This place is truly amazing. The food is absolutely delicious and the lady who runs it is sweet as can be. Never going to another Chinese place again. Loved it!

This restaurant has the best Korean food I've had in the Columbus in years, and the owner is the sweetest woman ever!

It's hard to describe exactly what Ok Sun is to someone who's never been there. It's Chinese with a Korean twist. It's some of the best food you'll ever have. I'm vegetarian and I still crave their hamburger eggrolls from time to time. Their vegetable fried rice is the best around and their vegetable tempura and Chinese French fries are amazing! Don't forget to finish up with a slice of their red velvet cake!

Don't let the location fool you! It's an awesome hole in the wall type place with that really cozy feeling inside. The service was friendly and helpful. Egg rolls were unique and delicious. Lots of great dishes to choose from! Definitely going here more often to get away from the Fort Benning atmosphere on the weekends!

This place is delicious. I usually have either sweet and sour chicken or pepper chicken, both with Chinese fries and rice. The fries are awesome and I love the rice. They also supposedly grow some of the vegetables themselves, and the employees are very nice. Highly recommended if you like oriental food.

All the locals like it, so I think this business caters well to its clientele. I was not overly impressed. The menu is mostly Chinese. The cucumber kimchee was different but good. The best part was the coleslaw.... Which I highly recommend. Did not try the egg rolls or the red velvet cake (not available).

Nothing special here but the service is very friendly. I HATE to give this place 3 stars but the portions are just way too small for the price. Good mom and pop restaurant and some people have been eating here forever. The owner is out of the way nice and after I left I felt great for making a purchase here instead of at some chain restaurant. The place is a real staple in the community. Good food just very small portions for the price. Bulgolgi was fantastic though. YakiMandu was too soft for my liking. Tried the Hamburger roll and it was OK. Nothing to scream about. Golden Chopsticks still reigns supreme for Korean to me.

Family business (great people), solid lunch place but they do dinner as well I believe . One of the few places I miss in this local area. If you are looking for Korean food then this will be the place to stop!

One of my very favorites in town. As far as Korean food goes, this style is not as intimidating and some other restaurants. I suppose I could use the word Americanized in the situation. Instead of Tex-Mex maybe it's Geo-Ko? I usually get the same thing: the Bulgogi which has a sweetish, but tangy gravy. It comes with fried rice and chop che on a paper plate. Their Chop che is a mixture of fried cabbage, veggies, and clear noodles. Pretty good. The fried rice... well... I just love it. Might be a little on the oily side for some people. I only say this because sometimes I eat way too much of the stuff, but I honestly can't help myself usually. The fried rice can also be ordered as an entree, with chicken and whatnot, and it's tasty as well. The yakimandu, or fried dumplings, are... there are no words to describe it. Perhaps I am hungry right now and haven't had them in a while, but they are just soooo good. Stuffed with meat and veggies, fried, and presented with a vinegary sauce. Man, now I'm gonna go get some tomorrow. Anyway, they also have this thing called a chicken roll-up. When I first saw this thing, I had to laugh. It's basically chicken fried rice rolled up in a tortilla- honestly, a mexican tortilla- and served with teriyaki dipping sauce. This place is really a melding of flavors. But really, I'd have to say that my favorite part of this tiny little restaurant, is that on a nice spring or fall day I have seen their side door opened. What greets your eyes is a lovely little garden. And nothing can feel better than knowing that part of the reason that your food tastes so great is because it's so fresh from the garden.

When I used to live in Columbus, I would eat here on average about once a week. Their fried rice is very different but excellent. Their fried veggies are very yummy also. My fav dish is the Mae Wa Chicken. I've also tried the Bulgogi and Almond Chicken are also very good. Don't miss out on the egg rolls because they are delish!

Plain-jane interior, good but average food. A favorite of the wife's.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
