I love Gallery Row! The atmosphere is so inviting! It's great place to hangout or get some work done. Go try their Vanilla Chai (I get it as a frappé). It is the best drink in the world!

Gallery Row has pretty good coffee and is in a great location in downtown Carrollton. I think the space is used appropriately and has plenty of comfortable couches and seating areas. If you go in and see a young barista, chances are your experience will be fine. The reason I'm giving Gallery Row Coffee three stars is because of the owners, an older couple. I've seen them be rude and insulting to their employees and they've been rude to me more than once. I'm not a difficult customer--I ordered an iced latte and when a barista made it hot, I just asked him to pour it over ice. One of the owners, an older woman, snapped angrily and said that's not the way I ordered it even though customers around me heard me order it iced. If it were just one time I'd witnessed poor attitudes from this couple, I could forgive it, but I've seen it too often at Gallery Row. For even better coffee and service, I'd recommend driving down Macon Street to Bella Coffee.

I prefer Gallery Row to any other coffee shop in Carrollton (big name or little). The others are either very strong or weak on their flavors, where Gallery Row gets it right. I haven't had any of their meals, however, their pastries, cookies, donuts, and (blueberry!) scones have never disappointed. :) Location is everything and being on the Square certainly makes life easy. Prices are right and, honestly, as a small business owner myself, I don't mind a 2 hour time limit to wi-fi with a purchase. It's fast and convenient. "Free" is subjective, I suppose, but, if a limit isn't put on (especially on the square) I can only imagine how hard it would be to find a seat at time and enjoy the coffee in-house. I also love their staff - always chatty and friendly. Very welcoming and helpful when I can't make a coffee decision (yeah, I can be one of 'those' orderers).

I have been to Gallery Row a few times and each time has been pleasant with a few caveats. I have ordered coffee here several times as well as smoothies and frappuccinos which were pretty good but nothing outstanding. I also had lunch here two days ago and although the food was decent, the prices are a bit on the high side. I was impressed with the selection of coffees, teas, and drinks that they have. It also has a somewhat pretentious vibe but the people behind the counter have always been very nice and helpful. Maybe it's just the crowd that was attracted, which were mostly the younger hippie dippies.

Great coffee and deserts! My favorite after dinner place in Carrollton.

I never thought I'd say this (I'm a big city lover)... But this place makes me wish I lived in Carrollton. Lovely staff, yummy goodies and DELICIOUS drinks!! I wish I lived closer because I'd be here everyday :)

I continue to go here because the drinks are tasty and the location is convenient, but the primary barista I encounter has horrible customer service. When I think of a coffee shop I think of a laid back person with a smile on their face and an inviting atmosphere; if you encounter this guy you will not feel happy. His face is always disgruntled, he rushes your order, does not like to answer questions, and never greets or thanks any customers. Honestly if Gallery Row wasn't within my walking area, I would not return. After working in customer service for almost eight years I find that customer service and friendliness are the easiest things to provide.

My favorite coffee/hang out spot in town. It is locally owned and operated with quality better than Starbucks in my personal opinion.

Went there to grab a coffee and lunch. First time there. Ordered a salad on the menu and when it came out it didn't have the things that it said it would on the menu which was the proper dressing advertised on the menu board or hard boiled eggs and the portion was small. I went up to the front and asked for the missing items and a older lady came out and said that they were out... It would have been nice to know that before I ordered the salad. Drink I got was delicious which was made by a friendly barista but the food service is not on the same level as the coffee. Overall will not eat there again.

Coffee is great and service is very good. It's as fast as any Starbucks and has much better variety. The location is great for a Sunday paper or weekend workplace on the computer.

NO FREE WIFI!! Don't know why they advertise as such, but it's not true. You have to obtain a password from the counter that is good for 2 hrs or buy access. The "free" access often doesn't work or is impossibly slow. Definitely not here for the coffee (Bella is much better and wifi is actually free). It is a comfortable environment, but that's all it has going for it. This is not a good choice.

I'm not sure why the complaints. The atmosphere is great. I like to come by here to write or to meet friends for chatting. The wifi is great, but they do require a purchase and limit it to 2 hours. I don't think this is unreasonable. Many coffee shops are doing this. Since they are paying for the wifi and even provide power for laptops, buying a cup of coffee every two hours is acceptable. I love the setting, seating, and there are many places for setting up to work, study, or socialize. I give it two thumbs up. I would give it three, but I'm short one arm.

Love me some Gallery Row! It is definitely a small-town cafe and I love it. however, i will point out that it is slightly over priced. Their cookies are $1.50 a piece! but dammit i buy it anyway cuz they are so yummy!! I highly recommend trying out their interesting varities of teas and they are reasonble. I recommend to get the medium size and ask for refills of hot water cuz they are pretty strong. I also recommend their chai tea but it can be a hit or miss depending on who your barista is. Make sure you get the card they punch holes in everytime you buy a drink because after ten cups, the next one is free :) They have free wifi, the place is comfy and warm, and the people are always friendly.

Who doesnt like over priced coffee and a quiet place to sit? This place is a West Georgia hang out and if youre in town, it's a great place to sit and surf free wi-fi. Sometimes, the after school high school kids can overwhelm this place, but for the most part, it is a good chill out spot. It is only a damn shame there isnt another one like it.

This is probably the best Coffee Shop in Carrollton. You can make any order extremely complicated to fit your needs, and the baristas are glad to make your drink in a rather timely manner. I come here quite often, if not daily, and have never had a bad experience. For those of you wanting a study environment, I find it very easy to work here, although, if you want wifi, you must first make a purchase. I will not bore you with a stupid and grammatically incorrect anecdote, but bottom line is..... it is a business, and just like any other business, they dont need people loitering for 5+ hours without even thinking to make a purchase. It is only fair that you make a certain number of purchases in correlation to your time spent in an establishment. (On a side note, the internet always works constantly and is rather quick). In the way of drinks, the baristas invest a lot of time and effort into making sure their creations are somthing you will ENJOY. Also, their numerous baked goods are all made fresh and even though I have yet to try the lunches, they look delicious!

Ownership has changed, and the fun, youthful vibes have gone. The new (hard-working, ambitious) owner is around too much for the liking of any long-term lounger. Whatever upbeat, lets-make-this-world-a-better-place vibe that this place once had is gone. Part of the change is that the baristas no longer choose their own music. The music is mainstream dullness now. It is now more business and less oasis. The coffee has more caffeine than anywhere else. Would be nice to have brewed decaf for afternoons and evenings. The teas are great, although the selection looks like it is dwindling. They just built a soup and salad extension to their counter, which has gobbled up a fair bit of the seating space and makes the space feel smaller and less warm. It is still a great place, an oasis in this town, but, in its latest incarnation it is surely more profitable for the owner but hardly as comfortable for the patrons.

The mocha is delicious, but the baked goods are common and unexciting. The baristas are friendly and appear knowledgeable. The atmosphere is spacious, and the wifi is free. It's not spectacular, but it's a brilliant Starbucks alternative.

I love this great small town coffee shop on the square in Carrollton, GA! The ambience is fantastic with the authentic brick walls and old hardwood floors. The wifi is free and the coffee is great! You can take a break from work or bring it with you. Either way, you're enjoy a refreshing change of atmosphere at Gallery Row - sometimes referred to as "The Row".

I used to live in Carrollton, but haven't in years. When my husband and I started visiting, we searched for free wifi to catch up on work while in town. We found Gallery Row and love it! Why wasn't this around years ago?! The coffee is great, the music is perfect, and the shop is very clean and decorated with lots of local art. We visit everytime we come to town now, and it's always a pleasure.
