Its really hard to find any Chinese places in the area that aren't strictly catered to take out only. We all know the kind of place I'm talking about where you order from a picture on a wall. This place is an old school sit down order from a real menu kind of place. They switched owners a few years back and I was genuinely worried the quality or menu might change because that happens a lot when new owners come in. Not this place Mandarin Garden has not changed one bit in all of the years I've been eating there. The entrées are massive and enough to share with another or take home for a large second meal. Everything on the menu is delicious. I would highly recommend the Mongolian chicken, twice cooked pork and the Peking chicken. The hot and sour soup is also delicious. So if your looking for an amazing delicious meal Mandarin Garden is a must!

Went to Mandarin Garden twice, since it was close to where we were staying and both times there were just a couple of customers - they never appear busy, which means we get served quickly! The food is good, not the best but definitely reasonable for the price you pay. Customer service is so so. In the couple of times we visited, one lady was very nice and another just takes your order and gets on with what she was doing (talk on the pone!) Overall service is not bad but could be much better. This is not an upscale place but not an absolute dump!

I tried this place because my GPS gave this as one of the Asian restaurants nearby. I was pleasantly surprised that the food was actually good. It was an ordinary looking place. I ordered the Shrimp with Lobster sauce. It was tasty ! I will be back to try the other items and of course will update this review.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
