I really enjoy my visits to this buffet because the price is low and includes a drink. They have good basic sushi and some really good Asian food! You will really enjoy it so GO! Try the cheesy crab meat, it's a local favorite! It's in the Walmart/Lowes shopping center called Marketplace. Also they close kind of early so don't even think about going after 9PM. They are apparently rated as one of the top 100 chinese restaurants in the United States by some little known rating company, that's still definitely something to brag about.

Delicious!!!! My daughter and I was starving after her doctor's appt. We needed a buffet so we came here. We've been here before so we knew it was good, but today, divine!!! We were the first ones there so everything was fresh. My fav salt/pepper shrimp, Mongolian beef and lemon pepper winges. Awesome!! We'll be back on her next dr visit!!!!!!

Literally you will pee out of your butt for the next 72 hours. Gross. Seriously this place is nasty and made me sick as hell.

How can this place get more than two stars? The food is not good and service is zero. None of the dishes had any taste...so sad. Iwiill not be returningg.

Hong Kong isn't good but is also not absolutely terrible. There's a good bit of food for what you pay but then again most buffets are like that. The take out is much better than the food that is left out on the stands for hours though. The take out is the only reason I didn't give this place a one star or two star review.

We ordered take out. But the decor and inside was nice and clean. We called twice - once to ask a question and once to order. Both people were very friendly! The food tasted fresh and was flavorful! They even threw in an order of wontons for free The only item that wasn't that great was the spring roll. It tasted like it had been under a heater for hours. But everything else was great! We will definitely be back!

We typically order the same thing everywhere we go so we have a lot to compare with and we enjoy this spot. It has been really hard to find good food in GA but this is the first place that makes fried rice the way we are accustomed to from back home. Always fresh and hot and the staff is really nice.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
